Gerente de Negociación de Tierras y Riesgos Sociales   – Lima 

 

 Tus principales responsabilidades serán: 

  • Establecer la estrategia y supervisar los procesos y personas encargadas de la negociación de tierras, asegurando el cumplimiento de los objetivos de desarrollo de negocios e implementación de proyectos dentro de la programación de adquisición de tierras.
  • Analizar y determinar las condiciones de la propiedad a negociar, verificando documentos de propiedad, área a adquirir y posibles riesgos con colindantes y terceros, para conocer las condiciones legales y técnicas y la situación real del predio, determinando así el enfoque de la negociación
  • Identificar tempranamente los riesgos sociales asociados al acceso al territorio y a la negociación de tierras, estableciendo un plan de acción y mitigación de riesgos que permita la ejecución de los proyectos en tiempo y presupuesto
  • Desarrollar el proceso y cierre de negociación a través de reuniones con los titulares y familiares directos de los predios de interés, logrando una negociación que beneficie a todas las partes y permita la obtención de los predios identificados para el desarrollo de los proyectos.
  • Participar en la solución de conflictos y reclamos de expropietarios, contribuyendo al cumplimiento de compromisos por la compra o usufructo de tierras para asegurar la paz social y el desarrollo normal de los proyectos.
  • Revisar y validar informes técnicos y legales del personal a cargo, autorizando compras y documentación necesaria para concluir negociaciones, asegurando la veracidad y cumplimiento de los parámetros técnicos.
  • Colaborar y apoyar en actividades complementarias relacionadas con su puesto o línea de carrera, asegurando la consecución de los procesos en los cuales está involucrado como especialista.

¿Qué necesitamos de ti? 

Indispensables: 

  • Profesional de las carreras de  Antropología, Sociología, Economía para el desarrollo, o afines.
  • Experiencia de al menos 10 años desempeñando procesos de negociación de tierras en cargos senior.
  • Manejo de la regulación asociada a la ley de comunidades campesinas, consulta previa.
  • Conocimiento de los estándares de OIT y OCDE para derechos humanos.
  • Inglés intermedio
  • Manejo de software especializado (Arc Gis, QGis, Autocad, similares)
  • Disponibilidad para realizar viajes a proyectos.

  • Maestría en temas similares.

What You Can Expect

As a Photo Voltaic (PV) Designer for ENGIE North America you will be responsible for designing and finalizing design layouts for rooftop, ground mount, and carport solar PV installations, and battery storage, throughout the USA. Candidates must have strong technical and design skills along with the ability to handle a variety of tasks on multiple projects. You will assist various departments on requests to develop, design, and optimize PV projects.

 

Everyday you will need to meet deadlines while handling multiple assignments in a timely manner and high degree of accuracy. Additionally, you will support other departments with tasks throughout a project’s life cycle, such as drawings for bid, permit, construction, revisions, RFPs, and as-builts.

 

  • Create and review layouts for rooftop, ground mount, and carport projects
  • Review building conditions, check dimensions, determine feasibility of designs while working with the team to resolve design conflicts
  • Opportunity to acquire FAA drone pilot license and establish proficiency in the company drone program, for site visits and site surveys

What You Can Expect

As the Construction Management, Senior (CMSr) in ENGIE, Distributed Energy Solution (DES) you will oversee ENGIE’s construction sites and subcontractors, provide baseline/milestone/look-ahead schedule, ensuring site safety practices, and uphold quality assurance/control measures are provided for the installations. These small to mid-size projects include, but are not limited to, a combination of energy conservation measures (ECM) and renewable generation projects such as Photovoltaic Solar, Battery Energy Storage Solutions (BESS), high-efficiency HVAC, Energy Management Systems (EMS), high-efficiency transformers, LED lighting, lighting control systems. You will work closely with the Project Directors and Managers during the project execution phase to lead all aspects of delivering the project to our clients. This position is in California and is field based role; you will be on site every day during the construction period.

 

 

What You’ll Bring

  • A minimum of five (5) years of construction management experience
  • Technical experience and or training with electrical, mechanical, lighting projects
  • Scheduling experience with Microsoft Project or comparable software
  • Past experience working with Project Inspectors and Field Engineers
  • Experience in construction projects, working at sites, managing subcontractors, contracts administration and change management
  • Experienced in preparing and executing Health & Safety, Environmental, Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) Plans
  • Basic Knowledge of project engineering for technical consult and QA/QC inspections
  • Ability to coordinate customer requirements for site access and security for contractors (including keys/ alarms); works with customer sites’ schedules/constraints to minimize construction impact to build occupants

 

 

Additional Details

  • This role requires attendance at a worksite on a daily basis
  • Must be available to travel domestically (via car) up to 80% of the time
  • Must possess a valid U.S. driver’s license/clean driving record with the ability to drive to site locations

Senior Electrical Design Engineer

What You Can Expect

As a Senior Design Engineer you will be responsible for all aspects of design and grid connection of rooftop, carport and ground-mounted solar PV and energy storage installations for ENGIE Energy Solutions. Your work will serve a complete design run through our internal engineering firm, which once validated is provided to installation contractors, interconnecting utilities, permitting authorities, clients, and building owners. Additionally, you will collaborate with the Project Development and Delivery teams who will request your support to develop, design, procure for, and optimize the resulting product .

 

Every day you will evaluate existing facilities and building electrical systems including distribution equipment, premises wiring, and utility supply infrastructure to inform interconnection and PV Systems Design team.

 

  • Assembles system drawing sets in AutoCAD for purposes of bidding, permitting, and construction in accordance with Engie’s design standards and methodology
  • Prepares Bill of Materials for projects to include equipment from system design
  • Coordinates with local jurisdictions and utilities to confirm compliance with applicable codes and to secure necessary permit and interconnection approval
  • Documents completed installations for client as-built drawings for purposes of operations and maintenance
  • Regularly travel to perform site surveys domestically which will include working at heights, roof inspection, and working in proximity to AC and DC electrical components to inspect a building’s roof, structure, and electrical system
  • Remains up-to-date on new technologies and regulatory conditions including building codes, fire codes, utility requirements, vendor qualifications, industry best practices, safety standards, and relevant standards development

 

 

What You’ll Bring

  • A Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering field

  • A minimum of five (5) years’ experience designing electrical systems
  • Strong familiarity with National Electric Code and other design codes
  • Knowledge of specifying and sourcing electrical equipment for low voltage (up to 600V) and medium voltage (up to 34.5kV) applications

  • Returned checks 

  • Understand and perform account & site merges 

  • Perform bulk FBI uploads 

  • Responsible for finding and resolving errors on Bankruptcy accounts 

  • Understand and complete Bankruptcy proration  

  • Some manual data entry for summary and international invoices  

  • Ensure that follow-up, email, and correspondence are completed in a timely manner. 

  • Follow standard operating procedures within these tasks

Au sein de la DSI de GRDF, le domaine SI Réseau est responsable des activités SI liées au réseau gaz (conception, construction, exploitation, maintenance, cartographie, sécurité…).


En tant que chef de projet et responsable d’un périmètre d’applications, vous intégrez le domaine SIRES et plus particulièrement le pôle Travaux et Economie responsable des applications et projets liés au processus conception construction (Accompagner les interactions avec les prestataires, Accompagner les agents dans la construction de réseau et les raccordements clients en condition fixe ou de mobilité, Garantir la qualité de service des applications historiques largement utilisées par les agents). 

 

Vos missions :


•    Piloter la roadmap fonctionnelle des applications au regard des besoins Métier 
•    Piloter la roadmap technique des applications au regard des contraintes SI 
•    Maîtriser techniquement et fonctionnellement les applications et les écosystèmes associés 
•    Challenger/orienter les choix technico/fonctionnels des applications sous votre responsabilité et de l’écosystème associé 
•    Être garant du pilotage de la maintenance évolutive et du maintien en condition opérationnelle des applications dans le respect des budgets, de la qualité et des délais 
•    Gérer la relation avec les partenaires transverses dont : les fournisseurs, les métiers, la MOA et les différents interlocuteurs de la DSI (architectes/urbanistes/conduite technique/cybersécurité/exploitation…) 
•    Analyser les solutions proposées par les intégrateurs, être force de proposition et challenger les choix de conception technique, remonter les alertes et construire les plans d’actions associés 
•    Donner la visibilité au management sur l’avancement des différentes activités
•    Contribuer à l’animation du collectif en prenant en charge des actions transverses au pôle tant sur des enjeux opérationnels (appui technique, pilotage de contrats, consolidation budgétaire, interlocuteur RGPD) que sur des enjeux collaboratifs (animations thématiques, partage de bonnes pratiques

 

Votre profil  :

 

Vous êtes diploômé d'un Bac+5  issu d’une formation technique en informatique avec une expérience de 5 à 10 ans, vous avez une bonne connaissance des standards de conception de solution logicielle et des architectures de SI. 


Votre parcours vous a conduit à piloter des projets SI, et vous êtes à l’aise avec le pilotage de projet ou d’application en RUN.
Vos capacités organisationnelles et relationnelles sont reconnues et vous permettent de travailler dans un contexte multi projet. 
Vous êtes à l’aise sur les questions techniques et vous êtes en capacité de vous approprier le cadre technique en vigueur puis de l’appliquer au quotidien.


Vous savez réagir face à des situations de crise ou d’anomalie majeure en production. Vous avez la capacité d’orienter, de coordonner les actions avec les compétences adaptées et vous êtes en capacité de reporter l’état de la situation de manière synthétique et claire. 
Des connaissances sur les technologies suivantes sont un fort atout pour le poste : langages de programmation Java/PHP/HTML5/SQL, architecture logicielle/solution, bases de données Oracle et PostgreSQL.

The Department is responsible for all the projects related to the studies and the modifications of existing Belgian nuclear power plants (Doel/Tihange) including LTO (Long Term Operation) projects. These projects can cover from the pre-feasibility studies up to final commissioning of the installations, including feasibility, design, procurement and on-site realization activities.

Within this Department you are responsible for projects (studies and/or modifications) related to the nuclear power plants in Doel, Belgium.

 

Your Mission

 

  • You manage / follow-up the design and/or implementation of the project
  • You have the design and investment budgets established and you consolidate them for the project as a whole. You determine the overall time schedule, you control the services provided for the project and you monitor the progress in terms of meeting the delivery times and the expected profitability;
  • After consulting the experts, you define the tasks and you empower your project team (that you functionally lead) to carry them out;
  • You organize meetings with the client and support the client, as a partner, in the delivering Tractebel added value to the project;
  • You take care of internal contacts with the competence centers and support departments (legal, finance, IT, risk management, communication, …);
  • You coordinate the actions at the interfaces between disciplines and you verify the adequate integration of the various specialities in the project;
  • You take care of the technical and commercial contacts with the clients and partners, if any, and you define commercial actions when appropriate;

Your Profile

 

  • You have a Master in engineering;
  • You have 10 to 15 years of professional experience of which at least 5 years as a project manager or assistant project manager, and you have knowledge of the processes of Engineering (successive stages, contractual approaches, …);
  • Knowledge of Belgian NPPs is a strong asset;
  • Your mother tongue is Dutch and you are fluent in English. Knowledge of French as well is an asset;
  • You are result oriented, you have a strong customer focus, you are a team player in a changing environment;

Context:

You will join the DRIVE  team, part of the Operational Excellence expertise Centre, one of the few departments within GEMS offering a transversal view over the organization. You will report directly to the Head of DRIVE.

The Operational Excellence Expertise Centre is acting as Gatekeeper of GEMS operational standards, Key driver of  continuous and sustainable improvements on the front to accounting chain, Provider of a framework within which new business initiatives can be accelerated in a secured way, Quality achieved through quantitative measurement using the Operational Risk Management tools.

In this context, DRIVE team acts as a Driver of GEMS transformation , New Business validation , Legal Entities Management, GEMS best in class process, Metier Standards with an objective of simplification and standardization whilst being an enabler for business development and strategic implementation. 

 

DRIVE team acts as transversal point of contact between the business lines and Expertise Centre’s , leading transformation programs and coordinating new products appropral process, new activities, exceptional transactions , managing all stakeholders from Front Office (initiating the request) to support functions including  operational functions such as Back Office, Finance, Risk, Legal , TAX or IT and Control Functions (e.g. Compliance, Internal Control ). The New Business Officer has the full responsibility of the impact assessment cross functions and cross countries.

Since 2022 the New Business Team has taken over the lead on Creation/ Closure of Legal Entities. In this capacity, the team will be in charge of leading the associated initiatives by conducting the appropriate workshops, coordinating and proposing the most viable and compliant set up compared to GEMS Standards.

 This is a role that requires intensive knowledge of Global Markets / CIB activities as products handled by Drive  team can be financial market products . A good knowledge of Commodities market is a plus.
