Within the Network & Cybersecurity Services (NCS) division of GBS IT, the Network And Connectivity (NAC) department is composed of the SDM Team, the Expertise Team and the Network Operating Center (NOC) team.

The NOC serves as the operational hub for our Network and Security infrastructures. Our mission is to ensure performance and security across all network and security infrastructures, whether they are in data centers, the cloud, or remote sites (examples: ‘Highway to Cloud’ interconnection infrastructures in AWS/Azure, Cloud Proxy and VPN services with ‘Zscaler,’ Software-Defined WAN, LAN, and Wi-Fi services, etc.).

The NOC, consisting of over 40 professionals, is structured into two distinct yet complementary teams:

• NOC Back Office: This team of technical experts focuses on the day-to-day operation of services.
• NOC Front Office: This team provides crucial support to the Back Office, focusing on industrialization, process management, and operational oversight of infrastructure and managed services.

What you will do:

          Incident Management:

• You will gather needed information from other services (Service Desk and Global Coordination Center), check the priority level (impact and urgency), check the impacted service/customer, and work with the monitoring team to improve the quality of the data in incident tickets. You will assign the ticket to the right L1/L2/L2 level.
• You will link multiple incidents together when a common root cause can be identified.
• You will perform the first technical analysis of devices’ status and launch first actions regarding on-site checks with local contacts when necessary (device unreachable).
• You will create incidents in providers’ portal when necessary (mainly regarding telco providers’ link).
• You will permanently check the monitoring tools to ensure that every critical alarm is linked to an active incident ticket.
• You will create new incident tickets when necessary (detection with monitoring tools or customer’s direct request).
• You will escalate/assign tickets towards Level 2 or Level 3 of the NOC when necessary.
• You will work with the network tooling team to improve monitoring quality.

          Change Management:

• You will implement basic and simple changes based on a Standard Operation Procedure (SOP).
• You will assign any other request to Level 2 or Level 3 of the NOC when necessary.

Desired education, expertise, and skills: 

•  
• Basic knowledge of networks’ fundamentals (IP addressing, routing, difference between network devices);
• Monitoring tool usage (Spectrum, Cacti, Syslog, etc.);
• Working experience in Ticketing Systems (e.g.: Service Now);
• Working experience with Cisco LAN, Wifi;
• DNS, DHCP basic operations;
• ITIL certifications;
• Proficiency (spoken and written) both in English and French;
• Proactive and engaged attitude;
• Availability and focus on service quality;
• Teamwork skills;
• Strong communication skills.

Your mission   

As Technical Officer in our Nuclear department you will contribute to our mission everyday by playing a crucial role in : 

• Provide expert guidance and support on various aspects of nuclear technology, safety, and regulations.
• Provide close technical coaching to dedicated teams - lead the activities in his domain and ensures the development of the necessary tools & methods and environment

Your key responsibilities   

• Assist with the design, implementation, and maintenance of nuclear systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and safety protocols.
• Analyze complex technical issues, troubleshooting system problems, and offering recommendations for improvements or solutions.
• Participate to the draft of offers and budget definition in own domain of expertise
• Participate to meetings with customers as coordinator and technical advisor

 
We would love to hear from people with  

• Master degree in Engineering. A degree in Nuclear Science constitutes a further asset.
• 10 to 15 year experience in general nuclear safety (engineering, explotation, etc).Experience of modular reactors (PWR, MWR, LMFR, MSR)
• Experience in engineering conception, safety analysis (DOC, PSAR, DSAR...), radiological calculations, equipment clasisfication and qualification. 

Who you are   

• Language: Good knowledge of Dutch or French, and English.
• Strong knowledge of nuclear engineering, safety standards, and environmental regulations is crucial for the role.

The Senior Power Trader  is responsible for risk management and trade within the Northeast power markets for ENGIE Energy Marketing, North America  (EEMNA). The position is responsible for managing loads and resources and identifying and executing trading opportunities in the term markets. In this role, you will support physical assets, loads, and other transaction types and have the flexibility and willingness to cover all markets within provided jurisdictions to be successful in the role. This position sits in Houston, TX reporting to Senior Trader

What You’ll Bring

• You hold a Bachelors or  Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or Energy Systems) Business Administration or we will accept nine (9) years of work experience
• A minimum of five (5) years of Power trading experience in which you have gained an understanding of business, energy markets, risk management, and trading strategies
• You are a disciplined risk taker with a strategic approach to trading.
• You have strong analytical skills, enabling you to make data-driven decisions
• You are knowledgeable in Northeast gas and power markets, with a deep understanding of market dynamics
• You have a strong working knowledge of the fundamentals of the Northeast transmission grid
• You are a clear and effective communicator, willing to engage in dialogue and debate with colleagues
• You are proficient in Excel, VBA, and Python, leveraging these tools for analysis and decision-making

Additional Details

• This role is eligible for our hybrid work policy working three (3) days in-office and two (2) days remote

Compensation

Salary Range: $131,000 – $190,000 USD annually

The Role
You’ll work with the GEMS team to manage and deliver accounting services and is responsible for financial reporting tasks that sit across GEMS ANZ, technical accounting advice and compliance, including for accounting for ENGIE’s wholesale energy trading books.

About you

• Tertiary qualification in Finance or Accounting and CA Qualified or equivalent
• Familiarity with commodity/energy derivative products and associated accounting know-how
• Demonstrated experience in financial reporting and/ controls role

What You Can Expect
As Groundskeeper will report to the site daily and work as the main point of contact in keeping and maintaining the vegetation, such as but not limited to weed eating, using a medium size agriculture tracker, and using a box blade for road repair.  You will also oversee the regular scheduled maintenance and troubleshooting for the equipment and vehicles on site.  You will receive and report status updates on assignments and projects from the scheduling software on a computer terminal in the office. This work is completed independently amongst a team of technicians. Periodically you will be expected to manage and communicate with external contractors onsite to ensure compliance and safety.

• You may be required to work to support solar technicians as needed for safety support other required assignments
• You may be required to work on call as needed in site

What You’ll Bring

• You must have a minimum high school diploma or equivalent education
• Minimum 2 years work history using hand tools 
• You will need to be able to drive a medium size agricultural tracker  
• Must be able to active read and interpret information such as but not limited to instruments, gauges, and manuals
• Able and willing to get certified in first aid and CPR

Additional Details

• This role requires daily attendance at worksite 
• Must be available to travel to other sites for trainings and assistance as needed per site local site development typically on a weekly basis. 
• Must possess a valid U.S. driver’s license/clean driving record to drive on site and to other company trainings, events and meetings
• Must be willing and able to comply with ENGIE’s policy with respect to COVID vaccination and testing 
• Must be willing and able to comply with all ENGIE ethics and safety policies 
• The position consists of 20% work indoors and 80% work outdoors, outdoor work may expose the employee to weather conditions

Compensation
Salary Range:  $20.12 - $29.46 USD hourly

¿Cuál sería tu objetivo?

Supervisar y/o ejecutar las faenas de mantenimiento de las Líneas de Transmisión, con el fin de lograr el cumplimiento del plan de mantenimiento de acuerdo a los plazos y estándares de seguridad, calidad y medio ambiente, manteniendo la disponibilidad, continuidad y confiabilidad del sistema de Transmisión de ENGIE y de terceros.

Funciones:

• Supervisión y/o ejecución en el sistema eléctrico de potencia para realizar mantenimiento predictivo, preventivo o correctivo en el Sistema de Transmisión.
• Confeccionar y tramitar los permisos de trabajo, preparar los informes de notificación diaria, informes de trabajos ejecutados y otros requeridos por su jefatura, que se generan del mantenimiento asociado al Sistema Eléctrico de ENGIE y sus clientes, aplicando los procedimientos y estándares de la compañía, con la finalidad de dar cumplimiento a la normativa vigente, supervisando y evidenciando el estado actual de los activos bajo su responsabilidad.
• Validar la información obtenida de pruebas en terreno, con el fin de lograr la detección de las desviaciones existentes que pongan en riesgo a las personas y equipos, apoyando al Supervisor en el análisis de fallas y evaluaciones de las condiciones de los equipos y determinar causas básicas de las mismas, proponiendo soluciones o tomando medidas para la intervención.
• Realizar la tarea de Inspector Técnico de Obra en trabajos propios o de empresas colaboradoras y proyectos especiales, con el fin de lograr la ejecución de las actividades de acuerdo a los estándares de calidad y seguridad definidos.
• Instruir al personal que envía a efectuar las tareas asignadas, con el fin de lograr la ejecución de los trabajos de acuerdo con las condiciones de seguridad, calidad y medio ambiente bajo las cuáles se efectuarán dichas faenas.
• Participar de la Gestión Documental del área, así como realizar tareas administrativas, registros de mantenimiento, instructivos, procedimientos del área y afines, con el fin de lograr la disponibilidad de la información para la toma de decisiones.

Requisitos del cargo:

• Formación académica: Cuarto Medio rendido, Liceo Politécnico o Técnico Profesional Eléctrico, Electromecánico, o 6 años de experiencia en mantenimiento.
• Conocimiento de Normas de Mantenimiento eléctrico (ANSI-IEEE).
• Conocimiento de Sistemas eléctricos de Potencia.
• Conocimiento de Normas técnicas seguridad de y calidad de servicio.
• Manejo de Líneas Vivas AT.
• Manejo de Mantenimiento Líneas de Transmisión.
• Manejo de aplicaciones TI nivel usuario (Windows, Office, SAP, DM).
• Licencia de Conducir Clase “A4” o “B”.
• Manejo de Técnicas Predictivas.
• Mínimo 6 Años en Mantenimiento de Líneas de Transmisión o Equipos Primarios o Protección, Control, Medida y Telecomunicaciones.
