What You Can Expect

As an Asset Management Advisor, you will manage a set of Canadian assets holistically. Asset Management includes the management of commercial strategies including the coordination of implementation of those strategies, development, and coordination of asset optimization projects, tracking of profitability of the asset, contract understanding, landowner relationships, and general overall operational purview. You will have several assets under management potentially in different independent system operators (ISOs) and different technologies (onshore wind, solar, and battery storage).

 

Every day, in this role you will be responsible for:

  • Analyze Profit & Loss: Understand the main drivers of your portfolio and implement action plans to optimize performance. Develop and maintain gross margin assumptions for each asset for annual business plans, business interruption insurance planning, and other internal forecasting efforts
  • Manage Contracts: Oversee all aspects of contract management, including negotiations, invoicing, and payments as required
  • Interact with Trading/Energy Management: Provide a risk mandate for daily bidding to the ENGIE Trading / Energy Management organization and provide a risk mandate for daily bidding
  • Lead on ISO Protocols: Take charge of Independent System Operator protocols, regulation, and market fundamentals, and ensure accuracy and consistency of monthly, quarterly, and annual operational reporting for individual assets
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Ensure a high level of collaboration with other geo-dispersed teams, leveraging organizational capabilities in Operations, Finance, Legal, Trading, and Power Marketing

 

 

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college in which you have completed courses in Business, Economics, Engineering or Business Administration
  • A minimum of seven (7) years of total professional experience in a similar role
  • Commercial acumen with good understanding of business principles, contracts, and relationships including specific experience with power purchase agreements and operational agreements
  • Deadline driven with project management skills for cross-organizational coordination and business process improvement initiatives
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills including advanced Excel skills
  • Desire to advance the adoption and deployment of renewable energy solutions across North America

 

 

Additional Details

  • This role is eligible for our hybrid work policy

Compensation

Salary Range: $111,900 – $160,885 CAD annually

 

This represents the average expected pay range for a qualified candidate.

What You Can Expect

As our Area Lead Technician you will be responsible for managing field response for reactive and planned maintenance activities of select operating assets in Houston Texas surrounding area.  This position will also serve as a key company representative for maintenance scheduling/coordination with internal teams as well as 3rd parties. This field-based position will work across departments to communicate updates and will require frequent travel, primarily to facilities in Houston, Texas area. Candidate must reside within 1 hour of South Houston area facilities.  

 

Every day, you will be responsible for managing the Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) to ensure the plants are operational. You will coordinate with various Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs), internal and external maintenance partners, and provide hands-on troubleshooting for on-site technical issues. Additionally, you will perform deviation detection and mitigation for the operating battery plants.

 

You will communicate with internal departments, including High Voltage, Performance Management, Asset Management, and Remote Operations teams, to report issues, address needs, and support issue resolution by coordinating with internal teams, OEMs, and EMS providers. Furthermore, you will support reliability improvement plans by collaborating with in-house and third-party technical engineering staff.

 

Reporting to the Field Services Manager, your primary duties encompass:

  • Oversee internal field service team for regional sites
  • Coordination with various OEMs/internal/external maintenance partners
  • Hands-on troubleshooting of on-site technical issues
  • Performance deviation detection and mitigation
  • Communicate with internal departments for reporting any issues or needs
  • Assist in any other tasks as required
  • Source, schedule, and manage third party contractors for site interventions
  • Manage scheduled maintenance planning and coordination, in concert with internal Performance Management and Trading teams
  • Support issues resolution coordinating with internal teams, OEMs and EMS providers
  • Support reliability improvement plans via coordinating with in-house and third-party technical engineering staff
  • Coordinate with various groups during commissioning to identify potential issues prior to site COD

Ihr Profil – das sollten Sie mitbringen:

 

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in der Fachrichtung Elektrotechnik, oder Mechatronik (Elektroniker, Industrieelektriker, Elektroanlagenmonteur) 
  • Idealerweise verfügen Sie über erste Praxiserfahrung im Umfeld der Energietechnik/ Schaltgerätetechnik.  
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Buscamos un/a operario/a para el mantenimiento de las instalaciones de frío.

 

Funciones

· Ejecución del plan de mantenimiento preventivo de las instalaciones asignadas, en la especialidad de instalaciones frigoríficas. 
· Análisis de datos de producción de frío.
· Interpretación de esquemas y planos. 

· Medir los parámetros y realizar las pruebas y verificaciones, tanto funcionales como reglamentarias de las instalaciones, para comprobar y ajustar su funcionamiento; Localizar y diagnosticar las disfunciones de los equipos y elementos de las instalaciones, utilizando los medios apropiados y aplicando procedimientos establecidos con la seguridad requerida. 

· Realización de los trabajos de mantenimiento correctivos de aquellas instalaciones de las que sea responsable; Reparar, mantener y sustituir equipos y elementos en las instalaciones, en condiciones de calidad, seguridad y respeto al medio ambiente para asegurar o restablecer las condiciones de funcionamiento.
· Identificación de necesidades del cliente adicionales al contrato y reporting de las mismas para ser abordadas por parte de negocio.
· Identificación de medidas de mejora de la calidad del servicio, la seguridad y el medio ambiente.
· Gestiones administrativas propias del puesto: Realización de partes de horas de trabajo, registro de tareas y actividades realizadas, etc.

Technicien.ne de maintenance - plombier chauffagiste (H/F)

Vos missions :

Intégré(e) à l’agence de Dunkerque,  directement rattaché(e) au Responsable d’agence, vous avez pour mission générale la mise en service, le raccordement ou le remplacement d’appareils de production d’eau chaude, sanitaire ou de chauffage tout en apportant à vos clients une véritable expertise et des solutions adaptées en matière d’économies d’énergie et de confort à domicile.

Pour assurer votre mission voici vos principales activités :

  • Effectuer la pose de tuyauteries et le raccordement aux appareils de chauffage (gaz, fioul, murale ou au sol). Le cas échéant, le déplacement de radiateurs
  • Effectuer la pose de tuyauteries et raccordement aux appareils, de régulation et de sondes extérieures, de VMC, de ballons électriques, de pompes à chaleur ou de ballons thermodynamiques
  • Réaliser des interventions de création ou de dépannage d’installation de production d’eau chaude, sanitaire ou de chauffage.

L’ensemble de ces missions doivent être réalisée dans le plus grand respect des engagements contractuels et des règles relatives à la sécurité des biens et des personnes.

  • Prodiguer des conseils auprès de la clientèle sur l’optimisation de leur appareil
  • Effectuer la remontée des interventions et de dysfonctionnements par les outils dédiés
  • Etablir des devis de manière ponctuelle

 

 

 

Profil recherché ?

Vous êtes issu(e)d’une formation technique type plombier chauffagiste

Vous justifiez d’une expérience de plus de plus de 2 ans

Vous savez lire et interpréter des schémas électriques et hydrauliques

Vous êtes doté.e d’un bon relationnel et d’un fort sens de la relation client

Vous êtes titulaire du permis B – Indispensable pour le poste
