Gerente de Ética y Protección de Datos Personales

 Tus principales responsabilidades serán:  

  • Difundir y monitorear los códigos, políticas y procedimientos éticos, manual de prevención del delito, asegurando su adecuada implementación. Monitorear la efectividad de los códigos, políticas, procedimientos y controles en la prevención de los riesgos éticos.  

  • Preparar el plan de capacitaciones anual, garantizar su cumplimiento, organizar campañas éticas (contenidos, coordinación con Gerencia de Comunicaciones), con una adecuada difusión de la existencia de los canales de denuncias anónimas y capacitación sobre su adecuado uso.

  • En cooperación con el Oficial de Ética, contribuir a la investigación independiente de quejas o denuncias por incumplimiento de políticas, irregularidades éticas (incluidos Datos Personales), preparar informes para el Ofcial de Ética / Comité de Ética.

  • Desarrollar un sistema para manejar de manera uniforme presuntas violaciones o irregularidades éticas evaluando y recomendando el inicio de procedimientos de investigación y respondiendo en consecuencia.

  • Prestar adecuado soporte al área Asuntos Sociales y Gerencia de Comunicaciones en dudas sobre due dilgences. En general prestar soporte en materia de ética a las demás áreas, derivando las mismas al Oficial de Ética cuando resulte conveniente o necesario.

  • Asegurar la adecuada implementación de la normativa peruana y políticas del Grupo ENGIE en materia de protección de datos personales.

 

¿Qué necesitamos de ti?  

  • Licenciatura en Derecho, Contabilidad, Criminalista, Psicología, Finanzas, IngenieroIndustrial o carreras afines

  • Conocimientos de la normativas referentes a la prevención y sanción del hostigamiento sexual y laboral 

  • Conocimiento en gestión de conflicto de intereses

  • Dominio de MS Office 

  • Manejo de inglés intermedio/avanzado 

  • Más de 10 años de experiencia general y más de 3 años de experiencia en posiciones similares.

What You Can Expect

As the Vice President of IT for ENGIE Energy Marketing North America (EEMNA), you will lead the strategy, design, and execution of the IT landscape that powers our trading and energy management operations. This executive role also functions as the Chief Information Officer (CIO) for EEMNA, responsible for setting the vision and driving technology initiatives that enable business growth and operational excellence.

 

We are seeking a strategic, hands-on leader with deep experience in Energy Trading and Risk Management (ETRM) systems, who can bring both technical and commercial expertise to a dynamic energy trading environment. You will oversee a team of approximately 50 professionals focused on delivering and supporting critical technology solutions across electricity, natural gas, LNG, CO, and environmental products. As VP of IT/CIO, you will champion digital transformation, enhance internal platforms, and ensure IT capabilities are aligned with strategic goals and scalable for future success.

 

Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer EEMNA, your roles and responsibilities include:

 

  • Leading, mentoring, and developing a high-performing IT organization
  • Setting the vision, objectives, and strategic direction for the IT department
  • Evaluating and implementing technology solutions that enhance internal operations and unlock strategic business value
  • Designing and customizing IT systems and platforms to improve functionality and user experience
  • Overseeing the implementation of new systems and providing hands-on guidance to IT professionals and stakeholders
  • Driving digital transformation across trading and energy management functions
  • Leading IT-related projects, budgets, and change initiatives

What You’ll Bring

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or another STEM field
  • Minimum of fifteen (15) years of information technology, systems, or application development experience
  • Experience with Energy Trading and Risk Management (ETRM) systems
  • Proven success designing and implementing enterprise IT systems, ideally in a trading or energy management environment
  • Experience managing IT budgets, forecasting, and resource planning
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and scale global IT teams
  • Strong command of data analysis, business operations, and digital innovation
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
  • Prior experience in a global organization, preferably within the energy sector
  • Experience in an IT leadership role, such as CIO, with demonstrated leadership in technology strategy and implementation

 

 

Additional Details

  • This role is eligible for our hybrid work policy
  • Must be available to travel domestically / internationally up to 10% of the time with the need for some overnight trips

Compensation

Salary Range: $205,485 – $342,510 USD annually

 

This represents the average expected pay range for a qualified candidate.

 

ENGIE complies with all federal, state, and local minimum wage laws. Actual salary offered may vary depending on geography, experience, education, internal pay alignment, or other bona fide factors. 

 

In addition to base pay, this position is eligible for a competitive bonus / incentive plan.

Dirigir y controlar la implementación y ejecución de los proyectos de Transmisión definidos en la cartera para la GBU de Networks para Engie Chile, desde la etapa final del desarrollo, durante la ejecución y hasta su entrega efectiva al área de O&M, asegurando la correcta implementación de la gestión de contratos, ingeniería, construcción, QA/QC y comisionamiento, manteniendo los estándares de calidad y seguridad, contribuyendo a la rentabilidad, crecimiento y equilibrio de la compañía, de acuerdo con los KPI´s, gestión, políticas, procedimientos y presupuestos definidos por la GBU.

 

El Senior Manager of Transmission Projects desempeñará un rol estratégico, gestionando más de 14 proyectos y liderando un equipo compuesto por más de 64 personas. Además, será necesario reportar a diversos países, incluyendo Francia, Estados Unidos y Brasil.

 

Funciones:

  • Generar el compromiso del personal de la dirección con las acciones estratégicas de la compañía, con el fin de lograr la realización de trabajos bajo estándares de productividad y calidad, promoviendo y generando una cultura de trabajo participativo y de mejoramientos continuos en la administración de su Gerencia.

 

  • Dirigir y controlar la implementación de procesos de organización, planificación, gestión y control y ejecución de los proyectos, con el fin de garantizar el cumplimiento de los objetivos definidos en términos de alcances, tiempo, seguridad, calidad, plazo, costos y sustentabilidad, entre otros, aportando con la experiencia para la optimización de la constructibilidad.

 

  • Impulsar y promover las acciones y planes relacionadas con la equidad e igualdad de género impulsadas por la GBU, con el fin de asegurar el cumplimiento de los KPI´s definidos por el grupo.

 

  • Definir y controlar el plan de gestión de calidad para los proyectos, con el fin de garantizar la ejecución de las acciones contenidas en el plan calidad, monitoreando el cumplimiento de las procesos y requerimientos de control y calidad en la organización, contratistas, proveedores y futuras licitaciones de la empresa, contribuyendo en la difusión e implementación de lineamientos y estándares corporativos.

 

  • Dirigir y controlar las etapas de puesta en marcha de los proyectos, con el fin de garantizar la implementación de las acciones, realizando las verificaciones y comprobaciones de todos los sistemas y componentes de la planta en cada una de las actividades de diseño, instalados, testeados y operados, de acuerdo a los requerimientos del proyecto, velando por una operación segura y confiable desde el término de la construcción mecánica y hasta la entrega del activo a Operaciones, acorde al modelo de inversión del plan de activos renovables, tomando en cuenta las buenas prácticas de la industria, la normativa local e internacional y las políticas y prácticas de la empresa.

 

  • Participar en la definición de las estrategias de contratación y en la selección y evaluación de contratistas, con fin de garantizar la correcta ejecución de los proyectos de la GBU, de acuerdo con los estándares definidos, optimo desempeño y un alto nivel de competencias para la cartera de activos transmisión, optimizando los plazos y contribuyendo a la competitividad de la cartera de activos transmisión greenfield, brownfield y M&A.

 

  • Coordinar con las áreas de soporte de EECL y con la PMO el apoyo y nivel de servicio requerido por los proyectos, con el fin de garantizar el cumplimiento de los objetivos de control, ética, medio ambiente y otros definidos por la GBU.

 

  • Dirigir y controlar el presupuesto de inversiones (accountability) para garantizar la asignación, ejecución y priorización de recursos, colaborando con la generación de los reportes de gestión, generando las medidas correctivas ante desviaciones. Permanente control y follow-up de la implementación.

 

Requisitos del cargo:

  • Formación académica: Ingeniería Civil / Eléctrica / Electrónica / Electromecánica /Mecánica o similar con probada experiencia en el área de negocios del cargo.
  • Manejo de Gestión de Proyectos.
  • Manejo de Normativa de Seguridad Laboral y Ambiental.
  • Conocimientos técnicos de Transmisión y Generación.
  • Office nivel avanzado.
  • Inglés y Español avanzado escrito y hablado.
  • Al menos 15 años en el rubro de construcción y dirección de proyectos.
  • Probada experiencia en construcción de líneas de transmisión HV (66-110-220-500 KV).
  • Probada experiencia en construcción de subestaciones encapsuladas y abiertas.
  • Experiencia en construcción o desarrollo de HVD es un plus.
  • Al menos 20 años en experiencia laboral total.

We are currently looking for a Generator Expert (F/M/X) within the European Maintenance Services (EMS) organization . EMS in Engie is responsible for executing specialized maintenance activities in different powerplants in Belgium and Europe (mostly Netherlands and France).

 

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES as Generator Expert 

  • Technical Leadership: Identify and analyse incidents or non-conformities during outages, conduct root-cause analyses, and define corrective and preventive actions.
  • Field Assessment: Perform on-site machine condition assessments and mechanical and electrical measurements.
  • Knowledge Development: Develop and consolidate all technical information and know-how on generators within EMS by participating in internal and external networks and ensuring processes are adequately adapted.
  • Knowledge Sharing and Training: Share your knowledge, coach team members, and determine appropriate training modules to maintain EMS's competencies in generators.
  • Long-Term Strategy: Develop a long-term strategy for the maintenance of generators and their components per entity. Initiate and implement improvements based on technical-financial analyses (business case) and assist in negotiating maintenance contracts.

 

YOUR PROFILE as Generator Expert  

  • You hold a Master’s degree in Mechanical or Electro-Mechanical Engineering or equivalent by experience
  • You have relevant experience in generator design/manufacturing/ maintenance/ commissioning
  • You have good analytical and problem-solving skills and you know how to log your knowledge, plans and works in solid reports
  • You like to work in a team and take into account the opinions of your stakeholders (EMS colleagues powerplant staff, service provider personnel, insurers…)
  • You have a good working knowledge of English and speak either Dutch or French
  • You are OK to move to different sites and prepared to spend 30% of your working time abroad

The Role:

This role will lead the data acquisition operations business, driving innovation through automation and AI while ensuring exceptional service delivery. Role Responsibilities:

  • Drive improvements in data acquisition processes and technologies, with a focus on efficiency, accuracy, and scalability—leveraging AI and automation where applicable.
  • Manage and develop the manual data entry, mail room operations and electronic data acquisition teams, setting clear performance objectives and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction with data operations.
  • Collaborate closely with the Product, Data, and Innovation (PDI) and Digital teams to prioritize the strategic roadmap to drive efficiency and innovation in data operations.
  • Enhance operational systems, workflows, and policies to support the data operations strategic goals—specifically around business process transformation, reporting, and organizational planning.
  • Partner with offshore operations leaders to ensure effective coordination, quality standards, and optimization of global data acquisition activities.
  • Work with business SMEs to conduct data quality audits, define and monitor KPIs, and drive continuous improvement in data accuracy and reliability.
  • Act as a liaison between Client Management, Sales, and Operations, ensuring that evolving client requirements and feedback are translated into actionable plans for the data acquisition teams.

Experience and Education:

 

  • Bachelor's Degree required in one of the following fields; Operations, Business, Technology or a related field.
  • Master’s Degree preferred in one of the following fields; Operations, Business, Technology or a related field.
  • 7+ years relevant experience with data acquisition, data management, or operations within financial services, data processing, or a related industry
  • 3+ years of people leadership experience; experience leading global teams is preferred
  • Demonstrated success collaborating with cross-functional teams (e.g., Product, Digital) on strategic initiatives
  • Proven experience driving operational efficiency and implementing automation or AI

 

Skills and Abilities:

  • Strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills.

Propósito del puesto:

Proporcionar servicios y datos de contabilidad financiera de manera oportuna y precisa. Asegurarse que todas las actividades asignadas se realicen en tiempo y forma en función a los estándares requeridos por la empresa. La ejecución y revisión de todos los registros contables se realizará de acuerdo con las normas internacionales de contabilidad (USGAAP, NIIF, IFRS) o cualquier otra política o normativa interna de la empresa.

 

 

 

Funciones y Responsabilidades:

 

Contable

  1. Dar seguimiento al cierre contable de las compañías a su cargo, revisando que todas las provisiones, registros contables manuales, reclasificaciones, aplicaciones de cuentas por cobrar y por pagar incluyendo operaciones inter compañías sean registradas en tiempo y con la calidad requerida.
  2. Revisar y depurar todas las partidas abiertas de las cuentas transitorias de bancos, así como dar seguimiento a las facturas de proveedores y clientes que con una antigüedad importante que se encuentren pendientes de cobro o pago.
  3. Dar seguimiento en conjunto con los equipos de producción de energía, proveedores y clientes, proporcionando servicio para mantener corrientes los pagos y cobros por los servicios brindados o recibidos, generando el registro en tiempo y forma para poder tener cifras acertadas sobre el impacto en el estado de resultados, generando siempre una revisión paralela al presupuesto
  4. Realizar la carga de saldos contables de SAP a Cartesis en fechas de cierre de mes, asegurándose de que las cifras entre ambos sistemas no contengan diferencias, la publicación del paquete contable Actual-SENA se hará en base a los calendarios de cierre emitidos por el área de consolidaciones, que normalmente se realizan en el WD+3.
  5. Generar y completar los paquetes contables de consolidación de IFRS en Cartesis en función a los calendarios emitidos por el área de consolidaciones, puede ser mensual o trimestral según aplique. Todo paquete publicado debe tener la revisión y aprobación previa del manager de la GBU.
  6. Encargarse de realizar los cruces de cifras entre las intercompañías, de tal modo que todas queden cuadradas en el WD+2, esto incluye cuentas de activo, pasivo y cuentas de gasto o ingreso.
  7. Preparar y presentar los reportes necesarios para revisión con los manager, equipos de planta o con los equipos de planeación financiera de las unidades de negocio, como reportes de variaciones de gastos, reportes de operaciones mensuales, etc.
  8. Realizar actividades de IFRS16 para las unidades de negocio requeridas, registrando los movimientos mensuales contables, ajustes, etc., compartir los informes con los SME y manager y atender los requerimientos necesarios.  
  9. Preparación y revisión de las reconciliaciones de cuenta de balance en tiempo y forma apegándonos a las políticas y procedimientos que apliquen.
  10. Asegurar el cierre de los cockpit (check list de actividades) en SAP con el T-code FCLOCO.

 

Auditoria

  1. Asegurar la correcta entrega de la información ante la auditores externos e internos, teniendo una explicación amplia sobre el proceso así como soportes legibles y de fácil comprensión.
  2. Identificar áreas de oportunidad y crear políticas, procedimientos operativos y otra documentación de respaldo en GBS.

 

Colaboración y Comunicación

  1. Interactuar y tener buena comunicación con todo el equipo tanto interno como externo creando un buen ambiente de trabajo, relación laboral sana y asistirlos cuando lo necesiten (Entre procesos y torres).
  2. Mantenerse en atención de servicio para con nuestro socio de negocio.
  3. Comunicación activa con su superior inmediato (N+1).

 

 

Business Support

  1. Será responsable de garantizar que se cumpla con el servicio esperado por parte de las bussiness units, siempre aportando valor a las actividades, ya sea reduciendo tiempos, automatizando o creando reportes que generen valor.
  2. Apoyar con nuevos proyectos y brindar soporte comercial cuando sea requerido.
  3. Adicional deberá colaborar de forma importante en la correcta planificación de las actividades de forma que podamos generar en conjunto calidad vida – trabajo en los diferentes equipos de trabajo sin perder la calidad de la información.

Contador Público Titulado

Inglés avanzado/conversacional

10 años de experiencia como Coordinador de Contabilidad, o liderando proyectos importantes en empresas de tamaño grande.

 

Fiscal, IFRS, NIF, Cash Flow, análisis financiero, Reporte a casa matriz, estimaciones, manejo de derivados, capitalizaciones, deterioro, intercompañias.

Una ventaja el siguiente:

ENGIE Supply & Energy Management (SEM) is responsible for managing the portfolio of gas, electricity, congestion revenues rights and environmental products for ENGIE, across geographies. More recently, SEM has extended his scope to also manage all the market risks (energy, congestion, RECs, ancillaries) generated by the Renewable and Battery Storage Assets owned by ENGIE North America, which includes wind farms, solar farms, and storage units. The Power Portfolio Management team is precisely the group in charge of these activities.

 

The Asset Backed Trading group is responsible for the pricing and managing the risks associated with the power generation and retail business across the United States. We are looking for a Trader to join the team to build quantitative trading strategies in SPP MISO designed to optimize asset performance in DA and RT markets. 

We are looking for a highly skilled Trader to join our growing team. As a Trader in Houston, TX, you will report to the Head of Asset Backed Trading. You will be responsible for optimizing battery, solar, wind, and supply exposure to DA and RT markets across the interconnection, including SPP, MISO and PJM. 

  • Execute trades in DA and RT markets within SPP, MISO and/or PJM
  • Analyze market trends, price movements, and supply-demand dynamics to identify trading opportunities
  • Develop and implement trading strategies to optimize portfolio performance
  • Monitor and manage risk associated with trading activities
  • Collaborate with the analytics team to enhance trading models and tools
  • Utilize Python or R to automate trading processes and improve efficiency
  • Prepare and present trading reports and performance analysis to senior management

 

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in which you completed courses in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in power market trading, specifically in SPP, MISO, and/or PJM
  • Proven track record of successful DA/RT spread trading
  • Strong coding skills in Python or R
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to handle multiple assignments on a timely basis with a high degree of accuracy
  • Ability to meet highest attendance requirements

Compensation
Salary Range: $113,900 – $174,570 USD annually 

 

This represents the average expected pay range for a qualified candidate.

In addition to base pay, this position is eligible for a competitive bonus / incentive plan.
