Key Responsibilities

  • Full spectrum of HR in recruitment and selection, employee engagement, performance management, talent management, training development and grievances handling.

Requirements

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Management or equivalent. 
  • 7-10 years of relevant working experience in HR business partnering/generalist capacity. 
  • Good knowledge of local Labor Code of the Philippines. 
  • Ability to interact professionally with all organizational levels while maintaining string ethics and professionalism.
  • Effective change management skills to navigate through constant change. 
  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, analytical and critical thinking skills

Objectives

Responsibilities

  • Conceive and coordinate the implementation of the Communication and Events plan to cover key business requirements.
  • Monitor and propose communication actions to enhance the company's brand reputation within the Portuguese market.
  • Create and maintain a stakeholder information dashboard of current interactions, outcomes or feedbacks; gather useful information intelligence and share its outcomes with steering committees in order to support strategy and planning; advise senior spokespeople, delegated colleagues and customer teams on communications strategy, plans and procedures.

  • Coordinate institutional events, including managing platform speaking appearances and attendance on own or third parties realizations.
  • Coordinate the Communication function in crisis scenarios, in accordance with the Crisis Management Plan.
  • Build a database of key stakeholder, third parties and provider contacts to communicate effectively with them in proactive or reactive scenarios.
  • Align internal communication strategies, plans and regulatory affairs with the overall Communication strategy, in an integrated and efficient way.
  • Build a solid COM & CSR organization, through own resources or specialist expertise, to meet the business needs in a sustainable manner.
  • Manage delegated Government or Third Parties relations, including negotiations and campaigns; negotiate service level agreements to ensure successful deployment with third parties or service partners; plan, coordinate, and supervise activities relating to campaigns with assigned internal teams, subcontractors or service renders.
  • Adjust a CSR strategy, policies and action plans in line with the principles, strategies and guidelines of the overall Business and Communication Plans.

Qualification

  • Degree on Corporate Communication or similar

Requirements and Experience

  • Experience on Corporate Communication, Branding & CSR strategic management, process design and roll-out coordination.
  • Experience of managing an in-house communications and media relations team.
  • Thorough knowledge of Portuguese media, including national and regional media networks.
  • Experience or extensive acquaintance with the Energy Sector.
  • Experience on managing budgets.

 

Specific Know How:

Missions

 

  • You will report to the Head of Renewable APAC.
  • Lead the engineering team for the consultancy services in the design, development, and implementation of solar and BESS projects.
  • Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure successful project completion.
  • Lead and conduct PV or hybrid power plant studies for the greenfield and brownfield project phases.
  • Lead and conduct techno-commercial feasibility study, technical due diligence, tender documents and tendering process, and project construction and execution. 
  • Lead and conduct technical analyses and software simulations for PV and BESS to optimize project LCOE or plant performance.
  • Lead and conduct technical reviews and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to the engineering team and other departments.
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in solar and BESS technologies and integrate them into projects.
  • Prepare and present technical reports, collaborate with clients to understand their technical requirements and provide tailored solutions.
  • Maintain relationship with Clients, partners and project stakeholders. 
  • Ensure health, safety, and environmental standards are maintained on all projects.

Job Purpose/Mission 

The Head of Product Management is responsible for developing and executing a product strategy that brings life-changing impact to our customers while meeting the business goals of EEA. This is a cross-functional leadership role, requiring experience and understanding in customer research, product and technology development, and business strategy. The Head of Product Management will facilitate the Product team to execute on discovery, definition, development, launch, refinement, and end-of-life of EEA products. Responsibilities   

  • Lead creation and realization of a competitive global product strategy 
    • Coordinate with company leaders to develop the 3-5 year product strategy to meet the company goals 
    • Create and maintain EEA product roadmaps aligned to the overall corporate strategy 
  • Own the execution and management of the complete product portfolio across all stages of the product life cycle

Role Summary

We are seeking for a Marketing Communications Manager who will be responsible for the internal and external design, implementation, and management of a range of online, offline, and traditional communication strategies and events of the local ENGIE business unit and joint-venture entities. The preferred incumbent should be knowledgeable in the strategic and operational management of activities from conception to development, creation and dissemination of press releases, public relations initiatives, organizing and mounting events and other ways of conveying the desired message to internal and external stakeholders.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Create a marketing and corporate communications plan for internal and external stakeholders by collaborating with management, business development team and other department heads to fully understand the communication needs. Lead the end-to-end process.
  • Create and manage budget for this purpose.
  • Determine the most effective communications technique and platform for internal and external campaigns which may include social and online media, print, audio-visual, webinars, events and conventions, etc.
  • Create and produce press releases, articles, copywrite, campaigns, bulletins, social media/online messages and other communications as required and route for approval. Lay out, print and distribute if required.
  • Write draft speeches for senior management and assist with finalizing speeches.
  • Evaluate success of campaigns when completed.
  • Liaise with HQ Regional Management Office (RMO) based in Singapore or worldwide counterparts to leverage support, collaboration, knowledge sharing and best practices.
  • Develop strong partnerships with stakeholders.
  • Know the events relevant to the business and cascade the information to management in a timely manner. Attend events as company representative or to gather marketing intelligence.
  • Cascade the business vision, mission, and directions to all employees, partners, vendors and other key stakeholders by creating an effective campaign with a cohesive look and thematic agenda.
  • Seed press releases.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Journalism, Advertising, Communications, or related field.
  • Three to five years of related experience writing and editing projects; portfolio of relevant previous projects highly preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills that may include speech writing, public speaking, pitching and presentations.
  • Has sufficient skills in strategic corporate communications planning and creative communication.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Good at research and data validation.
