Au sein de la Business Area Nucléaire, vous intégrerez la "Direction Technique", dans le groupe métier "Engineering Management", garant du développement des compétences et de l’expertise Nucléaire Franco-Belge en Coordination, Intégration technique et Ingénierie des systèmes complexes au sein de Tractebel.

Vous serez rattaché(e) à l'agence de Marseille et interviendrez sur des grands projets nucléaires et/ou défense, que ce soit dans l’Hexagone ou à l’international dans un environnement multi-métiers et des groupements / consortiums de grande envergure.

Vous interagirez avec tous les métiers : Génie civil, HVAC, ELEC, I&C, Protection incendie, Equipements Electromécaniques, Tuyauterie, Procédés spéciaux, Manutention et levage, Gestion des déchets radioactifs, Essais et qualification, Sûreté Nucléaire, Environnement, Facteurs Humains, Démantèlement, Estimation, Planification, etc.

MISSIONS

Vous contribuez à la cohérence technique du projet et l'optimum technico-économique des solutions au regard des attentes des parties prenantes via 2 activités multi-métiers :
- La coordination technique en appui au pilotage des études,
- Les études de Sûreté de fonctionnement et Soutien Logistique Intégré
Cela comprend notamment :

1) Coordination technique :
- Piloter la conformité aux exigences ;
- Gérer les interfaces techniques entre les différents métiers et parties prenantes du projet ;
- Maîtriser la configuration et gérer les modifications ;
- Rédaction de documents techniques multidisciplinaires ;
- Assurer l’examen technique et la vérification de cohérence de livrables du projet. 

2) SDF / SLI
- Apporter une expertise technique et méthodologique sur les métiers de la SdF et du SLI en appui aux métiers techniques ;
- Établir le plan de sûreté de fonctionnement et de soutien Logistique Intégré ;
- Réaliser des analyses de Fiabilité, Maintenabilité, Disponibilité et Sécurité ;
- Mettre en place des plans de maintenance et rédiger les opérations de maintenance associées ;
- Définir des exigences techniques, réglementaires, normatives à respecter pour atteindre les objectifs de sécurité et les décliner aux systèmes, sous-systèmes et composants.

NB : Vous serez systématiquement impliqué dans le développement de votre métier et de solutions digitales innovantes au service de vos activités.

Par ailleurs, vous aurez rapidement l'opportunité de faire vos preuves et d'évoluer sur :
- L'intégration technique au sens de l'installation générale et la synthèse des études,
- La coordination des études, depuis l'établissement des logiques de déroulement, établir la politique des marges techniques, jusqu'à la gestion des revues de conception,

PROFIL

Formation : Ingénieur généraliste ou nucléaire

Expérience : 8 années minimum (Nucléaire / Défense / Industrie…) et au moins 3 en SDF-SLI

Maitrise des logiciels : MS Office (impératif), Navisworks (recommandé)

Langue / Niveau : Français irréprochable, Anglais professionnel courant.

Habilitation : Habilitable "Secret" au sens de la défense.

Déplacements : Ponctuels sur sites industriels et de Tractebel en France, Fréquents sur Toulon selon projet.

Compétences :
- Bagage technique dans les domaines industriels complexes (GC, HVAC, fluides, MML, VRD...) en études et travaux
- Bases solides en Ingénierie des Systèmes complexes, coordination multi-métiers, interfaces, gestion des modifications
- Capacité à challenger les métiers dès les études, notamment par rapport à votre retour d’expérience,
- Capacité de rédaction et de synthèse
- Agile avec les outils numériques, maquettes 3D, un peu geek à vos heures,

Purpose of the Job: 

To contribute to the safe operation of the Storengy UK Stublach Gas Storage Facility to ensure the protection of personnel, plant and the environment.  

Develop and maintain the Well Integrity Management System (WIMS) for all well-related assets. 

Provide direction and leadership in areas of Well Engineering to staff in the Operations, Maintenance and Engineering Teams, communicating on business and team objectives to ensure that staff work productively with a clear purpose to meet their objectives. Coach, mentor and develop staff to improve their skills, promoting a culture of collaboration and an environment where all staff are empowered to innovate.  

Key Responsibilities:

• Report all events (personal injuries, equipment damage, environmental and security) to your Line Manager and regularly raise proactive observations to help reduce the risk of an unsafe situation occurring.
• Drive improvements in Process Safety across the site.
• Provide engineering input into any investigations or operational studies
• Interact with the UK Regulator on matters of Well Integrity on behalf of Storengy UK.
• Act as the Technical Lead for the risk assessment of well activities and well operations using the principles of ALARP.
• Manage and further develop all aspects of the Storengy UK Well Integrity Management System, ensuring the company is following best practice guidance: NORSOK, API, OGUK, ISO etc. 
• Define a range of performance measures relating to Well Integrity. Set up and manage processes to record, communicate, analyse and make continuous improvement recommendations.
• Own and update the Well Status Diagrams, Well Barrier elements and performance standards. 
• Produce annual Well Integrity report for the Stublach Site.
• Deliver on continuous improvements that minimise downtime / maximise plant availability / reliability.
• Plan and provide operational support for well-related maintenance, interventions, workover operations etc. 
• Provide technical input into design activities, including harmonising with group and UK standards.
• Coordinate all well specific maintenance / inspections and corrective breakdown activities. 
• Develop and formalise multi-year programmes for periodic maintenance regarding well integrity inspections.
• Generate operational instructions/procedures relating to the operation and maintenance of wells.
• Generate Scope of Work documents for tender. Develop the contracting strategy, contractor selection and perform regular contractor performance monitoring. 
• Support the O&M team with key mechanical maintenance contracts; WHCP, Well maintenance, logging, Well site supervision etc.
• Review and update mechanical drawings following any modifications to well related equipment.
• Lead on site modification (MoC) relating to mechanical systems, acting as the Technical Safety Assessment leader when required – Ensure that modifications satisfy all statutory and best practice requirements (PED, PSR, PSSR, OGUK, NORSOK, API etc.)
• Ensure that all well integrity related procedures are complied with, and all actions are auditable while also maintaining the highest personal, professional and ethical standards.
• Implement the requirements of the Stublach Management System associated with documentation control for the Maintenance Team.
   

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelors Degree, or equivalent, in Chemical, Mechanical or Petroleum Engineering, essential
• IWCF Level 4 desirable
• NEBOSH General Certificate desirable
• 2 years’ experience in the oil and gas industry or process industries. Preferably in a well integrity role, but open to general mechanical integrity experience. 
• Ability to coordinate activities across teams.

The Opportunity

1. Technical Expertise: Leverage your 10-18 years of experience to provide technical leadership in the basic and detailed design of Main Plant components for combined cycle power plants. Demonstrate proficiency in hydraulic systems and various types of pumps commonly used in combined cycle power plants.
2. Feasibility Studies and Project Reports: Utilize your experience to conduct feasibility studies and prepare detailed project reports for a variety of projects related to combined cycle power plants, assessing their viability and potential for success.

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, production, and financial targets.
• Implement initiatives to improve technical, health, safety, and environmental performance.
• Produce and review method statements and risk assessments.
• Communicate with the Asset Manager and trading teams for effective plant optimization.
• Manage and coordinate BOP maintenance programs.
• Ensure procurement aligns with company policies and procedures.
• Foster relationships with key external parties (e.g., local authorities, communities, landowners).
• Perform site inspections and audit contractor performance.
• Implement site safety rules to mitigate system-derived hazards.
• Conduct onsite maintenance activities within individual skills and competence.
• Act as an Authorisation Officer for Renewables and support the Corporate Safety Rules Officer.
• Respond to emergencies, site outages, and changing circumstances.

Qualifications/Experience:

• Experience in renewable-technology operations  
• Managing contractors and suppliers.
• Developing and using maintenance management systems.
• Budget setting and control, procurement policy, and systems.
• Higher National Certificate in Engineering or equivalent.  
• IOSH /NEBOSH Safely Certificate.  
• HSE - Appointed First Aider.  
• Senior Authorised Person status (up to and including 33KV)  
• Working at Height Certificate  
• Hub Rescue  
• Experience of assisting in the development and supervision of new build construction projects 
• Experience in the construction and commissioning of power generation projects
