Synatom is amongst the largest institutional investors in Belgium. Assets under management totaled €3.5 billion at the end of 2024 and are projected to grow beyond €7.0 billion by 2030.
Synatom’s investment portfolio is diversified between public markets (e.g., equity and fixed income) and private markets (i.e., private debt, private equity, infrastructure, and real estate). Assets are invested via external investment managers. ESG considerations are embedded in our investment strategy to ensure long-term sustainability.
Synatom’s investment team is responsible for preserving and enhancing the real value of the investment portfolio, considering long-term liabilities, and implementing the company’s investment strategy.

  • Process drawdowns/distributions notices and quarterly reports, ensuring data accuracy in internal and external systems.
  • Coordinate with the Operations Team to ensure timely payment of drawdowns and receipt of distributions.
  • Prepare presentations and reports for the Investment Committee and Board of Directors.
  • Contribute to the integration of private markets investments in a new portfolio management system.

We know that diverse teams have more creativity, imagination, innovation and problem solving capabilities, so we are committed to tackling inequalities and creating a diverse and inclusive business.

Equal Opportunity

We're an equal opportunity employer, which means we'll consider all suitably qualified applicants regardless of gender identity or expression, ethnic origin, nationality, religion or beliefs, age, sexual orientation, disability status or any other protected characteristic. We recruit and develop our people based on merit and we're committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees. During the application process you will be asked to complete an equality questionnaire on a voluntary basis and any data we collect will be treated confidentially and used for evaluation purposes only. This helps us understand our audience so we can make sure we are doing everything we can to attract a diverse range of people and ensure our recruitment processes are fair and inclusive.
