Within GEMS, ENGIE Global Markets (EGM), is a regulated banking entity and ENGIE group energy trading platform.

Context:

As part of the EGM Credit Risk Analysts team, we are assessing the creditworthiness of GEM’s counterparts and managing the limits accordingly. The economic environment is also key and needs also to be followed.

 

Role:

 

Portfolio Credit Risk management

· Financial analysis (financial statements, business sector, peers…) and rating of EGM existing counterparties portfolio

· Proactive management of the credit limits in function of customers risk profile and business evolution

· Contract negotiation with customers in collaboration with Front Office and Legal department

· On-boarding of new customers

· Presentation of credit risk analysis to Risk Management and to Committees.

· Development of customer relationship before contract signing: analysis of Front Office’s need, study of the prospect’s profile (financials, business and regulatory environment,…).

· Follow-up and understanding of risk indicators (MtM, CVaR, RCM, stress tests …)

 

 

Digitalization

· Together with Credit Reporting team and IT support work on development of existing and introduction of new IT tools facilitating credit risk management.

 

 

Contribute to the team duty tasks

· Daily report production and answer to urgent business interests (check impact of deal interest on current exposure, and give authorization or not to trade).

 Tus principales responsabilidades serán: 

  • Supervisar la evaluación de ofertas de PPA a clientes y potenciales clientes, según la Política Comercial de la empresa.
  • Revisar el File de ofertas de suministro para su aprobación interna y de ser necesario del grupo ENGIE.
  • Evaluar y participar en la negociación de contratos de PPA con clientes y potenciales clientes
  • Establecer la estrategia de venta para lograr nuevas oportunidades con clientes y potenciales clientes.
  • Supervisar y coordinar que la gestión de atención al cliente (post venta de PPA) sea dada en las mejores condiciones de oportunidad y efectividad.

 

¿Qué necesitamos de ti? 

Indispensables: 

  • Profesional de las carreras de  Ingeniería Eléctrica, Mecánica – Eléctrica o Ingeniería Industrial o Economía, o afines.
  • Experiencia de +12 años en el sector de energía liderando áreas de venta y negociación de PPAs
  • Conocimientos de las Normas Técnicas del Sector Eléctrico, así como de la regulación del mercado
  • Inglés intermedio

About the Role

We have a 12 month fixed term contract vacancy for a Market Operations Improvement Analyst.  The job holder will support the Market Operations Improvement Manager in driving continuous improvement across Market Operations. The role involves identifying areas for improvement, supporting action plans, and embedding an improvement methodology across the teams. 

 

This is a hybrid role assigned to our Leeds office where the successful candidate would be based two days a week.

Summary of key responsibilities

  • Responsible for your own portfolio of customers totalling multi-million pounds of revenue ensuring that all invoices (paper, electronic, EDI, manual) are produced by the contractual deadline and adhere to taxation rules. 
  • Responsible for clearing any outstanding unbilled position in your portfolio on a monthly basis. 
  • To participate in reducing the number of credit notes through accurate invoicing and data management. 
  • To reduce the number of reconciliations and disputes through diligent data management. 
  • Responsible for applying industry data changes, as notified by internal departments and external parties, ensuring that correct pass through charges are applied. 
  • Prioritise and respond to customer enquiries and complaints in a timely manner. 
  • To ensure billing exceptions assigned to your portfolio are resolved in a timely manner. 
  • To liaise with internal and external parties to ensure that accounts in your portfolio are set up accurately and efficiently in time for each billing run. 
  • To send billed data consumption reports, copy invoices and billing performance reports to customers as required. 
  • Assist account managers with periodic customer meetings as a subject matter expert, to advise on billing issues pertaining to your portfolio. 
  • Adherence to internal processes and risk frameworks.

Context:

Within GEMS, the Risk Expertise Center’s (EC Risk) purpose is to, on one hand, advise and help the Business Platforms in optimizing their activities making sure it respects all the rules and limits, and on the other hand, to manage, monitor and control the risks that GEMS is facing globally in its commercial and energy management activities.

In the context of its re-organization and following 2023 ACPR Audit, the EC Risk has created EC Risk Engie Global Markets (EGM) with the general objectives to strengthen governance and processes around EGM together with allocating the appropriate level of resources to comply with regulated standards.

The Treasury & Liquidity Risk team (6 persons) is a part of EC Risk EGM. The Treasury & Liquidity Risk team is responsible for the liquidity risk management of GEMS and for the cash management of EGM legal entity (in addition to a few other legal entities of GEMS).

As a Treasury & Liquidity Risk Officer, you will report  to the Head of Treasury & Liquidity Risk.

 

 

 

Role:

Your role will focus on Liquidity Risk management:

 

    • Actively collaborate on the conception of Liquidity Risk metrics with the Risk Methodo team and/or the Market Oversight Team: Cash@Risk metric, CFFO@Risk metric, liquidity stress tests
    • Manage the production, reporting & analysis of Liquidity Risk metrics, using in particular Dataiku and PowerBi tools
    • Participate to various studies/ analysis and projects regarding Liquidity Risk Management and systems improvements
    • Collaborate with stakeholders in liquidity risk for any Liquidity Risk matter/analysis (including exchanges with the Group Financial Direction and other internal teams like FO, MAS Global Oversight Team, Finance)
    • Contribute to a monthly Liquidity Committee covering Treasury and Liquidity Risk to discuss relevant topics with Group Treasury & Risk teams and other stakeholders

 Key Account Manager – Lima 

 

Tus principales responsabilidades serán: 

  • Identificar necesidades de los principales clientes, planificar como satisfacer esas necesidades y generar ventas de todos los servicios que ofrece el grupo ENGIE.
  • Gestionar la relación con los principales clientes, generando acercamiento, e identificando las necesidades relevantes y definiendo el plan estratégico.
  • Gestionar oportunidades de PPAs y negociar los contratos de las oportunidades identificadas y adjudicadas.
  • Coordinar con el equipo de Desarrollo para entregar soluciones a las necesidades del cliente. En conjunto con los equipos de Finanzas y Legal.
  • Diseñar y gestionar acciones de mitigación de riesgos para mantener el balance del portafolio.
  • Establecer relaciones sólidas y de confianza con los clientes y gestionar el servicio de post venta al cliente, con el soporte de las otras áreas de ENGIE.

 

¿Qué necesitamos de ti? 

Indispensables: 

  • Profesional de las carreras de Economía, Administración, Ingeniería Eléctrica, Mecánica-Eléctrica, Ingeniería Industrial o ramas afines de ingeniería.
  • Estudios de especialización de Gestión Comercial y Ventas y Marketing
  • Experiencia previa de 4 años en cargos similares y experiencia total de 8 años en áreas comerciales.
  • Conocimiento de soluciones energéticas, comercialización de electricidad y técnicas de negociación.
  • MS office nivel avanzado
  • Nivel de inglés avanzado
  • Manejo de Salesforce.

 

Deseables: 

  • Conocimientos del mercado eléctrico peruano y su regulación
  • Elaboración y negociación de contratos de suministro de electricidad y soluciones energéticas
  • Gestión de proyectos
