Ce vei face:

  • Vei dimensiona la nivel optim solicitările de materiale, echipamente, scule, dispozitive, mijloace fixe (contoare, firide, etc.) necesare bunei desfășurări a activității operaționale în cadrul FOL-ului
  • Vei urmări, gestiona și raspunde de nivelul optim al stocurilor din raftul de depozitare a materialelor, echipamentelor, sculelor, dispozitivelor, mijloacelor fixe.
  • Vei manipula, sorta și distribui materialele, echipamentele, sculele, dispozitivele, mijloacele fixe din cadrul FOL-ului, în condiții optime și conform solicitărilor.
  • Vei întocmi, introduce și verifica la timp documentele specifice activității de gestionare a materialelor, echipamentelor, sculelor, dispozitivelor, mijloacelor fixe în sistemul informatic.
  • Vei realiza recepția cantitativa și calitativa a materialelor și contoarelor prin măsurare și numărare, respectând prevederile standardelor în vigoare, vei stivuii și eticheta materialele din cadrul FOL-ului
  • Vei realiza intrări, ieșiri, transferuri de materiale intre depozite și rafturi și alte tranzacții specifice modului de lucru implementat și vei verifica actele de gestiune (aviz de însoțire marfa).
  • Vei urmări că materialele din raft să fie eliberate în cantitățile și sortimentul specificat în documentele de livrare, asigurând trasabilitatea permanent pentru raftul pe care îl gestionezi.
  • Vei urmări și asigura trasabilitatea consumului de materiale pe comenzile de lucru inclusiv returul materialelor în cazul lucrărilor nerealizate.
  • Vei inventaria materialele, echipamentele, sculele, dispozitivele, mijloacele fixe (contoare, firide, etc..) aflate pe stoc în rafturile arondate.
  • Vei controla certificatele de calitate și conformitate ale produselor recepționate și vei întocmi fise de reclamații pentru materialele neconforme.
  • Vei asigura depozitarea materialelor și contoarelor în bune condiții pentru a evita degradarea acestora.
  • Vei efectua în sistemul informatic tranzacțiile specifice activității (rezervări, bonuri consum, recepții, transferuri, stornări).
  • Vei optimiza stocurile evaluând surplusul sau lipsa de materiale din rafturile DGSR prin consultarea cu ceilalți responsabili de raft.
  • Vei pune la dispoziție informațiile relevante pentru efectuarea vizitelor de șantier (rezervări materiale).
  • Vei verifica documentele de montare/demontare și starea contoarelor din sistemul informatic și vei modica acolo unde este cazul pentru eliminarea erorilor acestora, în conformitate cu standardele operaționale ale companiei.
  • Vei introduce, prelucra, transmite și asigura evidenta datelor în sistemul informatic, în conformitate cu standardele operaționale ale companiei.
  • Vei verifica documentele primite și vei sesiza emitentul asupra erorilor observate pentru corectarea acestora.
  • Vei colabora cu furnizorii de date primare în vederea executării corecte și în termen a lucrărilor.
  • Vei coopera cu key ușerii SAP în cazul apariției unor erori în funcționarea și exploatarea sistemului informatic.
  • Vei raspunde de arhivarea documentelor tehnice aferente FOL-ului.
  • Vei elibera documente din arhiva FOL-ului în baza solicitărilor primite.
  • Vei extrage rapoarte specifice pentru întocmirea situațiilor periodice (lunare, trimestriale, semestriale sau anuale).

 

Cerinte:

    • Studii medii diverse;
    • Cunoștinte în domeniul gazier și în domeniul gestionării materialelor și contoarelor;
    • Aptitudini de operare Word și Excel - nivel mediu;
    • Cunoștinte SAP;
    • Planificare și prioritizarea activităților, capacitate de organizare;
    • Capacitatea de lucru sub presiunea timpului;
    • Atitudine activa în soluționarea problemelor și realizarea obiectivelor,

What You Can Expect

As our Power Plant Maintenance Mechanic, at ENGIE’s Medical Area Total Energy Plant (MATEP), you will be responsible for performing installation, maintenance repair, overhauls, and testing of various diesel engine driven equipment.  You will also provide supervisors with all pertinent information concerning equipment and submit written reports as requested.  You may also be assigned to complete various non-diesel tasks, all under the supervision of the Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor.

 

 

What You’ll Bring

  • You possess a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in heavy diesel engine maintenance and repair, or equivalent 
  • You have specialized technical training, or equivalent familiarity with the use of precision measuring devices, and the ability to read and understand technical drawings and instruction manuals
  • Must have a valid state driver’s license, Forklift, 3A Hoisting Licenses
  • You should have sound knowledge of the application and use of diagnostic equipment
  • You will install, inspect, overhaul, and maintain diesel engine driven equipment including all engine components
  • You must perform maintenance and repairs to auxiliary systems that directly support the operation of the diesels, which are common in design, installation, and operation to other power plant support systems
  • You will perform maintenance, repairs, or overhauls to non-diesel systems, as necessary to meet plant operational needs
  • You will prepare technical data and equipment observation reports necessary for proper diagnostic work and machinery history records
  • You will determine and obtain parts and supplies from stock as required to perform repairs, maintenance, and overhaul work; prepare stockroom requisitions as required
  • You must prepare and submit information to supervisors as needed to order parts and materials required in the general performance of job assignments
  • You will be responsible for maintaining work areas and shop facilities in a clean, orderly, and safe condition
  • You will observe and comply with all standard safety codes and practices and perform work in accordance with recognized trade and company standards and, where applicable, local, state, and federal laws
  • You must participate in mandatory training and other programs
  • Must participate in emergency response
  • You will perform other related duties as required

 

 

Additional Details

  • This role requires attendance at a worksite on a daily basis;
  • Working Shift: Tuesday – Saturday or Sunday – Thursday; Day Shift; 6:00am to 2:30pm
  • May be required to work overtime - relief, off-shift, and emergency coverage (nights, weekends,) and/or other, as needed

Many of the terms and conditions of your employment, including but not limited to work scheduling, wages, vacation, sick leave, and other benefits, will be governed by a collective bargaining agreement (the “CBA”) between the Company and the union.

As our Area Lead Technician you will be responsible for managing field response for reactive and planned maintenance activities of select operating assets in Houston Texas surrounding area.  This position will also serve as a key company representative for maintenance scheduling/coordination with internal teams as well as 3rd parties. This field-based position will work across departments to communicate updates and will require frequent travel, primarily to facilities in Houston, Texas area. Candidate must reside within 1 hour of South Houston area facilities.  

 

Every day, you will be responsible for managing the Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) to ensure the plants are operational. You will coordinate with various Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs), internal and external maintenance partners, and provide hands-on troubleshooting for on-site technical issues. Additionally, you will perform deviation detection and mitigation for the operating battery plants.

 

You will communicate with internal departments, including High Voltage, Performance Management, Asset Management, and Remote Operations teams, to report issues, address needs, and support issue resolution by coordinating with internal teams, OEMs, and EMS providers. Furthermore, you will support reliability improvement plans by collaborating with in-house and third-party technical engineering staff.

 

Reporting to the Field Services Manager, your primary duties encompass:

  • Oversee internal field service team for regional sites
  • Coordination with various OEMs/internal/external maintenance partners
  • Hands-on troubleshooting of on-site technical issues
  • Performance deviation detection and mitigation
  • Communicate with internal departments for reporting any issues or needs
  • Assist in any other tasks as required
  • Source, schedule, and manage third party contractors for site interventions
  • Manage scheduled maintenance planning and coordination, in concert with internal Performance Management and Trading teams
  • Support issues resolution coordinating with internal teams, OEMs and EMS providers
  • Support reliability improvement plans via coordinating with in-house and third-party technical engineering staff
  • Coordinate with various groups during commissioning to identify potential issues prior to site COD

Every day you will be responsible for keeping the battery storage plants up and running, coordinate with various Original Equipment Manufactures “OEMs”, internal and external maintenance partners, provide hands-on troubleshooting of on-site technical issues, perform deviation detection and mitigation on the operating battery plants. You will communicate with internal departments, Performance Management, Asset Management, and Remote Operations teams to report any issues or needs and support issues resolutions coordinating with internal teams, OEMs and EMS providers. You will support reliability improvement plans via coordinating with in-house and third-party technical engineering staff.

 

 

What You’ll Bring

  • Minimum high school diploma or technical certificate
  • Minimum of three (3) years of electrical experience or comparable industrial experience such as Power Sector Industry, Military experience working with diesel generators or power systems, or Oil & Gas industry experience with maintenance/service experience of heavy machinery is beneficial in lieu of battery storage experience

What You Can Expect

As our Asset Operations, Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for executing field response for reactive and planned maintenance activities of select operating standalone battery assets in Fort Stockton, Texas area.  You will also serve as a key company representative for maintenance scheduling and coordination with internal teams as well as 3rd parties. This field-based position will work across departments to communicate updates and will require frequent travel, primarily to two facilities in West Texas.  As such, candidate must reside within  60 minutes of our Fort Stockton, TX area facilities.  

 

Every day you will be responsible for keeping the battery storage plants up and running, coordinate with various Original Equipment Manufactures “OEMs”, internal and external maintenance partners, provide hands-on troubleshooting of on-site technical issues, perform deviation detection and mitigation on the operating battery plants. You will communicate with internal departments, Performance Management, Asset Management, and Remote Operations teams to report any issues or needs and support issues resolutions coordinating with internal teams, OEMs and EMS providers. You will support reliability improvement plans via coordinating with in-house and third-party technical engineering staff.

 

 

What You’ll Bring

  • Minimum high school diploma or technical certificate
  • Minimum of three (3) years of electrical experience or comparable industrial experience such as Power Sector Industry, Military experience working with diesel generators or power systems, or Oil & Gas industry experience with maintenance/service experience of heavy machinery is beneficial in lieu of battery storage experience
  • Ability to meet highest attendance requirements
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbally
  • Ability to handle multiple assignments on a timely basis with a high degree of accuracy

 

 

Additional Details

  • This is a field position requiring regular travel to ENGIE site(s) 
  • This role requires daily attendance at worksite
  • Must be available to travel (domestically) up to 25% of the time (and with the need for some overnight trips.)  
  • Must possess a valid U.S. driver’s license/clean driving record
  • Must be willing and able to comply with all ENGIE ethics and safety policies 
  • The position consists of 30% work indoors and 70% work outdoors; outdoor work may expose the employee to weather conditions 
  • Could involve some lifting / up to 50 lbs 

 

 

Compensation

Salary Range: $32.45 – $49.70 USD, hourly. 

 

This represents the average expected pay range for a qualified candidate.
