Responsable de Reclutamiento y Selección – Lima

 Tus principales responsabilidades serán: 

  • Responsable del proceso end to end de reclutamiento y selección, de acuerdo a los procedimientos y política establecidas. El cual incluye asegurar la criba curricular y filtros establecidos; así como las referencias laborales y la debida diligencia correspondiente.
  • Coordinar la creación y liberación en el sistema de Recursos Humanos de las posiciones nuevas o reemplazos. 
  • Actualizar o relevar, con los clientes internos, los perfiles de puestos a reclutar.
  • Responsable de realizar la convocatoria, interna y externa, de las posiciones en búsqueda; así como de promocionar las oportunidades de empleo en los canales establecidos y nuevos que pueda proponer.
  • Responsable de revisar y asegurar el envío de la documentación de ingreso por parte del candidato seleccionado, así como del armado de su file personal.
  • Gestión por indicadores y generación de reportes de los procesos de reclutamiento y selección.
  • Participar en el desarrollo de actividades de marca empleadora.
  • Participar en la administración de los planes de retención de personal, así como también en los traslados internos de personal.
  • Coordinar y asegurar el cumplimiento de la inducción del personal nuevo.

 

¿Qué necesitamos de ti? 

·         Indispensables: 

  • Profesional de la carrera de Administración, Ingeniería Industrial, Psicología y/o carreras afines.
  • Experiencia de +5 años liderando procesos de Selección en empresas de servicios, mineras, construcción o sector de energía.
  • Conocimiento de selección por Competencias

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.  In lieu of education requirements we will accept a combination of years of experience and other education experience for the role
  • Minimum of seven (7) years of proven expertise in application management, managing complex application portfolios including end-to-end lifecycle management (development, deployment, maintenance, and retirement)
  • Strong background in IT strategy and optimization, demonstrated ability to align technology solutions with business objectives and optimize performance to meet organizational goals
  • Hands-on experience in data governance, developing and executing data governance frameworks to ensure data quality, consistency, and compliance
  • Familiarity with operational technology (OT) systems and the ability to effectively bridge IT and OT requirements
  • Experience managing cross-functional projects in matrixed organizations, within dynamic, fast-paced environments with multiple stakeholders
  • Deep understanding of security and compliance standards, including regulatory requirements and best practices for securing applications and data
  • Technical proficiency in application management tools, technologies, and frameworks, including familiarity with modern application architectures such as cloud-based solutions and microservices
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of diagnosing issues, analyzing complex data, and implementing innovative solutions

Compensation

Salary Range: $119,595 – $199,290 USD annually

 

This represents the average expected pay range for a qualified candidate.

What you will do:

  • You will be in charge with WAN connectivity, including dedicated equipment installed to facilitate redundant VPN connectivity between central and remote sites.
  • You will manage LAN connectivity, including dedicated infrastructure and equipment, secure access (identity-based authentication, 802.1x mechanism, VLAN segmentation, portal for guest users, log recording).
  • You will manage the secure remote access, including virtual private network, Outlook Web Access, MFA type authentication - token, modems, etc.
  • You will be responsible for the access to the Internet, including access with guaranteed bandwidth, the operational direction of the secure infrastructure on the hosting sites, the management of the Internet profile.
  • You will monitor the network performance using the available applications (eg.: DNA Center, Cisco Network Assistant, etc.).
  • You will ensure the troubleshooting of user connection problems with Cisco Identity Service Engine (ISE), WLC, DNA Center and other specific methods.
  • You will ensure the configuration and installation of the equipment (switches, routers, etc.) in the network architecture, as well as the maintenance of the equipment configuration (change, update, cleaning) in accordance with the requests and internal work methods.

  • You will inventory and ensure the continuous updating of the state of the equipment in your area of activity.

Desired education, expertise, and skills:

  • Completed higher studies, preferably with a bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent experience (education or training);
  • Professional certifications in the field of network infrastructure (eg.: CCNA);
  • Relevant experience of at least 2 years;
  • Experience in managing network and telecommunications systems - routers, switches and firewalls;

The opportunity:

Reporting to the Head of Acquisitions, Investments & Financial Advisory (AIFA) ANZ, as an integral member of the AIFA team, you'll evaluate a diverse range of investment opportunities and lead the valuation and risk analysis of new investment, as well as structuring and executing M&A and project financing transactions across significant energy projects and strategic initiatives.   • Conduct financial Due Diligence on M&A opportunities, including coordination of external financial advisors
  • Calculate valuation as well as accounting impacts (net debt, COI, ROCE, Net Results, profit on disposal) of investment decisions, contributing to quality and uniformity of valuation methods
  • Advise and assist internal stakeholders in understanding appropriate risk allocation, bankability of terms and conditions of various project contracts and provide general structuring advice and optimization of returns
  • Assist the business development decision making process, identifying key financial indicators to be applied and monitored for investment decisions.
  • Liaise directly with business development, finance and tax to understand and develop business plans and relevant assumptions, scenarios and sensitivities, including the accounting and tax treatment, and assess their impact on the project

 

About you:

  • Demonstrated experience in a similar role within the Energy, Infrastructure, Banking sector or an Advisory firm
  • Ability to manage a diverse and complex set of stakeholders, advise and influence decisions and support multiple projects of varying maturity at the same time
