What you will do:

  • You will actively participate in the Capture and Clarify business requests activities, understanding the business E2E processes.
  • You will design, implement the ERP specific requests using the ASAP technology, always recommending standard SAP solutions, automations, improvements, workflows.
  • You will be responsible for understanding and documenting low-level implementations in SAP ERP modules.
  • You will develop and maintain the centralized specific documentation repository.
  • You will monitor and manage the implemented functionalities in SAP ERP modules in order to satisfy business requirements regarding optimal exploitation of the IS system.
  • You will validate and monitor the specific SAP ERP solutions elaborated and/or implemented by external collaborators. In such cases, you will be responsible for hand over activities and will validate the final version of the deliverables.
  • You will actively collaborate within transversal projects, communicating with other IT internal experts (SAP, GIS, WEB, SCADA, IVR, GMC Inspire, etc.), internal business clients, facilitates smooth communication between internal client and external collaborators.
  • You will collaborate with team leaders and project managers to ensure effective and efficient development, delivery, deployment, operation and support of the IS solutions.
  • You will respect the agreed SLA and deadlines, internal IT procedures and INCOME methodology. 
  • You will proactively optimize the implementation of E2E business processes, respecting the company objectives and the financial efficiency.
  • You will foresee the risks, report them immediately to the direct manager and act for diminishing by implementing preventive activities.
  • You will develop and maintain the centralized specific SAP role & responsibility matrix.

 

Desired education, expertise, and skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Information Technology or Business or equivalent experience, education, or training.
  • 3 years-applicable experience in SAP ERP modules.
  • Knowledge of SAP ERP FI-AA module.
  • Proven tech expertise in design and implementation of complex IT solutions.
  • Communication Skills & Persuasion.

What you will do:

  • You will ensure the efficient resolution of internal and external customer requests, respecting the internal policies/ procedures and the approved SLA level.
  • For requests that cannot be resolved directly, you will mediate the interaction between the client and the final service provider, giving priority and respecting escalation procedures.

  • You will configure the interfaces between SAP systems and other external systems.
  • You will be involved in the analysis and definition of the architecture of SAP on medium and long term perspectives.
  • You will manage SAP instances (application servers and databases) for productive/ test/ development/ training environments.
  • You will manage hardware resources, operating systems, databases and application instances for SAP systems.
  • You will monitor the loading of systems in the area of responsibility and ensure their availability and performance according to the indicators established within the company, developing strategies and implementing optimization measures at the level of allocated hardware resources (CPU, RAM, DISK), databases and application instances.
  • You will carry out data protection activities, check their consistency and ensure backup copies. You will carry out restoration activities and ensure replications in the DR site.

Desired education, expertise, and skills:

  • Higher studies completed with a Bachelor's degree, preferably in the IT field;
  • Over 7 years of professional experience in SAP BASIS Administration in an Enterprise environment;
  • Work experience in SAP BASIS: designing and implementing SAP environments and supporting infrastructure, capacity planning and correct sizing, configuring systems for high availability and ensuring data recovery in case of disaster, developing backup and recovery strategy, expanding storage systems, SAP upgrades, OS/ DB migration, system update/ client copies and administration, etc.;
  • Experience in evaluating, installing, configuring and implementing SAP applications;
  • Experience with SAP upgrades, including support packages and enhancement packages;
  • Experience in using Unix/ Linux operating systems;
  • Advanced knowledge in database administration, including performance query analysis, HA/ DR and Oracle sizing;

  • Team lead of the regional FP&A cluster AMEA Flexgen and accountable for the reporting of this perimeter.
  • Monitor, analyse, challenge and report the business and financial and operational results of the assets under his/her business control responsibility (in addition to the team lead role), within the values, compliance principles, policies and rules of ENGIE and according to its strategy and objectives of results.

Key Accountabilities

 

  • Lead the regional MBR/QBR reporting cycle for the cluster ‘AMEA GBU – Flexgen’.
  • Be accountable for the yearly Budget and medium-terms plans, and within-year re-forecasts, and risks and opportunities for the cluster ‘AMEA GBU – Flexgen’.
  • In addition to the team lead role, being accountable for a dedicated asset cluster with regards to data retrieval, analysis, consolidation and monthly reporting. Ensure that the regional reporting is accurate, complete and reported in a timely fashion.
  • Coordinating with the FP&A HQ and conso teams on any consolidation matters.
  • Contribute to the compliance of all companies with finance & accounting policies of group.
  • Provide support to the yearly impairment testing exercise.
  • Challenges, inquires, and consolidates best estimate KFI forecasting, risk and opportunities’ analysis for a dedicated asset perimeter.
  • Prepares, consolidates, and reports global business unit related scorecards.
  • Participate actively to the periodic enterprise risk assessment of the business and provides support to the Tax teams.
  • Produce ad-hoc analysis as required or needed by stakeholders / internal clients.
  • Preparation and reporting of early warning reports.
  • Coordination, preparation, analysis and consolidation of rep. letters.
  • Monitor new regulations, in particular with respect to finance, accounting and fiscal matters, and assess the impact on the business.
  • Be accountable for and set up procedures related to timely and qualitative statutory reporting processes and for reconciliation process between financial statements for local purpose and those report for consolidation under the Group.

    • Collaborate / lead HR-led digitalization and data collection/generation within and outside HR so to build up local and GBUs (Global Business Units)/Hub dashboards

Requirements

  • 3+ experience acting in HR Operations managerial roles in matrixed multinational, best-class companies.

  • In-depth knowledge of payroll, tax and social security schemes.

  • Strong understanding of various HR functions, including local labour law, compensation and HR systems.

  • Communication Skills: adequate gravitas and influencing skills to interact with business leaders and employees at all levels.

  • Data literacy: ability to use data, metrics and evidence to drive decision-making and change.

  • Bachelor’s degree in labour relations, human resources, business administration or related field plus postgraduate studies.

  • SAP advanced user.

  • Spanish native speaker plus English C1 level.
