What you will do:

  • You will update the training database with information regarding the training sessions and qualifications acquired by employees within the company;

  • You will periodically monitor the database, identify and reconcile discrepancies.

  • You will provide support in conducting the annual budgeting exercise for training.

  • You will ensure mandatory and ad-hoc reporting for L&D activities, following reporting deadline.

  • You will be involved in the reporting of KPIs related to the L&D area.

  • You will create and maintain new databases according to business needs.

  • You will identify opportunities to improve the L&D process and align these processes with the company objectives.

  • You will support the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and projects.

  • You will provide consultancy and suggest  viable solutions to the company's management regarding the HR projects and/or processes they are involved in, ensuring their implementation.

Desired education, expertise, and skills:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in analysis, reporting, or database management.
  • Intermediate level of English.
  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, complex formulas, etc.).

Job Purpose/Mission 

To assist with development and implementation of effective remuneration and employee benefits program strategies, policies, rewards systems, human capital information management system and procedures as well as to create organizational competitive advantage in order to attract and retain talent.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare offers, promotion and allowance business cases for review by the Head of Compensation and Benefits CoE.
  • Support the Head of Compensation and Benefits CoE.
  • Assist to develop and implement all remuneration, benefit and administration related policies, systems and procedures.
  • Assist with development, management, and maintenance of effective HR information systems i.e Record and processing data.
  • Assist to develop, maintain and make recommendations in respect of the organization’s salary range structure and fringe benefits to establish market-based benefits to ensure the acquisition, motivation and retention on key critical positions.
  • Analysis and annual update of Salary Scales based on midpoints against the benchmarked external market.
  • Develop and maintain Human Capital integrated reports for relevant stakeholders.
  • Provides data for and preparing management information reports and documents.
  • Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with the Head of the Compensation and Benefits COE to develop solutions and programs.
  • Establish and develop a dialogue and relationship with head of business units and other key stakeholders to understand the key issues associated with employee compensation & benefits for further in-depth discussion & consideration with the Head of the Compensation and Benefits COE.
  • Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
  • Provides Remuneration policy guidance and interpretation.

What You’ll Bring

Compensation

Context :

The Comp & Ben Specialist works within the HR department of the Global Energy Management & Sales business unit.

He/she is in charge of Comp and Ben initiatives & projects while ensuring the operational management of the reward processes.

Role :

  • Ensure compliance of the BU's C&B practices with the initiatives launched by the Engie Group, the GEM BU strategy and applicable local legislation and regulations.
  • Ensure the hands-on management of C&B processes and programs such as annual salary review, deferred compensation, annual salary review, management of deferred compensation, LTI's and employee share ownership, international mobility...
  • Ensure participation in annual salary surveys and analyze competitive trends in the markets in order to make recommendations.
  • Budgetary control of salary costs and provisions (Bonus pool, standard costs, Expats...) in collaboration with Management Control and the Tax Department (Transfer Pricing).
  • Prepare statistical analyses and reports for the various stakeholders compliance department, Compensation Committee, Management Committee, Finance department, head of HR group.
