Purpose

The HR Data Analyst I will support HR projects, programs and data/reporting requirements by utilizing existing applications and systems.  The position will investigate issues and work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve.  The position supports HR informational needs by modifying existing system configurations to meet changing organizational requirements.

Essential Job Functions

  • Run routine reports and create ad hoc HR data report requests
  • Analyze and understand HR data to provide clarity to the HR Team, and other business teams as needed.
  • Configure HCM foundational tables to meet business needs.
  • Complete data audits and routine maintenance to ensure the highest possible quality of data.
  • Troubleshoot HCM system related issues in collaboration with internal subject matter experts and external consultants.
  • Carry out system testing to deploy HCM recommended system changes and enhancements in conjunction with other HR Data Team members.
  • Support HR Data Team during quarterly Group Social Reporting with various data entry, reporting and data analysis tasks.
  • Extract HR data and submit regulatory compliance reports including but not limited to: BLS, US Census Bureau, EEO-1, AAP, and other compliance related reports
  • Document system processes related to the HR Data team for Knowledge Base
  • Carry out other duties as assigned.

 

 

Requirements

  • Self-starter with excellent time and task management skills.
  • Team oriented individual willing to adapt to a global fast paced and continuously improving organization.
  • Ability to communicate openly and effectively with internal and external customers managing expectations and timelines related to responsibilities. 
  • Ability to develop and maintain relationships both within and outside of Human Resources.
  • Experience with HCM HR Core configuration (SuccessFactors, ADP Vantage preferred)
  • Experience with SharePoint preferred
  • Experience building reports in ADP Custom Report, SuccessFactors Analytics, or other ad hoc reporting tools.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite of products including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

  • Ability to meet highest attendance requirements
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbally.
  • Ability to handle multiple assignments on a timely basis with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Ability to use personal computer, calculator, etc.

 

 

Education/Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business or related discipline required
  • 0-3 years’ experience in Human Resources Information Systems.
