What You Can Expect

As the Power Marketing Intern, you will support power marketing and sales efforts targeting Corporate and Industrial (C&I) and utility customers to understand their renewable energy and sustainability goals. This position requires balancing a quantitative approach to evaluating risk with strong communication skills to explain renewable energy power purchase concepts concisely to various cross-functional stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include:

 

  • Support Power Marketing Initiatives: Assist the Power Marketing team in promoting grid-scale solar, solar-plus-storage, and wind projects, including bid evaluation, preparation, and creating presentation materials for customers and buyers.
  • Market Trend and Transaction Analysis: Identify and analyze national industry trends impacting renewable development opportunities, and assess transaction details to identify risks and opportunities for optimizing project revenue.
  • Power Sale Agreements: Support the negotiation and management of long-term power sale agreements with various customers to facilitate the financing and construction of new renewable and/or energy storage projects.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with ENGIE’s project support teams, including development, construction, operations and maintenance, procurement, finance, accounting, energy trading, and transmission analysis teams.
  • Market Research and Data Management: Conduct market research, manage data and data rooms, perform competitive analysis, assist with marketing collateral, and provide various ad hoc analyses.

 

 

 

What You’ll Bring

  • Minimum 2nd year undergraduate or graduate degree with at least a current GPA of 2.8 or higher
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Business acumen with an ability to prepare complex quantitative analysis

The Construction Project Field Manager (PFM) will oversee and coordinate all on-site aspects of a renewable energy project. ¿Cuál sería tu objetivo?

Realizar y coordinar los procesos de seguridad para la GBU definida Engie Chile, con el fin de asegurar la implementación de las actividades y medidas para prevenir accidentes laborales y enfermedades profesionales, adoptando acciones preventivas, correctivas, y optimizando continuamente los procesos, promoviendo una cultura de trabajo participativa en la generación de las acciones, velando por el cumplimiento de los requisitos legales, corporativos del Grupo e internos en materias de Seguridad y Prevención de Riesgos en EECL y las empresas contratistas, conforme a los procedimientos establecidos.

 

Funciones:

  • Orientar y supervisar los trabajos de construcción y su entorno para asegurar el cumplimiento de las medidas de seguridad, respetando el sistema de gestión OHS, procedimientos, instructivos y estándares definidos.
  • Preparar y verificar el Plan de Prevención de Riesgos de los diferentes sitios/proyectos de Operaciones y Mantenimiento, asegurando el cumplimiento de las acciones contenidas y evaluando diferentes aspectos sobre prevención de accidentes y salud de trabajadores.
  • Asesorar y supervisar en la identificación y control de riesgos asociados a las actividades desarrolladas por la unidad de negocio en todo el territorio nacional, incluyendo auditorías anuales de empresas contratistas y capacitación interna en materia de seguridad.
  • Comprobar los requisitos legales, corporativos del Grupo e internos en materias de Seguridad y Prevención de Riesgos en E-CL y las empresas contratistas, asegurando su cumplimiento conforme a los procedimientos establecidos.
  • Realizar actividades de verificación de los procesos para mantener el ingreso, salida y transporte de materiales, repuestos y equipos hasta y desde sitios de contratistas.
  • Investigar incidentes y accidentes con daño a las personas e instalaciones, orientando la investigación a la determinación de la causa raíz y la efectividad de las acciones correctivas asociadas.
  • Emitir informes requeridos por la organización y autoridad en términos de gestión de la seguridad y estadística de accidentabilidad, tanto del personal propio de la compañía como de contratistas.
  • Auditar y supervisar el cumplimiento y la aplicación del reglamento especial de empresas contratistas en cada uno de los sitios/proyectos, asegurando el cumplimiento de los requisitos y del programa de Seguridad & Salud Ocupacional para empresas contratistas.

 

Requisitos:

  • Título de Ingeniero en Prevención de Riesgos o similar.
  • Conocimientos en Office a nivel usuario (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Manejo de SAP MM a nivel usuario.
  • Conocimiento de las políticas y normas de seguridad, legislación laboral chilena, seguridad industrial y salud ocupacional.
  • Principios de seguridad en el trabajo, técnicas de evaluación de riesgos, medidas y medios adecuados para su prevención.
  • Normas técnicas de seguridad eléctrica.
  • Técnicas de investigación de accidentes y análisis de causas raíz.
  • Autonomía e iniciativa, trabajo en equipo, metódico y organizado, pensamiento analítico, aprendizaje continuo.
  • Español nativo e inglés técnico básico/intermedio.
  • Al menos 3 a 5 años de experiencia en cargos similares, preferentemente con experiencia en construcción de proyectos de generación de energía.
  • Experiencia laboral total igual o mayor a 3 años.
