¿Cuál sería tu objetivo?

Bajo el liderazgo del Jefe de Proyectos Operacionales, apoyar desde el diseño hasta la ejecución de proyectos operacionales de diferente naturaleza técnica en plantas  renovables en operación comercial, entre estos, proyectos de mejora y/o upgrade de instalaciones existentes, proyectos normativos, proyectos tecnológicos y pendientes de punch list entre otros asegurando el cumplimiento de los estándares definidos por la compañía y la regulación aplicable

 

Funciones:

Bajo el liderazgo del Jefe de Proyectos Operacionales participar a todas las etapas de los proyectos operacionales, considerando todas sus actividades inherentes tales como preparación de cronograma, diseño e ingeniería, coordinación con las áreas transversales, soporte a las licitaciones, gestión de proveedores, revisión de aspectos de permisología, administración de contratos de implementación, trazabilidad de costos

Gestionar proyectos en las plantas en operación considerando todas sus actividades inherentes tales como análisis de factibilidad, diseño e ingeniería, coordinación con el equipo de planta, apoyo a la licitación, gestión de proveedores, permisos, construcción, comisionamiento y puesta en marcha

Liderar en terreno la supervisión y calidad de los proyectos gestionando contratistas y participando de forma activa de su ejecución y cumplimiento de los avances e hitos de los proyectos.  Esta supervisión puede requerir viajes recurrentes a terreno

Elaborar especificaciones y bases técnicas servicios a licitar

Requisitos del cargo:

  • Formación Académica: Ingenieria Ejecución o Civil Eléctrico y/o Electrónico o carrera a fin
  • Experiencia en gestión de proyectos técnicos con énfasis en control de programación, control de presupuesto y gestión de compras
  • Administración de contratos de construcción.
  • Normas técnicas de Calidad y Servicio, NFPA70E, NCH Elec. 4/2003, Ansi-Neta-mt, NCh Elec 2/84. Manual de carretera, DS 594, DFL458, IEEE 80, NFPA 2001 Clean Agent Fire Extinguishing Systems y D.S. N°43/2012.
  • Experiencia de 3 años en plantas renovables, en cargos de construcción, inspector técnico de obras y/o administrador de contratos. 1 año de experiencia en Ingeniería o similar

Responsibilities:

- BIM Coordinator will be involved in Industrial, electrical and Industrial projects.

- As BIM Coordinator be responsible for supporting Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Building Technology design/production teams on site.

- Manage and administrate the models on the BIM 360 and servers.

- Support staff in use of Revit MEP, Navisworks (Manage), AutoCAD, and supporting applications.

- Manage our Client BIM Model coordinating interfaces, interferences, sequencing of works and division of responsibilities

- Development and maintenance our Owner´s BIM standards.

- Understand how our Owner´s BIM workflows.

- Organize BIM technical group meetings.

 

Qualifications:

- Architect or engineering background.

- 10 years experience, preferably in an Architecture/Engineering company.

- REVIT, AutoCAD Navisworks experience required (Architecture or Structure also considered).

- Experience with Autodesk suite.

- Fluent / Advanced English language skills.

- Experience working with BIM methodology on site/field

- Familiarity with Hospitals, Datacenters, MEP installations.

Responsibilities:
- Support the Project Manager and the management team to develop and implement an effective site-specific EHS plan, while adhering to all corporate, divisional, and regional EHS programs and processes.
- Assists Project Managers and EHS Managers/Specialists in the coordination of subcontractor EHS protocols, including vendors and owner personnel working on company project(s). Coordinates project EHS programs with subcontractors. Assists in planning and coordinating work to eliminate hazards, minimize risks, and aggressively manage losses involving injuries or property damages.
- Coordinates quarterly comprehensive on-site EHS audits. Periodically inspects and evaluates the project site, equipment and processes for compliance with applicable local, state and federal regulations, as well as company and owner policies and procedures.
- Complete and provides a weekly EHS update to EHS Leadership.

 

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Safety eng, Industrial Hygiene, Safety Construction Management or equivalent

- Minimum 5 years of experience in the construction EHS field

- English language skills to work in a multicultural environment

- Previous electrical and construction project experience preferred

- Excellent communication skills, critical thinking and problem solving abilities, and ability to prioritize, organize and manage time

- Knowledge of regulations and standards as well as hazard recognition and injury management skills

Responsibilities:

Aligned with the client's commissioning standards and in coordination with the commissioning agents designated by the client.

- Commissioning Planning: Develop and review commissioning plans, testing procedures, and documentation to support seamless project execution.

- Quality Assurance: Oversee quality control processes during commissioning, reviewing field - testing results, and providing technical guidance to ensure standards are met.

Issue Resolution: Manage and resolve technical issues that arise during the commissioning phase, - coordinating with cross-functional teams and vendors for timely resolution.

- Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for all commissioning activities, maintaining open lines of communication with internal teams, contractors, and client representatives.

- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks during the commissioning phase, implementing corrective actions as necessary to maintain project integrity.

- Handover Process: Ensure that all commissioning activities are completed to the satisfaction of stakeholders and that systems are ready for operational handover.

 

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Eng., Mechanical Eng.or equivalent.

- 15 years experience Commissioning industrial critical projects (GIS & AIS Substation, data center, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, oil & gas, petrochemical, laboratory, power, water etc.).

- Fluent English and Spanish Proficiency: Required for effective communication with international and local teams and clients.

- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of commissioning processes, systems, and protocols within a complex construction environment.

- Knowledge of Electrical equipment, cooling system, water system, backup diesel generators and fire fighting system.

- Physically able to work on site construction environment

- Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of mechanical systems in large-scale construction projects and ability to oversee multidisciplinary teams effectively.

- Full professional fluency in English is required. as it’s need to communicate complex technical concepts clearly with international stakeholders, vendors, and teams.

- Proven track record in hyperscale and mission-critical projects, preferably within the data center or - Controls Industrial projects.
