Job Purpose/Mission 

The Loan Recovery Intern is responsible for the receivables risk management (RRM). This includes among others, Portfolio Management and Loan Workouts.

 

Responsibilities

  • Carrying out customer work-out, including the following work-out categories to be applied to customers in late repayment through calling clients who are in early non repayment categories.
  • Ensure proper documentation of open loan cases.
  • Ensure customers are paying on time in assigned loan portfolio
  • Negotiate with non-paying clients and give them solutions to bring them back on track to repayments through rescheduling.
  • Recommend and work with external service providers on portfolio management by escalating repossession cases.
  • Customer education to customers on impact on loan non-repayments.
  • Supporting the analysis of causes for portfolio deteriorations
  • Providing regular portfolio, compliance and routine report to the Loan Recovery Team Leader.
  • Restructure loan repayment plan from delinquent clients as per policy and procedure

 

Knowledge and skills 

 

Experience:

  • Experience in customer relationship management 
  • Team player 
  • Computer literacy, particularly good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Self-starter with a passion for the role and EEA’s mission to plug in the world.

 

Qualifications:

  • Holder of Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or any other related field
  • 1-year Previous experience in loan recovery preferably in a call center setting.

Job       Purpose/Mission 

The Service Network Intern supports ENGIE Energy Access Kenya’s Service Network unit by assisting in the delivery of excellent after-sales services to customers. This role involves supporting Zonal Sales and Collection Managers in conducting regular training sessions for all Installation and Maintenance Technicians to enhance customer experience.   • Process Documentation: Ensure all service network-related processes and policies are properly documented and up to date.

What You Can Expect

The Project Manager/Engineering Intern is a critical role responsible for supporting the development and installation of energy conservation measures and renewable energy at large-scale public sector customers. You will be working in a fast-paced, team-based environment, at the direction of a Project Manager and Project Engineer. Responsibilities in this role include the design of Energy Conservation and Renewable Energy Measures, performing site audits, specifying equipment, and completing savings calculations to support projects in development and construction. Projects include a combination of energy efficiency measures and renewable generation installations, to help local cities and counties become more sustainable, save money, and improve services to their end-users.

 

The intern will support the City of Vacaville’s energy project as well as ongoing projects in development or in construction which will include but aren’t limited to the following:

  • Participate in technical design of energy-related customer improvements including such as solar photovoltaic (PV), energy storage, microgrids, energy efficiency, and Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) upgrades
  • Learn and apply knowledge of Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) and Controls, including modeling software
  • Analyze utility data to verify existing customer loads, consider rate change options, and calculate energy and water cost savings
  • Perform renewable energy designs, including solar PV and energy storage system site surveys, and understand metering and measurement tools and data
  • Evaluate various types and locations of renewable energy systems

 

What You’ll Bring

  • Enrolled student at Solano Community College
  • Engineering degrees strongly preferred
  • Must be in good academic standing at the start of the internship period
  • Internship duration is for 3 months during Spring starting in April

 

 

Additional Details

  • This is a remote position with occasional visits to project sites
  • Must possess a valid U.S. driver’s license/clean driving record to travel to job sites

Compensation

Contexte:

 

Le service Risk Official de GEMS recherche un stagiaire en ingénierie. Ce service est responsable de la production et de la fourniture d'analyses de risques (VaR, Greek, Valo, etc.). Les outils utilisés pour produire ces données sont fréquemment mis à jour en raison des besoins commerciaux ou des améliorations techniques. Ces changements ont un impact significatif sur les valeurs des analyses de risques. Les écarts produits nécessitent une analyse approfondie et une justification par les analystes commerciaux. Ce processus est compliqué, très fastidieux et demande beaucoup de ressources.

Pour optimiser l'étude des écarts, ce service souhaite s'équiper d'un outil automatisé. Cet outil garantira la fiabilité des études des écarts et facilitera le travail des analystes commerciaux.

 

Role:

 

  • Se familiariser avec les indicateurs produits par les différentes analyses de risques : Greek, Var, Valo, STT, etc.

 

• Mettre en place des outils de comparaison automatisés entre différents ensembles de données

 

• Analyser les corrélations entre toutes les analyses de risques
