What You Can Expect

As our Site Administrator II, you will be responsible for generating purchase orders, managing vendors, and resolving billing issues. This position involves office ownership and close collaboration with the CEO and Directors.

 

Daily responsibilities include managing the day-to-day operations of the office, such as:

  • Organizing schedules
  • Coordinating meetings
  • Greeting visitors
  • Maintaining office supplies
  • Handling correspondence

You will ensure a smooth workflow by performing various administrative duties that require strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and attention to detail.

You will report directly to the CEO.

 

 

 

What You’ll Bring

  • A minimum High School diploma; plus, three (3) years of relevant experience in knowledge of administrative and secretarial functions
  • You will establish and maintain general administrative activities, including accounts payable, expense reports, managing purchase requisitions and purchase orders, ISN website, overseeing vendor relationships, and maintaining essential documents, logs, plans, and reports
  • You must maintain, update, and retrieve files, forms, inventory, logs, and other documents including contracts and safety reports
  • You will distribute mail; and maintain the general office area,
  • You will assist management with public and employee relations by facilitating and maintaining communications
  • You will collect, review, and analyze data to prepare reports, charts, budgets, and other presentation materials
  • You will coordinate with HQ leadership on room planning, VIP treatment, meetings, and meals for guests
  • You must provide support for the Operations and Capex departments (Georgetown University Main & Law Campus)
  • You will maintain Master calendar for OM and Capex for attendance, visitors, and vacations
  • Carry out other duties as assigned

 

 

 

Additional Details

  • This role requires attendance at a worksite on a daily
  • Must be available to travel domestically up to 5 % of the time

Compensation

What You Can Expect
Our Chilled Water Plant Intern, located at the University of Iowa campus, will work closely with our plant staff. This team oversees chillers in four plants across campus and interfaces with systems in each building served by the chilled water system. The intern will gain insights into plant operations, contribute to materials inventory tracking development and execution, and learn to operate various systems.

 

We are actively seeking an intern available for 5-15 hours per week during the semester, with a commitment of 40 hours per week during the summer internship program. Our operational hours are from 7 am to 3:30 pm, and we provide flexibility within this timeframe for start and end times. This internship is open for the Spring/Summer semester, with employment planned to continue until December 31, 2025.

 

On a daily basis, you will collaborate with our Chilled Water Plant Manager, as well as the operations and maintenance teams. You will participate in diverse tasks such as data collection and analysis, modeling, and providing recommendations for system design enhancements, operational procedures, preventative maintenance programs, purchasing, and record-keeping systems.

 

  • Learn to independently identify maintenance needs and develop corrective work orders
  • Learn to efficiently develop and maintain results and analyses of the chilled water systems across campus, collaborating with Chilled Water management and planning staff to identify, document, and track chilled water system performance and maintenance needs
  • Develop the ability to independently identify operational procedures to draft Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Preventative Maintenance procedures
  • Gain experience in Maintaining equipment inventory databases, following the direction of Chilled Water management and planning staff. Inventory may be stored in spreadsheets, databases, or a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), depending on dataset and usage requirements

What You Can Expect

As our High Quality Water Treatment Operator  at the University of Iowa campus, you will be responsible for ensuring the daily route coverage to meet the high-quality water needs of on-campus clients. Your duties are customer facing and include monitoring, operating, and maintaining water treatment systems to provide specialized finished water for various operational needs at the University of Iowa. High Quality Water operates and services the public water systems at Oakdale Water Plant, and MacBride Nature Recreation Area, and various high quality water and pool/spa water systems across the campus. Processes include chlorination, PH adjustment, other chemical injection, water softening, filtration, reverse osmosis, deionization, distillation, and ultraviolet disinfection.  You will also conduct flushing and disinfection as required for new construction piping systems, performing sampling and chemical treatments to meet NPDES permit discharge requirements. You will conduct water quality sampling and record operational parameters to ensure quality water is delivered efficiently.  You will perform or coordinate equipment maintenance tasks identified on your rounds. Additionally you will read meters, and perform data entry for billing and regulatory reporting. Clean plants and grounds.

 

Your typical day starts with a morning meeting to discuss planned activities, review previous day's activities, and outline longer-term plans. Following this, you will commence your assigned route, which includes collecting samples, reading meters, and checking operating conditions of equipment such as pressures, water quality, and volume. Visiting customers with on-site equipment, making chemical adjustments, logging samples, and performing operational checks, and responding to outages or quality issues in the water systems. Maintenance tasks include flushing, disinfecting of process equipment, and other minor or preventative maintenance such as filter replacement and UV bulb replacement. You will utilize Maximo to track time and parts for billing purposes and complete vulnerability assessments. Additionally, you'll use Microsoft products (Excel, Word, Outlook) to ensure compliance and document testing and services for local, county, state, and federal requirements

 

This role primarily operates during day shifts, with occasional requirements for nights, weekends, and holidays due to on-call duties or planned/emergency outages.

 

 

 

What You’ll Bring

  • This role requires a minimum of a High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • Must possess a valid state issued driver’s license and clean driving record, employee operates company vehicles daily
  • Licensed or ability to be licensed as a State of Iowa Department of Natural Resources Grade 1 Water Treatment certification
  • Licensed or ability to be licensed as a State of Iowa Department of Natural Resources Grade 1 Water Distribution certification
  • Experience or education in laboratory procedures, mathematics, chemistry, biology, microbiology, human health, computers, instrumentation, and safety programs relevant to water treatment operations

What You Can Expect

The Due Diligence Analyst will be a key contributor on a diverse team focused on growing ENGIE’s Distributed Solar and Storage (DSS) business. In this role you can expect to: evaluate both new/greenfield and acquisition opportunities of development-stage groundmount solar (1 – 20 MW) and/or battery storage projects; perform permitting research to identify applicable zoning and environmental regulations; gather and analyze data to improve Business Development tools and processes; and support proposals to develop customer-sited projects. The Due Diligence Analyst can expect to gain experience working across a broad range of US markets within multiple project development disciplines (real estate, permitting, interconnection, and offtake) all while collaborating with a cross-functional team of developers, engineers, attorneys, and other subject matter experts. This position is part of the DSS team within the Local Energy Infrastructure Global Business Unit in North America. This position is a temporary contract with no guarantee of future employment beyond the initial 6-month term.

ENGIE’s Partnership Management organization manages both equity and tax equity partnerships within ENGIE’s Local Energy Infrastructures Distributed Solar and Storage(DSS) business. As the Partnership Management Analyst II you will be responsible for performance reporting of the joint ventures.  This will involve using and creating tools for the reporting and analysis of project performance, both operational and financial, and other related activities as it pertains to the Partnership’s. What You’ll Bring

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Economics, or a total of six (6) years’ experience doing a similar role.

  • A minimum of 2 years of exposure to general accounting reporting, partnerships or customer relationships, and/or contract review experience
  • General understanding of renewable energy market trends
  • Proficiently in tools like Excel, Salesforce, and project-specific management systems to prepare and distribute accurate monthly reports

 

Additional Details

  • This role is eligible for our hybrid work policy
  • Must be available to travel domestically 25% of the time and with the need for some overnight trips

Compensation

Salary Range: $61,400 – $94,070 USD annually

 

This represents the average expected pay range for a qualified candidate.

Actual offered salary may depend on geography, experience, industry knowledge, education, internal pay alignment, or other bona fide factors.

This is a CONTRACT POSITION.

•    Pay Rate: $28.00 - $35.00/hr. (Depending on Years of Experience)

 

Location:
•    Columbus, OH (Ohio State University)

 

What You Can Expect
The Health & Safety Support Admin will be located in Columbus, OH (Ohio State University), reporting to the H&S Manager, the Support Administrator will be responsible for preparing reports, minutes, and notes. Additionally, this role will support the Construction Manager in compiling weekly and monthly reports and drafting correspondence. The position will also assist in developing training materials and presentations as required by management.

  • Assist the H&S Manager with all on-site administrative activities, including maintaining logs, tracking budgets, and updating site-specific safety plans.
  • Support the H&S and Construction teams in implementing safety policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure an injury-free work environment.
  • Prepare reports on contractor compliance with ENGIE’s H&S policies, produce requested documents, and distribute H&S team reports to internal stakeholders.
  • Organize and coordinate meetings, take minutes, and document discussions for the H&S Manager and Construction team.
  • Assist in coordinating onsite training, compliance audits, incident investigations, safety culture assessments, and follow up on progressive discipline rules (GR14).T

 

What You’ll Bring

  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree with one (1) – three (3) years of experience, or a High School diploma (required) with five (5) years of relevant experience.
  • Strong knowledge of administrative and secretarial functions, with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and SAP software.
  • Capable of using analytical judgment to plan and execute diverse tasks while making decisions within set guidelines.
  • Effective communication with co-workers, ability to take direction, and strong collaboration skills in a matrix and multicultural environment.
  • Familiarity with employment guidelines, safety regulations, training/regulatory requirements, and experience in commercial and industrial construction is a plus.
