YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES as HSE Advisor

 

  • You promote the safety culture in your daily work and help to develop and maintain it for all our Belgian and Dutch renewable energy activities (Wind Onshore, PV, BESS battery projects, etc.).
  • You coordinate the maintenance of the IS045001 certificate.
  • You are actively involved in the development, construction, and eventual operational phase of our renewable energy projects, providing constructive and professional HSE advice and ensuring compliance with safety and environmental policies.
  • You initiate improvements and develop clear procedures and instructions.
  • You conduct participative risk analyses with our "Renewables" team and think about realistic control measures.
  • You ensure that colleagues on the work floor are motivated to follow our safety regulations.
  • You liaise with management, employees, contractors, site managers, and other relevant stakeholders.
  • You support the internal environmental coordinator in the coordination and follow-up of environmental conditions and obligations associated with the development, construction, and operation of our renewable energy projects.

 

YOUR PROFILE as HSE Advisor

 

  • You have completed a bachelor's degree with at least 3 years of relevant professional experience in an industrial production environment.
  • You have a certificate as a safety advisor level 1 or level 2.
  • Knowledge of electrical safety, and a certificate as an environmental coordinator and safety coordinator are a plus.
  • You are fluent in Dutch, French, and English.
  • You have strong communication skills and enjoy engaging with both technical and business partners.
  • You are willing to travel to sites across Belgium.

Funciones:

  • Realización de Auditorías Internas de Sistema de Gestión de Seguridad y Salud.
  • Seguimiento del estado de la reglamentación en materia laboral aplicable a la empresa
  • Gestión de los planes de auto-protección de los diferentes centros de trabajo asignados.
  • Elaborar documentación, procedimientos y prácticas seguras en materia de Prevención.
  • Colaborar con la búsqueda, elaboración e impartición de las acciones formativas
  • Liderar los proyectos de mejora continua que les sean asignados.
  • Implantación del servicio de Prevención de Riesgos en la compañía.
  • Desarrollar e implantar herramientas de gestión de prevención.
  • Analizar e investigar lo accidentes / incidentes en la compañía (personal propio, subcontratado, ETT).
  • Obtener y gestionar los datos sobre la siniestralidad laboral en la compañía, con realización de informes mensuales, trimestrales y anuales, así como la presentación de los mismos a diversos departamentos de la empresa.
  • Elaborar estrategias a partir de los datos de siniestralidad recogidos.
  • Elaborar e impartir programas formativos de prevención de riesgos y primeros auxilios.
  • Realizar visitas regulares y puntuales con su correspondiente emisión de un informe para la evaluación de riesgos de los centros, o situaciones de riesgo puntuales
  • Participar como representante de la empresa en los diversos comités de seguridad y salud existentes.

 

Requisitos mínimos

  • Estar en posesión de formación de Técnico Superior en Prevención de Riesgos Laborales.

Che cosa farai?

Sotto la supervisione del Business Support Manager, in stretta collaborazione con i Project Manager e con l’RSPP, ti occuperai di supportare l'Area di business nella gestione e messa in atto delle misure di prevenzione e protezione dai rischi per i lavoratori nell’ambito della gestione di contratti di servizi e di lavori (cantieri temporanei e mobili) in conformità con le normative in vigore.

 

Quali saranno le tue responsabilità?

  • Collaborerai per individuare ed indicare le possibili fonti di rischio all’interno del luogo di lavoro (sopralluoghi in campo);
  • Verificherai le necessarie misure di prevenzione, protezione e controllo riguardo a ciascun tipo di rischio e supporterai i manager nella loro attuazione;
  • Compilerai, redigerai e predisporrai la documentazione inerente alla sicurezza prevista dalle procedure aziendali e dalla normativa;
  • Redigerai la documentazione necessaria all’esecuzione dei lavori da sottoporre poi a RSPP, OM e PM;
  • Verificherai l'implementazione delle misure di controllo fino al loro completamento, informando di eventuali ritardi o problemi;
  • Vigilerai sul rispetto delle misure di prevenzione e protezione in vigore;
  • Contribuirai all’individuazione dei DPI idonei allo svolgimento delle attività affidate ai lavoratori e ne promuoverai l’uso;
  • Informerai i lavoratori sui rischi del proprio lavoro, sulle regole di gruppo e sulle procedure vigenti, verificandone la corretta applicazione;
  • Verificherai la compliance normativa della documentazione aziendale relativa ai contratti gestiti;
  • Verificherai la compliance normativa della documentazione dei subappaltatori, con particolare riguardo all’idoneità tecnico professionale, in ottemperanza alle procedure interne;
  • Parteciperai alle necessarie consultazioni di aggiornamento e innovazione sulle questioni della salute e della sicurezza sul lavoro ed eventualmente alla riunione periodica;
  • Parteciperai all’analisi di eventi infortunistici o mancati infortuni / HIPO;

What You’ll Bring

  • You possess a Bachelor of Science degree, or a combination of a technical diploma and relevant experience
  • You are a Certified Safety Professional (CSP); Construction Health & Safety Technician (CHST); or an Associate Safety Professional (ASP) or on track to achieve the CSP
  • You have a minimum 5 years relevant experience in Health and Safety
  • You are a subject matter expert in OSHA (US) 1910 and 1926

  • You will support all the implementation of the ENGIE H&S standards for ENGIE utilities operations and construction projects, which includes policies, programs, processes and procedures   
  • You will review contractor H&S execution plans including oversight resource requirements to ensure full compliance with ENGIE Group Rules governing contract work 
  • You will modify local H&S procedures as needed to conform to ENGIE NorthAm H&S procedures and ENGIE Group Rules
  • You will develop training programs and/or conducts training on mandated programs, such as lock out tag out, confined spaces, hazardous communication, and medical surveillance

Manager- HSE for Solar -Khavda, Gujarat

Key Deliverables:

 

HSE

 

·Ensure effective implementation and adherence to all Engie HSE policy / protocols / requirements at Site.

·Play a lead role in contractor management (mobilization / monitoring) HSE activities by ensuring the compliance to applicable legal requirement by contractor (verification of applicable documents), training on quality & HSE aspects, verification of compliance as per WO & HSE terms & conditions.

 

·Monitor the work execution as per HIRA, AIA, SOPs, WI's, safety guidelines, etc. and take necessary steps / actions to avoid the recurrence by team.

 

·Implementation HSE with the guidance of HSE- Head office.

 

·Plan &organize and coordinate safety programs, application of engineering principles and technology to prevent or correct unsafe safety &

environmental working conditions.

 

·Ensure all applicable HSE statutory and other compliance related to site.

 

·All HSE related site inspections like- O&M work, Lifting tools & tackles inspection, PPE Inspection, Electrical tools inspection, PTW, documentation, etc.

 

·Coordinate safety meetings at sites, record MoM, ensure timely closure of actionable & reporting to HO- QHSE.

 

·Effective implementation of basic Safety like PTW, Toolbox Talk, LOTO, LMRA, Vendor's compliance, etc.

 

·Ensure strict HSE compliance by self and others at site & Adherence to systems and processes.

 

·Conduct Site HSE audits, prepare & release reports, follow up on NCRs / improvement areas and ensure closure.

 

·Visits to other sites (OMS) for HSE audit and submit report against the same as directed by HO- QHSE.

 

.Lead the various trainings and mock drills for all site team.            

 

· Conduct 5 ‘S’ audit for Guest House, CMS and canteen, etc.

 

·Record & reporting all HSSE indicators to HO- QHSE. Daily / Weekly / Monthly reporting.

 

·Play a vital role during any emergency, RCA, incident investigation and reporting as & when required.

 

·Ensure adherence to site protocol and discipline.

 

·Interface with the clients for resolution of their queries related to HSE at site level.        

 

·Appoint HSE Wardens to facilitate implementation of HSE and train them appropriately.

 

·Take necessary steps to inculcate a culture of Safety & awareness across sites.

 

IMS (OHSAS, EMS)

 

·Implementation of IMS system at sites and monitor the compliance of the same.                            

 

·Conduct site safety audits for Health, Safety & Environment compliances as per ISO 14001, ISO 45001.                   

 

·To ensure recording of all near misses and accidents.                     

 

·Reporting of IMS status to HO-HSE time to time.

 

Skills Required:

 

·Professional knowledge

 

·Analytical Skills

 

·Communication Skills: EffectiveCommunicator who can speak and write clearly.

 

·Computer Proficiency:Good command on MS office.

 

Experience:

 

·Preferably from HSE background.

 

·Should have knowledge and worked in Solar parks for at least 07 - 08 years. Overall experience of 11 – 15 years.
