Buscamos incorporar un/a Técnico/a de mantenimiento eléctrico para la planta de Ciclo Combinado situada en Castelnou.

 

 

Funciones principales

 

 

  • Desarrollo de estrategias de mantenimiento dentro del área eléctrica para alta, media y baja tensión, garantizando los estándares de seguridad, calidad y coste.
  • Ser responsable de la realización de las actividades de mantenimiento y las inspecciones periódicas en los sistemas eléctricos de la planta velando por el cumplimiento de las normas de seguridad, garantizando los periodos de entregas.
  • Organizar y hacer un seguimiento de las actividades realizadas por contratistas en el área eléctrica buscando el cumplimientos de los objetivos marcados previamente.
  • Hacer propuestas encaminadas a la mejorar de la seguridad, los procesos, la economía y la disponibilidad de la planta.
  • Llevar a cabo el análisis de recambios para garantizar la disponibilidad.
  • Desarrollo, control y ejecución de proyectos enfocados a dar solución a la obsolescencia de elementos eléctricos en planta.
  • Dar cobertura a los correctivos de urgencia que sucedan en la planta para garantizar su disponibilidad en el área eléctrica.
  • Cubrir la posición del retén eléctrico en función del cuadrante establecido.
  • Completar otros trabajos asignados por su superior.


Perfil profesional

 

 

  • Título de Ingeniería, FP o similar con 5 años de experiencia en sector industrial, ingeniería y/o mantenimiento.
  • Se valorará formación financiera o al menos un sólido entendimiento de los requisitos básicos financieros requeridos.
  • Formación en prevención de riesgos.
  • Conocimientos en ingeniería y/o mantenimiento de plantas y sus procedimientos.
  • Tener sólidos conocimientos y experiencia demostrable en mantenimiento de sistemas eléctricos de AT, MT y BT: motores, transformadores de aceite y secos, celdas MT, cuadros eléctricos, centro de control de motores, protecciones, sistemas de c.c. estáticos, grupos electrógenos, etc
  • Valorable inglés medio, hablado y escrito.

Translate the project's business targets into a Procurement strategy in order to ensure the Procurement is technically and financially able to meet the overall aims of the project.

 

  • Is involved upfront (Business Development phase) to get suppliers’ best offers and increase ENGIE competitivity

Your daily responsibilities begin with accessing tasks via SCADA, Maximo, or various SAP software systems and repairing, troubleshooting, and fulfilling technical repair work orders for solar panels. You will manage documentation, update parts inventory, and as well as submit on-site status reports, including daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports, and initiate work orders for equipment repairs.

 

  • Coordination of high voltage switching activities with local utilities and independent system operators (ISO), which includes tasks like substation operations, equipment lockouts and grounding
  • Adhere to safety protocols such as conducting Site-Specific Orientations, Job Safety Analysis (JSA), and safety meetings
  • While you will primarily work independently on-site, there will always be a nearby technician for safety support; the site's team comprises of a site manager, a Balance of Plant technician, and the solar technician. You will also be a part of an on-call rotation for outages and emergencies; therefore, you must reside within 50 miles of the site.

 

 

What You’ll Bring

  • Minimum two (2) years diploma in a technical program where you have learned AC/ DC electrical theory, understand reading blue prints and schematics, industrial electrical equipment including breaker, disconnects, transformers, contactors
  • Minimum two (2) years of experience in Solar generation sites, Wind generation sites, Thermal power plants
  • Manufacturing or Mining operations, or Controls & Industrial Maintenance
  • Must have or be willing to obtain certification by AVO as substation technician within 12 months of hire date

Ce vei face:

  • Vei executa instalații electrice joasă tensiune de orice putere tehnic realizabilă, cu tensiuni până la 1Kv , după obținerea acordurilor sau avizelor și autorizațiilor de construcție legal necesare.
  • Vei întocmi necesarul de materiale și echipamente astfel încât aprovizionareasa fie realizată la timp cu tot ce este necesar executării lucrării.
  • Vei monta/instala și regla aparatele și echipamentele electrice de joasă tensiune în limita competentelorstabilite prin autorizarea internă în urmă evaluării specifice.
  • Vei executa verificări și măsurători ale instalațiilor de priză de pământ aferente instalațiilor electrice de joasă tensiune construite și/sau la care urmează a conecta instalațiile electrice de joasă tensiune construite.
  • Vei identifica, repara și te vei asigura de funcționarea în condiții normale și de siguranță a  instalației electrice de joasă tensiune construită și/sau la care ai intervenit conform comenzii de execuție lucrări.
  • Vei participa la recepția și punerea sub tensiune a instalațiilor electrice de joasă tensiune construite sau la care a intervenit conform comenzii de execuție lucrări.
  • Ve executa lucrări de construcție și mentenanță (preventivă/corectivă) la instalații electrice aferente centralelor de producere energie electrică cu panouri fotovoltaice și vei realiza recepția tehnică și punerea în funcțiune a acestora.
  • Vei executa lucrările de construcție și mentenanță (preventica/corectivă) la instalații electrice aferente stațiilor electrice de încărcare pentru autovehicule electrice și vei realiza recepția tehnică și punerea în funcțiune a acestora.
  • Vei pune sub tensiune instalația electrică construită și/sau la care ai intervenit conform comenzii de execuție lucrări și vei utiliza aparate, tehnici și proceduri specifice pentru verificarea funcționarii acesteia.
  • Te vei asigura de bună funcționare a aparatului/echipamentului/instalației după efectuarea înlocuirii/reparatiei sau operațiunilor de mentenanță.
  • Vei completa și transmite documentele aferente lucrărilor executete conform procedurilor companiei.

 

Experiență, calificări, cunoștințe și abilități:

  • Absolvent de liceu cu profil energetic, electrotehnic, electromecanic, instalații, cu specializare lucrător calificat energetic, electrician, electronist, electromecanic, electrician în construcții;
  • Absolvent liceu alt profil, dar care a absolvit un curs postliceal de calificare în domeniul energetic, electrotehnic, electromecanic, sau al instalațiilor electrice pentru construcții;
  • Experiență minimum 1 an în poziții similare;
  • Certificate/atestate/diplome care să ateste competențe în domeniu;
  • Cunoașterea regulamentelor, normelor, normativelor tehnice în vigoare, a procedurilor și instrucțiunilor de lucru;
  • Autorizație ANRE – grad. IIB;
  • Responsabilitate;
  • Exigență și rigoare profesională;
  • Capacitatea de lucru sub presiunea timpului și disponibilitatea la sarcini neplanificate;
  • Atitudine activă în soluționarea problemelor și realizarea obiectivelor;
  • Abilități de relaționare cu clienții;
  • Proactiv;
  • Implicare, inițiativă.

 

Reprezinta avantaj:

  • Permis de conducere categoria B.
