Job Purpose: |
To ensure the day-to-day HSE activities in the sites are carried out safely as per the expectations of the company standards |
Key Responsibilities: |
- Perform routine HSE inspections of workplaces to observe safe systems of work, safe use of equipment, hazardous substances, lifting equipment etc. and record observations in checklists provided.
- Observe and monitor the proper use, maintenance, and storage of PPE.
- Observe and monitor at-risk behaviours of persons at work which may cause harm.
- Report deviations that may, pose a significant risk to the wellbeing of persons at work, cause harm to the environment, pose a threat to Engie Solutions operations and client assets.
- Participate in conducting Toolbox Talks; Risk Assessments; and in-house trainings as and when required.
- Assist in emergency response activities and provision of first aid at work.
- Report Near-Miss incidents.
- Maintain proper records of activities and assist in preparing QHSE Reports.

Qualifications: |
- Degree or Diploma
- NEBOSH International General Certificate
- At least 1-2 years of experience in HSE
