Che cosa farai?

Riporterai al Performance & Support Expert affiancandolo nello svolgimento delle seguenti attività:

  • Supporto nella gestione e nel monitoraggio del budget, assicurando l’accuratezza e la conformità alle linee di guida aziendali;
  • Collaborazione nella preparazione delle chiusure mensili e nella redazione delle revisioni di budget, contribuendo alla precisione dei report finanziari;
  • Gestione della registrazione e raccolta della documentazione contabile, assicurando il rispetto delle procedure aziendali;
  • Supporto nel coordinamento delle attività amministrative legate agli acquisti e partecipazione al lancio delle gare in collaborazione con la direzione acquisti, contribuendo alla selezione dei fornitori;
  • Supporto nella compilazione dei contratti di sponsorizzazione e nella gestione dell’iter approvativo.

Job Summary:

The Design and Digital Intern will support our communications team by assisting in the development and execution of high-quality visual content across multiple platforms. i.e.: SharePoint, Mobile Apps, Website, Social Media, etc.  This role is ideal for a creative individual who is eager to gain hands-on experience in video editing, graphic design, and social media content creation. Key Responsibilities:

  • Video Editing & Production
    • Assist in creating and editing video content using Adobe Premiere Pro and related Adobe Premiere products.
    • Support the post-production process including assembling raw footage, editing sequences, and finalizing video projects for various platforms.
  • Graphic & Digital Design
    • Contribute to the design and development of digital assets, including social media graphics, presentations, creative internal articles and other marketing materials.
    • Work collaboratively with the communications teams to brainstorm, develop, and execute innovative visual concepts.
  • Social Media Content
    • Assist in crafting engaging and visually appealing content tailored for social media platforms (e.g. Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn).
    • Stay updated with current social media trends and best practices to help enhance our brand’s digital presence.

Required Qualifications:

  • Education
    • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Communications, or a related field.
  • Technical Skills
    • Working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Products (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro) is essential.
    • Fundamental understanding of design principles including typography, colour theory, layout, and composition.

    • Strong visual communication skills with an attention to detail.

Desirable (Preferred) Qualifications:

Job Purpose:

What you will do:

 Tus principales responsabilidades serán:  

  • Hacer seguimiento y difusión de los procesos regulatorios y de la emisión de nuevas normas relacionados con los mercados donde participa ENGIE.  

  • Liderar el subcomité de seguimiento de normas legales y participación en las reuniones de reporte al ExCom.  

  • Evaluar y/o coordinar con las demás áreas la evaluación de los impactos de los cambios normativos (en proyecto o definitivos).  

  • Coordinar la elaboración y remisión de las observaciones, apelaciones y/o recursos, entre otros documentos, ante las autoridades y entes regulatorios.  

  • Liderar el desarrollo de propuestas de perfeccionamientos regulatorios. Incluye el análisis de mecanismos de incentivo de los marcos regulatorios de otros países.  

  • Brindar soporte regulatorio en las actividades conducidas por las demás áreas que requieran. Incluye la participación en los Comités correspondientes. 
     

¿Qué necesitamos de ti?  

·         Indispensables:  

  • Ingeniería Eléctrica, Mecánica – Eléctrica o similares. 

  • Diplomado o similares en Regulación o Economía de la Energía.  

  • Conocimiento de: Marco regulatorio del Sector Eléctrico (Leyes y Reglamentos), Reglamento del Mercado de Corto Plazo, Procedimientos regulatorios de Osinergmin, Marco regulatorio de Gas Natural.  

  • Dominio de Windows y herramientas de Office: MS Excel, MS Word y MS Power Point avanzado.  

  • 4 años en cargo similar, 7 años de experiencia laboral total 

·         Deseables:  

  • Inglés 

  • Deseable Maestría en Regulación o Maestría en Economía de la Energía. 

  • Conocimientos: Normas Técnicas del Sector Eléctrico, Procedimientos Técnicos del Mercado de Corto Plazo (COES-SINAC), Normas de interconexiones energéticas con otros países.

What You Can Expect

The internship work term will be from June 2025 to August 2025, full-time work schedule working up to 40 hours per week.

 

As a Financial Reporting and Audit Intern, you will report to Manager, Financial Control and Reporting, you will be responsible for supporting ENGIE Canada and ENGIE North America’s financial reporting and compliance team in coordinating external audits to meet statutory and partnership reporting requirements. You will provide assistances in financial statement preparation, variance analysis and notes disclosures.

 

Compile and update financial statements and supporting documents for audit and regulatory compliance

Variance analysis on selected expenses and revenue accounts

Assist in addressing internal and external audit inquiries, and respond in a timely manner

Assist in updating audited financial statements rollforward and supporting documents

Assist in monthly and quarterly financial statements for various partnership entities

Participate in various process improvements to achieve greater efficiencies

Carry out other duties as assigned

 

 

What You’ll Bring

  • You have completed 1-3 years of a post-secondary degree with major in Accounting, Finance or any related field
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Demonstrate basic knowledge of accounting principles and standards
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel and Word), detail oriented and able to work accurately on multiple assignments on a timely basis 
  • Ability to work independently in a demanding changing environment and remain flexible on priorities
  • Comply with all ENGIE policies and procedures
  • Ability to meet highest attendance requirements
  • Ability to handle multiple assignments on a timely basis with a high degree of accuracy
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, both written and verbally

 

Additional Details

This role requires attendance at a worksite on a weekly basis;

Compensation

Hourly Range:  $22.50 -$23.50 USD hourly

 

This represents the average expected pay range for a qualified candidate.

What you will do:

  • You will own the full cycle of the recruiting process, including sourcing, interviewing, and closing candidates.
  • You will work directly with our technical experts, engineers, and stakeholders to bring the best candidates into the pipeline.
  • You will manage the relationship with external stakeholders involved in the recruitment processes such as recruitment agencies, language assessors.
  • You will build and own the strategy to recruit at a high volume and fast pace.
  • You will maintain constant communication with the direct manager and act as a single point of contact, building trustful relationships with eligible candidates throughout the selection process.
  • You will conduct interviews with selected candidates, ensuring the smooth running of professional tests and providing advice to the direct manager regarding the compatibility between the candidate's profile and the job profile.
  • You will support managers and other participants in the selection process in mastering interviewing techniques.
  • You will propose, design, and develop additional evaluation tools in the selection process (tests, case studies, simulations, etc.).
  • You will design, develop, and implement complex actions and projects aimed at attracting potential eligible candidates (external/internal): employer branding events, fairs, partnerships, internal workshops, etc.
  • You will identify, together with the managers of the functional areas within the ENGIE Group companies, the job profiles for which there are recruitment needs, as well as the most suitable channels and sources for searching for eligible candidates.

Desired education, expertise, and skills:

  • Bachelor's degree;

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES as Buyer

 

  • You analyze and optimize procurement needs as assigned by the Head of Purchasing.
  • You maintain continuous contact with internal business partners (the maintenance & project technicians and engineers)  to anticipate their procurement needs.

    • Define the appropriate strategy together with your business partner.
    • Identify potential suppliers and organize consultations.
    • Conduct tenders, negotiate terms & conditions, and implement contracts.
    • Ensure proper setup of purchase orders and assist in discussions with suppliers in case of issues with delivery or execution of the works;
    • Apply Group’s rules, Health, Safety, Sustainable Development policies, and Ethics standards.
    • Document savings according to Group’s rules.
  • You participate in status and team meetings, support local supplier management activities, and facilitate issue resolution with Accounting and Business.

 

YOUR PROFILE as Buyer 

  • You have a Master degree in a field where you have developed your analytical, problem solving and communication skills. A professional experience of 2/3 years is a plus.
  • You speak Dutch and English. If your French is not fluent enough you are ready to invest yourself in becoming up to speed (courses are paid by ENGIE)
  • You understand that you can only develop a business partnership by being physically there where the power plants and your Business Partners are (port of Antwerp, Ghent, Bruges and Brussels area) and flexible to visit (occasionally) suppliers.
  • You like to deep-dive into the subject matter in order to obtain a good compromise or solution for ENGIE during negotiations and discussions.
  • You ‘re well-organized,  a good communicator and you want to add value.
