Actualmente para nuestra sede en Madrid, buscamos un Técnico de formación para el departamento de Recursos Humanos.

 

Misión

Como Técnico de Formación, te encargarás de asegurar la ejecución eficiente y efectiva de los proyectos formativos y procesos administrativos del departamento. Esto incluye apoyar al Manager de Formación en la gestión operativa y la implementación de programas de desarrollo para los empleados, utilizando herramientas tecnológicas como SAPSuccessFactors.

Además, serás responsable de optimizar las tareas administrativas, coordinar las iniciativas formativas y contribuir al crecimiento profesional del equipo a través de una gestión organizada y estratégica de los recursos formativos disponibles.

 

Funciones

  1. Colaborar en la planificación y ejecución de proyectos formativos, asegurando su correcta implementación y seguimiento.
  2. Gestionar la formación en la plataforma corporativa de aprendizaje (SAP SuccessFactors), así como garantizar la buena calidad del dato de la misma.
  3. Crear informes complejos para la Dirección y otras áreas de negocio relacionadas.
  4. Gestionar las tareas administrativas relacionadas con la formación, como el control de asistencia, la coordinación con proveedores y la logística de los eventos formativos.
  5. Apoyar en la creación y mejora de programas de formación para empleados, asegurando su alineación con los objetivos de negocio.
  6. Colaborar con diferentes departamentos y equipos a nivel local e internacional para coordinar las distintas iniciativas y proyectos formativos.
  7. Presentar análisis periódicos del avance de los ratios de formación para la mejora de los mismos.
  8. Asegurar la implementación y cumplimiento de las Políticas de Seguridad e Higiene, Diversidad, Ciberseguridad, Medio Ambiente, Sostenibilidad, Ética y Compliance, así como de los procedimientos y procesos definidos en la organización.
  9. Estas funciones podrán ser realizadas en su totalidad, o parcialmente, por los ocupantes de este puesto, sin perjuicio de cualquier otra que se le pudiese encomendar de acuerdo con su cualificación, formación y experiencia.

 

Requisitos mínimos

  1. Grado universitario.
  2. Dominio avanzado de Excel y PowerPoint.
  3. Mínimo 3 años de experiencia en un rol similar en empresas multinacionales creando y gestionando programas formativos para un alto volumen de empleados (más de 1.000 empleados).
  4. Nivel de inglés: B2 (Intermedio-Alto)

What You Can Expect

As our Financial Reporting Advisor, you will play a crucial role in compiling and delivering International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and/or Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)-based financial statements, reporting packages, and analysis to local management, ENGIE Group, and various Canadian and US partnerships. Your responsibilities will include ensuring reporting compliance with IFRS and US GAAP standards, developing processes to drive continuous improvement in financial reporting, and coordinating external audits for ENGIE North America, its partnerships, and joint ventures. You will be expected to engage with business units' plant and project accounting, operations, business development, and asset optimization teams to coordinate and prepare responses for special requests. This position is Houston, TX, and will reports to the Director, Financial Reporting & Audit.

 

 

  • Compile and review financial statement reporting packages to ensure compliance with IFRS and US GAAP, and contractual partnership reporting requirements
  • Coordinate statutory and external partnership audits, providing working papers and draft notes disclosures
  • Resource plan to meet reporting and audit deadlines, identifying process bottlenecks and efficiency opportunities
  • Liaise with the Technical Accounting team to ensure compliance with IFRS standards and implement new pronouncements
  • Quantify financial impacts of new accounting rules for ENGIE group reporting and North American partnerships, aligning financial reports with analytical metrics for stakeholders

 

 

What You’ll Bring

  • You have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, or Finance with relevant academic qualifications and intimacy with financial statements
  • A minimum of seven (7) years’ experience in external audit, audit coordination, or external financial reporting background for various stakeholders
  • A minimum of five (5) years’ experience in the energy industry, or accounting for tax equity partnerships
  • You are CPA certified or currently in progress towards certification
  • You are proficient in Microsoft Office Products including advanced Excel, Finance/Accounting software packages such as SAP S4 HANA and Adaptive Insight
  • You are an individual with excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills, capable of managing multiple assignments accurately and on time
  • You are deadline-driven with project management skills for cross-organizational coordination, with business intelligence reporting products and strong technical knowledge of IFRS and US GAAP

As the Network Engineer in Houston, Texas, you will be a hands-on responsible for installing, configuring and maintaining enterprise network infrastructure including LAN, WAN, Firewall, and wireless networks for ENGIE North America. What You Can Expect

As an Acquisitions Investment Financial Advisory (AIFA) Intern, you will be involved in project financial analyses to guide the investment for greenfield investments and Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) projects.

 

Among your day to day activities, you will support the AIFA project team in topics such as valuation, structuring guidance, commercial agreements, risk allocation, bankability of contracts, financing alternatives, management updates and expected investment returns throughout the business development process of investments, mergers and acquisition, and project financing plans.

What You’ll Bring

  • Enrolled in one of the following fields: Finance, Business, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, Math, or a STEM- focused degree program where you have learned project management, project financing, investments, equity, mergers, acquisitions, power, energy, or renewable market skills
  • Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) progress or aspiration is a plus
  • Financial modeling skills, including a project finance and accounting component, with a strong proficiency working in EXCEL is required
  • Knowledge of US merchant power markets drivers, hedging instruments, Tax Equity Structures, and Internal Revenue Service (IRS) requirements is a plus
  • Outstanding analytical skills and demonstrated expertise in developing and utilizing detailed, Excel-based, financial models
  • Proven flexible team player who works well with others
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to multitask and to work effectively under pressure
  • Behavioral capabilities: self-motivated, problem solving (critical thinking), strong personality and leadership, common sense, attention to detail, ability to learn and sense of humor

Compensation

Hourly Range:  $21.00 - $34.00 USD hourly

Mission:

In full coordination with the Regional HUB Chief security officer, the Country Security Manager leads, coordinates, plans, implements, and organizes security-related activities for all GBUs and other ENGIE entities operating in their country (or area) of responsibility.

In their country (or area of responsibility), they are the pivotal element for all security-related matters, whether they concern the Group or third parties that collaborate with it. They cooperate with all interested parties and actively participate, within the framework of their functions, in protecting our employees, our infrastructures, and our information against malicious acts by ensuring the definition and implementation of prevention/protection measures that mitigate the security risk to an acceptable level.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advise the country managing director and managers of GBUs (or other Engie entities) operating in the country on security issues,
  • Ensure that the Group's security policy is deployed in their country and that their security action plan is aligned with this policy and with the related Group Guidelines,
  • Maintain and develop liaison with all Engie local entity personnel and, if necessary, with local administrations and appropriate government/military agencies
  • Maintain and develop a dialogue with the security managers by participating in the bimonthly "security gathering”, by regularly transmitting to the Regional HUB CSO the information needed to fill in the security incident reporting tool (or by feeding the tool himself/herself) and by reporting any notable event,
  • Proactively identify, monitor, and respond to potential and actual threats to ENGIE employees, assets, and facilities in their country (or area of responsibility) and provide alerts on immediate threats and emerging trends to managers and, if necessary, to their Regional HUB CSO for informed decision making,
  • Monitor local regulations, technologies, and threats, contribute to the DSIE "threat watch" and facilitate exchanges between the DSIE (and more specifically its business intelligence unit) and the entities/managers for whom the "competitive intelligence" information is relevant,
  • Ensure that appropriate physical protection measures are implemented85 (badges, cameras, alarms, electronic/physical locks, etc.)
  • Ensure a secure environment for employees, and in particular, for local employees and expatriates, and provide travel advice88 to business travelers on assignment (including local security alerts),
  •  Participate in the protection of sensitive and/or strategic information by raising staff awareness, by mapping this data in liaising with all internal or external entities concerned (and in particular DPOS/CDPMS, CISOS, risk officers, internal control officers, and local authorities for documents classified as "national security"), by contributing to the implementation of the group's information classification, and by conducting or participating in investigations when a leak of sensitive information is identified, preparing to manage a security crisis (or participating in a crisis unit which includes a "security" issue),
  • Participate in the annual internal control exercise (self-assessment), in coordination with the regional HUB CSO, identify gaps and develop risk mitigation plans, lead and manage the "security" aspects of major group events in their country, in liaise with their regional HUB CSO when necessary,
  • Developing, if necessary and in conjunction with their regional HUB CSO, country-specific security policies, procedures, and plans to maintain appropriate security, in compliance with group security rules and local regulations,
  •  Regularly perform, with the support of their regional HUB CSO, third party “audits” (security providers) and/or due diligence94 (subcontractors, private security companies...) And share the result with their regional HUB CSO and the DSIE when necessary,
  • Collaborate with business developers to identify risks related to their projects and operations (current or future) and propose appropriate solutions to mitigate them,
  • Participate - in liaising with the regional HUB CSO - in the annual mapping of security risks, listing all identified risks (on people, infrastructure, and information) for their country (or area of responsibility) and transmitting the elements to the regional HUB CSO,
  • Share with the regional HUB CSO, the DSIE, and the security network, the lessons learned from feedback.
  • Lead crisis management efforts with both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring the effective integration of site procedures into the overall crisis management system.

 

Profile: 

  • Master’s degree, in security or equivalent
  •  At least 5 years of experience as a security manager in police, military, or security within an industrial group.
  • French and English proficiency (Arabic is a plus).
  • Good people management skills;
  • Flexible, meticulous, good planner, and organizer. 
  • Ability to work autonomously and be proactive.
