What You Can Expect
The HR Data Analyst I provides essential support for HR projects, programs, and data/reporting needs by leveraging current systems and applications. This role involves investigating issues and collaborating with internal teams to identify and implement effective solutions. The position also ensures that HR informational needs are met by modifying system configurations to adapt to evolving organizational requirements. It focuses on maintaining accurate data and delivering timely reporting to support HR objectives. Additionally, the role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and system optimization. Overall, it contributes to the success of HR operations and strategic goals.

  • Conduct routine data audits to ensure data quality within ENGIE's HCM systems and identify areas for process improvement.
  • Generate routine and ad hoc HR data reports and provide insights to support HR and business unit decision-making.
  • Configure HCM foundational tables, approve system requests, and perform system testing for changes and enhancements. •    Collaborate with internal experts and external consultants to troubleshoot and resolve HCM system issues.
  • Extract HR data and submit regulatory compliance reports, including BLS, US Census Bureau, EEO-1, and AAP reports.
  • Document team processes for the Knowledge Base and assist with data entry, reporting, and analysis tasks during quarterly Group Social Reporting.Tell me about a day in their life. What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business, Mathematics or related discipline required
  • Minimum three years’ experience in Human Resources Information Systems.
  • Detail-oriented with strong data and analysis skills.
  • Self-starter with problem-solving and task management abilities.
  • Team-oriented individual adaptable to a fast-paced, continuously improving global organization.
  • Effective communicator with internal and external customers to manage expectations and timelines.
  • Able to handle multiple assignments and complete on a timely basis with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Experienced in HCM HR Core configuration (preferably SuccessFactors, ADP Vantage).
  • Experienced in building reports in within HCM tools (ADP Custom Report or SuccessFactors Analytics preferred)Proficient in Microsoft Excel

Lead the development and implementation of Procurement Governance, Processes, and Tools

Drive Procurement Performance, ensuring compliance with Health & Safety, Ethics, Internal Controls, and Sustainability goals (including decarbonization and diversity)

Structure, manage, and enhance Procurement data and knowledge, ensuring accuracy and adoption

Support M&A, integration, and divestiture projects

Oversee administrative and transactional procurement activities handled by Global Business Support

Manage the Travel & Expense committee, including policy enforcement and compliance reporting

Lead the integration of North America Procurement processes into the Global Enterprise Transformation (SAP Ariba) by 2027

 

What You’ll Bring

  • You hold a  Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain or Project Management or related field
  • A minimum of ten (10) years of experience in Procurement or Project Management, with expertise in process management, IT/Digital systems, internal controls, risk management, and leadership. Strong project management skills, team management experience, and a demonstrated ability to communicate effectively at all levels
  • You are experienced in procurement categories and tools such as SAP, Ariba, and/or Coupa
  • You hold advanced proficiency in Excel, Power Pivot, and Microsoft Project
  • You are a strategic thinker with a proven ability to innovate, lead change, and drive process improvements
  • You are proficient in stakeholder management, effectively communicating and collaborating with senior leadership
  • You have a deep understanding of procurement functions, management systems, and best practices
  • You have the ability to assess medium- and long-term business needs, identify opportunities, and mitigate risks across business, technical, supplier, and corporate levels
  • You are skilled in sourcing through category management, procurement processes, and tools, with global project accountability

 

Additional Details

  • This role is eligible for our hybrid work policy,  three (3) days in office and two (2) days remote
  • Must be available to travel  internationally up to 10% of the time and with the need for some overnight trips

Compensation

Salary Range: $113,900 – $174,570 USD annually

Mission:

As a Senior Trading Accountant these will be the main objectives:

  • In accordance with the relevant accounting rules (IFRS & link with local GAAP), to ensure proper accounting, recording of transactions and reporting segregation within the Engie España legal entity.
  • To elaborate monthly reporting to ENGIE headquarters under specific tool (SAP Business Planning and Consolidation) and IFRS rules.
  • To prepare annual accounts and financial statements under local GAAP and to assist to external auditors.
  • To provide financial inquiries or other kind of information to public administrations.
  • To control and assure a right accounting for fixed assets, income tax, provisions, operating expenses, etc.
  • To supervise and manage team in charge (2 people) & report to the Accounting and Consolidation Manager.
  • To review accounting results of the portfolio, balance sheet analysis and Cash Flows together with ENGIE ESPAÑA controlling team.
  • To help provide timely, accurate, validated and relevant information and business reporting on MtM impacts.
  • To support in the accounting definition of monthly closing and forecast of the End of Year Results of all Energy Management operations together with GEMS Middle Office and Finance team.
  • To ensure that appropriate administrative procedures, indicators, limits, processes, and reporting are in place and respected into the GEMs activities.
     

Key skills, knowledge and abilities:

  • 5 years or more of experience in Finance roles. Strong knowledge in the accounting of trading operations (financial and physical derivatives) and the corresponding accounting standards applicable, mainly (but not limited to) IFRS 9, IFRS 13 (and the respective Local GAAP-PGC articles).
  • Good understanding of the Spanish Energy Markets, its players (OMIE, MIBGAS, REE, etc.) and Central Clearing Counterparties (OMICLEAR, BME Clearing) and work experience in energy management and trading sector are an asset. Knowledge of Energy Trading and Risk Management (ETRM) systems (ideally Meteor and Orchestrade) system is a plus.
  • To have relevant professional experience in the energy industry and/or trading sector.
  • To have analytical and quantitative skills, combined with a hands-on approach.
  • To be eager to work in team, sharing information with different department and in high coordination with front and middle office.
  • Must have a good knowledge of office tools like Excel and have interest and good understanding of information systems used (e.g. SAP-FI, ETRM systems, SAP Business Planning and Consolidation).
  • To be well organized and pro-active and able to perform during specific reporting cycles with tight deadline.
  • To be assertive, inquisitive and stress resistant, you have also a high level of integrity.
  • To have project management skills are able to plan and coordinate with various teams.
  • To demonstrate a pragmatic and logical attitude combined with problem solving skills.

 Tus principales responsabilidades serán: 

·         Funciones 

  • Supervisar los trabajos, colaborar en las actividades de desarrollo empresarial desde el origen/adquisición del proyecto hasta su implementación.
  • Mantener la responsabilidad de la precisión y la correcta incorporación de los datos pertinentes a dichos modelos. Proponer e implementar análisis de sensibilidad pertinentes para los archivos de inversión.
  • Desarrollar, analizar y recomendar opciones de financiación para proyectos de desarrollo empresarial u otras necesidades de financiación.
  • Identificar los principales riesgos económicos y financieros del proyecto y asesorar sobre los factores de mitigación adecuados y la definición de contingencias apropiadas.
  • Asesorar a las partes interesadas internas y brindar asesoramiento general sobre estructuración, estrategia y optimización de los rendimientos durante todo el proceso de desarrollo empresarial.
  • Liderar la estructuración, negociación y ejecución de documentos de financiación y proyectos para transacciones de tamaño mediano a grande, según sea necesario.
  • Manejar al analistas senior, ser responsable de su entrenamiento, carga de trabajo, desarrollo y soporte.seguridad de la compañía.

 

¿Qué necesitamos de ti? 

·         Indispensables: 

  • Profesional en Economía, Finanzas, Administración de Empresas o Ingeniería. Con Maestría en Finanzas o Economía
  • Experiencia mínima de 7 años en una posición similar, de preferencia en el sector de energía, con habilidad para liderar M&A o liderar Project Finance
  • Autonomía en la gestión de transacciones de fusiones y adquisiciones (M&A) o financiamiento, conocimiento del mercado energético peruano, capacidad para guiar/enseñar a miembros junior

Key skills, knowledge and abilities:

  • +5 years of relevant experience as a Talent Acquisition team member in challenging recruiting environment at multinational companies.
  • University degree in HR, Management, Business Administration or related field. Relevant Master´s degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience in effectively partnering with senior hiring managers and business leaders,  working on a variety of roles and levels.
  • Strong sourcing expertise using different channels, job boards, especially LinkedIn.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire.
  • Project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and on-going projects.
  • Customer focus, ability to work in a remote and matrix environment, accountability, and detailed orientation are key competencies.

Job Summary:

ENGIE South Africa is looking for a GET Implementation Project Leader. GET stands for Global Enterprise Transformation and is a key project launched by ENGIE in 2022 to standardize ERP systems and process around the world. This role involves leading the transformation of Finance and Procurement processes while identifying and addressing gaps to ensure the organization’s long-term growth and efficiency. The GET Lead will collaborate closely with functional teams, local leadership, and cross-functional departments to execute the transformation, mitigate project risks, and optimize processes. This position will report to the Country CFO and to the Regional (AMEA) GET Project Leader and is pivotal in ensuring the successful implementation of our new ERP system, allowing us to simplify and standardize our processes.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Global Enterprise Transformation (GET) Rollout & Implementation:
    • Oversee the implementation lifecycle of S4Hana and its satellite systems in South Africa, from planning and deployment to post-go-live support.
    • Coordinate with functional leads to identify critical gaps through analysis and assess whether a global update or local solutions are necessary.
    • Work closely with local leadership and teams to ensure the transformation is effectively rolled out, ensuring alignment with global goals.
  2. Gap Identification & Solution Implementation:
    • Identify major and critical gaps in processes and systems, coordinating with functional leads to address them.
    • Recommend solutions and drive necessary changes to meet local needs while aligning with global standards.
  3. Testing & Quality Assurance:
    • Lead and coordinate testing phases by working with local functional leads to ensure alignment with business requirements.
  4. Change Management & Organizational Support:
    • Support specific local changes, such as organizational and process adjustments, while ensuring adoption is driven by global teams.
    • Collaborate with global program management on change initiatives to ensure smooth adoption and transition for local teams.
  5. Stakeholder Management & Reporting:
    • Engage with local leaders, functional teams, and global program managers to track the progress of the transformation.
    • Participate in or lead governance meetings, reporting on progress, risks, and gaps, ensuring continuous communication between local and global stakeholders.
  6. Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Your Profile:

  • Education: Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: 10+ years of experience in enterprise transformation programs, ERP implementations (preferably S4Hana), or Finance/Procurement process optimization.
  • Technical Skills: Knowledge of SAP and S4Hana is a significant advantage. Expertise in Finance and Procurement processes is critical. Knowledge of process automation and digital transformation initiatives is a plus.
  • Project Management: Certification in project management is a plus.
  • Leadership: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholders effectively.
  • Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Adaptability: Ability to lead in a fast-paced, evolving project environment.
  • Risk Management: Experience with identifying and mitigating risks in large-scale projects.

 

Type of Contract:

  • Fixed term contract. The mission is expected to last 18-24 months.

What You Can Expect

As a Tax Senior Analyst in Houston office, you will report to Tax Advisor and you will provide federal compliance services for ENGIE’s partnerships, focusing on accuracy, timeliness, and quality. Your responsibilities will include preparing complex partnership workpapers that support tax returns, providing capital account and Schedule K-1 estimates, and other compliance functions as needed.

Evaluate the tax aspects of partnership agreements and understand partnership and partner tax allocations

Prepare complex annual partnership tax workpapers and partner allocations for review by outside tax accounting firms

Prepare partner K-1 and tax capital account estimates 

Maintain accurate tax fixed asset depreciation schedules that reconcile with accounting records. Apply correct tax depreciation, amortization, and disposition methods. Reconcile tax asset basis to cost segregation studies

Prepare IAS 12 deferred taxes for investment in partnerships

Prepare quarterly 704(b) estimates for Hypothetical Liquidation at Book Value (HLBV)

Reconcile partnership tax allocations estimates to investor model.

Coordinating with other departments to compile, review, and analyze reports necessary for preparation of the partnership tax returns

Research and consult on various partnership tax matters

Maintain clear, thorough documentation with supporting tax research for all tax adjustments and partnership tax basis balance sheets

Maintain active communication with managers, ensure deadlines are met

 

What You’ll Bring

Bachelor’s degree in which you completed courses in finance, accounting or other related disciplines

A minimum of 5 years professional experience

A minimum of 3 years of progressive tax compliance experience in public accounting or a combination of industry and public accounting experience

Proficiency in Excel, Word, general ledger software, fixed asset tax software, tax research software and tax provision and tax return software

Strong analytical and technical tax and accounting skills with proficiency in Subchapter K partnership taxation, including the ability to evaluate tax aspects of partnership agreements

Excellent organizational, communication and time management skills, including the ability to handle multiple assignments and competing priorities on a timely basis with a high degree of accuracy

Alteryx, One Source and FAS (Sage Fixed Asset Software) skills are a plus.

Compensation

Salary Range: $74,900 – $114,770 USD annually

 

This represents the average expected pay range for a qualified candidate.
