RUN Project Manager  (M/F) 

The role is located in Pune, India
ENGIE head office is based in Courbevoie (La Défense).

 

The GET program aims to deliver the future business and IT core model with a central “one ERP / One ARIBA / One MDG” platform. The functional context of the program covers a set of functional areas including accounting, controlling and procurement as main areas, recently extended to Business modules.

The GET program offers a unique opportunity to onboard on one of the most ambitious and strategic Enterprise transformation programs with a very high IT footprint with S/4 & SAP ARIBA as central IT components. Innovation is at the heart of GET Program with an ambition to implement a best in class processes & solution.

 

The RUN Project Manager role is to reinforce GET IT Team, and within the GBS IT SAP Center of Excellence be accountable for the projects for the GET RUN, such as major evolutions and enhancements, upgrades.

 

As the Teamleader role you are managing the local team located in India to manage our GET RUN supplier.

 

A SAP project manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing SAP implementation projects from start to finish. This role involves working closely with stakeholders, team members, and SAP consultants to ensure that project objectives are met on time and within budget.

 

 Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead the local SAP CoE team located in India
  • Define the project scope and develop the plans, timelines and budget
  • Identifying project risks and developing mitigation strategies
  • Coordinating project resources and tasks
  • Monitoring project progress and conducting regular status meetings
  • Communicating project updates to stakeholders
  • Ensuring that project deliverables meet quality standards
  • Managing change requests and scope changes
  • Providing leadership and direction to project team members
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Conducting post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement
  • Define project success criteria, monitor and assess the value achieved after the project
  • Coordinate and supervise the RUN vendor for the project delivery
  • Coordinate and work with international teams spread across multiple locations

 

 

The ideal candidate for this role should have a strong background in project management, along with experience working with SAP software and a proven track record of effectively handling and delivery value-driven IT projects over the SAP environments. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills are also essential for success in this position.

 

Position requirements

  • 12-15 years experience on Project Management on SAP environments with at least 3 years of experience
  • Knowledge of Ariba and S4Hana for modules FI, CO, MM, PM, SD, PS
  • Fluent English (oral/written), French is a plus
  • Leadership, experience in transverse management and large team cross coordination

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES as Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist (M/F/X) :

 

  • You hold an end-to-end responsibility in the entire process of sourcing & selecting suitable internal and external candidates (mainly technical profiles) for the power plants & battery storage divisions across Flanders.
  • You carry out in-depth intake interviews with your hiring managers and use your knowledge of the job market to advise them and turn their job descriptions into highly attractive job postings. 
  • You source candidates on Linked-In or via other digital channels and participate to job fairs, jobinars and job days.
  • You select candidates by pre-screening and holding competency-based interviews during which you also assess the potential of the candidates. You are able to provide your hiring managers with a solid report and recruitment advice.
  • You negotiate job offers with candidates and give qualitative feedback to candidates that have not been selected.

What You Can Expect

As our Senior Accountant, you'll ensure timely and accurate general ledger accounting and financial reporting.   • Perform monthly and annual closing processes for assigned entities, including journal entries, account reconciliations, variance analysis, and IFRS reporting requirements to ENGIE parent company
  • Prepare and deliver partnership financial statements and other reporting as requested
  • Work with Project Management teams to ensure all project finances are accurately reflected and reconciled  Will establish and lead recurring meetings to discuss project status, review outstanding receivables and commitments, and cash flow position

 

 

What You’ll Bring

  • You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
  • A minimum of five (5) years’ relevant experience in public accounting or financial reporting 
  • You are CPA certified or currently progressing towards Chartered Accountant certification

  • You will demonstrate strong financial reporting skills

Basware Technical Expert (F/M)

Basware is a SaaS software solution, specialized in managing invoices and payment processes for businesses. The software publisher also wants to offer services linked to electronic invoicing (Partner Dematerialization Platform, according to French DGFIP criteria).

The Technical Expert will be responsible for providing support and technical expertise for the implementation, configuration and maintenance of Basware at Engie.

 

Engie is working on the implementation of a Group solution for the digitization of incoming invoices, compliant with the requirements of the French Tax Administration for French entities and capable of responding to the local regulatory specificities of other Engie entities.

This project is also part of a broad program to harmonize solutions (especially the ERP systems present in the Group) and improve work processes, called GET (Global Enterprise Transformation).

 

The person who will occupy this position of Basware Technical Expertise Consultant will therefore have to work on a demanding project governed by calendar constraints (French electronic invoicing reform) and closely monitored by stakeholders (Engie Financial Department & beneficiary entities).

 

 

Content of the mission:

- Participation in projects to implement the Basware solution (incoming invoicing) for ENGIE entities, in order to master the information/contacts/specificities of each entity.

- Provide in-depth technical expertise on the Basware platform.

- Ensure the proper functioning and stability of Basware by carrying out tests, analyzes and resolution of technical problems.

- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical issues and ensure the stability of Basware.

- Document technical procedures, configurations and problem resolutions for future use.

- Participate in meetings and discussions with internal Engie partners to understand their needs and concerns, and propose improvements or technical solutions on Basware.

- Perform rigorous testing to ensure Basware functions properly and meets internal requirements.
