Role Objective: To ensure the availability and reliability of ENGIE Mexico's transport systems, manage the P&L of the entities, oversee personnel management through applicable policies, and represent ENGIE with clients, other transport companies, Local Distribution Companies (LDCs), and local and federal entities. The Transport Director serves as the link between operations and the board members in societies where ENGIE is the operative partner.
Your Impact: As Transport Operations Director, you will have the opportunity to directly contribute to our mission, playing a key role in:

•    Oversee the operational performance of the NG Transport Systems and activities related to gas transportation, ensuring infrastructure availability and gas flows according to daily nominations through the Control Center and contract and strategy group.
•    Maximize revenues in the systems where additional services are available using data from the Commercial Gas Application (CGA).
•    Manage external stakeholders (CFE, clients, regulator, federal, state, and municipal authorities, communities, etc.) and internal stakeholders.

 

Requirements:

Role Objective:

Drive process improvement and operational excellence by partnering with service lines within Mexico GBS to identify automation opportunities and act as a trusted internal advisor. Lead process reengineering efforts and manage transformation projects to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Promote a data-driven culture, fostering continuous improvement and clear communication across the organization.

 

Requirements:

 

RESPONSABILITIES AND JOB FUNCTIONS

  1. Collaboration: Partner with service lines and BPOs to identify business needs and conduct in-depth process analyses to uncover improvement opportunities.
  2. Problem-Solving: Guide and coach root cause analysis for problem-solving, supporting the identification of automation opportunities.
  3. Internal Advisor: Act as an internal advisor on solutions that drive operational excellence, ensuring alignment with business needs and technical capabilities.
  4. Process Reengineering: Lead and execute As-Is process mapping, solution feasibility assessments, and To-Be process definitions
  5. Benefit Analysis: Measure benefits, analyze impact/effort, and calculate return on investment.
  6. Project Coordination: Coordinate value cases, qualification, funding requests, project charters, and resource assignments for implementation.
  7. Process Improvement: Understand end-to-end processes across geographies to drive solution proposals, global alignment, project prioritization, and automation roadmap definitions with various service lines.
  8. Project Management: Manage the transformation project portfolio and act as PMO to support the service lines. Track, monitor, and report regularly on project status to ensure timely completion and successful delivery of projects and benefits.
  9. Process Documentation: Coach and support the creation of standard operating procedures across the service lines
  10. Quick Wins: Implement quick improvements to drive immediate benefits.
  11. Agile Methodology: Utilize Agile methods to manage and prioritize workload and result delivery. Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to the Agile process.
  12. Data-Driven Culture: Promote a data-driven culture by supporting KPI development and implementation, and coaching operational performance reviews.
  13. People Development: Foster a continuous improvement culture and build capability by facilitating CI Methodology training sessions.
  14. Communication: Maintain clear and professional communication with stakeholders at all levels. Provide regular updates on the status of incidents and requests, ensuring transparency and customer satisfaction.

 

 

 

EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, IT/Systems, etc.
  • Lean Six Sigma certification (desirable)
  • 4+ years of experience in process improvement and project management
  • Experience in the Shared Service Center environment is a plus
  • Advanced English

 

 

Technical Skills

  • Process Management and Improvement: Proven experience in process mapping/design, problem-solving and transformation projects
  • Automation technologies knowledge: requirements and application of RPA, Power Platform tools, Winshuttle, AI, Process Mining

PROPÓSITO DEL CARGO

Asegurar la correcta preparación y presentación de los impuestos federales y/o locales correspondientes. Asegurará la atención de auditorías fiscales, y cumplimiento de requerimientos fiscales cómo ISSIF, Dictamen Fiscal, informativas, etc.

 

 

 

Responsabilidades mensuales

a). Determinará mensualmente el Impuesto Corriente y Diferido para el cierre contable, incluyendo el amarre de tasa para explicar desviaciones de forma oportuna, así como cálculos de CUCA y CUFIN.

b). Determinará mensualmente los pagos provisiones de IVA, ISR, Impuestos Retenidos, etc, asegurando el correcto cálculo y creando papales de trabajo robustos que sirvan de soportes para auditorías financieras y/o fiscales.

c). Presentación de DIOT’s y contabilidad electrónica.

d). Involucración en procesos cómo devolución de IVA, dependiendo el giro de negocio y/o estatus de esta, apoyando en la coordinación y obtención de información por parte de las áreas involucradas.

e). Pruebas globales de IVA de forma de garantizar que los registros contables coincidan con los pagos realizados cada mes.

f) Revisión continua del cash tax, a forma de identificar y escalar cualquier desviación contra el presupuesto de forma oportuna.

g). Cálculo de impuestos para presupuesto, con base a la información provista por el área de planeación.

h). Apoyo en análisis como reducciones de Coeficientes de Utilidad para asegurar los pagos correctos en la anual.

 

 

Responsabilidades Anuales

a). Llenado y presentación de la DISSIF y/o Dictamen Fiscal.

b) Revisión del Estudio de precios de transferencia, trabajando de la mano con el equipo contable para la correcta presentación y análisis de las cifras intercompany, donde el especialista fiscal será el responsable de validar y proveer la información pertinente.

c). Llenado y presentación de informativas y/o requerimientos por la autoridad, ejemplo CFDI’s pagos al extranjero, dividendos, etc.

 

 

Auditoría

a). Responsable de tener correctamente los vaciados de impuestos actualizados, así como información fiscal solicitada y todo debidamente presentado, el especialista fiscal será el encargado de atender y cerrar todos los temas referentes a impuestos incluyendo la preparación de la nota de impuestos en los estados financieros, para lo cual deberá de trabajar de forma coordinada con el especialista contable.

 

 

Responsabilidades adicionales

a). Dar seguimiento al buzón tributario y requerimientos emitidos por autoridades diversas, cómo revisiones fiscales y/o compulsas.

b) Asegurar que se tengan los proceso con el SAT actualizados de forma oportuna, ejemplo.

- FIEL y sellos con renovación oportuna.

 

 

Decisiones que debe y puede tomar:

a)           Mejora de papeles de trabajo de forma que pueda contribuir de forma positiva para su trabajo y resultados de la empresa.

b)          Escalar cualquier tema que considere relevante y que puede afectar los estados financieros, ejemplos findings de errores, riesgos, etc.

c)           No deducir algo que vaya en contra de las leyes fiscales o pagar algo que esté incorrecto.

 

 

 

FORMACIÓN ACADÉMICA

Contador Público (Titulado). Deseable maestría o especialidad en fiscal.

Experiencia en Impuestos en empresas transnacionales o big four, diplomados fiscales o estudios adicionales.

Requirements:

Role Objective:

As part of its Cyber Defense strategy, the Engie group has set up a global Cyber Security Operations Center (Global SOC) to meet the needs of all Engie group entities. The Global SOC is a worldwide center of excellence that is part of the continuity and development of the Engie group's Cyber Security initiatives, with the aim of preventing, detecting and dealing with security incidents in the fields of traditional IS (Office and Data Center), industrial IS and new digital uses.

The Global SOC's mission is to detect and manage cybersecurity incidents. To achieve this, the GSOC relies on the following technical environment: -Splunk for log collection and detection of cybersecurity alerts, xsoar for alert and security incident management, CrowdStrike for endpoint protection, native security tool consoles (Proofpoint TAP, Zscaler, ...).

To strengthen the GSOC team, we are looking to recruit a :SOC Cybersecurity Analyst/Incident Response Expert

 

Activities:

  1. Detect and manage security incidents from the SIEM, by e-mail or telephone.
  2. Handle security incidents in coordination with the Group entities' security teams.
  3. Assess the risks and cyber threats that could impact Engie and implement the dedicated means of detection.
  4. Threat Intelligence: analysis and monitoring of threats
  5. Implement and improve detection rules
  6. Document incident response playbooks
  7. Threat Hunting: Search for intrusions on Engie's IS, including Office 365, Cloud AWS and Microsoft Azure environments.
  8. Perform Forensics analysis
  9. Communicate with all group security operating teams

 

Requirements:

Educational Background:

  1. Security or IT Engineer or master degree in security or IT
  2. English 100%
  3. 3 to 5 years of experience

 

Technical skills:

  1. SIEM Knowledges
  2. Knowledge of EDR tools
  3. Knowledge of Cloud AWS, Microsoft Azure and Office 365 environments
  4. Cyber defense certifications (SANS, HS2, etc.)
  5. Skills in forensics and/or pentests

 

Key Skills:

  1. Ability to communicate easily, curiosity, autonomy, teamwork
  2. Fluency in English (oral and written) with good writing skills
  3. Develop detection rules
  4. Development of python scripts to automate repetitive actions
  5. Implementation of dashboards and security indicators
