Role Objective:

Develop and oversee the implementation of ENGIE Real Estate, Facility Management strategy and Fleet Management Strategy. Adoption of ENGIE’s Global Workplace Guidelines, including sustainability workplace practices across the whole Region perimeter. Ensure the optimization of the current inventory of facilities, detect saving opportunities and synergies while caring for internal client satisfaction.

 

Requirements:

REAL ESTATE

Deliver projects :

  • Build plans on local projects according to Global guidance = portfolio, asset, property and share with local operational
  • Facilitate the presentation of local projects at the “Instance Immobiliere”
  • Manage and Monitor operational projects, with support from Global architects in one hand and local RE teams in the other hand

 

Implement ENGIE Policies:

  • Ensure cascade of ENGIE Real Estate policies into local operations, taking into account local specificities
  • Provide feedback on local solutions , for the benefit of the whole Real Estate

 

Steer activities at country / regional level:

  • Endorse the RE&GS P&L at country level
  • Report on operational and Financial performance

 

Provide Customer view and manager relationships:

  • Supervise occupation 
  • Organize the billing of occupants
  • Consolidate the Real Estate + Facility Management + Fleet data and build a customer view

 

Manage Facility Management activities at country / region level

  • Prioritize and plan local projects according to Global guidance
  • Endorse the successful implementation of FM’s policies at local level
  • Report to the Head of Group FM on the operational and Financial performance
  • Provide feedback on local FM solutions, which could benefit to all
  • Manage the FM team at country / regional level

 

Manage Fleet activities at country / region level: same logic than for FM activities.

 

Expected Skills And Experience

  • Master’s degree, preferably in engineering
  • Digital mindset. Knowledge of the following tools is a plus: Microsoft Suite, PowerBI, Sharepoint, MSProject and other planning, project management and modeling tools.
  • Presentation skills and ability to use presentation and database management tools.
  • Real estate experience (understanding the market, benchmarking and best practices, finding the right balance between optimizing lease terms and maintaining sustainable, inclusive, and collaborative workspaces)
  • Proficiency in facilities management, safety, and business continuity process
  • Proven track record of strategic planning, change management, and project management techniques (managing multiple projects simultaneously)
  • Experience in working directly with Senior Leadership (communicating, influencing).
  • Ability to build strong interpersonal relationships, to gain trust and to reach consensus, particularly at senior leadership levels; in particular in cross-functional, global environments
  • Experience in leading, motivating, and influencing teams driving them to a common goal while fostering a strong collaborative mindset
  • Creativity, deductive skills and ability to think “out-of-the-box” and to design and implement agile solutions that unify best practices and business needs in a scalable, sustainable approach
  • Ability to nimbly transition between strategic and tactical planning, with a strong capability in shifting focus and approach per the ever-evolving needs of the business
  • English and Spanish is a must, French is a plus
  • Minimum work experience of 10 years in Planning, Development, Management and / or Evaluation of Projects, Administration.
  • Property management internal and external stakeholders (including owners, property managers, construction, subcontractors, vendor, and project managers)
  • Community leaders in each location to ensure alignment between company and community objectives
  • A wide variety of service providers related to facility management and fleet management

 

 

Other Requirements

Business travels: Frequent travel within the region
