Ce vei face:

  • Vei asigura mangementul personalului tehnic operațional, precum și al asistenței tehnice de specialitate pentru centralele fotovoltaice,în vederea asigurării integrității echipamentelor și infrastructurii tehnice indispensabile pentru furnizarea unor servicii de producție energie la standarde ridicate de calitate;
  • Vei identifica, analiza și soluționa incidentele complexe apărute în exploatarea instalațiilor de energie regenerabilă, în special fotovoltaică, din cadrul ENGIE România;
  • Vei contribui la realizarea caietelor de sarcini pentru furnizarea serviciilor operare, mentenanță și expertiză tehnică pe domeniul producție energie electrică fotovoltaică, acoperind domeniul invertoare, generatoare, celule electrice și subansamble electrice diverse.
  • Vei propune soluții de îmbunătățire a activității și te vei implica în pregătirea viitoarelor proiecte de generare a energiei electrice.
  • Vei analiza toate datele, rapoartele tehnice și vei efectua vizite în teren atunci când este nevoie.
  • Vei asigura dezvoltarea și coordonarea relației cu operatorul/operatorii de transport și distribuție energie electrică, dar și cu diferite autorități și furnizori de servicii tehnice.
  • Vei anticipa orice aspect sau situație care ar putea cauza întreruperea producției de energie electrică sau apariția unor condiții nesigure de exploatare a instalațiilor din cadrul ENGIE România.
  • Vei efectua vizite în parcurile de generare energie electrică inclusiv în parcurile eoliene, în cadrul instalațiilor tehnice, atât în interiorul turbinei până în nacela, cât și la vârful conului rotorului.
  • Vei pregăti/coordona împreună cu partenerii interni/externi automatizarea proceselor de colectare, interpretare și raportare date pentru gestiunea comercială a centralelor de producție energie electrică.

 

Experiență, calificări, cunoștințe și abilități:

  • Studii universitare finalizate în domeniul ingineriei electrice;
  • Minimum 4 ani experiență tehnică în domeniul producției de energie verde;
  • Autorizație electrician ANRE grad IIB;
  • Expertiză energii regenerabile în special tehnologie PV;
  • Experiență în operarea unităților de producție energie regenerabilă, în special energie fotovoltaică;
  • Experiență în inginerie electrică pe domenii diverse: celule electrice, protecții, instalații primare/secundare/auxiliare cu privire la sisteme electrice joasă/medie și înaltă tensiune;
  • Permis de conducere cat. B;
  • Abilități de coordonare și management al echipei;
  • Bune cunoștințe de lucru cu pachetul Office (Word, Excel, Power Point);
  • Cunoștințe metodologie management de proiect;
  • Cunoștințe legislative privind normele tehnice și exploatarea proiectelor energetice;
  • Cunoștințe limba engleză  - nivel avansat.

About Us

We are seeking a talented and motivated Business Developer to join our Renewables GBU, Business Development team. In this role, you will support and manage the development activities of renewable projects, including onshore wind, solar PV, and BESS, in the UK and Ireland. Key Responsibilities

  • Establish strategies for delivering value from renewable project sites, including commercial, planning, community, and technical strategies.

  • Manage timelines and deliverables related to land acquisition, environmental and socio-economic aspects of the project.
  • Engage with local, regional, and national government agencies to secure permits, licenses, and authorizations.
  • Represent the company in public meetings, forums, and consultations related to project development.
  • Manage community engagement efforts, building positive relationships with local communities and addressing concerns related to project impacts.
  • Coordinate the evaluation of environmental impact assessments (EIA) and ensure environmental viability and compliance.
  • Manage and coordinate relations with landowners, negotiating and securing land lease agreements.
  • Lead the identification and evaluation of potential sites for PV, BESS, and onshore wind projects.
  • Collaborate with legal teams to draft and formalize contracts and agreements.

 

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Renewable Energy, Environmental Science, Land Management, Urban Planning, or a related field.
  • Prior experience  in developing renewable projects in the UK, with specific experience in originating greenfield Renewable and BESS projects.
  • Experience in identifying and acquiring land, optimizing grid connections, conducting environmental assessments, and applying for planning consents.
  • Experience in originating corporate PPAs and participating in CFD auctions.
  • Knowledge of EPC contracting structures and tendering processes.
  • Understanding of capital and O&M costs linked to PV, onshore wind, and batteries.
  • Conversant with investment principles and project financing.
  • Financial modelling experience is desirable but not mandatory.
  • Proficiency in MS Office with advanced knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel, and MS Project.
  • UK Driver's Licence and ability to travel nationally and to the EU.

 

Skills and Competencies:

  • Good understanding of Route-to-Market options, including CFDs and corporate PPAs for renewable projects.
  • Working knowledge of the UK electricity sector and regulations.
  • Strong understanding of land acquisition, grid connection, and planning consent processes.

About the role

We are seeking a talented and motivated Technical Engineer – Development to join our UK Renewables team. In this role, you will support the development and construction of onshore wind and solar projects in the UK and Ireland. You will be responsible for screening development sites, providing inputs to financial modelling, early-stage site design, procuring site studies, and managing engineering input for projects.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Commercial awareness of the impact of losses, CAPEX, and OPEX on overall project economics.
  • Experience in project management and operating as part of a multi-disciplined team.

  • Excellent electrical engineering competence and understanding of renewable generation assets.
  • Experience in load flows for solar and design of electrical infrastructure for wind farms.
  • Experience in design of BESS and network calculation studies.

We are seeking a Senior Asset Manager to oversee the strategic and commercial operation of our Renewable Generation and Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) assets in the UK and Ireland. Requisitos mínimos

  • Grado universitario en Ingeniería Industrial o Técnico Industrial o similar
  • Valorable: Cursos especializados de cálculo alta/media tensión, programas de planificación de obra como Microsoft Project o Primavera.
  • Experiencia de 7 años en el área y 6-8 años en el sector de renovables. Conocimiento y experiencia en manejo de normativa (RAT, RLAT, UNE-EN, IEC, etc..)
  • Conocimiento de las soluciones de diseño de mercado actuales.
  • Experiencia en desarrollo o supervisión de estudios eléctricos (puesta a tierra, cálculo conductor, etc
  • Experiencia en interlocución con suministradores, ingenierías externas, subcontratas, etc.

  • You will write, revise, and control the requirements, specifications, business processes and improvement recommendations;
  • You will identify new partners and will lead negotiations with them (developers, shareholders, sponsors, etc.);
  • You and the Procurement department will coordinate the contractor selection process as well as the negotiation of the service contracts;
  • You will develop a good relationship with the stakeholders;
  • You will present the project results in front of the various committees during the key-stages of the project;
  • You will contribute to the reporting activities of the department;
  • You will have a coaching role for your more junior colleagues;

 

 

Desired education, expertise, and skills:

  • Technical (electrical engineering) or economics degree;
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience (BD, Project Management in the energy sector – project implementation, production technologies, energy market);
  • Previous proven experience in renewable/ clean energy sector;
  • A good knowledge of the energy market (market design, relevant legislations);
  • Previous M&A experience is desirable;
  • A firm grasp on business and market trends;
  • Advanced user of English language;
  • Decision-making capabilities;
  • Structured thinking;
  • Good negotiation skills;
  • Communication, presentations and public speaking abilities;
  • Management skills;
  • Proactive, empathetic and multitasking abilities.
