Atualmente estamos a recrutar para a nossa empresa ENGIE – Hidroelétricas do Douro, Lda, um(a) TD Specialist para a nossa equipa no Porto e áreas geográficas das explorações (outras deslocações, quando necessário).

 

 

Missão

A pessoa selecionada será responsável por:

  • Coordenar e assistir operacionalmente a equipa da área de Telecomando em assessoria do responsável da área;
  • Colaborar com as equipas técnicas de Engenharia e da área de Operação e Manutenção no desenvolvimento de projetos, na monitorização e análise do desempenho dos ativos de produção;
  • Colaborar com as equipas de Business Development e de Trading, na análise de resultados de mercado e de serviços de sistema;
  • Garantir, num contexto de equipa dedicada e especializada na condução remota de centrais de produção renovável com especial relevo nas grandes hídricas, a definição de requisitos para desenvolvimento, melhoria e manutenção de ferramentas operacionais, de desenvolvimento de negócio e de dashboarding, procurando automatização e melhoria de processos, análise e de reporte.
  • Assistência operacional da equipa, na operação quando necessário, tomada de decisão e comunicação com entidades externas e internas;
  • Monitorização do desempenho técnico dos ativos de produção (indicadores de performance e de monitorização técnica e elaboração de relatórios de exploração), numa lógica de melhoria contínua da performance operativa;
  • Análise e seguimento proativo de ocorrências e incidentes de exploração, numa perspetiva de erradicação do modo de falha ou do risco de recorrência;
  • Análise e seguimento proativo de variáveis críticas com identificação de desvios de funcionamento ou de resultado;
  • Colaboração no desenvolvimento e melhoria contínua das ferramentas de gestão analítica das explorações;
  • Colaborar proactivamente no desenvolvimento dos algoritmos a implementar no Centro de Telecomando e no sistema de análise de Informação para cálculo de grandezas de exploração.

 

 

 

Quem procuramos

  • Mestrado em Engenharia Eletrotécnica
  • Experiência de sistemas de geração, transmissão e distribuição de energia, bem como de sistemas de telecomando e ferramentas associadas, designadamente as correlacionadas com operação remota de ativos (SCADA, RTU), de controlo e proteção e outros atinentes com a referida atividade.
  • Experiência e/ou conhecimento em mercados de energia e serviços de sistema (preferencial)
  • Experiência e/ou conhecimentos de operação de telecomando de centrais de produção energia renovável , incluindo os fatores de eficiência e eficácia económica e ambiental das explorações (preferencial).
  • Experiência e/ou conhecimentos de sistemas e ferramentas de comunicação industrial (MODBUS, IEC 60870-5-104, entre outras) (preferencial)

Actualmente para nuestra sede en Madrid, buscamos un Técnico/a de Calidad para realizar el seguimiento de los proyectos de Renovables.

Misión

Si eres la persona seleccionada, te encargarás de realizar el seguimiento de la Calidad  en los proyectos a ejecutar, identificando los requisitos aplicables y asegurando el cumplimiento del sistema de calidad y medioambiente dentro del ámbito de aplicación (tanto desde el rol de Owner como de EPC).

Puntualmente tendrás que realizar el seguimiento de estos en obra.

Funciones:

  • Identificación y evaluación de los requisitos aplicables;
  • Revisión y control de la documentación aplicable;
  • Detección y gestión de incidencias y No Conformidades;
  • Verificar el correcto cumplimiento de los procedimientos del Sistema de Gestión;
  • Interlocución con diferentes partes interesadas (cliente, DAO, contratistas, etc.);
  • Seguimiento y reporte de KPIs;
  • Soporte en auditorías internas y externas;

 

  • Calidad
  • Implantar el Plan de Aseguramiento de la Calidad;
  • Elaborar y hacer seguimiento del Plan de Control de Calidad, y Plan de Ensayos aplicables;
  • Elaboración de procedimientos o Instrucciones Técnicas para la ejecución de unidades específicas de obra;
  • Elaboración y gestión de los PPI de proyecto;
  • Control de los equipos de medida calibrados;
  • Control de materiales y certificados, de acuerdo a los requisitos establecidos en las especificaciones técnicas;
  • Seguimiento de la gestión documental del proyecto;
  • Durante el seguimiento de NC, coordinación con el equipo de proyecto para la implantación de medidas correctivas eficaces.

 

Requisitos mínimos

  • Titulación: Grado universitario (Licenciado o diplomado), especialmente en ingeniería o ramas afines..
  • Idiomas: Inglés B2 – C1
  • Experiencia: al menos 5 años como Técnico/a de Calidad y Medioambiente en obras de instalaciones eléctricas, subestaciones o líneas de AT.

Formación complementaria

  • Formación adicional en gestión de la calidad (ISO 9001) y gestión ambiental (ISO 14001).
  • Curso o máster en gestión de proyectos.
  • Formación y experiencia adicionales como auditor, valorable cualificación IRCA.

Conocimientos específicos

  • Conocimiento en regulación en Medio ambiente.
  • Conocimiento de proyectos fotovoltaicos o eólicos;
  • Conocimiento Inspecciones de calidad en instalaciones eléctricas (BT, MT y AT) y mecánicas;
  • Conocimientos de los procedimientos de puesta en marcha;
  • Conocimientos de aplicaciones de gestión de proyectos como PROCORE;

Funciones

  • Seguimiento y análisis de las capacidades libres de REE y distribuidoras.
  • Apoyo en la elaboración, seguimiento y control del presupuesto para desarrollar el proyecto.
  • Seguimiento analítico de costes, estructuración y procesos del área de desarrollo de renovables.
  • Contacto permanente con proyectos a terceros greenfield. Negociación de contratos.
  • Soporte en la generación de documentación y presentación en los diferentes comités internos de desarrollo

 

Requisitos mínimos

Experiencia de 3-4 años en el área y 1-2 años en el sector de renovables.

  • Tramitación de solicitud de acceso y conexión para la evacuación de energía renovable a la red.
  • Tramitación/Permitting (proyecto administrativo, autorizaciones ambientales o de construcción, licencias municipales, etc.)
  • Procesos de negociación de contratos de co-desarrollo
  • Experiencia previa en control de costes y seguimiento de presupuestos.

  • You will identify new RES project opportunities (greenfield or ready-to-build) in line with the company strategy;
  • You will analyze these opportunities from profitability point of view, propose improvements, grow projects up and be part of the team which will implement them;
  • You will perform opportunity pre-feasibility, cost-benefit and comparative analyses by reviewing the technical studies in order to select the projects that will be implemented;

We are currently looking for a visionary and talented person to join our Business Development Team, as a BUSINESS DEVELOPER. In this role, you will identify new business opportunities in clean energy solutions, understand profitability drivers, bring projects to maturity, and present them to the ENGIE Romania top management for approval, manage projects and interact daily with internal and external stakeholders.

What you will do:

  • You will get involved in market prospecting, in order to identify projects in accordance with the company's strategic objectives, and you will conduct negotiations to secure these projects;
  • You will analyze projects and prioritize business opportunities according to the potential for profit and scalability;
  • You will get involved in the preparation of files for the investment committee, in order to obtain the necessary approvals for the development of the projects;
  • You will manage the relationship with internal or external consultants, on topics such as: financial aspects, technical evaluation, preparation of the workbook;
  • You will organize, under the coordination of a Senior Business Developer, the meetings and documents necessary for development of each project;
  • You will permanently check the impact of economic, political, regulatory and technological evolution on development plans and projects.

 

Desired education, expertise, and skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in technical or economic field;
  • Knowledge of financial analysis and valuation;
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience (in the BD field, project management in the energy field, energy production technologies, energy market, M&A);
  • Knowledge of project methodology;
  • Economic knowledge applied to the field of energy;
  • Advanced knowledge of English;
  • Persuasive person with a very good ability to interact with other people;
  • Orientation towards results;
  • Openness to change;
