Requirements:

  • Experience in design or development or management of energy projects such as biogas/biomass system, thermal / cooling system, for industrial plants. Experience in rooftop solar system is an added advantage.

What You Can Expect

As the Scheduling, Senior Analyst in Houston, Texas, for ENGIE North America, you will play a key role in driving the successful execution of energy projects that support ENGIE’s 2030 goals—including 40 GW of renewables, 10 GW of battery storage, and 4 GW of clean hydrogen capacity. Every day, you will develop, maintain, and monitor project schedules, ensuring timely and efficient project completion. Your role will require close collaboration with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to establish realistic timelines and optimize project workflows. You will contribute to ENGIE’s mission of building the low-carbon energy systems of tomorrow while ensuring seamless project execution.

 

Reporting to the Director, Project Controls your duties will include:

 

  • Develop and maintain detailed Integrated Master Project Schedules (IMS) using Primavera P6 scheduling software
  • Monitor project progress and update schedules to reflect approved changes in scope, timelines, Cost, and resources
  • Coordinate with project managers, team members, contractors, and other stakeholders to gather necessary information for schedule updates
  • Identify potential scheduling conflicts, trends, and provide recommendations for resolution through variance reports and what-if scenarios
  • Prepare and present schedule reports and updates to project stakeholders and senior management on a consistent basis and/or when needed
  • Conduct schedule risk analysis and develop mitigation strategies and what-If schedules
  • Implementing earned value methodologies within a schedule framework of standardized Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and Control Accounts
  • Ensure compliance with company project controls policies and procedures related to project planning and scheduling, earned value, rules of credit, among others
  • Assist in the development of project control plans, procedures, standards, and guidelines
  • Support the Director of Project Controls in various scheduling and project control activities
  • Develop and manage schedule Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

 

 

What You’ll Bring

  • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Science, or a related field
  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience in project scheduling in the energy, construction, or engineering industry
  • Primavera P6 proficiency is required, along with expertise in Microsoft Project and other scheduling software
  • Excellent working knowledge of Procore, Power-BI, and the MS Office suite of software
  • Strong understanding of project management principles and practices
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team
  • Must be flexible and prepared to occasionally work late nights, weekends, or travel on short notice to support project needs

 

Additional Details

Compensation

Salary Range: $86,100 – $132,020 USD annually

  • Develop a thorough understanding of Engie Impact global service offering to deliver excellent client experience

We are looking for a Performance Analyst to join our UK Renewables team. The purpose of the role is to lead the assessment and monitoring of the UK Renewable Generation assets (wind, solar, and battery storage) to achieve key business objectives and optimise financial performance.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Review and report on the day-to-day operations of renewable assets.

You'll actively participate in behavior-based safety programs, enforce safety procedures, and conduct orientations and meetings to promote a safe working environment. Alongside routine inspections and serving as the main contact for landowners, you'll manage spare parts inventory, coordinate contractor work, and maintain cleanliness on-site. Gaining and maintaining GWO training is required, as well as participating in turbine climbing activities. You'll provide recommendations for operational and maintenance improvements, offer equipment operation training, and utilize Root Cause Failure Analysis techniques to address failures. You will work on computerized work order systems for purchase requisitions and receiving statuses.  From time to time you will be required to support other wind assets during planned outages and emergencies, potentially requiring overnight stays. Furthermore, you'll be part of an on-call rotation and must reside within 50 miles of the site to respond promptly to outages and emergencies.

Compensation
Salary Range:  $30.60 - $40.78 USD hourly

What You Can Expect

ENGIE’s Partnership Management organization manages both equity and tax equity partnerships within ENGIE’s Local Energy Infrastructures Distributed Solar and Storage(DSS) business.   • Coordinate cross functionally to respond to partner inquiries and ensure budgetary compliance with partnership agreements
  • Organize internal monthly reporting review and ensure timely and accurate distribution of reports to partners 
  • Collaborate with internal teams (commercial, data, asset management, risk, operations, finance, legal, tax, regulatory, technical accounting, treasury) and interface with the AIFA deal team to ensure budget compliance, address partner inquiries, and properly report on upcoming activities
  • Acts as the partner’s internal champion, ensuring that all team members are keeping the partner’s best interest in mind 

 

What You’ll Bring

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Economics, or a total of six (6) years’ experience doing a similar role.

  • A minimum of 2 years of exposure to general accounting reporting, partnerships or customer relationships, and/or contract review experience

What You Can Expect

As an Administrative  Assistant for the ENGIE B2B Supply business, you will provide administrative support for the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Chief Operating Officer (COO), Vice Presidents.   • Perform complex and confidential administrative tasks, including those that are sensitive and confidential in nature
  • Coordinate calendars, reserve meeting space and set up meetings involving ENGIE Resources staff, other ENGIE employees, and external business partners
  • Organize and coordinate the facilitation of internal VIP visits from Global Business Unit leadership and North America Executive Committee members
  • Organize staff meetings, ad-hoc office events and employee offsite

  • Support field travel for the CEO, COO and Vice Presidents, including conferences, meetings with clients, etc.
