What You Can Expect

As the Quality and EHS Analyst II within ENGIE North America’s Flexible Generation (FlexGen) Business Unit, your role involves contributing to the Quality and EHS program within the company’s Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) assets across the USA. To complete this, you'll be tasked with QA inspections, procedure creation, and training management.

 

Reporting to the Manager of Performance & Reliability, your primary duties encompass:

 

  • Develop yearly preventative maintenance plans & checklists for the entire fleet and perform in-progress audits. Also, perform preventative maintenance checklist and supporting documentation audits for all cycles
  • Plan for yearly consumables according to applicable site preventative maintenance cycles
  • Create and update Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures, Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)/equipment requirements, and other health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies and procedures
  • Develop the training schedule and competency requirements for the field service team, including the creation and delivery of internal training programs
  • Conduct safety and quality audits at operational sites and implement necessary corrective actions.
  • Support QA inspections for new sites and equipment, including substations, battery energy storage systems, and power conversion systems
  • Utilize insights from the operating fleet to enhance QA processes for new installations

 

 

What You’ll Bring

  • Minimum high school diploma or technical certificate
  • Minimum of two (2) years of operations experience at power plants (Wind, Solar, BESS experience is a plus)
  • Strong understanding of electrical equipment commonly found on BESS sites (PCS, batteries, transformers, breakers/switches, relays, etc.)
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics/diagrams.
  • Strong familiarity with OSHA, NFPA, UL, NETA, etc. standards
  • Strong understanding of asset preventative maintenance requirements in a power generation facility
  • Maintain a high regard for personal safety, for the safety of company assets and employees, and the general public
  • Be an action-oriented, self-motivator individual who can lead a team, work independently, and has strong organizational and personal skills
  • Ability to systematically analyze complex problems, draw relevant conclusions, and implement appropriate solutions
  • Proficient in MS OFFICE, Excel, Word, Project Management systems

 

 

Additional Details

  • This role is eligible for our hybrid work policy
  • Must be available to travel domestically up to 40% of the time and with the need for some overnight trips

Compensation

Salary Range: $86,100 – $132,020 USD annually

 

This represents the average expected pay range for a qualified candidate.

What You Can Expect

As the Senior Advisor, Partnership Management you will be responsible for managing the relationship with our cash equity and tax equity partners and notably delivering highest quality key deliverables, ensuring compliance with the agreements in place and contribute to the design of efficient processes to scale activity with growth. Additionally, the Senior Advisor will support the performance of the joint ventures through contractual review, partnership communication, reporting and other deliverable requirements.  The Senior Advisor will also contribute to budgeting and cash flow forecasts, cash management, coordination of services and other related activities..

 

Develop an in-depth understanding of the partnership and project contracts

Act as Joint Venture manager and in the best interests of all parties involved in compliance with the agreements.

Manage relationships with joint venture partners (cash equity and tax equity), developing an in-depth understanding of the contractual obligations and partner’s needs

Provide partnership key deliverables, notably yearly budget, board material, board minutes of meetings, monthly operating reports on time and with the required quality

Ensure compliance with all partnership agreements, organize governance activities (e.g., board meetings and other ad hoc meetings), and be the reference for our organization on partnership related topics

Collaborate with other functions across the team and with corporate support functions to ensure compliance and optimize partnership performance

Ensure activity and information transparency to have all our departments at the right level of knowledge/understanding to be efficient in their role and in the support of the partnership team

 

What You’ll Bring

Bachelor Degree in Finance, Business, Engineering, Environmental, Business Administration or Economics

A minimum of ten (10) years’ of relevant experience

Understanding of power plant operations, economics and the overall power industry

Knowledge of partnership agreements, asset contractual arrangements, Equity funding

Ability to unravel and interpret complexity in contracts and accounting rules

General knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS accounting principles and financial statements

As our Maintenance Planner located in Houston, TX you will support the maintenance and inventory management functions by utilizing SAP systems to ensure seamless operations, accurate data management, and effective planning. This role focuses on SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) and Materials Management (MM) modules and other related procurement systems, assisting in the execution of maintenance strategies and inventory optimization. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, a strong collaborator, and eager to grow their expertise in asset planning and management.

 

Reporting to the Asset Management Manager, your primary duties encompass:

 

Maintenance Management:

  • Lead development of maintenance of master data in the SAP PM module, including equipment, functional locations, and maintenance plans
  • Ensures Asset module is up to date (Asset enrollment, modification and retirement)
  • Develops Annual Asset Maintenance Plan and coordinate with Asset Management & Procurement Department for alignment
  • Support the scheduling and tracking of preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance tasks in SAP
  • Monitor and update work orders to ensure data accuracy and completeness
  • Generate routine maintenance performance reports to support decision-making and KPI tracking
  • Provide first-level troubleshooting for SAP PM-related issues and escalate complex problems as needed

 

Inventory Management:

  • Manage inventory records in the SAP MM module, ensuring accurate tracking of spare parts and materials
  • Support inventory control processes, including stock level monitoring, reorder points, and safety stock adjustments.
  • Coordinate with procurement teams to ensure timely availability of required inventory items
  • Assist in generating and analyzing inventory reports to identify optimization opportunities

 

Support and Coordination:

  • Act as a resource for end users by providing training and support on SAP PM and MM functionalities
  • Work with cross-functional teams to improve workflows and data integrity within the SAP system
  • Collaborate with maintenance, operations, and procurement teams to align maintenance and inventory plans with operational needs
  • Participate in regular reviews of asset and inventory performance and recommend improvements

 

Documentation and Process Improvement:

  • Assist in the development and maintenance of standard operating procedures (SOPs) for SAP processes
  • Identify opportunities to streamline SAP-related workflows for efficiency and accuracy

You will support reliability improvement plans via coordinating with in-house and third-party technical engineering staff.

Salary Range: $32.45 – $49.70 USD, hourly.

What You Can Expect

The Project Developer will be responsible for the development of utility scale battery storage projects across the market. In this role you will support the development of existing pipeline, new greenfield development, and project acquisition. Efficiently communicate complex development situations, and work through development issues from the start of development through construction. Travel as necessary for siting, development and commercial activities as required to keep development on track.

 

Every day in this role you will be responsible for managing and supporting permitting, site control, interconnection matters, power marketing, design/ Engineering, Procurement, Construction “EPC”, financing and other matters critical to the development of energy storage projects throughout ERCOT.

 

  • Manage/analyze information flow relevant to project development from internal subject matter experts and external consultants/vendors
  • Ownership of project inputs/assumptions and coordinating updates with respective internal groups
  • Manage project level progress, risks, opportunities, and economics while providing thoughtful analysis and risk evaluation
  • Drive decisions and prioritize allocation of resources based on a deep understanding of schedule dependencies and financial impacts
  • Maintain a rigorous understanding of the overall state of the energy storage market in ERCOT, including regulatory and competitive matters, to inform development decisions
  • Track project progress through key development milestones, managing schedules and budgets, and coordinating across disciplines within the Company
  • Manage and/or support due diligence activities for acquisitions
  • Manage negotiation of lease/purchase options and agreements for site control
  • Coordinate engineering activities in pursuit of permits and as required for interconnection matters
  • Work closely with engineering team in support of design and EPC process

 

 

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor Degree in Business, Construction, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Environmental, Science, Management, or another Analytical field required
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in ERCOT or other Independent System Operator “ISO” with energy storage or renewable energy development, with experience in project management, permitting, offtake negotiation, interconnection, planning, real estate, and other matters critical to development
  • Demonstrated success and experience developing utility scale energy storage and/or renewable energy projects, within ERCOT or other ISO
  • Familiarity with relevant state, county and city codes, procedures and regulations required by local planning and building departments
  • Experience preparing, negotiating, and closing commercial agreements including development agreements, site control agreements, consulting and service agreements, interconnection, and power sales agreements
  • Ability to manage a large workload across a large portfolio, while prioritizing tasks and effectively managing competing deadlines
  • Detailed understanding of the ERCOT market or other ISO with particular focus on interconnection, regulatory and offtake matters
  • Ability to evaluate development status and efficiently inform critical decision making with management

 

 

Additional Details

  • Must be available to travel domestically up to 30% of the time with the need for some overnight trips
  • Must be willing and able to comply with all ENGIE ethics and safety policies
