Bij ENGIE ontwikkelen we de duurzame energie van morgen. Wil jij hieraan meewerken als projectleider European Maintenance Support (EMS)? In deze rol krijg jij de kans om als projectleider EMS (groot)schalige projecten te leiden binnen onze energiecentrales voor ENGIE in Nederland.

 

Wat ga je doen als Projectleider EMS?

Als projectleider binnen EMS ben je verantwoordelijk voor de onderhouds- en upgradeprojecten van energiecentrales voor EMS. Dit omvat revisies, herstel van incidenten en modificaties van apparatuur van centrales. Je zorgt voor de voorbereiding, uitvoering en nazorg van deze projecten in nauwe samenwerking met de klant en experts van ons team. Je werkt in een geografisch gebied van energiecentrales waarvoor je het aanspreekpunt bent voor de klant. In Nederland zijn dit de Maxima-Centrale en de Eemscentrale. Incidenteel kunnen dit ook andere locaties zijn. Verder:

 

  • Projectvoorbereiding: Je bereidt het project voor door het definiëren en opstellen van de scope, het budget en een geïntegreerde projectplanning.
  • Projectleiding: Je voert het project uit en beheert het: je begeleidt en rapporteert over de projectplanning, waarborgt de scopedefinitie en beheert de wijzigingen. Ook definieer je de rollen en verantwoordelijkheden, analyseer en herstel je de projectrisico’s, en organiseer je de nodige logistieke en ondersteunende activiteiten.
  • Projectteam: Je begeleidt je collega’s en contractors die aan je project zijn toegewezen.
  • Veiligheid: Je verzekert het projectveiligheidsplan in alle aspecten en alle fasen van het project, rekening houdend met het EMS en de specifieke procedures en wetgeving.
  • Kwaliteit: Je houdt toezicht op de uitvoering van het werk dat door derden en aan jou toegewezen medewerkers wordt uitgevoerd. Je organiseert tool box-meetings om ongevallen, lichamelijk letsel, productieonderbrekingen en materiaal- en milieuschade te voorkomen.
  • Tijd en budget: Je bewaakt het projectbudget en de kostenopvolging, inclusief het beheer van afwijkingen en kostentoewijzing.​
  • Nazorg: Je zorgt voor de oplevering van het project en de algemene eindrapportage. Je consolideert ervaringen met het oog op continue verbetering en het delen van ervaringen.

 

Wie is ENGIE en waar kom je te werken? 

EMS (European Maintenance Support) maakt deel uit van de ENGIE Groep. Het team voert gespecialiseerde onderhoudsactiviteiten (revisies) en upgradeprojecten uit in verschillende elektriciteitscentrales in België en Europa, voornamelijk in Nederland en Frankrijk. De projectteams bestaan uit een team van toegewijde projectmanagers, eventueel ondersteund door de teams van Equipment Solutions. Van standaard revisies tot complexe upgradeprogramma’s en middelgrote industriële projecten (zoals E-boilers, accu-energieopslagsystemen en elektrolyse-installaties), zorgt EMS voor adequaat projectmanagement door industriële standaarden toe te passen.

Wat neem jij mee?  

  • Je hebt minimaal een afgeronde bacheloropleiding in engineering.
  • Je hebt ruime ervaring met projectmanagement binnen de (energie)industrie in een leidinggevende functie. Deze ervaring neem je mee omdat je grote teams gaat aansturen binnen EMS in projecten.
  • Je hebt uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden. Bovendien beheers je de Nederlandse en Engelse taal goed.
  • Je pakt graag een leidende rol op, bent resultaatgericht, en in staat om verschillende projecten tegelijk aan te pakken.
  • Je bent flexibel, mobiel, en bereid om naar onze verschillende vestigingen in Nederland en Europa te reizen (maximaal 30% van je tijd).

 

Wat bieden wij jou als Projectleider EMS?

  • Een contract voor 40 uur per week;
  • 25 vakantiedagen, 13 ADV dagen en 3 ½ vitaliteitsdag (o.b.v. een fulltime dienstverband);
  • 8% vakantietoeslag, een eindejaarsuitkering van 4,5% en een Benefit Budget van 1,8% van het bruto maandsalaris;
  • Een pensioenregeling bij het ABP waarvan wij 70% van de kosten op ons nemen;
  • Korting op je energiecontract met 100% groene stroom van ENGIE;
  • Een persoonlijk ontwikkelbudget van € 500,- per jaar;
  • Voor deze functie krijg je een leaseauto;

Actualmente estamos en búsqueda activa de un técnico/a de obra energética junior en Navarra, que recibirá la formación y adquirirá la experiencia necesaria para asumir las funciones de encargado en un futuro próximo y cuya misión será vigilar y coordinar, apoyando al Site Manager, los trabajos de los diferentes contratistas y subcontratistas en la obra, con el fin de conseguir los resultados deseados en coste, plazo y calidad de los mismos, prestando especial atención al cumplimiento de las políticas de PRL, medio ambiente y ética definidas por la compañía.

 

Funciones

  • Supervisión de los trabajos y del personal de las empresas contratadas y subcontratadas.
  • Planificación y control del avance de obra. Coordinar los trabajos a realizar en la obra velando por el cumplimiento del programa y control económico.
  • Supervisión de la correcta recepción del material en obra. Control y seguimiento del stock de recambios, de las herramientas y aparatos.
  • Informar a los trabajadores afectados de los riesgos existentes en los lugares de trabajo, de las medidas preventivas y de las medidas de protección a adoptar. Realizar Inspecciones de Seguridad conforme al procedimiento establecido.
  • Velar por el cumplimento de los procedimientos e instrucciones de Seguridad, Calidad y Medio Ambiente de los trabajadores a su cargo. Identificación de medidas de mejora de la calidad del servicio, la seguridad y el medio ambiente.
  • Asegurar la implementación y cumplimiento de las Políticas de Seguridad e higiene, Diversidad, Ciberseguridad y Ética y Cumplimiento, así como de los procedimientos y procesos definidos en la organización.
  • Estas funciones podrán ser realizadas en su totalidad, o parcialmente, por los ocupantes de este puesto, sin perjuicio de cualquier otra que se le pudiese encomendar de acuerdo con su cualificación, formación y experiencia.

 

Requisitos

  • Ciclo de Formación Profesional de Grado Medio/Superior en Instalaciones Mecánicas o Eléctricas.
  • Técnico Superior en Prevención de Riesgos Laborales
  • Experiencia de entre 2/3 años como técnico de obra con muchas ganas de aprender y de evolucionar a puesto de mayor responsabilidad.

Jouw missie  

 

Als Hydraulica Manager in onze afdeling Infrastructure draag je elke dag bij aan onze missie door een cruciale rol te spelen in het leidinggeven aan een enthousiast team van hydraulica-experts die zich bezighouden met hydraulisch nazicht, hydronautstudies, en het hydraulisch ontwerp van rioleringen, drainagesystemen, en andere infrastructuurprojecten. Je belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden  
 

Leiderschap en teammanagement:
    Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het aansteken van het enthousiasme en de motivatie van het hydraulica-team in zowel Gent als Hasselt.

  •     Je organiseert de werkplanning van het team in nauwe samenwerking met de projectleiders en de Team Managers, waarbij je zorgt voor een efficiënte inzet van middelen en tijd.
  •     Je coacht, begeleidt en ondersteunt teamleden in hun professionele ontwikkeling en zorgt voor een positieve en samenwerkingsgerichte werkomgeving.

  •     Je zorgt voor het bewaken van de kwaliteit van de werkzaamheden binnen het team, met bijzondere aandacht voor de nauwkeurigheid en de tijdige oplevering van projecten.
  •     Je stelt verbeterprocessen voor en implementeert innovaties binnen je vakgebied om de efficiëntie en effectiviteit van het team en de afdeling te verhogen.
  •     Je draagt bij aan het ontwikkelen en verbeteren van interne processen en procedures om de dienstverlening verder te professionaliseren.

Communicatie en samenwerking:

  •     Je onderhoudt een open communicatie met andere afdelingen, zoals commerciële teams, projectleiders, en andere technische teams, om de voortgang van projecten te waarborgen en gezamenlijke doelen te realiseren.
  •     Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor klanten en andere externe partners en zorgt voor heldere communicatie over projectstatussen, technische vraagstukken en leveringsvoorwaarden.

Commerciële en administratieve ondersteuning:

  •     Je ondersteunt het commerciële team bij het opmaken van offertes en het bieden van technische input voor projecten.
  •     Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de documentatie en rapportage van je eigen werk en dat van het team aan de afdeling Manager, inclusief projectupdates, voortgangsrapporten, en eventuele knelpunten.

Innovatie en continue ontwikkeling:

  •     Je denkt actief mee binnen het Management Comité over innovaties, verbeteringen en strategische ontwikkelingen op zowel afdelingsniveau als daarbuiten.

We horen graag van mensen met  

 

  • Je hebt een masterdiploma in industriële engineering of een Master of Science in civiele techniek.
  • Je hebt 10 jaar ervaring in hydraulische berekeningen van rioleringsmodellen en hebt ervaring in het sturen/begeleiden van medewerkers.
  • Grondige kennis van hydraulische systemen en ontwerpsoftware zoals Infoworks ICM, Sirio, en Mapinfo.
  • Bekwaam in het uitvoeren van technische berekeningen en het ontwerpen van waterbeheersystemen, rioleringen, drainages en andere civiele infrastructuur.
  • Bereidheid om voortdurend de laatste trends, tools en technieken in het vakgebied te volgen en toe te passen.
  • Vermogen om technische input te leveren bij het opstellen van offertes voor klanten.
  •  Ervaring met het plannen en coördineren van technische projecten, inclusief het beheren van deadlines en middelen.
  • Het vermogen om technische rapporten en projectdocumentatie op te stellen en te presenteren.

Job Summary 

 

The Digital Solutions Manager at ENGIE India acts as a crucial intermediary between India Business units and the D&IT function, ensuring the effective utilization of technology to advance ENGIE's goal of accelerating the transition to a carbon-neutral world.

 

Reporting to the CIO for AMEA & India, this role is responsible for overseeing the company's Digital & IT initiatives, identifying and implementing innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiency, ensure system security, and align technology with diverse business interests for India business. The Digital Solutions Manager- India leads projects related to Digital & IT solutions, supervises technology teams, and promotes data and digital leadership to achieve strategic outcomes in collaboration with India Business and Enterprise D&IT teams like Renewables GBU IT, Architecture, Data and Global IT Support.

 

 Main Objectives 

 

  • Act as the bridge between ENGIE’s India business units and IT, cultivating strong relationships to translate business needs into actionable IT strategies and solutions. 
  • Oversee the management, stability, and security of Digital Solutions to ensure compliance with industry standards, India regulations (e.g. CEA, SECI etc) and optimal performance. 
  • Lead the development and execution of digital transformation initiatives that support ENGIE’s goals in energy innovation, sustainability, and operational excellence. 
  • Drive project management excellence and teamwork to deliver technology solutions that propel ENGIE’s business forward in India. 

 

Key Responsibilities :

 

  1. Technology Management & Project Leadership 
  • Oversee the planning, development, and implementation of technology programs across ENGIE’s India business units (in particular Renewables), across energy production lifecycle and services. 
  • Lead broad-ranging technical and project management functions, managing India wide technology initiatives and priority projects. 
  • Coordinate and execute projects related to Digital & IT architecture, ensuring alignment with ENGIE’s strategic plans and regional objectives. 
  • Assign, review, and approve the work of project teams, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes. 

 

  1. Team Supervision & Leadership 
  • Provide direct and indirect supervision fostering a culture of matrix collaboration, innovation, and problem-solving.

Activity Setup / Project Management:
