Context:

Within the IS Expertise Center (EC IS) organization, The trading and sales tools (TST) delivery center is in charge of the following scope of applications for GEM :

  • Markets connectivity services
  • Automated trading system platform
  • Curves building & broadcasting and display
  • Pre-trade pricing service & IT quant transversal developments
  • Digital platform & clients/sales/traders workflows automation
  • Sales platform leveraging on Salesforce solution
  • Trader Mandate definition & supervision

 

The candidate will integrate Pre-trade pricing service team (1 team lead, 7 developers) as a developer in order to reinforce the team.

The team is currently involved in strategic projects related to meteor demise subject, implying development new applications in order to replace legacy tools.

 

Pricing service team maintain/enhance also applications providing these services:

 

  • Pricing API with customizable market data and pricing context on GEM products perimeter
  • Pricing workloads distribution
  • Realtime price streaming API
  • Curve and formulas calculations and display, pricing UI, …

Role:

Job Purpose:

The Data Center Facilities BMS/DCIM Operator is responsible to supervise and control the operation of the building management system (BMS) & Data Center infrastructure Management (DCIM) System and monitor all Electrical, ELV, and fire/life safety equipment, HVAC plant activities of the Data center building services within the data center is operating at peak efficiency. Maintaining and monitoring the level of temperature in equipment’s, Trouble notifying against the DCIM alarms. The Operator serves as an expert technical resource reporting and interacting with onsite Engineers and any third-party vendors. Data center equipment that supports mission-critical servers must maintain better than 99.999% uptime.

Key Responsibilities:

Operates and maintains Building Management System (BMS) for proper function and monitors the DCIM against approved benchmarks to include; HVAC, Lighting, Fire Suppression, Generator, Plumbing, and Electrical

Carry out routine checks for correct operation of all control equipment as directed by Facility Engineer

Monitor the operation of the HVAC control systems using the BMS/DCIM to monitor performance.

Adjust variables and provide adjustment as required to ensure systems are operating correctly within parameters.

Monitor and record values of HVAC systems to build up a database of records to provide data for energy efficiency improvement.

Communicate all maintenance and repair actions in writing for information to management as required.

Should follow the Protocols if any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise at any time.

Monitors and verifies operation of all BMS/DCIM field devices.

Adjusts BMS settings and parameters to meet changing conditions, i.e., Load, Environmental, Customer needs, etc.

Records maintenance data and generates reports as needed.

Maintains job card documentation for all Alarms or changes to systems and/or equipment.

Monitors of fire detection alarm system, such as smoke detector, heat detector, sprinkler, and emergency exit, in coordination with Safety Function.

Monitors of Water tank supply level alarm, air handling unit, fresh air handling unit.

Monitors and controls the Fire pump system, motors, sewage pump, electrical system, water system in the Data Center building.

Performs miscellaneous tasks as assigned by his Facility Engineer

Daily checking healthiness of all facilities equipment’s and keeping daily logs and records of all maintenance functions.

Create the Job cards in CAFM (FSI) Mobile App as per Site requirements and close the Job cards which Engineer assigns.

Responding promptly and efficiently to emergencies calls.

Review and understand equipment and methods of operation, Electrical systems, ELV system, fire/life safety, and other systems.

Comply with all safety procedures and requirements

Support any afterhours building needs and activities as required

Attend training sessions and seminars.

Other assigned tasks as requested.

Skills Required:

 

Working knowledge of Electrical & ELV systems including secondary distribution, HVAC System interior systems

Ability to read CAD Drawings, single-line diagrams, and rough shop drawings

Possess strong knowledge in multiple skilled trades (electrical, HVAC, plumbing, etc)

 Requires ability to analyse the operation of various infrastructure systems, determine the cause of problems/malfunctions, and take corrective actions as required

Trained and experienced in BMS/DCIM operation.

Vigilant with attention for detail.

Excellent computer operation skills.

Ability to deal with emergency situations in a calm manner. Integrity, commitment and courteous.

The position is based in Pune.

 

MISSIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

 

The missions and responsibilities of the CAD Executive_Engineering are :

 

-Preparation of Preliminary and detailed solar PV layouts for ground Mounted Solar PV & other various supported Electrical equipment’s.
-Preparation of Array layout, stringing layout, cable routing and trench layout, road layout.
-Preparation of Electrical Layout for ICR, MCR, substation, street lighting layout and lightning arrester layout of Solar PV using AutoCAD.
-Slope analysis for project area in civil -3D.
-Preparation of multiple BOQ / BOM for the overall Plant / Project (Pre-Bid/Post Bid) and
comparison for the Project coordinating with other team member inputs.
-Preparation of infrastructural layout drawings for solar power plant like module cleaning system, internal road layout, drain layout and boundary layout.
-Proficiency in alignment of drain drafting based on topography layout and array layout.
-Preparation of As-built drawings precisely and visit site for the same if required.
-Proficiency in drafting of RCC foundation for PV area and sub-station like MCR building foundation, power/Inverter transformer foundation, equipment foundation in sub-station etc, including foundation of Module mounted structure.
-Preparation of detail drawing of cable trench, sump pit in solar power plant.
-Maintain CAD templates and libraries of engineering drawings up to the latest revision level.
-Coordinate with the project team and engineering team on all technical aspects of each project to update/made changes to correspondence drawings
-Preparation of contour maps using Google earth and AutoCAD civil 3D with desired spot level and line intervals.
-Preparation of SOPs and Checklists for the methodology followed for various processes.
-Coordination with all other internal and external team members on multiple projects.

 

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

 

-Pre-requisites:
oBachelor’s Degree/Diploma in engineering BE/BTech or equivalent (Full time) from AICTE accredited university/College.
o4–6 years of relevant work experience in an industrial engineering and construction environment: Ideally in the solar/Wind industry, but could also be in the renewable, building construction (industrial, commercial, resort, etc…) or conventional energy industry.
oWorking experience in several of the following areas:
▪Coordination of large sized EPC projects
▪Renewable consultant
▪BOQ preparation

What You Can Expect

The Project Manager Advisor is the primary manager of all phases of an energy project, with the objective of successful completion on time and within budget, while maintaining quality, safety, and cash management standards, and producing strong customer references. Assigned projects will include a combination of energy efficiency measures, renewable generation installations, and various carbon reduction strategies, to help public sector, commercial and industrial customers around the United States become more sustainable, save money, and improve processes in their plants and services to their end-users. In this role, you will manage one to several projects simultaneously from early development through post-construction, including design, contract negotiations, and project implementation.

 

In addition to assigning responsibilities to the project team and establishing schedules for individual team members, the Project Manager Advisor oversees various technical aspects of the project. This includes developing the project scope, conducting savings analysis, and ensuring the feasibility of proposed measures. Collaborating closely with the Sales team, they assist in customer presentations and interviews during the project's development phase. Furthermore, they liaise with the Legal department to prepare and negotiate customer agreements and change orders, ensuring all contractual obligations are met. The Project Manager Advisor is also responsible for managing all cost components throughout project implementation, maintaining precise budget records, and promptly notifying supervisors of any necessary adjustments. Additionally, they work alongside the construction manager to establish a comprehensive project schedule with regular progress milestones, ensuring timely completion. Alongside these responsibilities, they actively engage with Accounting to facilitate monthly customer invoicing and address any payment delays or issues proactively. Finally, they ensure compliance with local labor regulations and oversee the timely completion of monitoring set-up packages and final job close-out information.

 

This position will sit in Sacramento, CA and will report to the Director of Project Management.

 

 

What You’ll Bring

  • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in which you have gained a knowledge of construction management, engineering elements, and project management functions

  • A minimum of seven (7) years of related work experience, including training 
  • Proficient in financial analysis skills to predict customer project economics and manage project budgets 
  • Strong negotiation skills that protect ENGIE’s interests on a given project, while building customer and vendor/subcontractor rapport 
  • Ability to prepare and write accurate customer reports and RFX responses, with attention to customer goals and needs 
  • Capability to create and execute project development and delivery schedules 
  • Excellent adherence to schedule, and collaborative problem-solving skills to maintain budget, schedule, and customer satisfaction 
  • High standards of accuracy, appearance, and thoroughness of project documentation 
  • Ability to review engineering work across all typical energy project scope types 
  • Knowledge of contract scopes of work, and alignment with subcontractor scopes of work

Compensation

Salary Range: $112,000 – $172,500 USD annually

 

This represents the average expected pay range for a qualified candidate.

What You Can Expect

As our Maintenance Manager, at The Ohio State University, you will be responsible for directing and managing the overall maintenance of the central utility plants (Steam, Chilled Water, Combined Heat & Power) on the campus. The Maintenance Manager ensures that all assigned facilities on campus are efficient and properly maintained and serviced. Every day you will be in charge of leading, developing and supervising a team of skilled employees. The Maintenance Manager will be involved with capital project reviews and installation from an Operations & Maintenance perspective.  This role will identify short-term and long-term maintenance needs and assist with capital project development and you will report to the Director of Energy Delivery.

 

 

What You’ll Bring

  • Possess high school diploma or G.E.D
  • 5 years of supervisory experience
  • You possess steam or natural gas turbine experience
  • You have experience with Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) and Microsoft Office; managing the Maximo CMMS maintenance work order, equipment history and record keeping system
  • You will be responsible for maintaining compliance with regulatory bodies (PUCO, OEPA, OSHA)  
  • You will direct maintenance personnel in the maintenance, repair and upgrade of utility plants that produce steam, chilled water, heating hot water, compressed air, treated water, and electricity
  • You will develop and improve preventive and predictive maintenance programs
  • You will manage spare part inventories and record systems.
  • You know how to manage maintenance service contracts
  • You will provide analysis of equipment inspections and failures, developing repair and replacement plans on existing plant equipment
  • You have the ability to review plans and specifications for capital projects, ensure constructability and maintainability of new equipment installations, inspect construction/installation of utility system projects and new building utility infrastructure to ensure compliance with design standards
  • You know how to provide recommendations and input to department budget process and spending plans.  Prepare, review and control budget and spending for the mechanical maintenance team
  • You know how to provide input to capital plans for the utility plants; support system planning and recommend future steam, power generation, chilled water, natural gas and heating hot water improvements and repairs
  • You will be responsible for the development of direct and indirect reports including annual performance evaluations
  • You will perform other duties as assigned

 

 

Additional Details

  • This role requires attendance at a worksite on a daily basis;
  • Must be available to travel domestically up to 5%
  • Must possess a valid U.S. driver’s license; you will drive company vehicle

Compensation

Salary Range: $116,200 – $172,500 USD annually

 

This represents the average expected pay range for a qualified candidate.

Missão

Purpose of the Job: 

To contribute to the safe operation of the Stublach gas handling assets to ensure the protection of personnel and the environment. 

To carry out maintenance activities and oversee specialist maintenance contract staff in performing maintenance that contributes to the efficient operation of gas assets. 

Prepare mechanical isolations/purging operations for plant and equipment maintenance preparation and associated isolation documentation. 

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out assigned tasks and duties in a safe manner, in accordance with instructions and to comply with safety rules, procedures, regulations and codes of practice. 
  • Report all events (personal injuries, equipment damage, environmental and security) to your Line Manager and regularly raise proactive observations to help reduce the risk of an unsafe situation occurring.
  • Operate as a member of the Emergency Response Team in the event of an incident on the Stublach site. 
  • Comply with site rules and report any breach of safety (incomplete PPE, electrical hazard....) to the relevant person/team on site. Challenge any safety breach. Liaise with members of other teams to share safety information. 
  • Preparation of documentation for the creation of safe systems of work on site, with the aim of becoming an authorised person within a suitable timeframe. 
  • Secure the work area by identifying and measuring the risks in work activities and arrange the appropriate safeguards and isolations. 
  • Once authorised, responsible for applying mechanical isolations and issuing appropriate isolation documentation. 
  • Carry out gas testing prior to the authorisation of work activities. 
  • Write, review and amend operational instructions / risk assessments / procedures / plans based upon experience, and implement them to isolate, maintain and reinstatement systems back to operational service. 
  • Carry out tasks relating to the first level maintenance on the gas handling assets (both planned and corrective maintenance).
  • Perform routine testing of operational equipment across the site, ensuring traceability by recording the test results and suitable details in the Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS). 
  • Coordinate the delivery and off-loading of chemicals/products/equipment used on site for operational and maintenance purposes. 
  • Carry out inspection of mechanical equipment, providing reports and recommendations where applicable. 
  • After training, participate in the formal on call rota, approximately 1 week in every 3. 
  • Ability to work on call. 


Qualifications & Experience:

  • Ideally a minimum 5 years’ experience in operations/ maintenance of processing plants/ equipment, preferably within the oil/gas/chemical/COMAH industry. 
  • Mechanical technical knowledge is mandatory. Working as an Appointed Person previously is preferred. 
  • Hands on experience of carrying out mechanical maintenance to a high standard across a range of process plant assets.

To contribute to the safe operation of the Storengy UK Stublach Gas Storage Facility to ensure the protection of personnel, plant and the environment.  

Develop and maintain the Well Integrity Management System (WIMS) for all well-related assets. 

Provide direction and leadership in areas of Well Engineering to staff in the Operations, Maintenance and Engineering Teams, communicating on business and team objectives to ensure that staff work productively with a clear purpose to meet their objectives. Coach, mentor and develop staff to improve their skills, promoting a culture of collaboration and an environment where all staff are empowered to innovate.  

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Report all events (personal injuries, equipment damage, environmental and security) to your Line Manager and regularly raise proactive observations to help reduce the risk of an unsafe situation occurring.
  • Drive improvements in Process Safety across the site.
  • Provide engineering input into any investigations or operational studies
  • Interact with the UK Regulator on matters of Well Integrity on behalf of Storengy UK.
  • Act as the Technical Lead for the risk assessment of well activities and well operations using the principles of ALARP.
  • Manage and further develop all aspects of the Storengy UK Well Integrity Management System, ensuring the company is following best practice guidance: NORSOK, API, OGUK, ISO etc. 
  • Define a range of performance measures relating to Well Integrity. Set up and manage processes to record, communicate, analyse and make continuous improvement recommendations.
  • Own and update the Well Status Diagrams, Well Barrier elements and performance standards. 
  • Produce annual Well Integrity report for the Stublach Site.
  • Deliver on continuous improvements that minimise downtime / maximise plant availability / reliability.
  • Plan and provide operational support for well-related maintenance, interventions, workover operations etc. 
  • Provide technical input into design activities, including harmonising with group and UK standards.
  • Coordinate all well specific maintenance / inspections and corrective breakdown activities. 
  • Develop and formalise multi-year programmes for periodic maintenance regarding well integrity inspections.
  • Generate operational instructions/procedures relating to the operation and maintenance of wells.
  • Generate Scope of Work documents for tender. Develop the contracting strategy, contractor selection and perform regular contractor performance monitoring. 
  • Support the O&M team with key mechanical maintenance contracts; WHCP, Well maintenance, logging, Well site supervision etc.
  • Review and update mechanical drawings following any modifications to well related equipment.
  • Lead on site modification (MoC) relating to mechanical systems, acting as the Technical Safety Assessment leader when required – Ensure that modifications satisfy all statutory and best practice requirements (PED, PSR, PSSR, OGUK, NORSOK, API etc.)
  • Ensure that all well integrity related procedures are complied with, and all actions are auditable while also maintaining the highest personal, professional and ethical standards.
  • Implement the requirements of the Stublach Management System associated with documentation control for the Maintenance Team.
     

 

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelors Degree, or equivalent, in Chemical, Mechanical or Petroleum Engineering, essential
  • IWCF Level 4 desirable
  • NEBOSH General Certificate desirable
  • 2 years’ experience in the oil and gas industry or process industries. Preferably in a well integrity role, but open to general mechanical integrity experience. 
  • Ability to coordinate activities across teams.
  • Ability to consult and influence.
  • Ability to use a CMMS system (Maximo) and document management software
  • Adopts a consistent approach, checks the quality of work and meets deadlines
  • High level of attention to detail – essential for this role
  • Advanced Excel skills – essential
