Nous recherchons un(e) Technicien(ne) de maintenance multitechnique (H/F)

Poste basé à Paris 13

 

Au sein d'une équipe de 11 personnes, rattaché(e) à votre responsable d’équipe d’exploitation, vous assurez les missions de conduite, de maintenance et de dépannage des installations électriques et CVC sur un grand site tertiaire situé à Paris : CTA, chaudières, climatisations, armoires électriques, plomberie. Vous effectuez également des rondes techniques destinées à remonter les éventuels dysfonctionnements.

Vous intervenez auprès du client et des occupants du site pour assurer les missions de maintenance et de dépannage des installations et instaurez un relationnel de qualité.

 

Vous êtes organisé et autonome et assurez la traçabilité de vos interventions auprès des clients en rédigeant vos comptes-rendus sur les outils digitaux à votre disposition.

 

A l'aise avec les outils de GMAO  afin remplir vos gammes de maintenance et avec les outils digitaux (smartphone et tablette) vous assurez un reporting régulier auprès de votre manager.

 

Votre profil :

 

De formation BEP / BAC Pro Electromécanique, en Maintenance énergétique / Génie Climatique / Electrotechnique ou BTS Maintenance Industrielle/Energie.

Vous justifiez d'une expérience de 3 ans minimum sur des missions similaires,
Vous disposez des
habilitations électriques (BR, B2V, BC), et dans l’idéal d’une habilitation HT.

Vous tenez vos engagements et vos délais et aimez le travail bien fait,

Enfin, une bonne autonomie, le sens du travail en équipe et un bon relationnel client sont des atouts indispensables !

What You Can Expect

ENGIE North America is hiring a Solar Technician for our Solar Site located in West Union, IL.  

 

Your daily responsibilities begin with accessing tasks via SCADA, Maximo, or various SAP software systems and repairing, troubleshooting, and fulfilling technical repair work orders for solar panels. You will manage documentation, update parts inventory, and as well as submit on-site status reports, including daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports, and initiate work orders for equipment repairs.

 

  • Coordination of high voltage switching activities with local utilities and independent system operators (ISO), which includes tasks like substation operations, equipment lockouts and grounding
  • Adhere to safety protocols such as conducting Site-Specific Orientations, Job Safety Analysis (JSA), and safety meetings
  • While you will primarily work independently on-site, there will always be a nearby technician for safety support; the site's team comprises of a site manager, a Balance of Plant technician, and the solar technician. You will also be a part of an on-call rotation for outages and emergencies; therefore, you must reside within 50 miles of the site.

 

 

What You’ll Bring

  • Minimum two (2) years diploma in a technical program where you have learned AC/ DC electrical theory, understand reading blue prints and schematics, industrial electrical equipment including breaker, disconnects, transformers, contactors
  • Minimum two (2) years of experience in Solar generation sites, Wind generation sites, Thermal power plants
  • Manufacturing or Mining operations, or Controls & Industrial Maintenance
  • Must have or be willing to obtain certification by AVO as substation technician within 12 months of hire date
  • Capacity to be on call as deemed necessary by supervisor

  • This is a field position requiring daily travel to client site(s)
  • Must be available to travel domestically to other solar plants for emergencies and assist with outages
  • Must possess a valid U.S. driver’s license/clean driving record to drive company vehicle on and around the plant
  • Must be willing and able to comply with ENGIE’s policy with respect to COVID vaccination and testing
  • Must be willing and able to comply with all ENGIE ethics and safety policies
  • The position consists of 20% work indoors and 80% work outdoors; outdoor work may expose the employee to weather conditions

 

 

Compensation

Salary Range:  $36.29 - $53.74 USD hourly

 

This represents the average expected pay range for a qualified candidate.

Within the Power & Infra Business Line, the Water and Green fuel team is working on CCGT, biomass energy plants and thermal industrial boilers, performing research activities, developing global solutions and managing services to customers worldwide.

More specifically, the Green fuel team is active in the following domains of expertise:

  • Biofuels/green (e)fuels use cases, focusing on biomass conversion technologies and biogenic CO2 production,
  • Greenification of energy assets (e.g. retrofit of fossil fuel boilers to biomass),
  • Combustion of biofuels and green (e)fuels in energy plants,
  • Certification of biofuels and green (e)fuels and related regulatory aspects,
  • Safety aspects (ATEX, HAZID, HAZOP) related to biofuels and green (e)fuels, including H2,
  • Biomass supply chains,
  • Calculation of greenhouse gas emissions and savings.

The experts of the team develop a deep understanding and experience of those technical domains in order to:

  • Offer operational expertise to both power plants and industrial assets to anticipate and solve technical problems they can meet, improve their operational excellence and prepare them for future challenges. We perform consultancy like missions at our customer sites as well as troubleshooting interventions.
  • Perform research programs for ENGIE and other stakeholders, where we :

What you’ll be doing

 

Your responsibilities as Green Fuels and Biomass Junior Expert

Laborelec is looking for a young engineer to manage projects in bio-energy and biotechnologies applied to the energy sector, working with the company's internal and external customers. You are willing to develop and deepen your expertise in the field of green fuels and their use cases inside ENGIE businesses.

Your typical tasks will be related to the:

  • characterisation of the physico-chemical properties of biomass resources,
  • identification of technologies that can be used to convert biomass into various products (biorefineries),
  • execution of in-depth study of biomass conversion processes (biological, chemical or thermal),
  • execution of in-depth study of conversion processes for carbonaceous waste resources (solid, liquid or gaseous),
  • assessment of the environmental risks associated with biomass conversion processes,

You are able to write reports and execute convincing presentations describing the outcome of your work.

The Role:

Excellent opportunity for a Project Controller to work with the Project Manager to deliver the Goorambat East Solar Farm within schedule and budget and includes activities from the lead-up to financial close to the commencement of operations (project handover from development, delivery kick-off, design review, construction, testing and commissioning and handover to operations. 

 

The incumbent will be accountable to the Project Manager and PMO Lead and will be required to travel to the project site near Benalla, 2 hours from Melbourne.

 

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Project Manager in management of project schedule as required including coordinating and integrating project schedule updates on a monthly basis
  • Cost control and reporting of expenditure throughout the project, including forecasting and analysis on cost variances
  • Administering and monitoring EPC payment claims and variations as directed by the Project Manager and PMO Lead
  • Manage and coordinate all project reporting
  • Monitoring quality targets, standards, assurance and control procedures relating to document and record control (electronic and hardcopy)
  • Serve as the main point of contact for all project financial/budget matters
  • Assisting the Project Manager in administering and monitoring of the project master risk management plan and register, and escalating project risks (time and/or cost) to the Project Manager, as required
  • Contract administration, including the drafting of contractual letters, such as instructions and response to variation proposals
  • Project correspondence management and general administration (including the document management system Procore) as directed by the Project Manager

 

 

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will have sound project and contract management experience, particularly with project controls including the management of budgets, schedules and claims.  You will have knowledge in power generation technologies and experienced in the delivery of renewable energy projects through construction to operations.

The Role:

We’re seeking an experience Owners Site Representative to be based on-site at the Goorambat East Solar Farm to support the Project Manager in the delivery of the project by representing ENGIE’s interests on the site and monitoring the construction of all EPC and connection works.

 

The incumbent will be accountable to the Project Manager and will ideally be based at the project site near Benalla, 2 hours from Melbourne.

 

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing and monitoring all construction activities for compliance with contractual conditions and relevant regulations and providing status updates to the Project Manager as required
  • Coordination of onsite activities between EPC contractor and connection works contractor to ensure that each contractor’s activities are planned in a way that minimises the impact on the other contractors
  • Overseeing and monitoring the EPC contractor’s implementation of all health, safety and environmental management obligations and systems on the site
  • Assist the Owner’s Engineering in reviewing and monitoring the quality of works delivered by the contractors, ensuring quality requirements are satisfied and any defects/non-conformances are properly captured with corrective actions properly tracked until resolution
  • Responsible for ensuring ENGIE / project owner is fully compliant with all contractual obligations
  • Manage and report progress against the project schedule
  • Represent ENGIE, establish and maintain excellent working relationships with all external stakeholders including the local community, landowners, regulatory bodies
  • Identify and evaluate risks, issues, dependencies, and constraints associated with the project, escalating where appropriate.  Proactively develop, agree on, and implement solutions to overcome these
  • Review and endorse final punch lists for each work package. 

 

 

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will have experience with onsite construction management of renewable energy infrastructure projects, particularly solar.  You have gained sound project and contract management experience for construction projects and able to work under pressure to meet scheduled and demanding timelines.

You can ensure accountability, communicate effectively and balance stakeholders.

As a Project Director, you will lead the development of Green Hydrogen projects in the North America from feasibility to start of construction.   • Proactively define the need, identify & mobilize resources, and manage progress on the technical deliverables for the various phases of the project
  • Work with Development/Finance team to accurately provide technical, production and costing inputs into project financial models
  • Lead the definition of the project’s procurement and contracting strategy, and management of the project’s procurement activities (tender documents, tendering, negotiation, contracting and invoicing)
  • Lead the definition of contracting and execution strategy, TIC estimates and master scheduling, negotiation of Engineering Procurement Construction (M) and engineering/consulting contracts; support negotiations of the Supply, Offtake or other type of contracts
  • Prepare and coordinate the technical hand-over to the Project Delivery team at project final investment decision  
  • Structure and budget the operation and maintenance of the project, inclusive of staffing and mobilization plan, interfaces with Operations & Maintenance vendor, Operations & Maintenance  agreements, KPIs, pricing structure and carry out other duties as assigned

 

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in chemical, mechanical, or electrical engineering
  • Minimum of ten (10) years of progressive experience in engineering, execution and Project Management developing large greenfield process plants (Hydrogen, Ammonia, Methanol, Refining)
  • Experience throughout project lifecycle – from Front End Loading to Engineering Procurement Construction
  • Significant experience in cost/schedule control, budgeting, procurement
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Primavera P6, Procore
  • Professional Engineer license and PMP certification
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, including ability to present to large audiences and external stakeholders
