What you will do:

  • You will be in charge with WAN connectivity, including dedicated equipment installed to facilitate redundant VPN connectivity between central and remote sites.
  • You will manage LAN connectivity, including dedicated infrastructure and equipment, secure access (identity-based authentication, 802.1x mechanism, VLAN segmentation, portal for guest users, log recording).
  • You will manage the secure remote access, including virtual private network, Outlook Web Access, MFA type authentication - token, modems, etc.
  • You will be responsible for the access to the Internet, including access with guaranteed bandwidth, the operational direction of the secure infrastructure on the hosting sites, the management of the Internet profile.
  • You will monitor the network performance using the available applications (eg.: DNA Center, Cisco Network Assistant, etc.).
  • You will ensure the troubleshooting of user connection problems with Cisco Identity Service Engine (ISE), WLC, DNA Center and other specific methods.
  • You will ensure the configuration and installation of the equipment (switches, routers, etc.) in the network architecture, as well as the maintenance of the equipment configuration (change, update, cleaning) in accordance with the requests and internal work methods.
  • You will ensure the functionality of the technical rooms and HVAC systems in the data centers.
  • You will inventory and ensure the continuous updating of the state of the equipment in your area of activity.
  • You will document and perform backup activities for configuring network equipment to ensure the necessary conditions for IT business continuity requirements.

Desired education, expertise, and skills:

  • Completed higher studies, preferably with a bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent experience (education or training);
  • Professional certifications in the field of network infrastructure (eg.: CCNA);
  • Relevant experience of at least 2 years;
  • Experience in managing network and telecommunications systems - routers, switches and firewalls;
  • Good knowledge of network topologies and architectures;
  • Advanced knowledge of English and Romanian languages - spoken and written.

Purpose of the role

 

As a Production Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting craft workers, maintaining housekeeping, performing routine manual tasks, and assisting with environmental responsibilities. You will use computerised systems to record and report any defects and operate various equipment such as forklift trucks, cranes, and MEWPS. Your role is vital in reducing the likelihood of costly breakdowns and improving the overall reliability and safety of plant and personnel.

 

You will typically work around 39 hours a week, with occasional additional hours, weekends, or nights to coordinate work with other departments and minimise downtime. You may also be required to work on other FHC sites, such as Dinorwig Power Station

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist electrical/mechanical craft workers, technicians, craft operators, riggers, and scaffolders.
  • Maintain housekeeping in all areas of power station buildings, plant, and equipment.
  • Perform routine manual tasks associated with craft activities, minor repairs, and basic use of workshop power equipment.
  • Manage hazardous waste skips, waste solvent storage, lakes and water courses, and legionella monitoring.
  • Observe plant and take readings/records.
  • Carry out main and auxiliary plant inspections.
  • Operate forklift trucks, MEWPS, cranes, hoists, and winches.

Responsibilities  

  • Participate in the software planning sessions, together with product managers and engineers to discuss delivery time estimates, risks and key practical considerations such as technical debt, feasibility at scale etc.  

  • Own initiative and complete it from start to finish, provide guidance to other engineers and deliver a complete solution subject to all engineering best practices, timeline considerations and potential dependencies in the software with no supervision.  

  • Represent technical team in business conversations in a range of scopes and work closely with stakeholders to deliver solutions which fit the needs of the business and provide fairly accurate effort estimates and risk assessment  

  • Participate in Peer-Review, identify and document technical debt and contribute to delivering high quality software solutions

Knowledge and skills    

Experience:  

  • 5 years of practical experience in software engineering of which at least 2 years in senior or lead role  

  • Programming language proficiency in Ruby and Rails and front-end/JavaScript frameworks  

  • Proven track record of building quality software with TDD  

  • Strong knowledge of software engineering design and architectural patterns   

  • Experience creating and maintaining scalable web applications with high availability, observability and structured logging  

  • API design to scale in Ruby  

  • Good knowledge of object relational mappers and their implementation design patterns  

  • Appreciation for detailed source code documentation and organized code structuring  

  • Software deployment pipelines and best practice (CI/CD)  

  • Excellent knowledge of computer algorithms and solid computer science fundamentals

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to assess risk and make sound decisions.
  • Proven team leadership and people management experience, with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop staff.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to balance collections objectives with maintaining positive customer relationships.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to produce accurate work within tight deadlines.
  • Self-management and drive to achieve continuous improvements.

 

Experience

  • Previous collections/recoveries/contact centre experience.
  • Experience in a similar role within the Energy sector is desirable.
  • Previous Team Leader/Manager experience is beneficial.

 

Qualifications

  • GCSE Maths and English Grade C (or equivalent) or above.
  • Degree level (or equivalent) is preferable.

Buscamos en Madrid, un/a Coordinador/a de equipo de frigoristas con experiencia en instalaciones industriales con amoniaco cuya misión principal será la Supervisión y Coordinación del equipo.

Disponibilidad de viajar a nivel nacional.

 

Funciones principales:

  • Supervisión y coordinación del equipo de frigoristas
  • Planificar y asignar tareas diarias, asegurando la correcta ejecución de los trabajos.
  • Optimizar el uso de recursos (personal, materiales, equipos) para el desarrollo eficiente de las actividades.
  • Gestionar y coordinar las reparaciones y otros trabajos, asegurando la mínima interrupción de las operaciones
  • Asegurar la aplicación de las medidas de prevención de riesgos laborales en todas las actividades, tanto en obra como en la documentación asociada
  • Servir como punto de contacto principal para los clientes, asegurando la resolución efectiva de sus problemas técnicos
  • Colaborar con los técnicos en la preparación de los informes de intervención
  • Colaborar con los IdP en la preparación de planes (gamas) de mantenimiento de los diferentes equipos e instalaciones
  • Realizar la formación técnica de los técnicos y mejorar sus competencias

 

Requisitos:

  • Experiencia mínima de 5 años en frío industrial, en empresas instaladoras y mantenedoras
  • Capacidad de interpretar documentos técnicos (esquemas, planos y especificaciones de equipos)
  • Montaje, reparación y desmontaje de componentes frigoríficos (compresores, intercambiadores, válvulas, etc)
  • Pruebas de estanquidad y vacío en instalaciones
  • Diagnóstico y localización de averías
  • Montaje, conexionado y calibración de instrumentos
  • Manipulación y carga de refrigerantes (amoníaco y halogenados). Carnet de gases fluorados
  • Procedimientos de seguridad en relación a los refrigerantes (uso de EPIs, etc)
  • Automatismos y controles de instalaciones frigoríficas
  • Puesta en marcha y ajustes operativos de las instalaciones
  • Nociones de energía y eficiencia energética

Actualmente para nuestra sede en Madrid, buscamos un Strategy Business Analyst para nuestro equipo de Estrategia y Marketing.

Misión: para la GBU Local Energy Infrastructures se encargará de:

  • Realizar el análisis estratégico de la compañía, alineando la visión externa e interna de ENGIE.
  • Aportar una visión de mercado que incluya cliente, geografía y solución.
  • Anticipar la irrupción de nuevos modelos de negocio.
  • Contribuir al crecimiento de la compañía en los mercados definidos.

Funciones

  • Responsable de colaborar en la actualización del ejercicio estratégico. Visión externa (análisis de mercado) e interna (análisis de rentabilidades cliente/solución/mercado).
  • Expert@ en Excel y Powerpoint con conocimiento y orientación a negocio y extraer valor de la información.
  • Asegurar la implementación y cumplimiento de las Políticas de Seguridad e higiene, Diversidad, Ciberseguridad y Ética y Cumplimiento, así como de los procedimientos y procesos definidos en la organización.
  • Estas funciones podrán ser realizadas en su totalidad, o parcialmente, por los ocupantes de este puesto, sin perjuicio de cualquier otra que se le pudiese encomendar de acuerdo con su cualificación, formación y experiencia.
    Requisitos mínimos
  • Formación: Ingeniería Industrial, Química o de la Energía.
  • Tener al menos 5-7 años de experiencia en puestos de analista de estrategia en empresas energéticas con implantación en negocio. Tener experiencia en consultoría estratégica
  • Inglés: nivel alto (C1).
  • Manejo Microsoft office

  • Máster Universitario.
