Missão

 

Reportando diretamente ao Manager do departamento, este profissional irá desenvolver a sua função no controlo de tarefas do departamento de contabilidade, com supervisão no tratamento atempado dos registos contabilísticos, análise periódica de contas, verificação do cumprimento de obrigações fiscais e preparação do fecho contabilístico mensal e anual em contas NCRF e IFRS e também apoiar na informação económico-financeira através de mapas de Gestão e relatórios, das diversas Empresas e unidades de negócio.

  • Registo, organização e manutenção correta dos movimentos contabilísticos, garantindo que as contabilizações obedecem aos critérios definidos e de acordo com os normativos legais;

  • Elaboração, conferência das diversas declarações fiscais;

  • Contabilização e conferência das especializações;

  • Importação de dados no ERP, verificação e correção de erros;

  • Apoio na elaboração dos anexos às contas do R&C;

  • Apoio no Apuramento dos resultados mensais e encerramento anual das contas;

  • Suporte e participação nas diversas auditorias efetuadas, dando informações e prestando esclarecimentos dentro da sua área de atuação;

  •  Reconciliação bancária;

  • Outras tarefas no âmbito da sua função.

 

 

Quem procuramos

 

  • Licenciatura em Contabilidade, Gestão e áreas afins;

  • Contabilista Certificado;

  • Experiência mínima de 4 anos, na área da Contabilidade, auditoria, etc.;

  • Domínio das ferramentas informáticas, Sage X3, SAP, Excel avançado, Power BI

  • Sólidos Conhecimento de NCRF e de IFRS;

  • Bons conhecimentos de inglês oral e escrito (obrigatório);

  • Bons conhecimento de IRC, IVA, IRS, modelo 10, modelo 30.

What You’ll Bring

  • You possess a bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field
  • A minimum 10 years of work experience in business development in a related field in energy services or utilities infrastructure, in the C&I sector, in Pharma, Chemicals, Data Centers, or Food & Beverage-
  • You have negotiation skills , along with excellent verbal and written communication skills, presenting effectively and speaking publicly to senior executives
  • You will develop and take ownership of creating opportunities with C&I clients, with a focus on large industrial sites

What You Can Expect

As our Estimator Advisor, you will be the primary cost estimation expert, resource for capital improvement projects for campus energy systems and new business development related to new partnerships with universities or commercial and industrial entities. These energy systems encompass the production and distribution of electricity, chilled water, heating hot water, and steam, along with the distribution of natural gas.

 

  • For business development projects or acquisitions, this role will coordinate with the Major Projects team composed of contracts managers, project managers, engineering, and project management office.

 

  • For projects at existing partnerships, this role will liaise with the other members of the Local Capital Projects Team including, but not limited to, Georgetown University in Washington, DC, Iowa University in Iowa City, IA and Ohio State University in Columbus, OH.

 

Every day you will be critical in supporting our Major Projects team by delivering accurate and comprehensive cost estimates to drive successful planning and execution.

 

You will report to the Vice President of Major Projects & Industrial Project Oversight and Support (IPOS).

 

 

What You’ll Bring

  • You possess a bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, technical discipline, construction management, or a related field
  • You have a minimum of 7 years of experience in utility and power infrastructure projects
  • You have knowledge of cost estimation methodologies, tools, and software like, RSMeans
  • You can develop detailed budgetary and indicative cost estimates for utility and power generation projects, including materials, labor, equipment, and other project-related expenses. Support project management team during all phases of the project from conceptual design through handover to Operations
  • You will develop and maintain cost estimate template to support business development and major capital project opportunities. Develop and maintain a template library, like contingency calculator, and cost reporting to build best in class cost management function
  • You can develop, update, and maintain historical pricing data base and estimation tools to reflect current market conditions and industry standards
  • You will review and incorporate historical data from estimates, cost data, indexes, subcontracts, productivity analysis reports, etc. into unit and man-hour figures. Maintain files of working documents as back-up for estimate figures
  • You will collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather necessary information and develop accurate cost projections
  • You have experience analyzing project specifications, drawings, and other documentation to prepare comprehensive cost estimates
  • You will review general contractor pricing proposals for accuracy and gaps, and challenge assumptions and rates

Project Management Professional Certification (PMP). However, we welcome candidates with equivalent experience or other relevant certifications

  • Advanced Knowledge:  Expertise in construction management and constructing methods for large projects, contract management, procurement, and supply chain management, environmental, building permitting, and transportation logistics
  • Basic Knowledge:
    • Construction labor relations throughout the U.S and Canada
    • Applicable industry standards and codes, including Uniform Building Code (UBC), International Building Code (IBC), American Concrete Institute (ACI), American Institute of Steel Construction (AISC), Concrete Reinforcing Steel Institute (CRSI), National Fire Protection Association, (NFPA), and American National Standards Institute (ANSI)
    • Land surveying methods and practices, aerial photography, and mapping, including Universal Transverse Mercator (UTM), North American Datum (NAD) coordinate systems, and geospatial references
  • Technical Skills:
    • Ability to interpret documents produced in AutoCAD, GIS, and other discipline-relevant software
    • Understanding of project/construction management software platforms, preferable Procore and Microsoft Project Online

Grid Expert - ELECTRICAL-Solar , Pune 

 

ORGANIZATION

 

He / She reports to the Head of Engineering. His/Her responsibilities cover all the activities of ENGIE in India and in each and every country where projects are developed and built.

 

Be the Subject Matter Expert for the business regarding grid connection of medium, high and Extra high voltage systems as well as medium-voltage lines, keeping abreast of policy changes and their applicability.

 

The position is based in Pune and business trips may be envisaged in India & overseas.

 

MISSIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

 

The missions & responsibilities of the Electrical Grid Expert are :

 

➢Review of Grid management ,PSS, GSS and Balance of Plant (BoP) design, drawing and document submissions from EPC contractors against industry best practice, law, international and local standards, in addition to Engie' contractual and interfacing requirements from the perspective of grid connection compliance with advanced grid solutions;

 

➢In charge of all aspects and documentation of the contractual negotiations during Business Development of all Technical-related agreements/bids etc.

 

➢Ensure grid connection deliverables required to be submitted by Engie are provided in a timely, safe, and high-quality manner;

 

➢Undertake and support the procurement, design, installation, commissioning, and testing of wind farm grid monitoring equipment, and control systems;

 

➢Review tender specifications during the bid and align as per the requirement;

 

➢Pro-actively and autonomously support large-scale solar PV projects/Wind project through development and construction with respect to all grid related matters;

 

➢Review the Grid Codes for different operating entities/owners across the world and develop a product compliance matrix;

 

➢Develop a technical understanding of the electrical characteristics of the Solar, Wind & Storage Solutions power electronics products and their integration into electrical grids;

 

➢Support continuous development of transmission and distribution connected products based on evolving codes, standards and regulations through participation in industry standards groups and leading innovative approaches to power equipment design;

 

➢Prepare complex engineering calculations following standard methods and principles

 

➢Knowledge of various IS, IEC, IEEE and grid codes etc standards related to the Engineering deliverables.

 

➢Review and support power system studies to define the plant generator performance standards and to develop the plant control system functional design specification and reactive plant requirements;

 

➢Liaise with various stakeholders to technically optimize the grid connection arrangement to achieve the most efficient solution.

 

➢Support in the commissioning of the equipment and coordination of the work of the network operator during processing;

 

➢Establish relationships with grid stakeholders, public and private local grid network operators;

 

➢Preparation and review of Solar PV Layouts/ SLD (PSS, GSS & BoP), engineering calculations like earthing, cable sizing, battery sizing etc, trench layouts, review of OEM vendors drawings (GTP, GA & QAP),SCADA documents etc.

 

➢Work closely with the procurement and construction team in line with the procurement strategies and construction strategies.

 

➢Prepare BOQ & comparison for the Project (Pre-Bid/Post-Bid) coordinating with BD, O&M & other departments input.

 

➢Factory Visit for evaluating different OEM’s for major equipment’s of PSS, GSS and BoP.

Overview

 

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated OT Cyber Security Engineer to support and manage cyber security for our solar and wind power plants located across India. The ideal candidate should be proficient in SCADA systems, PLC Devices, RTU devices, firewall & network infrastructure, and OT cyber security frameworks. This role requires adherence to Group guidelines, implementation of CEA requirements, Govt Compliance and strong collaboration with project teams to meet cyber security needs for new & existing projects.

 

Purpose & Function

 

The OT Security Engineer is responsible for safeguarding industrial control systems (ICS) and critical infrastructure from cyber threats. This role involves conducting risk assessments, implementing security measures, responding to security incidents, and ensuring compliance and Industrial standards to ensure the secure operation of OT environments.
The successful candidate is expected to be working closely in collaboration with the local sites, AMEA Hub, Group offices, Site Engineers, and other members of the organization, including vendors and contractors to deliver the OT Security scope effectively.

 

Key Responsibilities
•Oversee the cyber security infrastructure of 2+ Gigawatt renewable energy plants distributed throughout India.
•Administer and manage various SCADA systems including Schneider SCADA, ABB SCADA, Citect SCADA, and Aviva SCADA.
•Ensure compliance with relevant Industrial and policies & standards. Regularly review and update Operating Manual, Procedures and work instructions.
•ICS & OT Framework implementation activities across all sites.
•Conduct risk assessments and vulnerability analyses to identify and mitigate potential security threats.
•Develop Dashboards for all sites for monthly compliance monitoring.
•Assist in managing the MOC processes for changes to OT systems, including MOC creation, approvals, implementation, and close-out processes.

Qualifications :-
