Key Responsibilities:

SUMMARY: 

  • This role is responsible for leading the strategic planning and execution of product go-to-market launches. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure successful market entry and sustained product and business growth.

PRIMARY FUNCTIONS AND ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Lead Product Go-To-Market Strategies and Launch:
    • Develop and execute strategies to introduce products to the market effectively. This includes defining target audiences and ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
    • Responsible for collaboration with business partners in Marketing, Account Management, Sales and others to develop, organize, plan, deliver and evaluate GTM campaigns and activities.
    • Articulate and leverage the organization’s unique abilities to deliver value to the market. Craft and communicate the product's value proposition clearly and document it.
    • Initiate the creation of the necessary collateral, such as presentations, battle cards, one-pagers, and FAQs, to launch a product successfully to market.
    • Collaborate with Marketing on digital marketing campaigns, events (webinars, breakfast briefings), and other channels to reach the target audience. Co-create a Product Marketing Roadmap in alignment with P&I Product Roadmaps to ensure all teams understand when, what, why, and how to sell.
    • Work with Strategy & Innovation to evaluate the needs of target markets and analyze market segments to actively pursue. Ensure that the targeted segments are large enough to support the current and future business of the product.
  • Team Leadership:
    • Mentor individuals on the PDI GTM & Client Intelligence team with less experience. Coach individuals within GTM projects to achieve company, project and individual goals.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

What You Can Expect

As the Head of Tax, you will be responsible for ENGIE North America’s tax strategy including tax compliance, tax provision and tax planning. You will need financial and business acumen, particularly in renewable energy. This position is based in Houston, TX, and reports to the Chief Financial Officer.

 

  • Ensure efficient, timely, and complete processing of internal and external tax reporting of the company and the partnerships it manages.
  • Provide active support to tax equity structures, advising leadership in strategic decision making with products and jurisdictions new entrants, mergers and acquisitions restructuring and providing tax guidance to ensure business budget and planning accounts for tax assumptions and considerations
  • Identify, assess, and manage tax risk.  Manage federal, state, and local tax audits and disputes, representing the company in interactions with tax authorities.
  • Monitor changes in tax legislation, assess their impact on the company and work to implement tax policies that foster the energy transition.
  • Implement and execute tax policies for US and Canada direct and indirect taxes and set tax assumptions as required to be incorporated in project investment models.
  • Provide strategic and execution guidance on transfer pricing and its policies and related documents.
  • Lead legal entity rationalization, tax equity buy-out and application of consolidated return regulations
  • Work with internal cross functional teams especially Finance and Operations ensuring an environment in compliance and integrity
  • Lead automation and digital transformation for the Tax department
  • Communicate complex tax issues and provide business analysis and project management solutions.

 

 

 

What You’ll Bring

  • You will have a minimum of a Bachelor's degree with an emphasis in accounting, finance, economics or related field.
  • A minimum of fifteen (15) years of experience with various accounting methodologies including IFRS, US GAAP and HLBV for tax reporting, tax planning, research, for federal and state tax as well as direct and indirect compliance.
  • You are CPA certified or equivalent international certifications including Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA)
  • You have experience in domestic inbound Merger & Acquisition due diligence and integration, and structuring transactions
  • You have experience in Consolidated Corporate and Partnership tax rules and regulations.
  • You have experience in SAP, Fixed asset tax software, Tax research software and Corporate federal income tax compliance.

Compensation

Salary Range: $180,285 – $300,510 USD annually

 

This represents the average expected pay range for a qualified candidate.

  • Analiza rezultatele din Procesul de Alocare și Facturare, în vederea obținerii de informații corecte și complete, necesare întocmirii balanței de gaze naturale a companiei;
  • Contribui la implementarea sistemelor și proceselor eficiente care permit proiectarea unor soluții tehnice customizate;

  • Contribui la optimizarea proceselor de interacțiune a dispozitivelor SCADA, SMART, AMR cu sistemul SAP și vei implementa soluțiile noi de dezvoltare ale acestora;
  • Fii responsabil de cunoașterea proceselor de alocare, facturare și metrologie, precum și a instrucțiunilor de lucru aferente;
  • Semnaliza disfuncționalități, contribuind la îmbunătățirea și actualizarea acestora în scopul asigurării fluxului informațional și adaptării la contextul modificărilor legislative;
  • Participa la dezvoltarea unor interfețe pentru raportările existente dar și ulterioare generate de modificările legislative;
  • Contribui la implementarea de noi aplicații și metode în scopul optimizării programelor de estimare;
  • Asigura funcționarea mecanismelor de transmitere a tuturor informațiilor care au impact asupra fluxurilor de date între Operatorii din piața gazelor naturale;
  • Contribui la transferul automat de date între furnizori, prin transmiterea și preluarea de date SAP-SAP; asigurând implementarea transferului automat de date și cu alți furnizori identificați;
  • Semnala problemele apărute în desfășurarea eficientă a activității și vei propune soluții/măsuri de îmbunătățire, asigurând și urmărind implementarea acestora.

 

       Experiență, calificări, cunoștințe și abilități:

  • Studii superioare finalizate cu diplomă de licență;
  • Bune competențe de comunicare verbală și scrisă;

    • În perioada de pregătire a executării lucrărilor, împreună cu dirigintele de șantier, studiezi proiectul, caietele de sarcini, tehnologiile și procedurile prevăzute pentru realizarea construcțiilor;
    • Însoțești dirigintele de șantier pe teren pentru a participa la anumite faze ale execuției;
    • În perioada de executare a lucrărilor asiguri suportul la verificarea în teren a execuției lucrărilor furnizând informații și dovezi, întocmind rapoarte pe lucrare;
    • Oferi suportul pentru a asigura realizarea lucrărilor în conformitate cu prevederile contractului, a proiectelor, a caietelor de sarcini si a reglementărilor tehnice în vigoare;
    • Asiguri suportul în urmărirea rezolvării problemelor constatate în teren în ceea ce privește execuția lucrărilor.

 

Experiență, calificări, cunoștințe și abilități:

  • Studii superioare tehnice finalizate cu diplomă de licență, cu specializările: Instalații pentru construcții sau Inginerie de petrol și gaze;
  • Instalator autorizat ANRE: EGIU sau PGIU si EGD sau PGD, cu experiență în autorizații de minimum 3 ani;
  • Permis de conducere categoria B;
  • Experiență profesională de minimum 3 ani în activități de proiectare si execuție si/sau consultanță în construcții, în rețele și instalații de gaze naturale;
  • Cunoașterea activităților sistemului de distribuție a gazelor naturale;

Ce vei face:

  • Vei recepționa în cel mai scurt timp, toate apelurile primite pe postul telefonic de lucru unde vei fi logat.
  • Vei identifica clientul, motivul apelului și vei trata solicitarea conform procedurilor de lucru.
  • Vei transmite sfaturi și măsuri de siguranță apelantului, conform tipologiei incidentului preluat și instrucțiunilor de tratare a apelurilor telefonice.
  • Vei înregistra informațiile primite de la clienți în sistemele informatice (URGaz și Service Suite), conform procedurilor existente.
  •  Vei asigura reorientarea apelanților a căror solicitare nu face obiectul activității Biroului Centru de Apeluri Depanaj și Urgențe Gaz (informații facturi, autocitiri, acces gaz);
  • Vei verifica în SAP și URgaz starea clientului pentru toate sesizările cu lipsa gaz, în cazul în care nu există mesaj de oprire programata sau accidentala.
  • Activitatea se desfășoară în 3 schimburi: 07:00 – 15:00 ; 15:00 – 23:00 si 23:00-7:00 (inclusiv în weekend sau de sărbători legale).

 

Experiență, calificări, cunoștințe și abilități:

  • Studii medii finalizate cu diplomă de bacalaureat;
  • Experiență în activitatea de call center sau în relația cu clienții;
  • Cunoștințe operare PC;
  • Bune abilitati de comunicare si relationare
  • Capacitate de analiză și sinteză;
  • Capacitatea de a acționa autonom;
  • Capacitate de lucru sub presiunea timpului.

Purpose of the job:

Key activities and competencies

Strategic:

  • Lead by example the overall construction project based on 3 priorities:
  • 1. Health and Safety, 2. Quality, 3. Progress
  • Advise the CEO with contractual/commercial issues and claims management.
  • Stakeholder management between the Project and Third Parties.
  • .N.A. in solar projects

Operational:

  • Establish and lead the site team
  • Ensure plant construction quality, schedule, and budget with support of the Owner’s Engineer.
  • Monitor site work and coordinate with contractors and authorities.
  • Be the custodian of the overall Master Construction Schedule
  • Review and issue commissioning and performance test procedures.
  • Handle technical issues during construction with OE support.
  • Supervise and assess the site team’s performance.
  • Facilitate smooth O&M team mobilization.
  • Manage site office operations.

Organisational:

  • Lead technical meetings and design review sessions.
  • Devise site operational procedures related to HSE, E&S, Ethics, Procurementetc.
  • Ensure compliance with Lender’s rules and regulations
  • Health and Safety Officer for site safety.
  • Interact with Lender’s Technical Advisors and insurance advisers.
  • Host site visitors.

Planning & Delivery of Work:

  • Plan and execute corrective actions for variances.
  • Issue progress reports and technical memos.
  • Write technical letters to stakeholders.
  • Identify and issue deliverables and notifications to Off-taker and authorities.
  • Coordinate commissioning with Off-taker and Load Dispatch Center.

Decision Making:

  • Report and propose solutions for technical variances.

Working with others:

Required Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • University degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or proven work experience
  • NEBOSH general certificate or similar HSE leadership qualifications

Experience:

  • 10 – 15 years of project and site work experience in similar international projects;
  • Proven success in managing 500+ million USD projects
  • Experience in the Middle East is a plus.

  • Leadership: Proven ability to successfully lead and manage teams, including contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders.

 Tus principales responsabilidades serán: 

  • Establecer contacto inicial con propietarios y pobladores de áreas de influencia.
  • Identificar propietarios, posesionarios y tipos de tenencia del territorio.
  • Identificar usos del territorio (culturales, ancestrales, comerciales, etc.).
  • Analizar condiciones de propiedad, verificar documentos y posibles riesgos.
  • Identificar riesgos sociales asociados al acceso y negociación de tierras.
  • Gestionar información de línea de base social para permisos ambientales.
