Job Purpose:

Keep buildings in clean and orderly condition. Perform heavy cleaning duties, such as cleaning floors, shampooing rugs, washing walls and glass, and removing rubbish. Duties may include tending furnace and boiler, performing routine maintenance activities, notifying management of need for repairs, and cleaning debris from sidewalk.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clean building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming them.
  • Gather and empty trash.
  • Service, clean, and supply restrooms.
  • Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment, in order to prevent damage to floors and fixtures.
  • Monitor building security and safety by performing such tasks as locking doors after operating hours and checking electrical appliance use to ensure that hazards are not created.
  • Notify managers concerning the need for major repairs or additions to building operating systems.
  • Requisition supplies and equipment needed for cleaning and maintenance duties.
  • Set up, arrange, and remove decorations, tables, chairs, ladders, and scaffolding to prepare facilities for events such as banquets and meetings.
  • Spray insecticides and fumigants to prevent insect and rodent infestation.
  • Clean and polish furniture and fixtures.
  • Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors, using soapy water or other cleaners, sponges, and squeegees.
  • Dust furniture, walls, machines, and equipment.
  • Mix water and detergents or acids in containers to prepare cleaning solutions, according to specifications.
  • Steam-clean or shampoo carpets.

Negociador/a de tierras

(Ubicaciones: Pucalpa, Chanchamayo, Huaraz)

 Tus principales responsabilidades serán: 

  • Establecer contacto inicial con propietarios y pobladores de áreas de influencia.
  • Identificar propietarios, posesionarios y tipos de tenencia del territorio.
  • Identificar usos del territorio (culturales, ancestrales, comerciales, etc.).
  • Analizar condiciones de propiedad, verificar documentos y posibles riesgos.
  • Identificar riesgos sociales asociados al acceso y negociación de tierras.
  • Gestionar información de línea de base social para permisos ambientales.
  • Desarrollar y cerrar negociaciones con titulares y posesionarios.
  • Participar en la solución de conflictos y reclamos de la población.
  • Elaborar informes de diagnóstico técnico del predio y alternativas de saneamiento.
  • Gestionar y controlar procesos de saneamiento de predios pendientes.
  • Atender quejas, reclamos y consultas de la población y grupos involucrados.
  • Realizar informes técnicos sobre gestión de territorio quincenal y mensualmente.
  • Colaborar en actividades complementarias según lo requiera el jefe.

¿Qué necesitamos de ti? 

·         Indispensables: 

  • Formación académica: Antropología, Sociología, Economía para el desarrollo, Afines.
  • Al menos 8 años desempeñando procesos de negociación de tierras en cargos senior
  • Manejo de la regulación asociada a la ley de comunidades campesinas, consulta previa.
  • Conocimiento de los estándares de OIT y OCDE para derechos humanos.
  • Manejo de software especializado (Arc Gis, QGis, Autocad, similares),
  • MS Project

·         Deseables: 

  • Quechua

Your mission 

As Risk & safety management expert, you will contribute to our mission everyday by playing a crucial role in promoting and managing activities in the domains 
of risk & safety during the full life cycle of assets for the industrial sectors in which Tractebel is active. You will work as safety expert on several projects in the domain of 
energy, gas and infrastructure.


Your key responsibilities

You will:

  • Define risk & safety management solutions in line with customer expectations, market and sector needs to maximize the added value of TRACTEBEL’s offers. Define the technical scope and associated resources for risk & safety management solutions.

  • Coach the technical and site teams in the area of risk and safety & junior safety experts.

  • Supervise running projects to guarantee quality of the deliverables.

  • Contribute actively in the short & mid–term development of our activities by identifying new opportunities.

  • Perform risk & safety management missions requiring a high level of skills, experience and competence. This may include

    • Lead participative risk assessments (PHA, HAZID, HAZOP, FMEA, etc.).

    • Perform safety audits as lead auditor.

    • Perform detailed risk assessments such as QRA, PLANOP, SIL allocations, ATEX etc.

    • Define risk and safety management strategies related to a complex industrial project environment.

    • Access and advice on process and occupational safety during system and equipment specification and procurement.

We would love to hear from people with

 

  • You have a Master’s degree in engineering, preferably with an additional master’s degree in safety management/engineering.

  • At least 5 years of experience in risk and safety management for industrial projects.

  • Experience in the domains of:

    • Process safety

    • Occupational safety.

    • Construction site safety

  • Familiarity with methodologies such as:

    • Design and occupational safety assessments.

    • Audits.

    • Participative risk assessment methodologies (e.g., FMEA, HAZOP, HAZID).

  • Quantitative reliability and risk assessment.

  • Fluency in Dutch, French, and English.

  • Adherence to the Tractebel quality management system and its requirements.

  • Strong reporting skills.
