In this role, you will identify new business opportunities in clean energy solutions, understand profitability drivers, bring projects to maturity, and present them to the ENGIE Romania top management for approval, manage projects and interact daily with internal and external stakeholders.

What you will do:

  • You will get involved in market prospecting, in order to identify projects in accordance with the company's strategic objectives, and you will conduct negotiations to secure these projects;
  • You will analyze projects and prioritize business opportunities according to the potential for profit and scalability;
  • You will get involved in the preparation of files for the investment committee, in order to obtain the necessary approvals for the development of the projects;
  • You will manage the relationship with internal or external consultants, on topics such as: financial aspects, technical evaluation, preparation of the workbook;
  • You will organize, under the coordination of a Senior Business Developer, the meetings and documents necessary for development of each project;
  • You will permanently check the impact of economic, political, regulatory and technological evolution on development plans and projects.

 

Desired education, expertise, and skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in technical or economic field;
  • Knowledge of financial analysis and valuation;
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience (in the BD field, project management in the energy field, energy production technologies, energy market, M&A);
  • Knowledge of project methodology;
  • Economic knowledge applied to the field of energy;
  • Advanced knowledge of English;
  • Persuasive person with a very good ability to interact with other people;
  • Orientation towards results;

Votre mission

Le groupe HVAC, qui fait partie du Centre de Compétences « Métier Sûreté Nucléaire & Ingénierie », est en charge des activités de conseil et d'ingénierie suivantes : • Etudes de conception et de modifications depuis la faisabilité jusqu'à la mise en service d'installations nouvelles ou modifiées.   

En tant que qu’ingénieur projet HVAC au sein de notre département Nucléaire, vous contribuerez chaque jour à notre mission en jouant un rôle crucial dans le groupe HVAC, qui fait partie du Centre de Compétences « Métier Sûreté Nucléaire & Ingénierie », est en charge des activités de conseil et d'ingénierie suivantes : 
 
Vos principales responsabilités   

 

  • Gérer le projet EDF (modifications HVAC), que ce projet soit une modification matérielle ou intellectuelle ;
  • Piloter et coordonner les différents acteurs de l’affaires en suivant le processus GIOP (EDF) ;
  • Avoir une maitrise de son affaire afin d’être critique sur les solutions proposées (d’un point de vue planning, technique, contractuel, financier…) ;
  • Rédiger les livrables de l’IP et piloter les actions projet ;
  • Piloter le planning de son affaire et faire remonter les informations nécessaires au planificateur ;
  • Suivre et surveiller les entreprises titulaires de marchés (sous-traitants) pour EDF en phase réalisation et déploiement, d’un point de vue technique, planning, contractuel et financier ;
  • Organiser et animer les réunions nécessaires au bon déroulement de l’affaire ;
  • Être force de proposition quant à la meilleure stratégie à adopter pour mener à bien l’affaire (planning, coût, pérennité de la solution, REX…) ;
  • Gérer le projet Tractebel; 

 
Nous aimerions faire la connaissance de personnes ayant  
 

  • Ingénieur dans un domaine technique (Mécanique, Electromécanique,…), premier travail ou avec une première expérience.
  • Une connaissance des centrales nucléaires REP serait un atout ;

  • Support CRE during emergency situations.
  • Carry out the sample analysis of the plant process steam water cycle in cases where Chemist is not on-site and on Demin water, distillate, potable water and other samples
  • Monitors and evaluates performance of various plant systems and equipment.
  • Responsible for maintaining safety and housekeeping of the plant.
  • Initiates routine operational activities.

 

Maintenance activity

 

  • Perform lube oil top up as required on plant equipment.
  • Perform routine site inspections on routine basis to regular  update plant equipment status.
  • Carry out dewatering routine in specified areas of the plant as required.
  • Raising Work Orders Regarding Defects and Abnormal Conditions.
  • Raise service request in CMMS system for defects coordinates with the Shift Team Leader for approval.

  • Confirm the performance of the equipment after attending the defects.

 

Management of Plant Chemicals

 

  • Responsible for changing over of chemical tanks.
  • Responsible for ensuring that sufficient chemical tank levels are available for plant operations.

 

Maintaining Water Quality

 

  • To ensure the export quality of potable water to meet with the WHO guide lines and potable water quality standards set in PWPA.

  • Ensures a safe working environment for himself, his colleagues and contractors while working on any equipment. 

  • Ensures that there is a Permit to Work for each job as necessitated by the safety rules and associated Procedures. 

  • Ensures all Method Statements Work Instruction and Procedures are followed by himself and Contractors while undertaking any work. 

  • Ensures that all appropriate tools are available to ensure work can be carried out safely on equipment on all jobs at the plant. 

  • Points out any unsafe conditions to the Mechanical Engineer or Shift Team Leader. 

 

Maintenance Task Planning and Execution 

 

  • Completes all Work Orders generated in CMMS as directed by the Lead Mechanical Engineers. 

  • Ensures that maintenance of all mechanical equipment is in accordance with OEM Manuals and best practises for the equipment. 

  • Works to full potential and  produces high quality of work. 

 

Equipment Failure Trouble Shooting and Repair 

 

  • Supports the 24-hour operation by being regularly available for call-out at short notice. 

  • Attempts all possible means of reducing equipment downtime and ensuring high Plant availability. 

  • Records and reports to the Mechanical Engineer all rectification jobs undertaken. 

 

Reporting and Planning 

 

  • Discuss planned and unplanned jobs undertaken with the Mechanical Engineer. 

 

Use of Tools and Equipment 

 

  • Ensures appropriate tools and equipment are available at work sites and used while performing any job. 

  • Ensures that tools are in a safe and in good working order before use. 

  • Reports loss of tools or damage to any tools to the Lead Mechanical Engineers. 

  • Informs the Mechanical Engineer of any requirements for tools. 

 

Technical  

 

  • Good mechanical engineering foundation and practical knowledge of how it applies to modern power plant and desalination plant processes. 

  • Practical experience of maintaining a wide range of rotating and static equipment gained through hands on experience and formal training 

  • Capable to ensure a safe working environment for himself and his colleagues while working on any equipment. 

  • Assume ownership of plant mechanical equipment and strives to keep them in the best possible condition. 

  • Ability to carry out maintenance activities on a range of major engineering components and systems in accordance with OEM Manuals for the equipment. 

  • Organizing spares, tools and equipment to carry out maintenance activities 

  • Performs troubleshooting activities as necessary to determine failure conditions and rectifies the defects found. 

  • Works with Plant Operations Personnel for resolving problems encountered with mechanical equipment under the guidance of the Lead Mechanical Engineers. 

  • Be an active part of the maintenance team and help it to meet appropriate people and plant related performance measures.
