Ce vei face:

• Vei colabora cu echipa de product management și cea de vânzări pentru a defini strategiile de marketing și ciclul de viață al produselor din portofoliu, atât pentru segmentul B2C, cât și pentru cel B2B.
• În colaborare cu Departamentul Strategic Marketing, vei identifica nevoile clienților și vei obține informații relevante pentru îmbunătățirea produselor existente.
• Vei realiza analize constante ale ratelor de adoption/ conversion/ churn la nivel de produs și vei propune măsuri pentru a asigura un ROI în parametrii asumați în business case.
• Vei realiza analize de competiție și rapoarte de activitate pentru identificarea oportunităților de dezvoltare a liniilor de business în fiecare segment de piață.
• Vei iniția și propune soluții de îmbunătățire pentru produsele din portofoliu.
• Vei redacta cerințe noi de dezvoltare pentru produsele din portofoliu și vei participa la workshop-uri de clarificare a acestora.
• Vei colabora cu departamentele implicate pentru definirea proceselor referitoare la implementarea campaniilor.
• Vei asigura suport în procesul de testare înainte de lansare.
• Vei monitoriza și analiza constant performanța produselor/ ofertelor și experiența clienților post-lansare pentru a asigura îndeplinirea obiectivelor companiei.
• Vei asigura planificarea și coordonarea eficientă a campaniilor de marketing pentru produsele din portofoliu, având ca obiectiv susținerea vânzărilor și maximizarea marjei comerciale.
• Vei propune soluții și metode pentru atingerea obiectivelor și pentru rezolvarea problemelor sau schimbărilor apărute în timpul desfășurării campaniilor.

Experiență, calificări, cunoștințe și abilități:

• Studii superioare finalizate cu diplomă de licență (de preferință în domeniul Marketing, Comunicare, Economic, Financiar);
• Minimum 2 ani experiență relevantă într-o poziție similară (management de produs și de implementare campanii de marketing);
• Minimum 2 ani în management de proiect/ proiecte transversale și cu echipe mixte din diverse arii de activitate;
• Foarte bune cunoștințe de lucru în Microsoft Office și baze de date;
• Cunoștințe de limba engleză – cel puțin nivel mediu;
• Cunoștințe de lucru în sisteme CRM, SAP, Salesforce;
• Foarte bune abilități de analiză și sinteză;
• Bune abilități de comunicare și prezentare;
• Abilități de prioritozare;
• Capacitatea de a lucra autonom;

We are looking for a Project Manager Renewable to support efficiently the expansion of our activities in Energy. You will be responsible of the complete Project Management Process and you will work in close coordination with the engineering team to reach the project developer’s expectations. • Bachelor's degree in energy engineering, natural resources engineering or related field.

What You Can Expect

As the Digital Operations Director, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of our advanced metering, data acquisition, and telemetry systems. These systems are essential for collecting critical performance and health data from our distributed renewable and energy efficiency project sites across the nation. You will be responsible for overseeing sites developed by ENGIE's development and delivery teams, as well as those managed by our Customer Care Field Services Team and engineered by our Customer Care Digital Engineering Team.

Your role will encompass a variety of business functions, including monitoring microgrid and solar performance, setting up condition and fault alarms, and overseeing battery energy storage systems. You'll also be responsible for tracking the performance of energy efficiency measures, conducting both preventative and reactive maintenance, troubleshooting issues remotely and on-site, and generating reports for customers and internal stakeholders.

Collaboration is key in this role. You will work closely with the Digital Engineering Director to select technologies that are not only cost-effective but also scalable and supportable. This partnership ensures that our systems remain at the cutting edge of technology while maintaining efficiency and reliability.

As the Digital Operations Director, you will be at the heart of our operations, ensuring that our systems run smoothly and effectively, and that our teams are equipped with the best tools and technologies to deliver outstanding service and performance.

What You’ll Bring

• A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree with a focus in an Engineering or IT related discipline
• A minimum of ten (10) years of experience in IT/Software Development or Support
• Work history should include TCP/IP networking, serial communications, data acquisition systems or SCADA, Modbus RTU, Modbus TCP, and cellular data communications
• Experience working with time-series data
• Familiarity with SQL database concepts as they relate to data loading, storage, and reporting
• An understanding of why data is important, how it is transformed into information, how it is acted upon by others in the organization, and how value is assigned to it
• Self-leadership, direct leadership of a small team, and transversal leadership in non-supervisory situations

Compensation

Mission

What you will do:

Sustainability:

• Sustainability Strategy and policies;
  • Contribute to the conception of ESG strategies, policies, action plans, targets and methodology collectively with Chief Sustainability Officer
  • Be accountable for the deployment of the environmental and societal policies, action plans and targets (climate and nature trajectories, climate budgets, nature plans, adaptation plans and societal plans)
  • Ensure a global view on all ESG topics and coordinate with the other Filières (such as Procurement, HR, Business Ethics, Health & Safety etc).

• ESG compliance with laws and regulations
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and foster a proactive approach to ESG issues;
  • Track ESG regulatory developments and advise the organization on appropriate responses;

• Actions
  • Oversee that organization’s actions are aligned to sustainable principles and regulations;
• Monitoring
  • Monitor, analyze and understand data regarding ESG indicators;
  • Elaborate and prepare reports, presentations and methods of approach regarding sustainability to the management team;
• Contribute to ESG Team requests various missions (eg rating agencies, investors and NGO relationship, top management request, regulatory requests, etc.)

Project management:

• Ensure end-to-end project management or involvement, support and dedicated deliverables in Group projects (time, resources, costs, change management, risks, etc);
• Contribute to the planning of medium and long-term projects in which the company is involved;
• Provide support (management consulting) and use project management knowledge (estimation of deadlines, costs, resources and execution, monitoring, analysis and identification of causes, corrective measures, reporting) in order to implement strategic projects;
• Report the status and key objectives of the projects they manage to the management.
• Support Project Development in mapping environmental and societal impacts through licensing and permits, ESIA evaluation, construction management,
• Ensure that all environmental studies adhere to local, regional, and national environmental regulations and standards 
• Integrate environmental considerations thanks to the collaboration with technical project managers, engineers and environmental consultants
• Review and maintain accurate records of environmental studies
• Assist in stakeholder engagement activities by providing technical expertise and addressing environmental concerns raised by environmental agencies and government bodies
• Ensure that specific issues, such as local communities, indigenous people, affected communities, are correctly managed

Desired education, expertise, and skills:

• Higher education completed with a bachelor degree
• Relevant experience in the ESG field (regulations, standards, etc)
• Min 5 years experience in areas such as: project management, audit or consultancy, business controlling or operations.
• Advanced English (any other language at an advanced level is an advantage);
• Stakeholders management;
• Strong analytical skills, with a good sense of observation;
• Curious and open-minded;
• Eager to gain broader perspectives.
