What You Can Expect

As our part time Law Clerk for ENGIE North America, you will assist with large scale Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) contracts schedules and exhibits. Everyday, you will report to the Attorney II to assist with lease and contract reviews around solar leases and wind easements for large grid scale wind and solar farm projects in order to compile schedules of specific information to be used in financing documents, EPC contracts and other agreements. This person will also create schedules and abstracts of multiple documents, distilling information,  compiling information for exhibits and creating instructions for various groups regarding land use along with various legal projects from corporate affairs.

What You’ll Bring

• A 2^nd or 3^rd year law student from an accredited college or university with interest in real estate or contracts with a focus on renewable energy
• Strong working knowledge of Excel and Word programs

• This role is part time 10-15 hours a week. Most work can be done remotely, but requires the person to occasionally come in for in person meetings a few hours a week

As our Sales Manager II with ENGIE North America, your primary objective is to prospect and acquire new Commercial and Industries (C&I) customers for ENGIE retail business in the New York (NYISO) & New England (NEPOOL) ISO regions to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities. Qualifications:

As Regional Site Administrator, you are reporting into the Solar Operation office in Monticello, IN daily to the support its operational needs. Your responsibilities encompass a wide range of tasks crucial to maintaining smooth day-to-day operations. • The position consists of 90% work indoors and 10% work outdoors; outdoor work may expose the employee to weather conditions 

Compensation

Salary Range: $24.70– $35.48 USD hourly  

This represents the average expected pay range for a qualified candidate.

Actual offered salary may depend on geography, experience, industry knowledge, education, internal pay alignment, or other bona fide factors.

In addition to base pay, this position is eligible for an incentive plan.

Als Werkstudent Geschäftsentwicklung & Strategie (m/w/d), arbeiten Sie in einem hochqualifizierten Team von Ingenieuren und Experten im Bereich Klima, Resilienz und Umwelt. Innerhalb unseres standortübergreifenden Teams (Bad Vilbel & Paris) bearbeiten wir die Themen Klimawandelanpassung, Wasserwirtschaft, Umwelt und Soziales im Rahmen eigenständige Projekte bzw. unterstützen Infrastrukturprojekte im Bereich Wasser (Wasserkraft, Bewässerung, Wassertransfer), Energie (Wind, PV, Stromtrassen) und Infrastruktur (Bahn, Wasserstraßen). Unsere Leistungen erbringen wir als Teil der Tractebel-Gruppe weltweit.

Im Bereich Geschäftsentwicklung:

• Identifizierung und Prüfung von Projektmöglichkeiten internationaler Geldgeber und privaten Investoren
• Vorbereitung und Dokumentation der Go/NoGo meetings
• Unterstützung in der Erstellung von “Expression of Interest” und Angeboten
• Pflege und Weiterentwicklung unserer internen und externen Marketingtools bzgl. der Leistungen und Produkte des Teams
• Im Bereich Strategie mit Fokus auf Klimawandelanpassung, Wasserwirtschaft und Disaster Risk Management:
• Recherche und Analyse der Finanzierungs- und Entwicklungsstrategien internationaler Geldgeber
• Unterstützung in der Analyse regionaler Märkte
