Job Purpose/Mission 

The Customer Finance Team plays a pivotal role in ensuring the overall success of our largely unbanked customers in completing their loans and getting continued access to clean, reliable energy. The team works cross-functionally with our commercial, customer experience, product development and operations on the ground to ensure that we provide all customers with successful responsible onboarding and offer constant support through adequate monitoring and interventions all the way through the lifetime of our customers’ loans.

 

The Collections Manager will be responsible for securing timely repayments through Call Centre Agents, supporting their daily activities, maintaining positive relationships with customers, minimizing, and controlling losses to the loan portfolio through proper management of the assigned accounts in default.

 

Responsibilities
 

Monitoring & Process Management

  • To oversee and assist in the monitoring and analysis of customer accounts for non-payments, delayed payments and other irregularities
  • To ensure the cost of pursuing a customer debt is reasonable through cost / benefit analysis
  • Monitor telephone reports on a weekly basis to ensure contact per day quota is achieved
  • To monitor appropriate collections activity to ensure customers pay to agreed terms
  • To monitor the quality of the team's customer calls and develop actions to improve service standards
  • To monitor team performance against financial and other targets and alert the line manager of situations that may lead to variance from plans

Team Management

  • To maximise revenue collection and debt recovery
  • Verify that team members get the appropriate training and apply their knowledge and skills to the job
  • Supervise and direct the daily activities of contact center collection officers
  • To ensure that the team deals with all customer complaints in line with the complaints process and adhering to the Code of Conduct
  • To plan and manage the day-to-day workflow and performance of the team ensuring that targets and customer service standards are achieved and maintained
  • Supervises recoveriesand collection activities which involves training, mentoring, and coordinating of assignments to ensure timely reporting and meeting of deadlines/KPI.
  • To hold regular team meetings to timely and effectively communicate departmental plans and targets, discuss issues and recognise success
  • Manage the overdue and support on Welcome call  process
  • Ensure all agents adhere to call regulations
  • Ensure Xdesk and other working tools are working well or else escalating issues arising
  • Ensure the team is capturing the right information

 

Reporting

  • Participation in collection analysis functions and various other credit related duties
  • Ensure Collections and Recoveries monthly reports are prepared and where necessary appropriately distributed
  • Identify and report any incident that may affect operational results
  • Assist in ad-hoc credit/collections related exercises as required
  • Analyzing the effectiveness of collection activities and recommending alternative courses of action to gain optimum results
  • Review daily reports relating to area of responsibility, taking corrective action required to obtain objectives
  • Identify the negative trends and notify them to the manager of the Credit Recovery Center, enclosing the proposed solutions to mitigate them
  • Calculate commission for each field agent and request Field commissions to Finance after approval from manager and ensure payments are done in a timely manner

Experience:

  • 5 years’ Experience in portfolio management/microfinance or its equivalent with a focus on loan collections and recovery.
  • Experience in team Management.
  • High Level of familiarity with typical income, expenditure and cashflow patterns of rural and per -urban households and micro-enterprises in assigned portfolio, including farmers, animal breeders, business owners and employees.
  • Professional experience in traditional bottom of the pyramid (BoP) lending techniques preferably in microfinance sector
  • Strong customer Negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge about market and business risks associated with typical Mysol customers

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
  • Portfolio management certificate will be an added advantage

Job Responsibilities:

 

  • Responsible for executing and supervising the boiler operation and maintenance (O&M) activities, its related mechanical and electrical (M&E) equipment, and associated systems, complying with the statutory and health-safety-environmental (HSE) requirements.
  • Oversee, supervise and guide group of boiler man to perform day-to-day boilers O&M activities.

  • Monitor boiler water or feedwater quality with water treatment chemical supplier. Ensure water treatment operations are in place c/w the water analysis data will be recorded in the log sheet.
  • Coordinate and liaise with DOSH officers in the boiler and steam header JKKP inspection.
  • Implement maintenance control system to achieve effective and productive maintenance of the machine
  • To assist in machinery and equipment maintenance, modification, installation and upgrading project.

 

Duties:

  • Manage, schedule / supervise O&M Service Provider service activities executed on the boiler sites are in accordance with the
  • Operation and Maintenance Agreement (OMA) KPIs and within the related schedule
  • Compliance with the statutory and the health, safety and environmental (HSE) requirements complies with OEM (original equipment manufacturer) requirements and warranties
  • Initiate, plan and provide timely boiler monthly and annual energy production report for both internal and submission to the customer sites as well as the necessary reports to the relevant authorities,
  • Identify red flags / problems, respond to emergency calls, and develops corrective action plans, in liaison with the O&M Service Provider and direct superior
  • Maintain good relationship between clients, O&M Service provider, relevant authorities or with other stakeholders.
  • Perform studies for the feasibility and propose productivity, technical improvements for the boiler sites concerning the overall system performance, O&M, HSE processes, contingencies, and emergency plans
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and associated periodic meetings.

 

Education

  • Degree in Engineering or equivalent. Certificate of competency as Grade 1 or Grade 2 Steam Engineer

 

Experience

  • Experience over 8 years in field for the coordination and execution of Operation & Maintenance, technical services for steam boiler systems.

 

Specific skills

As a Project Development Advisor, you will support a broad range of pre-construction development activities related to projects within ENGIE’s portfolio of utility-scale solar assets across the United States. Compensation

As a Field Technician Generators, you will actively participate in various maintenance projects, overhauls and interventions. An extra challenging aspect of the job is that no two days are the same.

  • You will be responsible for organizing, coordinating and performing mechanical maintenance work on industrial generators and auxiliary systems.
  • At the start of a new construction site, you will be involved in the preparation and, together with the expert engineers from our team, determine the approach, planning and scope of the work to be performed.

3- Animations commerciales

Contribuer à l’animation commerciale, en support du Marketing et travailler sur la visibilité du point services dans sa localité.

 

4- Gestion du stock et de la disponibilité des Kits au Point Services, auprès des

CCS* (*Conseillers Confort Solaire) et Points relais

Superviser et surveiller l’arrivée des kits et leur sortie de l’inventaire sur le territoire du Point Services, fournir des rapports réguliers sur l’inventaire des kits et renseigner les bases des données adéquates.

 

5- Accompagnement des CCS

Répertorier les clients en situation d’impayés dans la base de données et mettre à disposition la liste aux CCS | Orienter les clients potentiels vers les CCS géographiquement proches (après consultation des Chefs de vente & Chefs de vente adjoint) et leur donner du support, si nécessaire, dans les divers processus. Les informer et les suivre régulièrement sur les techniques de suivi client | Former les CCS sur l’installation et l’utilisation de FenixGo | Participer au debrief avec les équipes terrain et remonter les informations utiles à partager.

            Qualifications :

  • Avoir au moins 2 à 5 ans d’expérience dans le domaine de la relation client
  • Disposer d’un BAC+2/3 en Gestion des Entreprises, Gestion Commerciale, Marketing et Action commerciale ou tout autre diplôme équivalent

Le/la Commercial(e) de cluster sera responsable :

  1. Du développement et suivi des activités commerciales au sein du cluster

What You Can Expect

The Engineer II is a role responsible for supporting the development and installation of energy conservation measures and renewable energy with large-scale public sector customers. The right person will be working in a fast-paced, team-based environment, at the direction of the Project Manager as well as their supervisor. Responsibilities in this role include the design of Energy Conservation and Renewable Energy Measures (ECM), performing site audits, specifying equipment, and completing savings calculations to support projects in development and construction. Projects include a combination of energy efficiency measures and renewable generation installations, to help local cities, schools, and counties become more sustainable, save money, and improve services to their end-users and the expectation is that one to several projects are supported from early development through post-construction.

 

This position is located in Oakland, CA and will report to the Director of Project Management.

 

 

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s Degree with a focus on an engineering discipline
  • A minimum of two (2) years’ work experience
  • Working knowledge of utility rate schedules including TOU and demand charges structures
  • Previous experience with solar photovoltaic systems, including the ability to identify different systems and equipment, identify potential energy savings measures, and quantify the potential energy savings and costs
  • Understanding of metering and measurement tools for data provided
  • Competency in computer modeling software programs, such as PVSyst or Helioscope, and apply them in preparing savings calculations and customer deliverables
  • Strong knowledge of national and California electric codes as it applies to renewables sections
  • Capability to handling multiple projects of moderate complexity at one time
  • Creativity in solving problems where solutions are not clear

  • A proficiency in Energy Conservation and Renewable Energy Measures scopes and specifications for subcontractor Request for Proposals
  • Knowledge of utility and other incentive program applications, permit packages and customer submittals
  • Ability to assist the Project and Construction Managers on job walks, bid evaluations, contractor negotiations, and during construction meetings
  • Capability during the construction phase of the project to assist by reviewing submittals, change orders, and RFI’s, and make recommendations to the Project Manager
  • A proficiency in computer modeling/simulation of building operation to calibrate energy consumption to utility bill data
  • Capability to work on AutoCAD to design diagrams and clear layouts for customer and contractors.

The Role:

 

We’re seeking an experienced Occupational Health & Safety Officer to support the delivery of the Goorambat Solar Farm by ensuring the project is constructed in a safe and compliant manner.  The role will be responsible for the daily supervision / oversight of the EPC contractor activities to ensure works are conducted in accordance with approved safety management systems and plans.

 

The incumbent will be accountable to the Head of Operations & HSE and will be based at the project site in Benalla, Victoria.  This is about 2.5 hours drive from Melbourne. 

 

This is a full time role and will be available until the Goorambat Solar Farm is constructed and commissioned.  It is anticipated this will be approximately 2 years.

 

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Establish and administer ENGIE's health and safety management systems at the project site, development of ENGIE's health and safety management systems and tools and verifying contractors compliance of work against approved systems of work.
  • Communication of ENGIE’s expectations in relation to safe work practices and behaviours.
  • Daily supervision of contractor’s activities to ensure works being conducted safely.
  • Propose and implement safety initiatives within the work site that promotes a positive safety culture considering feedback from all stakeholders.
  • Management of contractor compliance against ENGIE lifesaving rules and One ENGIE Safety program
  • Review and audit contractor safety systems and documentation
  • Attend and actively participate in risk workshops, toolbox, simultaneous operations (SIMOPS) and daily pre-start meetings
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of plans regarding key health and safety strategies, issues and risks.
  • Participate in and conduct incident investigations and critically review contractor’s incident investigation reports.
  • Prepare monthly H&S report including reporting against H&S performance indicators
  • Review contractor SWMS and site specific HSE Management Plan

 

 

About You:

 

To be successful in this role, you will have experience with the application of HSE management plans and HSE management systems for construction sites and have managed contractors to meet and/or exceed safety requirements.  You will have knowledge and understanding of the requirements of a principal contractor and the asset owner’s HSE responsibilities and have the ability to instil a safety first mindset to others.

You must have qualifications in WHS (Cert IV), be first aid trained and either have or be willing to attain a construction white card.

Thermal & Supply

  • Simply Energy is one of Australia’s fastest growing energy retailers, with more than 700,000 electricity and gas customer accounts in Victoria, South Australia, New South Wales, Western Australia, The Australian Capital Territory and Queensland.
  • Simply Energy offers simple and affordable energy plans for Australian households and businesses.
    They offer 100% carbon neutral plans certified by Climate Active where carbon emissions are offset from energy usage.
  • Our gas power plants in South Australia are an essential component of our strategy to achieve a sustainable energy future, and we remain committed to optimizing their performance and reducing emissions while we invest in the energy systems of tomorrow.
  • The Hazelwood Rehabilitation Project is a dedicated business stream leading the safe, stable and sustainable rehabilitation of the former Hazelwood Power Station and Mine, which ceased operation in 2017.

Renewables

  • With 165MW of operating wind farms in South Australia and 3000MW of identified pipeline of solar, wind and large-scale batteries under development, ENGIE is making a sizeable contribution to the progress of renewable energy production in Australia.
  • We strive for operational excellence in all aspects of green hydrogen production, including process design, equipment selection, and when up and operational in the optimization of our asset infrastructure. ENGIE and Mitsui are developing one of the world’s first industrial-scale renewable hydrogen projects to provide feedstock into Yara Pilbara Fertilisers' (Yara) existing ammonia operations near Karratha in Western Australia.

Energy Solutions

  • ENGIE is building the future of electric vehicle fast charging stations in Australia for both fleets and the public. ENGIE is aiming to be operating 300 charging points across Australia by 2024.  With approximately 1,000 charge points scheduled to be installed by 2025, this will mean the ENGIE public rapid charger network will be accessible within 10km for around 80% of the Australian population, and our Fleet network will be helping business and government to accelerate their decarbonisation goals.

Global Energy Management & Sales (GEMS)

  • GEMS provides energy supply solutions and risk management services to support its clients through their decarbonization journey, while optimizing ENGIE’s assets and contributing to value creation.
  • ENGIE is leading the Australian green corporate Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) market, with several high-profile partnerships including Coles, Pepsi, L’Oréal Australia, Sanitarium, Veolia and NAB.
