Au sein de notre Direction Régionale Bretagne, vous rejoignez une équipe au top, et Arnaud votre tuteur.

 🔎 Avec l’accompagnement de ton futur tuteur, tu auras pour missions :

  • Intégration des mouvements de portefeuille équipe avec : Paramétrage outil et lissage des plannings de maintenance
  • Suivis des maintenances réalisés
  • Analyse des dépannages par installations et résolution de problème avec proposition d’amélioration.
  • Mise en place d’un nouvel outil avec mise en place de process liée

💡 Profil recherché :

Tu prépares une licence dans le domaine de la gestion maintenance énergétique et industriel ou équivalent   ? Alors rejoins-nous ! 

  • BAC +2 préparant un BAC +3
  • Curieux(se), sens de l’écoute, esprit d’analyse et aisance relationnelle
  • Tu es passionné(e) par la technique et l'énergie
  • Permis B

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in which you completed courses in communications, public relations, community development, or a related field
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in community engagement, stakeholder management, or a related field, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
  • Proven track record of building and leading high-performing teams, with experience in hiring, training, and managing direct reports
  • Demonstrated success in developing and implementing community engagement strategies, preferably in the renewable energy or infrastructure development sectors
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and public speaking skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences and build consensus
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to mentor, motivate, and develop a team of community engagement professionals

Compensation

Salary Range: $128,400 – $196,765 USD annually

 

This represents the average expected pay range for a qualified candidate.

 Mission

  • You participate in projects, together with other engineers and draftsmen;
  • You are responsible for modelling and design of various complex structures as large buildings, airports, sport centers, power projects, industrial projects;
  • You are responsible for ensuring that the hours budget, the timing and the quality of the engineering works are executed as required;
  • You will make sure that the projects assigned to you will be executed in accordance with our quality system and our H&S rules;
  • You report progress for all your projects on a weekly basis;
  • You participate in the structural design of your projects;

Qualifications

  • You are a qualified Civil/Structural Engineer;
  • You have relevant experience in working for Data Center design;
  • You have relevant technical experience( 10+ years);
  • You have excellent expertise in Revit/ Tekla/ Allplan.
  • You have expertise in using calculation softwares ( Etabs/ SCIA/ROBOT)
  • You have good communication skills;
  • You are a team player;
  • You are client-oriented and flexible;
  • Project coordination skills are seen as an advantage;
  • A good knowledge of English is a must, and knowledge of French is an advantage;
  • You are willing to make international trips for our international collaboration and international projects.

Mission

  • You provide design and / or consultancy for I&C, SCADA part related to a diversity of projects as power plants / industry / gas / water, acting in local and international clients;
  • Your drive is to achieve and exceed the client’s expectations;
  • You coordinate projects for I&C part, by case;
  • You establish design principles, criteria within your projects;
  • You issue Design Notes, Drafts, Specifications, Technical Specifications and Briefs, Progress Reports, etc.;
  • You issue/collaborate to the quality assurance plan of the projects;
  • You collaborate with the Owner and with other designers or third parties in developing the project design;
  • You apply the technical regulations and laws relevant for the projects you are involved in;
  • You have an international mindset and collaborate with our offices abroad for certain engineering tasks and take the necessary actions to guarantee the required quality of the projects;
  • You comply with and enforce compliance with the Health/Safety guidelines set out in the Project Safety Plan;

Qualifications

  • Engineering background;
  • Relevant experience in design for I&C, SCADA systems, preferable for power plants and industrial installations;
  • Knowledge of design norms and regulations;
  • Knowledge of design and software tools dedicated to I&C;
  • Very good English language proficiency, good knowledge of a second language can be an advantage;
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office package;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Effective, flexible and action-oriented;
  • Protection and control experience represents an advantage;
  • Project management experience represents an advantage;
  • Mobility by car might be necessary so having an international driving license “B” represents an advantage.
