¿Qué tareas realizarás?     

- Participar o liderar los proyectos asignados como parte de la atención del backlog de las vicepresidencias.

- Gestionar los almacenes de SSDD de las sedes del sur.

- Supervisar el personal on-site del servicio de mesa de ayuda.

- Soportar la ejecución de trabajos en las redes administrativas e industriales de las sedes.

- Supervisar la correcta entrega de servicios, ejecución de mantenimientos y cumplimiento de los SLA de las telecomunicaciones.

- Cumplir con otras funciones administrativas y de gestión asignadas.

- Soportar a la Gerencia de Soluciones Digitales en la elaboración del Plan Estratégico del área.

- Asegurar que los contratistas ejecuten el servicio contratado en beneficio del negocio.

 

 

¿Qué habilidades técnicas necesitamos para esta posición?

Indispensable:

  • Carrera universitaria: Ingeniería Electrónica, de Sistemas, Informática o Telecomunicaciones.
  • Experiencia de 3 a 5 años en cargos de operaciones de soporte de TI.
  • Conocimiento de redes y medios de transmisión de datos
  • Conocimiento en administración de servidores
  • Conocimiento en radiocomunicación VHF
  • Gestión de proyectos bajo el enfoque del PMI

 

Deseable:

  • Certificación CCNA
  • Inglés a nivel intermedio

Profil recherché :

  • Formation : Diplômé(e) d’une école de commerce ou de gestion (Bac+5), avec une spécialisation en finance, contrôle de gestion ou audit.
  • Expérience : Vous justifiez d’une expérience de 5 à 7 ans en cabinet d’audit et/ou en entreprise, de préférence dans un environnement international. Idéalement, vous avez évolué dans le domaine de l’énergie.
  • Compétences :
    • Dynamisme, sens de l’analyse et rigueur.
    • Excellentes capacités de communication et aptitude au travail en équipe.
    • Adaptabilité à un nouvel environnement de travail et force de proposition.
    • Maîtrise du français et de l’anglais (langues de travail) ainsi qu’une bonne compréhension de l’arabe.
    • Connaissances informatiques : niveau avancé en Pack Office, familiarité avec les outils du groupe (SMART/SAP, MDT).
  • Mission générale et dimensions :
    • Gestion de la clôture mensuelle, et préparation des reporting, tableaux de bord, commentaires et analyses sur le périmètre consolidé de la Région Afrique du Nord, ainsi que par GBU (Renouvelables, FlexGen, …)
    • Participation à la gestion financière de l’entité ENGIE North Africa (contrôle factures, imputations, reporting aux chefs de départements)
    • Analyse et challenge de la performance (Revenue, EBITDA, EBIT, SG&A, CAPEX…) , des KPIs par entités et par métiers.
    • Gestion administratives des entités support (G&A). 
    • Diverses missions de contrôle interne (respect des procédures, …)
    • Préparation du budget/MTP de la Région en lien avec les entités locales
    • Gestion de l’évolution du périmètre : intégration des nouvelles entités et projets, cessions ou fermetures d’entités.  Dialogue quotidien avec les entités, les métiers ainsi que le siège Asia Middle East Africa (Dubaï).

What You’ll Bring

  • A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology or related field and a minimum of ten (10) years of experience in cybersecurity, IT/OT system design, integration of systems and networking in a professional setting; in lieu of a four-year degree, you should bring a total of twelve (12) years of experience in which you have gained an understanding of information technology and cybersecurity where you have been responsible for developing and maintaining strategy and architecture for cybersecurity teams

  • Demonstrated project management, organization and facilitation skills in a work setting
  • Demonstrated track record of success in leading technology teams with exceptional strategic vision, conceptual thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills

Compensation

Salary Range: $146,300 – $224,135 USD annually

As the Application Management Director in Houston, Texas for ENGIE North America you will support all the business activities within ENGIE’s Renewables Business Unit. Misión: 

Garantizar el cumplimiento de todas las obligaciones tributarias del grupo en España y dar asesoramiento y soporte fiscal al resto de Áreas y negocios. Funciones:

  • Supervisar el cumplimiento de todas las obligaciones tributarias de las sociedades del perímetro Engie. En particular, revisar las declaraciones de impuestos tanto a nivel estatal (Impuesto sobre el Valor Añadido, retenciones IRPF, Impuesto sobre Sociedades, Impuesto sobre el Valor de la Producción de Energía Eléctrica, Impuestos Especiales, etc.) así como a nivel autonómico (impuestos sobre vertidos, emisiones, cánones eólicos, etc.) como a nivel local (tasa por ocupación del dominio público, Impuesto sobre Bienes Inmuebles, Impuesto sobre Actividades Económicas, Impuesto sobre Construcciones, Instalaciones y Obras, etc.).
  • Evaluar y analizar eventuales riesgos fiscales de la sociedad y proponer soluciones para su eliminación o mitigación.
  • Actuar de interlocutor de la empresa en su relación con la Administración tributaria a cualquier nivel.
  • Gestión de las inspecciones fiscales que se realicen en cualquiera de las sociedades del perímetro Engie.
  • Preparación de cualquier comunicación que se envíe a la Administración Tributaria (en cualquier nivel: estatal, autonómico y local)
  • Soporte fiscal en procesos de M&A.
  • Analizar posibles oportunidades de ahorro fiscal.
  • Gestión de recursos y reclamaciones en materia fiscal.
  • Informar a la organización de eventuales novedades fiscales.
  • Asesoramiento fiscal a todas las Áreas y Negocios de la empresa.
  • Reporting al grupo de cualquier información de carácter fiscal.

 

Requerimientos:

 

  • Máster universitario. Imprescindible sólida formación en Derecho Tributario.
  • Experiencia total en funciones de fiscales de 6-8 años
  • Experiencia dentro de Área Fiscal de gran empresa.
  • Recomendable experiencia (3-5 años) en el Departamento fiscal de Big-Four (o similar).
  • Valorable experiencia herramientas de gestión de impuestos, y SAP 
  • Valorable experiencia en empresa del Sector Energético
  • Inglés alto

What you will do:

  • You will be involved in the preparation of Group reports (related to monthly closings - Fast Close, MTP, budget estimates, BU presentations, KPI).
  • You will be involved in the inserting of financial reports in the reporting tools (SMART) and you will contribute to the closing of blocking controls.
  • You will be involved in the preparation of the bottom-up budget (margin, OPEX, CAPEX,) and you will monitor monthly the actual result vs. the budget.
  • You will make financial analyzes and reports on the evolution of the main KPIs, you will prepare scenarios and cost / benefit analyzes to develop proposals and recommendations for improving the financial performance of companies.
  • You will prepare reports with analysis and cost details and make them available to other departments.
  • You will carry out economic and financial analyzes regarding the investment program, the economic performance of the companies in the Group and the achievement of the efficiency targets included in the Budget.
  • You will be involved in the monthly control and follow-up of the gas balance and you will send  the necessary information to accounting department.
  • You will process data requested by ANRE.

 

Desired education, expertise, and skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in economic field;
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position, in Controlling and Audit field; 
  • Solid knowledge in the field of finance, accounting and fiscality;
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel-advanced level);
  • SAP operating knowledge;
  • English fluency;
  • Ability to analyze and synthesize;
  • Critical and analytical thinking;
  • Agility in understanding the business;

What You Can Expect

As our part time Law Clerk for ENGIE North America, you will assist with large scale Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) contracts schedules and exhibits. Everyday, you will report to the Attorney II to assist with lease and contract reviews around solar leases and wind easements for large grid scale wind and solar farm projects in order to compile schedules of specific information to be used in financing documents, EPC contracts and other agreements. This person will also create schedules and abstracts of multiple documents, distilling information,  compiling information for exhibits and creating instructions for various groups regarding land use along with various legal projects from corporate affairs.

 

 

What You’ll Bring

  • A 2nd or 3rd year law student from an accredited college or university with interest in real estate or contracts with a focus on renewable energy
  • Strong working knowledge of Excel and Word programs

 

 

Additional Details

  • This role is part time 10-15 hours a week. Most work can be done remotely, but requires the person to occasionally come in for in person meetings a few hours a week
  • Must possess a valid U.S. driver’s license

Compensation

Salary Range:  $22.88 - $35.05 USD hourly

What You Can Expect

As the SCADA Engineering Manager in Houston, Texas for ENGIE North America (ENA), you will lead a team of SCADA Engineers in development and support of SCADA projects for renewable generation (Wind and Solar) in North America (US and Canada). Everyday, you will report to the Applications Management Director to provide information technology and operational technology support for construction and commissioning of Wind, Solar and Battery Storage Systems. This person needs to have a good understanding of programming Schweitzer (SEL) protection relays SEL-351, SEL-487, including RTAC-3530 along with be proficient in Schneider-EVEVA Wonderware System Platform (2020-2023) to preform and complete engineering projects and development in a timely manner.

 

 

What You’ll Bring

  • A minimum of an Associates degree in automation and Controls Engineering, Power Electronics Engineering, Computer Programming Engineering or equivalent

  • A minimum of seven (7) years of industrial automation working experience in the Power Sector
  • Experience in leading/managing a team of SCADA engineers
  • Experience in programming Wonderware System Platform (Galaxy repository, and historian)
  • Experience in PLC programming (Allen Bradley, ABB)
  • Experience in DNP and MODBUS protocols

  • This role is eligible for our hybrid work policy
