Facilities Manager

• Oversee and lead a team of assistant managers, engineers, technical officers, supervisors and technicians in facilities management for commercial building / ministry building / Hospital

What You Can Expect

The Project Management, Advisor is the primary manager of all phases of an energy project, with the objective of successful completion on time and within budget, while maintaining quality, safety, and cash management standards, and producing strong customer references. Assigned projects will include a combination of energy efficiency measures, renewable generation installations, and various carbon reduction strategies, to help public sector, commercial and industrial customers around the United States become more sustainable, save money, and improve processes in their plants and services to their end-users. In this role, you will manage one to several projects simultaneously from early development through post-construction, including design, contract negotiations, and project implementation.

In addition to assigning responsibilities to the project team and establishing schedules for individual team members, the Project Management, Advisor oversees various technical aspects of the project. This includes developing the project scope, conducting savings analysis, and ensuring the feasibility of proposed measures. Collaborating closely with the Sales team, they assist in customer presentations and interviews during the project's development phase. Furthermore, they liaise with the Legal department to prepare and negotiate customer agreements and change orders, ensuring all contractual obligations are met. The Project Management, Advisor is also responsible for managing all cost components throughout project implementation, maintaining precise budget records, and promptly notifying supervisors of any necessary adjustments. As the Senior Systems Engineer (SE) is a key player of a diverse team developing cutting-edge energy storage solutions. This position requires technical expertise in battery storage technologies, with focus on lithium-ion batteries. This role includes identifying project requirements, designing battery energy storage systems, specifying system components, supporting the business development team, managing projects from design to operation, and supporting the operations team. This position is part of the Flexible Generation & Retail Global Business Unit (FGBU) in North America. 

Every day you will work closely with Subject Matter Experts (SME) to specify suitable system components, define the system design, calculate the size of the battery system throughout the life of the project, and generate comprehensive bills-of-material for material and labor cost evaluation. Additionally, you will manage all technical aspects on project execution, from the design phase through development, installation, commissioning, and operation; primary EPC engineering interface.

• Provide support to internal business team in engaging prospective utility companies and Authority Having Jurisdiction
• Identify and articulate business development requirements
• Formulate high-level detailed system design drawings and layouts for Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS)

Compensation

Salary Range: $112,000 – $172,500 USD annually

What You Can Expect

The Senior IT Analyst, Business Process Management will be responsible with assisting the budgeting and process management of the IT department. This role includes ensuring budget and spend is in alignment with our ENGIE North America CIO and IT’s overall objectives, and handling the day to day activities. In this role, you will report to the Senior Advisor for Program Management and Processes and will be located in Houston, Texas.

• Coordinate with Finance to ensure that comprehensive budget reports for IT project, operations and infrastructure are maintained.
• Analyze financial data to monitor performance against budgetary goals and recommend corrective actions.
• Collaborate with department heads to align financial planning with organizational objectives.
• Assist with financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Assist with the accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoicing, billing, and collections.
• Conduct regular financial audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement.
• Provide financial insights and forecasts to support decision-making within the IT department.
• Create PowerPoint slides/Graphics/Waterfalls
• Coordinate activities for the office of the CIO

What You’ll Bring

• A Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or information technology or in a closely related field in which you have a strong knowledge of the responsibilities of this job
• A minimum of three (3) years of experience in a related role
• Strong understanding of invoicing, purchase to pay process, IT asset management, budget management, performance tracking and analysis
• Computer skills to effectively use software to analyze budget information, create KPIs and reporting
• Demonstrated proficiency in using Power BI, SAP FICO and enterprise systems for procurement, invoicing and expense management
• Analytical skills and aptitude with large datasets, spreadsheets and SQL
• General understanding of business functions; energy industry knowledge is a plus

Senior Risk Management and Insurance Advisor (M/F/X)

YOUR ROLE and RESPONSABILITIES as an Insurance Advisor:

As an expert advisor, you will be the main point of contact for the operational entities of the perimeters entrusted to you. You will work closely with the Department Manager and you will be responsible for:

• Ensure compliance with assurance program procedures
• Manage major claims in collaboration with brokers and insurers
• Support risk prevention by contributing to the selection of sites for audits
• Actively contribute to the prevention of contractual risks, review of contractual clauses relating to insurance in contracts and agreements signed by entities in your scope.
• Track budget and make recommendations to internal clients
• Participate in due diligence activities related to acquisitions
• Manage policy renewals, analyzing needs, proposing coverage solutions
• Support tendering processes with brokers and/or insurers
• Manage insurance contracts, their implementation, their adaptation to changes in the environment, the integration of new risks, the adjustment of premiums, the updating of coverages and the issuance of endorsements.
• Ensuring the quality of services provided by brokers and insurers

YOUR PROFILE as an Insurance Advisor:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in insurance, business management, law, or risk management.
• A minimum of 10 years of extensive experience in the insurance and risk management sector, with developed contract review skills.
• Experience in the energy/commodities sectors is a plus, as is project management experience.
• Demonstrated expertise in Professional Liability insurance (including claims management) and property and business interruption insurance.
• Strong knowledge of risk analysis techniques, including legal and contractual risk analysis.
• Strong interpersonal skills, working effectively in teams and with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds.
• Open to various modes of thinking.

What You Can Expect

The Project Management, Advisor is the primary manager of all phases of an energy project, with the objective of successful completion on time and within budget, while maintaining quality, safety, and cash management standards, and producing strong customer references. Assigned projects will include a combination of energy efficiency measures, renewable generation installations, and various carbon reduction strategies, to help public sector, commercial and industrial customers around the United States become more sustainable, save money, and improve processes in their plants and services to their end-users. In this role, you will manage one to several projects simultaneously from early development through post-construction, including design, contract negotiations, and project implementation.

In addition to assigning responsibilities to the project team and establishing schedules for individual team members, the Project Management, Advisor oversees various technical aspects of the project. This includes developing the project scope, conducting savings analysis, and ensuring the feasibility of proposed measures. Collaborating closely with the Sales team, you assist in customer presentations and interviews during the project's development phase. You will liaise with the Legal department to prepare and negotiate customer agreements and change orders, ensuring all contractual obligations are met. The Project Management, Advisor is also responsible for managing all cost components throughout project implementation, maintaining precise budget records, and promptly notifying supervisors of any necessary adjustments. You will work alongside the construction manager to establish a comprehensive project schedule with regular progress milestones, ensuring timely completion. Alongside these responsibilities, you actively engage with Accounting to facilitate monthly customer invoicing and address any payment delays or issues proactively. You will ensure compliance with local labor regulations and oversee the timely completion of monitoring set-up packages and final job close-out information.

This position can sit in Sacramento, CA and will report to the Director of Project Management.

What You’ll Bring

• A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in which you have gained a knowledge of construction management, engineering elements, and project management functions
• A minimum of seven (7) years of related work experience, including training
• Proficient in financial analysis skills to predict customer project economics and manage project budgets
• Strong negotiation skills that protect ENGIE’s interests on a given project, while building customer and vendor/subcontractor rapport
• Ability to prepare and write accurate customer reports and RFX responses, with attention to customer goals and needs
• Capability to create and execute project development and delivery schedules
• Excellent adherence to schedule, and collaborative problem-solving skills to maintain budget, schedule, and customer satisfaction
• High standards of accuracy, appearance, and thoroughness of project documentation
• Ability to review engineering work across all typical energy project scope types
