The Battery Energy Storage Technical Expert will serve as the referent within the company on all technical aspects related to battery energy storage systems (BESS). RENEWABLE GASES EUROPE (RGE) is ENGIE’s business entity responsible for the development of renewable and low carbon gases[1] production in Europe. Since 2015, ENGIE has been developing biomethane production activity. At the beginning of 2023, its portfolio includes 26 plants in operation, of which 19 are self-operated, with a total production capacity of 550 GWh/y @100% and a development pipeline of 1.4 TWh/y.

ENGIE is determined to become a leading player in 1G[2] biomethane in Europe. The ambition is to grow rapidly to reach 10 TWh/y of biomethane production capacity by 2030.

In Europe, outside France, biomethane production projects are already under development in the United Kingdom, the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Poland and Italy. Spain, Portugal and Romania are other countries of interest. The strategy is to develop projects, greenfield and through M&A, to inject biomethane into the gas grid or to produce bioLNG.

Au sein de la Direction des Ressources Humaines de la BU France Retail, nous recrutons notre :

Appui RH - Prévention Santé & Sécurité au travail / RSE / Immobilier (H/F) en alternance – La Défense

Tes missions :

Tu seras en appui du responsable sécurité pour le suivi du plan de développement des compétences et pour l’accompagner dans les actions de préventions mises en œuvre dans le cadre du Plan d’Actions Prévention de France Retail. Tu seras force de proposition sur les tâches qui te sont affectées dans une démarche d’amélioration continue.

• Accompagner le responsable sécurité dans le pilotage du volet PSST du Plan de Développement des Compétences (PDC) :

• Animé la filière prévention sécurité
• Suivre des indicateurs de performance pour mesurer l'efficacité des règles de prévention en place
• Suivre et analyser les remontées d’incidents des différentes filières.
• Suivre le plan de communication pour informer les différentes parties-prenantes de la nouvelle organisation et les accompagner dans la mise en œuvre de celle-ci.
• Suivre la programmation et l’avancée des VMS des managers
• Participer à l’élaboration des documents réglementaires (Bilans, Dossiers Instances Représentatives du Personnel, Reportings) ;
• Contribuer à la mise en place d’actions de sensibilisation liées à la Prévention Santé Sécurité au Travail en collaboration avec  le responsable sécurité :
• Appui sur les actions de sensibilisation à la Santé Sécurité, à la QVT 
• Proposition de calendrier d’actions, et mises en œuvre de celles-ci
• Suivi des actions et des indicateurs associés

Tes compétences :

Tu disposes d’une expérience des outils bureautiques :

• Excel (tableau croisé dynamique, graphique)
• Word
• Powerpoint
• Outils collaboratifs

Naturellement tu as du savoir-faire :

• Sens de l'organisation et des priorités,
• Rigueur, disponibilité et réactivité,
• Aisance à l'écrit et à l'oral

Créativité Mais aussi du savoir-être (travail en équipe, autonomie, …) :

• Autonomie
• Facilité d'adaptation,
• Aisance relationnelle, sens de la communication et du service,
