Ce vei face:

  • Vei asigura operarea în condiții optime de siguranță în exploatare și eficiență a tuturor echipamentelor de producție energie fotovoltaică.
  • Vei elabora și implementa planurile de acțiuni care vizează optimizarea producției fotovoltaice.
  • Vei asigura comunicarea cu partenerii din cadrul proiectului și respecta obligațiile contractuale.
  • Vei asigura suportul decizional pentru reducerea downtime-ului sistemelor PV.
  • Vei asigura gestionarea echipamentelor energetice.
  • Vei participa la studii tehnice pentru diagnosticarea și auditul sistemelor PV.
  • Vei monitoriza, actualiza și optimiza producțiile energetice.
  • Vei coordona electricieni on-site sau remote pentru soluționarea diverselor probleme de funcționare a sistemelor PV.
  • Vei efectua manevre în posturile trafo JT/MT conform procedurilor și a normelor în vigoare.
  • Vei realiza cuantificarea și centralizarea datelor de producție și a parametrilor specifici sistemelor PV.
  • Vei întocmi planuri detaliate de lucru lunare/trimestriale, vei monitoriza respectarea implementării acestora și executarea la timp a activităților.
  • Vei întocmi planurile de mentenanță (corectivă și preventivă) ale echipamentelor și te vei asigura împreună cu departamentele interne și subcontractori de implementarea acestora.
  • Vei asigura asistență de specialitate pe parcursul derulării ofertării și contractării serviciilor O&M PV.
  • Vei elabora planul serviciilor și măsurilor energetice coroborate cu mecanismele pieței de energie electrică.
  • Vei asigura suport departamentului financiar la facturare conform angajamentelor din contractele tip PPA (Power purchase agreement).

 

Experiență, calificări, cunoștințe și abilități:

  • Studii superioare finalizate;
  • Autorizație ANRE IIIB;
  • Experiență minimum 5 ani în domeniul electric JT/MT;
  • Cunoștințe de contract PV tip PPA (power purchase agreement) și raportarea aferentă;
  • Cunoștințe de SCADA și automatizări specifice parcurilor fotovoltaice;
  • Permis cat. B și disponibilitate la deplasări;
  • Bune abilități de comunicare;
  • Abilități de coordonare echipe;
  • Bune abilități de organizare și planificare a activităților.

What You Can Expect

The Project Management, Advisor is the primary manager of all phases of an energy project, with the objective of successful completion on time and within budget, while maintaining quality, safety, and cash management standards, and producing strong customer references. Assigned projects will include a combination of energy efficiency measures, facility renovations, renewable generation installations, and various carbon reduction strategies, to help public sector, commercial and industrial customers around the United States become more sustainable, save money, and improve their processes and facilities. In this role, you will manage one to several projects simultaneously from early development through post-construction, including design, procurement, contract negotiations, and project implementation.

 

In addition to assigning responsibilities to the project team and establishing schedules for individual team members, the Project Management, Advisor oversees various technical aspects of the project. This includes developing the project scope, conducting savings analysis, and ensuring the feasibility of proposed measures. Collaborating with the Sales team, you will evaluate and qualify opportunities and participate in customer presentations and interviews during the development phase. As one of the primary customer contact during the development and implementation phases, you will ensure complete customer satisfaction with ENGIE’s services. You will liaise with the Legal department to prepare and negotiate customer agreements and change orders, ensuring all contractual obligations are met. The Project Management, Advisor is also responsible for managing all cost components throughout project implementation, maintaining precise budget records, and promptly notifying supervisors of any necessary adjustments. You will work alongside the construction manager to establish a comprehensive project schedule with regular progress milestones, ensuring timely completion. Alongside these responsibilities, you actively engage with Accounting to facilitate monthly customer invoicing and address any payment delays or issues proactively. You will ensure compliance with local labor regulations and oversee the timely completion of monitoring set-up packages and final job close-out information.

 

This position is in Detroit, Michigan so there is an option of being remote within the state of Michigan and will report to the Project Management Director.

 

 

What You’ll Bring

  • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in which you have gained a knowledge of construction management, engineering elements, and project management functions
  • A minimum of seven (7) years of related work experience in project management and/or engineering of complex projects including training and certifications
  • You are proficient with MS Office; including, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project
  • Skillful in financial analysis skills to predict customer project economics and manage project budgets
  • Strong negotiation skills that protect ENGIE’s interests on a given project, while building customer and vendor/subcontractor rapport

Compensation

Salary Range: $112,000 – $172,500 USD annually

Project Management Senior

As our Project Management Senior (PM) working in a self-managed team concept, you will be a part of the ENGIE capital projects team based at the beautiful University of Iowa Campus in Iowa City, Iowa.  Our projects are located on both the main and Oakdale  campuses and include the University Hospital. As part of this team you will be responsible for managing utility infrastructure capital projects associated with expanding and maintaining the utility system on the campus. Projects range in size from $100,000 to $50M, with completion of each taking the span of 1-5 years. 

 

This position is being hired in support of a fifty (50) year concession agreement to operate, maintain and enhance the University of Iowa’s utility system.  The projects you’ll take on will involve numerous and diverse projects in the areas of electric and thermal energy production and distribution, as well as storm and wastewater infrastructure.

 

No two days are the same, starting with the development stage  you will be submitting reports and conducting meetings with Team members, subcontractors and stakeholders on a regular basis, providing oversight and sharing updates on projects and planning, solving construction challenges through collaboration  and clearing the path and working towards successful completion. The key measurements of success are successful completion of projects with no health, safety or environmental and public relations,  on time and under budget.  You will be managing contracts for both Design and construction of capital projects within the central plants, and managing project teams made of internal staff, external consultants  and operations and maintenance staff.

 

Additional duties include the following:

 

  • Administer contracts to include the development of project specifications, a detailed scope of work and principle contract provisions, working closely with corporate Contracts Management and the Procurement Department
  • Work with the University stakeholders, ENGIE colleagues, and ENGIE contractors, including engineers, architects, construction firms, and other contractors to develop and execute projects
  • Partner with Program Manager and Operations and Maintenance leadership to identify potential projects and develop business justifications

 

 

What You’ll Bring  

  • You have earned a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or in a technical field from an ABET accredited institution
  • You will have gained a minimum of five (5) years of experience in the successful management of construction or maintenance projects in which you gained experience with managing complex projects to successful completion, such as those involving schools, hospitals, manufacturing or universities 
  • Possess or have the desire to achieve a PMP Certification
  • You will have experience in fostering and adhering to the highest safety standards, ensuring the safety of all employees, contractors, and the general public
  • You will have gained expertise in developing work packages for execution to include: statement of scope, change management, performance testing, QA/QC requirements, parts/tools, man-hours, material procurement, technical data sheets, drawings/specifications, task procedures and job safety plans
  • You will have gained experience creating and giving presentations and professional  communications, using Microsoft Office, Procore, or other project management tools, to create written reports, project updates, and reporting data for all stakeholders including your management team, contractors, clients, and regulatory agencies
  • You are experienced with managing the financial and contractual aspects of capital projects
  • You will have demonstrated ability to create a team culture of camaraderie, integrity and trust among the integrated project team members  and exhibits excellent interpersonal skills that include listening to other’s ideas and viewpoints and the resolution of conflict situations

JOB PURPOSE:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Plan, organize, and participate in implementing retro-fit works, decommissioning/re-commissioning IT racks, new installation of electrical circuits.
Defining project scope and perform project estimates.
Manage all aspects of the design.
Provide quotations for works to client organisation, ensure project estimates are accurate and the project scope is executable within the budget
Oversee and coordinate the submission of material submittals, drawings, and method statements for client approval
Obtain, Coordinate and oversee subcontractor project executions
Prepare project implementation schedules/plans.
Communicate project, subcontractor and package updates to line manager.
Plan, oversee and complete all startup, testing and commissioning functions.
Review subcontractor BOQs and invoices for accuracy and completion and verify subcontractor completed works are in line with contract requirements
Create project commissioning plans and system specific templates and tests for subcontractor testing
Coordinate with clients on project documentation, health and safety requirements and subcontractor compliance
Oversee various contractors and internal staff during design, specification, bid, installation and management phases
Support procurement team in creating project RFPs based on project requirements and float them for tender and bidding in the market
Manage approvals, completion of work and payment of project consultants and contractors
Make site visits to verify and confirm project performance/QHSE and operation
Maintain organized project files and information for reporting to client, invoicing and company performance in company standards and format
Monitor project budgets and schedule and oversee performance to ensure on time, quality and on budget project execution, manage invoicing of all works completed.
Prepare periodic reports for management including status of budgets, variance/change claims, schedules, disputes, up-coming activities & safety records.
Ensure that the health and safety requirements are provided and that they comply with Engie & authorities regulations.
Provides guidance, managerial, technical support to complete project team.
Work hours at dictate of project timing but generally 5 Days/10hr.
SKILLS REQUIRED:

Job Purpose:

The Data Center Facilities BMS/DCIM Operator is responsible to supervise and control the operation of the building management system (BMS) & Data Center infrastructure Management (DCIM) System and monitor all Electrical, ELV, and fire/life safety equipment, HVAC plant activities of the Data center building services within the data center is operating at peak efficiency. Maintaining and monitoring the level of temperature in equipment’s, Trouble notifying against the DCIM alarms. The Operator serves as an expert technical resource reporting and interacting with onsite Engineers and any third-party vendors. Data center equipment that supports mission-critical servers must maintain better than 99.999% uptime.

Key Responsibilities:

Operates and maintains Building Management System (BMS) for proper function and monitors the DCIM against approved benchmarks to include; HVAC, Lighting, Fire Suppression, Generator, Plumbing, and Electrical

Carry out routine checks for correct operation of all control equipment as directed by Facility Engineer

Monitor the operation of the HVAC control systems using the BMS/DCIM to monitor performance.

Adjust variables and provide adjustment as required to ensure systems are operating correctly within parameters.

Monitor and record values of HVAC systems to build up a database of records to provide data for energy efficiency improvement.

Communicate all maintenance and repair actions in writing for information to management as required.

Should follow the Protocols if any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise at any time.

Monitors and verifies operation of all BMS/DCIM field devices.

Adjusts BMS settings and parameters to meet changing conditions, i.e., Load, Environmental, Customer needs, etc.

Records maintenance data and generates reports as needed.

Maintains job card documentation for all Alarms or changes to systems and/or equipment.

Monitors of fire detection alarm system, such as smoke detector, heat detector, sprinkler, and emergency exit, in coordination with Safety Function.

Monitors of Water tank supply level alarm, air handling unit, fresh air handling unit.

Monitors and controls the Fire pump system, motors, sewage pump, electrical system, water system in the Data Center building.

Performs miscellaneous tasks as assigned by his Facility Engineer

Daily checking healthiness of all facilities equipment’s and keeping daily logs and records of all maintenance functions.

Create the Job cards in CAFM (FSI) Mobile App as per Site requirements and close the Job cards which Engineer assigns.

Responding promptly and efficiently to emergencies calls.

Review and understand equipment and methods of operation, Electrical systems, ELV system, fire/life safety, and other systems.

Comply with all safety procedures and requirements

Support any afterhours building needs and activities as required

Attend training sessions and seminars.

Other assigned tasks as requested.

Skills Required:

 

Working knowledge of Electrical & ELV systems including secondary distribution, HVAC System interior systems

Ability to read CAD Drawings, single-line diagrams, and rough shop drawings

Possess strong knowledge in multiple skilled trades (electrical, HVAC, plumbing, etc)

 Requires ability to analyse the operation of various infrastructure systems, determine the cause of problems/malfunctions, and take corrective actions as required

Trained and experienced in BMS/DCIM operation.

In this role, you will manage one to several projects simultaneously from early development through post-construction, including design, contract negotiations, and project implementation.

 

In addition to assigning responsibilities to the project team and establishing schedules for individual team members, the Project Manager Advisor oversees various technical aspects of the project. This includes developing the project scope, conducting savings analysis, and ensuring the feasibility of proposed measures. Collaborating closely with the Sales team, they assist in customer presentations and interviews during the project's development phase. Furthermore, they liaise with the Legal department to prepare and negotiate customer agreements and change orders, ensuring all contractual obligations are met. The Project Manager Advisor is also responsible for managing all cost components throughout project implementation, maintaining precise budget records, and promptly notifying supervisors of any necessary adjustments. Additionally, they work alongside the construction manager to establish a comprehensive project schedule with regular progress milestones, ensuring timely completion. Alongside these responsibilities, they actively engage with Accounting to facilitate monthly customer invoicing and address any payment delays or issues proactively. Finally, they ensure compliance with local labor regulations and oversee the timely completion of monitoring set-up packages and final job close-out information.

 

This position will sit in Sacramento, CA and will report to the Director of Project Management.

 

 

What You’ll Bring

As our Estimator Advisor, you will be the primary cost estimation expert, resource for capital improvement projects for campus energy systems and new business development related to new partnerships with universities or commercial and industrial entities.   • You can develop, update, and maintain historical pricing data base and estimation tools to reflect current market conditions and industry standards
  • You will review and incorporate historical data from estimates, cost data, indexes, subcontracts, productivity analysis reports, etc. into unit and man-hour figures. Maintain files of working documents as back-up for estimate figures
  • You will collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather necessary information and develop accurate cost projections
  • You have experience analyzing project specifications, drawings, and other documentation to prepare comprehensive cost estimates
  • You will review general contractor pricing proposals for accuracy and gaps, and challenge assumptions and rates
  • You will conduct risk assessments and develop contingency plans to address potential cost overruns
  • You can provide cost analysis and value engineering recommendations to optimize project budgets and enhance cost efficiency

Your mission  
As an Electrical Engineer in our Nuclear Business Unit, you will manage the electrical power aspects for construction or renovation projects at nuclear power stations, especially for the Doel site, across both nuclear and conventional electrical systems. 
 

Your key responsibilities  

  •  Lead design, renovation, and optimization studies for electrical systems, ensuring compliance with local and international standards.
  • Define ratings and technical specifications for equipment such as generators, transformers, motors, AC and DC boards, emergency systems, and cabling.
  • Act as Contract Owner, managing tenders, bid analysis, negotiations, and contract awards for electrical equipment or services.
  • Coordinate interfaces with other technical disciplines and client installations.
  • Provide technical and commercial follow-up for contracts.
  • Participate in factory acceptance and commissioning tests for electrical systems.
  • Offer consulting expertise in electrical systems specific to nuclear generation units.
