Your responsibility:

Your profile:

  • You have at least 2/3 years of experience in DevOps
  • Experience with Kubernetes mandatory

Additionally, you take ownership of continuous cybersecurity risk and incident management. You advise senior management on cybersecurity risks, threats, and their impact to the organization, as well as manage continuous cybersecurity capacity and capability building within the organization.

 

Your profile:

  • At least 10 years of experience in cybersecurity roles, including a minimum of 3 years in critical infrastructure and leadership experience.
  • Track record of securing and working with different technologies as well as effectively communicating with stakeholders from varied backgrounds.
  • Relevant certifications, such as ISC2, ISACA, GIAC, ISO27001
  • Experience in securing Cloud Technologies and in Secure Development Lifecycle (Secure SDLC)
  • Familiarity with SOCs and adeptness in enhancing situational awareness in complex environments
  • Experience in the Energy industry and / or distributed systems is an advantage
  • English fluency is mandatory

Contexte:

 

Le service Risk Official de GEMS recherche un stagiaire en ingénierie. Ce service est responsable de la production et de la fourniture d'analyses de risques (VaR, Greek, Valo, etc.). Les outils utilisés pour produire ces données sont fréquemment mis à jour en raison des besoins commerciaux ou des améliorations techniques. Ces changements ont un impact significatif sur les valeurs des analyses de risques. Les écarts produits nécessitent une analyse approfondie et une justification par les analystes commerciaux. Ce processus est compliqué, très fastidieux et demande beaucoup de ressources.

Pour optimiser l'étude des écarts, ce service souhaite s'équiper d'un outil automatisé. Cet outil garantira la fiabilité des études des écarts et facilitera le travail des analystes commerciaux.

 

Role:

 

  • Se familiariser avec les indicateurs produits par les différentes analyses de risques : Greek, Var, Valo, STT, etc.

 

• Mettre en place des outils de comparaison automatisés entre différents ensembles de données

 

• Analyser les corrélations entre toutes les analyses de risques

 

• Proposer un tableau de bord unifié et simplifié des impacts sur toutes les analyses de risques

Overview

 

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated OT Cyber Security Engineer to support and manage cyber security for our solar and wind power plants located across India. The ideal candidate should be proficient in SCADA systems, PLC Devices, RTU devices, firewall & network infrastructure, and OT cyber security frameworks. This role requires adherence to Group guidelines, implementation of CEA requirements, Govt Compliance and strong collaboration with project teams to meet cyber security needs for new & existing projects.

 

Purpose & Function

 

The OT Security Engineer is responsible for safeguarding industrial control systems (ICS) and critical infrastructure from cyber threats. This role involves conducting risk assessments, implementing security measures, responding to security incidents, and ensuring compliance and Industrial standards to ensure the secure operation of OT environments.
The successful candidate is expected to be working closely in collaboration with the local sites, AMEA Hub, Group offices, Site Engineers, and other members of the organization, including vendors and contractors to deliver the OT Security scope effectively.

 

Key Responsibilities
•Oversee the cyber security infrastructure of 2+ Gigawatt renewable energy plants distributed throughout India.
•Administer and manage various SCADA systems including Schneider SCADA, ABB SCADA, Citect SCADA, and Aviva SCADA.
•Ensure compliance with relevant Industrial and policies & standards. Regularly review and update Operating Manual, Procedures and work instructions.
•ICS & OT Framework implementation activities across all sites.
•Conduct risk assessments and vulnerability analyses to identify and mitigate potential security threats.
•Develop Dashboards for all sites for monthly compliance monitoring.
•Assist in managing the MOC processes for changes to OT systems, including MOC creation, approvals, implementation, and close-out processes.
•Develop and maintain a System Life Cycle & Obsolescence plan for the sites.
•Provide first line of support for monitoring to detect unusual activities and potential threats.
•Lead and drive Continuous Improvements initiatives in OT Security deliveries in all Assets.
•Implement and manage Fortinet firewalls and Cisco switches to ensure robust network security.
•Manage LAN/WAN operations, including routing, switching, and network drawing management.
•Handle Windows Server management, Windows client administration, application installation, and management.
•Perform server hardening and IT infrastructure hardening.
•Follow and implement ICS (Industrial Control Systems) cyber security frameworks.
•Administer antimalware solutions, ensuring comprehensive protection across IT and OT environments.
•Conduct end-to-end IT & OT implementation, management, and administration.
•Collaborate with project teams to address cyber security requirements for new projects.
•Support and prepare for cyber security audits.
•Understand and implement ISMS (Information Security Management System) requirements for all plants and offices.
•Stay updated and implement new technologies relevant to OT cyber security.
•As a member of OT Cybersecurity team, provide support for GAP assessments on existing plant control system network.
•Co-ordinates with design and operational team to assess the security of OT systems, provide technical inputs to design team.
•Serves as the primary technical analyst for the OT Network Monitoring service offering.
•Work directly with various organizational team(s) to help analyse OT network traffic patterns.
•Promptly respond to issues related to active vulnerabilities, current risk, and migration evaluation status.
•Perform OT control system testing and validation at plant.
•Discuss with OEM vendors for support to integrate the equipment in IT network.

 

Qualifications :-

 

•Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Electronics, IT, or a related field.
•Well versed with ISA/IEC 62443, ISO 27001, NIST framework
•Extensive experience with SCADA systems (Schneider, ABB, Citect, Aviva).
•Strong knowledge in firewall (Fortinet) and network infrastructure (Cisco).
•Proficient in LAN/WAN management, routing, switching concepts.
•Experience with Windows Server and Windows client administration.
•Expertise in server hardening and IT infrastructure hardening.
•In-depth understanding of ICS cyber security frameworks and OT protocols (such as OPC UA).
•Proven track record of managing IT & OT environments effectively.
•Familiarity with ISMS implementation and requirements.

PRESENTATION DE GAZ RENOUVELABLES EUROPE

GAZ RENOUVELABLES EUROPE (RGE) est l'entité d'ENGIE responsable du développement de la production de gaz renouvelables et bas carbone en Europe. Depuis 2015, ENGIE développe une activité de production de biométhane. Début 2023, son portefeuille comprend 26 centrales en exploitation, dont 19 détenues majoritairement et exploitées, avec une capacité de production totale de 550 GWh/an @100% et un pipe de développement de 1,4 TWh/an.

ENGIE est déterminé à devenir un acteur majeur du biométhane en Europe. L'ambition est de croître rapidement pour atteindre une capacité de production de biométhane de 10 TWh/an d'ici 2030.

En Europe, en dehors de la France, des projets de production de biométhane sont déjà en cours de développement au Royaume-Uni, aux Pays-Bas, en Belgique, en Allemagne, en Pologne et en Italie. L'Espagne, le Portugal et la Roumanie sont d'autres pays d'intérêt. La stratégie consiste à développer des projets, en propre et par le biais de fusions-acquisitions, pour injecter du biométhane dans le réseau de gaz ou pour produire du bioGNL.

Pour concrétiser cette forte ambition, RGE étend son organisation, en France et en Europe, en s'appuyant sur des organisations opérationnelles locales dans chaque pays et sur une organisation globale qui gère et soutient l'activité et s'appuie sur les ressources de T&G.

 

Description du poste

En tant que Chef de Projet Applicatif, vous jouerez un rôle central dans la transformation numérique d’ENGIE BiOZ et de RGE. Vous serez responsable de la gestion de divers projets applicatifs, tels que l’implémentation du module SAP SD, le déploiement d’outils Groupe pour la Finance et les Achats, la mise en place d’un TMS (Transport Management System) et d’un système d’hypervision de nos centrales. Bien que ces projets soient distincts et variés, ils partagent tous un objectif commun : contribuer au succès de notre entreprise.

 

Votre mission consistera à coordonner ces projets, parfois transversaux et européens, en collaboration étroite avec les équipes métier et techniques. Vous devrez faire preuve d’une grande adaptabilité pour comprendre les spécificités de chaque projet et mettre en œuvre les meilleures solutions pour répondre aux besoins de l’entreprise.

 

En outre, vous serez Application Manager pour certaines applications, garantissant leur stabilité, leur performance et leur évolutivité.

 

Vous relèverez directement du Responsable Applications et Projets.

 

En tant que chef de projet applicatif, vous devrez :

 

  • Piloter la mise en œuvre de projets applicatifs, depuis le cadrage du besoin jusqu'à la conception et la livraison. Vous vous assurez également de bien cadrer le passage du projet en mode RUN.

  • Accompagner la rédaction des cahiers des charges si nécessaire.
  • Piloter les appels d’offre lorsque cela est requis.
  • Assurer la coordination et la communication entre les différentes parties prenantes du projet.
  • Pour certains projets, définir le « cœur » et suivre le déploiement au sein des entités de la RGE.
  • Gérer les risques et les problèmes liés au projet, et proposer des solutions appropriées.
  • Préparer des rapports de projets clairs et précis pour les parties prenantes, intégrant l’avancement, les risques, les difficultés et les solutions proposées.
  • Élaborer et gérer le budget de chaque projet, suivre les coûts et assurer la rentabilité du projet.
  • Mettre en place une gouvernance efficace avec les équipes, y compris les prestataires éventuels (rôles et responsabilités, comités, etc.).

 

En tant qu'Application Manager, vous serez également responsable de :

 

  • Garantir la stabilité, la performance et l’évolutivité des applications sous votre responsabilité.
  • Assurer la maintenance et les mises à jour régulières des applications pour répondre aux besoins évolutifs de l’entreprise.
  • Collaborer avec les équipes techniques pour résoudre les incidents et améliorer continuellement les applications.

Compétences attendues

 

Nous recherchons un profil possédant :

  • Une expérience significative en gestion de projets applicatifs, y compris des projets complexes impliquant plusieurs équipes.
  • Une connaissance approfondie des environnements ERP, avec une préférence pour SAP. La capacité à piloter des projets ERP dans divers domaines est essentielle. En 2027, la RGE devra migrer vers l’ERP (SAP) commun au Groupe, un projet nécessitant une forte coordination avec les Métiers et les équipes de déploiement mobilisées par le Groupe.
  • Une aptitude à travailler en équipe et à collaborer efficacement avec différents Métiers.
  • D’excellentes compétences en communication, avec la capacité de présenter des informations complexes de manière claire et concise.
  • De solides compétences en négociation.
  • Une capacité à analyser les problèmes, évaluer les options et proposer des solutions appropriées.
  • Une maîtrise de l’anglais, tant à l’écrit qu’à l’oral.

Our Industrial Controls Engineer is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining industrial control systems (ICS) and related operations technology (OT) network and support systems to ensure corporate objectives of operational efficiency and reliability are met for the Utility Network. This position is located at the University of Iowa campus in Iowa City, IA

 

On a daily basis the Industrial Controls Engineer will primarily serve the Meters & Controls (M&C) department but may also provide support to the Campus’s Water Plant, Chilled Water Plant, Power Plants and Distribution systems. They will work with the senior controls and networking engineer and field (E&I) technicians to implement programming and/or repair of ICS and networking/support systems. They will provide review and input to design and construction plans for upgrades or expansions to ensure seamless integration of controls and facilitate the transfer of reliable data to the PI data analytics platform.

 

  • You will be responsible for addressing all tasks and fulfilling all responsibilities with a “safety first” mindset
  • You will be supporting development of controls masterplans to continuously improve and upgrade equipment with technology changes. You will develop, and review approved specifications, drawings, and technical documents for controls projects. You will write control sequence of operations to meet engineering designed specifications
  • You will specify control system components or direct modification of products to ensure conformance with engineering design and performance specifications. You will be writing programs and developing graphics for industrial/utility systems that meet engineering designed specifications.  You will be researching, evaluating, and designing controls system and processes to facility specifications, applying knowledge of engineering principles
  •  You’ll be providing technical assistance to field technicians regarding project specific equipment and materials, assisting in the preparation of studies, materials and methods, recommendations, and cost estimates as required.  You will communicate on a regular basis with co-workers on project teams and update supervisors on any ongoing concerns or issues

What You Can Expect

As the IT / Control System Infrastructure Engineer located in Washington, DC you will be responsible for the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of SCADA software systems used for monitoring and controlling industrial processes.  This role is critical for ensuring the efficiency, reliability, and safety of our operations. 

 

The position will also involve creating and maintaining documentation to ensure adherence to  industry standard SCADA software standards and cybersecurity controls, aligning with all levels of the Purdue Security Model. Additionally, the incumbent will be required to comply with all government regulations, including FERC/NERC CIP, as well as guidelines imposed by other governing bodies relevant to the specific plant facility.

 

No two days are the same in this role. As the IT / Control Systems & Infrastructure Engineer, you will be immersed in a dynamic plant environment, working hands-on with plant personnel, including engineers, OT instrumentation technicians, and network engineers, to support and optimize our control and network systems. From developing and implementing SCADA systems to troubleshooting and enhancing OT network infrastructure, you will be at the center of operational excellence.

 

Reporting to the System Operation Director, your primary duties encompass:

 

  • Designing, developing, deploying, and providing ongoing maintenance for SCADA software systems utilized within plant instrumentation and control systems (Example of SCADA application knowledge includes; Rockwell FactoryTalk, Aveva PI, GE iFix & Simplicity)
  • Must be able to support plant personnel with industrial processes, including sensors, transmitters, controllers, and final control elements and their interconnection to the specific level of the Perdue model
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including software specifications, user manuals, and system configurations
  • Ability to assist with the installing, configuring, and commissioning instrumentation systems onsite
  • Provide ongoing maintenance and support for SCADA systems, ensuring uptime and reliability
  • Performing troubleshooting, diagnostics, and maintenance activities to ensure optimal performance and reliability of SCADA systems and other key OT hardware devices, where applicable
  • Work closely with plant personnel to understand operational needs and provide technical support
  • Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to ensure strict compliance with security standards and protocols
  • Collaborating with other engineering disciplines (such as electrical and mechanical) to integrate instrumentation systems into larger projects
  • Conducting performance testing, calibration, and validation of SCADA systems within the instrumentation and OT environments to ensure accuracy and compliance with standards
  • Providing technical support and training to operations and maintenance teams on instrumentation systems, when necessary
  • Keeping abreast of industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices in instrumentation engineering
  • Collaborate with Plant SCADA Instrumentation Technicians, Plant Maintenance personnel, and Regulatory Compliance agencies to establish and implement best practices, as well as company IT and OT standards, for the configuration, security, and maintenance of plant Industrial Control Systems (ICS).

 

 

What You’ll Bring

  • A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, or related technical field where you have gained an understanding in information technology and plant controlled environments
  • A minimum of five (5) years of experience in SCADA and IT systems operations.
  • A minimum of five (5) years of experience with Operational Technology (OT)/Industrial Control Systems (ICS)
  • Strong knowledge and experience in managing and supporting Microsoft Windows OS technology,
  • Strong knowledge of virtualization technology, specifically VMWare ESXi and Nutanix AHV.
  • Proficiency in OS and application patching capabilities; Ivanti System Operations skill is beneficial but not mandatory.
  • Proficiency in major operating systems, Microsoft Office, virtualization, backup and recovery software, disk backup, and network monitoring software.
  • Proficiency and working knowledge of SCADA system platforms;  Rockwell Factory Talk, Aveva PI, GE iFix & Simplicity
  • Understanding and compliance with NERC CIP standards, processes, and controls; participation in SCADA Network security assessments and audits.
  • Understanding of SCADA system communication and protocols to secure the network without impacting reliability is beneficial; Modbus; BACnet; TCP/IP.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with individuals of varied technical skill levels.
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments promptly with high accuracy.
  • Effective project management and time management skills to meet strict regulatory deadlines.
