- Understanding of GIS & AIS Substations, HV systems, MV systems, LV systems and distribution, UPS, MV & LV distribution, busducts, diesel generator and local National (chilean) electrical normatives.

- Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of electrical systems in large-scale construction projects and ability to oversee multidisciplinary teams effectively.

- Full professional fluency in English and Spanish is required. As it’s need to communicate complex technical concepts clearly with international stakeholders, vendors, and teams.

- Proven track record in hyperscale data center and mission-critical projects, preferably within the data center or Electrical Industrial projects.

Jouw missie  
 
Als Revit Designer voor rioleringscontractuties in onze afdeling Infrastructure draag je elke dag bij aan onze missie door een cruciale rol te spelen in het ontwerpen, modelleren en optimaliseren van rioleringssystemen. 
 
Je belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden   
 

• 3D-Modellering:

1. Creëren en aanpassen van 3D-modellen van rioleringsconstructies met behulp van Revit.
2. Integreren van constructies in bestaande BIM-modellen.

• Plannen en Technische Details:

1. Opstellen van gedetailleerde plannen, doorsneden en aanzichten voor rioleringsconstructies.
2. Voorbereiden van nauwkeurige technische tekeningen 
3. In samenspraak met de projectingenieur en de andere betrokken CAD medewerkers wordt het hele rioleringsstelsel bekeken en worden de constructies die verduidelijking nodig hebben opgelijst. Gaande van overstort-, uitstroom-, drempelconstructies, pompstation, bergbezinkingsbekkens,…
4. Hiervan worden vervolgens detailtekeningen gemaakt in Revit, rekening houdend met de invloed op de omgeving en de rest van de infrastructuurelementen.

• Coördinatie en Samenwerking:

1. Nauw samenwerken met civiel ingenieurs, architecten en andere projectteamleden.

• Documentatie en Rapporten:

1. Voorbereiden van technische rapporten en projectdocumenten.
2. Bijhouden van nauwkeurige en up-to-date documentatie van wijzigingen in de modellen.
3. De hoeveelheden van de “speciale constructies” worden vervolgens ook bepaald en aan de calculatiedienst doorgegeven.

En tant que qu’ingénieur projet HVAC au sein de notre département Nucléaire, vous contribuerez chaque jour à notre mission en jouant un rôle crucial dans le groupe HVAC, qui fait partie du Centre de Compétences « Métier Sûreté Nucléaire & Ingénierie », est en charge des activités de conseil et d'ingénierie suivantes : 
 
Vos principales responsabilités   

• Gérer le projet EDF (modifications HVAC), que ce projet soit une modification matérielle ou intellectuelle ;
• Piloter et coordonner les différents acteurs de l’affaires en suivant le processus GIOP (EDF) ;
• Avoir une maitrise de son affaire afin d’être critique sur les solutions proposées (d’un point de vue planning, technique, contractuel, financier…) ;
• Rédiger les livrables de l’IP et piloter les actions projet ;
• Piloter le planning de son affaire et faire remonter les informations nécessaires au planificateur ;
• Suivre et surveiller les entreprises titulaires de marchés (sous-traitants) pour EDF en phase réalisation et déploiement, d’un point de vue technique, planning, contractuel et financier ;

Essential Educational Qualifications

• Preferably should have practical knowledge and exposure of Gas Turbine technology and multistage Desalination plant.

Job responsibility

Safety, Quality & Environment

• Perform all operational activities in line with the safety management system and environment management systems.
• Responsible to perform the duties as Designated Person and other duties in line with the implementation of safety rules.
• Provide monitoring for the ongoing maintenance jobs on assigned areas.
• Reporting of unsafe conditions and unsafe behaviors.
• Perform any tasks which may be assigned in the occurrence of any emergency under the Plant Emergency Response Procedure.

Plant Operations

• Conducts routine plant checks i.e. plant round ups and completion of log sheets.
• Perform operational actions under direction from the CRE (i.e. valve operation, switching on/off pumps or resetting the local alarms etc) to avoid any abnormal plant operations or to correct existing abnormalities.
• Perform the duties of stand in CRE whenever necessary.
• Prepares plant for start-ups in accordance with operations procedure.
• Performs plant shut down and extended shut down preservation of plant routines in accordance with operations procedure.
• Perform manual intervention actions during trip conditions and maintains close supervision to ensure safe run down of plant. 
• Practical application of safety rules performing safe plant isolations from the system to allow routine maintenance activities. De-isolates and restores plant equipment safely to the system. 
• Perform routine maintenance activity on the plant such as lube oil top-up in the absence of maintenance personnel.
• Support CRE during emergency situations.
• Carry out the sample analysis of the plant process steam water cycle in cases where Chemist is not on-site and on Demin water, distillate, potable water and other samples
• Monitors and evaluates performance of various plant systems and equipment.
• Responsible for maintaining safety and housekeeping of the plant.
• Initiates routine operational activities.

Maintenance activity

• Perform lube oil top up as required on plant equipment.
• Perform routine site inspections on routine basis to regular  update plant equipment status.
• Carry out dewatering routine in specified areas of the plant as required.
• Raising Work Orders Regarding Defects and Abnormal Conditions.
• Raise service request in CMMS system for defects coordinates with the Shift Team Leader for approval.
• Assistance to maintenance personnel to pinpoint equipment defects when necessary.
• Confirm the performance of the equipment after attending the defects.

Management of Plant Chemicals

• Responsible for changing over of chemical tanks.
• Responsible for ensuring that sufficient chemical tank levels are available for plant operations.

Maintaining Water Quality

• To ensure the export quality of potable water to meet with the WHO guide lines and potable water quality standards set in PWPA.

• Follow all relevant operational procedures and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.

Missions

•    You will report to the Wind Manager and the Head of Renewable APAC.
