Votre mission

 
En tant que BIM Modeler Strakon au sein de notre département Infrastructures, vous contribuerez chaque jour à notre mission en jouant un rôle crucial dans la modélisation et la création de plans techniques précis en 2D et 3D. Vous assurerez la conformité aux normes de construction et collaborerez étroitement avec nos équipes d'ingénieurs pour garantir la qualité et l'exactitude des projets.
 
Vos principales responsabilités  
 

  • Utiliser Strakon pour développer des modèles et plans techniques d’armatures en 2D et 3D.
  • Assurer la conformité des dessins aux normes de construction, notamment les Eurocodes.
  • Contrôler la qualité des plans pour garantir leur précision et leur conformité aux réglementations.
  • Mettre à jour les plans en fonction des modifications apportées par les ingénieurs.
  • Collaborer avec les équipes projet pour comprendre les exigences et adapter les modèles en conséquence.
  • Effectuer des vérifications de conformité pour assurer la sécurité et la qualité des modèles.
  • Communiquer les besoins et les contraintes techniques aux autres membres de l’équipe.

 

Nous aimerions faire la connaissance de personnes ayant

 

  • Un bachelier en dessin technique, construction ou en génie civil.
  • Minimum 3 ans d’expérience en modélisation 2D/3D dans le secteur de la construction, idéalement avec Strakon.
  • Une maîtrise du français et de l’anglais ; des connaissances en néerlandais sont un atout.
  • Une connaissance des Eurocodes et des normes de construction relatives au béton armé.
  • Des compétences avancées en modélisation et contrôle de qualité des plans.

Senior Design Engineer

Role Summary 

As the Senior ACMV Design Engineer you will have to conduct the detailed design executed by external engineering firms or by internal Engie team; and support the project management team during the execution phase to ensure the committed system technical performances are achieved.  


Reporting to the Engineering Lead, SEA Regional Technical Office, you will be part of the engineering team in our Regional Technical Office. You will work closely with Business Development teams, Construction Management team, local Singapore entity as well as our internal Digital team, Assets Performance Management team (APM) and Innovation team. You will be based in Singapore.

 

Responsibilities 

  • Execute the detailed design: sizing, P&IDs, control strategy of the systems,  I/O points and sequence of operation
  • Coordinate with the different project stakeholders (client, consultants, Qualified Person / Professional Engineer, vendors, contractors…) to ensure a smooth flow of information and ensure the design is developed in collaboration with all parties with good quality and no scope gaps
  • Establish the equipment specifications and terms of reference for the tendering process
  • Review equipment vendors’ offers and ensure technical compliance
  • Review contractors’ offers and ensure technical compliance
  • Support project management team during the construction works to validate variations and ensure the technical compliance of the works
  • Develop tools, as the need arise, to standardize and streamline design calculations and engineering deliverables
  • Review proof of concept or test bedding of innovative technical solutions

 

Requirements

  • Degree in Thermal, Mechanical, Process Engineering, Sustainable Infrastructure Engineering (Building Services) or equivalent
  • Singapore Certified Energy Manager, BCA registered Energy Auditor or ESCO accreditation will be an advantage 
  • At least 3 years experience as Design Engineer for district cooling, HVAC project or large scale building waterside and airside cooling systems
  • Experience in cooling systems Operation & Maintenance, control systems, would be an advantage
  • Understanding of key legal and financial drivers that impact the technical solutions, would be an advantage
  • Understanding of risk management in the energy services industry
  • Goal getting, driven, committed, with strong planning and execution capabilities

What You Can Expect

As the Engineering Advisor for Transmission and Interconnection, you will play a pivotal role in supporting pre-construction development, engineering, and energy market activities for ENGIE North America’s (ENA) portfolio of utility-scale renewable assets across the United States. You will be an integral part of the Transmission and Interconnection team, contributing to renewable development efforts with a specific focus on grid interconnection and other facets of renewable energy development. Your work will be crucial in helping the company achieve its renewable energy goals and growth strategy within North America.

 

In this role your key responsibilities everyday will be:

 

  • Subject Matter Expertise: Utilize your subject matter expertise in transmission and interconnection planning, power system modeling, and analysis within Independent System Operators (ISO) or specific utilities, primarily PJM
  • Project Management: Manage and track project interconnection requests with Regional Transmission Organizations (RTO) and utilities, maintaining schedules and project databases of interconnection progress
  • Interconnection Applications: Prepare Interconnection Application packages, perform power system modeling/planning studies, study report reviews, and other tasks associated with the queue positions
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Coordinate with consultants and internal staff for engineering support of project interconnection requests, and engage utilities in negotiation of interconnection agreements, project scheduling, and interconnection site acquisition activities
  • Industry Engagement: Stay abreast of new project interconnection requirements, industry developments, technologies, and embody the company in industry advocacy groups. Remain well-informed of renewable energy opportunities in the United States and the national industry trends impacting the future of Renewable development opportunities and their competitiveness as they relate to customers

 

 

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree required, in Sciences or Engineering  

  • A minimum of seven (7) years’ experience in renewable energy, ISO, Transmission Owner (TO), or developer experience
  • Proficiency in Power Systems, Power Grid, and Power System Analysis tools
  • Results oriented with demonstrated ability to work constructively and independently within a large matrixed organization, maintaining effective relationships with Regional Transmission Organizations, other external parties, and cross-functional employee groups
  • Skilled in project management with the ability to multi-task, prioritize critical path tasks, detail oriented, and work proactively to pursue required information
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a team-based environment
  • Desire to advance the adoption and deployment of renewable energy solutions across North America

 

 

Additional Details

  • This role is eligible for our hybrid work policy
  • Must be available to travel domestically up to 25% of the time and with the need for some overnight trips

Compensation

Salary Range: $112,000 – $172,500 USD annually

 

This represents the average expected pay range for a qualified candidate.

- Technical Guidance: Provide direct support and technical input to data center services and operations teams, defining design requirements and ensuring project milestones meet regional standards.

- Site-Specific Adaptation: Address engineering requests, manage project-specific issues, and resolve technical challenges in collaboration with the engineering team to meet project requirements.

- Quality Assurance and Control: Maintain high standards in quality and control procedures, support vendor teams in technical resolutions, and oversee testing and commissioning.

- Localization Engineering: Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate new technology, and adapt designs to meet local (standards and project specifications.

- Vendor management: Experience associated with construction and project execution (request for proposals, bidding, change orders, quality control, and RFI and submittal tracking).

 

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical engineering or Process engineering or equivalent.

- Knowledge of local (Chilean) technical normatives and standards related to water system, fire protection, hazard substances handling and safety design.

- 8+ years of experience involved in industrial critical projects (data center, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, oil & gas, petrochemical, laboratory, power, water etc.).

- Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Cooling, Diesel Generators, Fire Protection, Piping systems in large-scale construction projects and ability to oversee multidisciplinary teams effectively.

- Full professional fluency in English and Spanish is required ( required to communicate complex technical concepts clearly with international stakeholders, vendors, and teams).

- Proven track record in hyperscale and mission-critical projects, preferably within the data center or Mechanical Industrial projects.

- Physically able to work on site construction environment

Votre mission

 

Le groupe HVAC, qui fait partie du Centre de Compétences « Métier Sûreté Nucléaire & Ingénierie », est en charge des activités de conseil et d'ingénierie suivantes : • Etudes de conception et de modifications depuis la faisabilité jusqu'à la mise en service d'installations nouvelles ou modifiées.   

En tant que qu’ingénieur projet HVAC au sein de notre département Nucléaire, vous contribuerez chaque jour à notre mission en jouant un rôle crucial dans le groupe HVAC, qui fait partie du Centre de Compétences « Métier Sûreté Nucléaire & Ingénierie », est en charge des activités de conseil et d'ingénierie suivantes : 
 
Vos principales responsabilités   

 

  • Gérer le projet EDF (modifications HVAC), que ce projet soit une modification matérielle ou intellectuelle ;
  • Piloter et coordonner les différents acteurs de l’affaires en suivant le processus GIOP (EDF) ;
  • Avoir une maitrise de son affaire afin d’être critique sur les solutions proposées (d’un point de vue planning, technique, contractuel, financier…) ;
  • Rédiger les livrables de l’IP et piloter les actions projet ;
  • Piloter le planning de son affaire et faire remonter les informations nécessaires au planificateur ;
  • Suivre et surveiller les entreprises titulaires de marchés (sous-traitants) pour EDF en phase réalisation et déploiement, d’un point de vue technique, planning, contractuel et financier ;
  • Organiser et animer les réunions nécessaires au bon déroulement de l’affaire ;
  • Être force de proposition quant à la meilleure stratégie à adopter pour mener à bien l’affaire (planning, coût, pérennité de la solution, REX…) ;
  • Gérer le projet Tractebel; 

 
Nous aimerions faire la connaissance de personnes ayant    

 

  • Ingénieur dans un domaine technique (Mécanique, Electromécanique,…), avec 10 and d'expérience comme ingénieur HVAC.
  • Une connaissance des centrales nucléaires REP serait un atout ;
  • Vous parlez, écrivez et travaillez en français ;
  • Vous êtes à l’aise dans la communication écrite et orale ;
  • Vous savez et aimez travailler en équipe ;
  • Capacité à rédiger des rapports, des synthèses, des spécifications techniques et à préparer des supports de réunions ;
  • Capacité à analyser, respecter et challenger un planning ;

 
Qui êtes-vous ?   

 

  • Vous êtes proactif, méthodique et aimez coordonner les actions ;
  • Précis, rigoureux, axé sur les solutions et doté d'un esprit d'équipe ;
  • Bonnes compétences en informatique (Excel, Powerpoint, Word, Access …) ;
  • Flexible concernant les horaires et les variations de charge de travail, résistant au stress ;
  • Vous n’hésitez pas à partager votre REX, vos idées et à participer à l’amélioration du fonctionnement de l’équipe Tractebel ;
