Vos missions, si vous les acceptez :

✔ Collecter, saisir et mettre à jour des informations immobilières (patrimoine, contrats, occupations)

✔ Produire des rapports : Génération d'indicateurs et de rapports à partir des données métiers

✔ Mette en œuvre des contrôles entre différentes sources de données

✔ Développer des traitements automatisés pour la mise à jour et le transfert de données

✔ Identifier et suivre des anomalies et besoins de données

✔ Support aux équipes : Réponse aux demandes de données et assistance lors des tests applicatifs

✔ Mise à jour documentaire : Intégration et contrôle des documents dans Sharepoint et IPorta

 

 

 

Ce poste est fait pour vous si:

✔ Vous êtes en Bac+2/3 préparant un diplôme de type Data Manager avec une sensibilité à la Gestion Documentaire d'entreprise / GED, type BUT informatique ou Licence professionnelle systèmes d'information et gestion de données 

✔ La maîtrise impérative des outils/formats de travail suivants est impérative : Sharepoint, Excel (sans être forcément développeur VBA vous maîtrisez les formules principales de croisement de données et être capable de mettre en œuvre des macros de base), Teams, PDF, OneDrive

✔ La maîtrise des outils : OneNote, Power Automate, PowerBI, Autocad est un plus

✔ Vous avez un grand sens de l'organisation et de la gestion des priorités

✔ Vous êtes autonome, réactif-ve et vous aimez travailler en équipe

✔ Vous êtes rigoureux-se, et avez le sens du détail et de la précision

✔ Vous avez une bonne capacité à comprendre, analyser et interpréter des données métiers et les enjeux associés

Au sein de Global Business Support (GBS), la BL Immobilier et Logistique, Espaces de Travail et Services a pour mission le déploiement de la Gouvernance Immobilière du Groupe sur l’ensemble des biens qu’il a en gestion.

Il doit ainsi :

Optimiser les coûts liés à l’immobilier sur toute sa chaîne de valeur, tout en garantissant un haut niveau de service et en promouvant un environnement de travail qualitatif et sécuritaire

Piloter le portefeuille immobilier du Groupe, au plus proche des besoins des entités et dans un objectif Net Zero Carbon 2030

Garantir une conception des espaces de travail en ligne avec les façons de travailler actuelles et futures, offrant des espaces de haute qualité et garantissant le bien-être des collaborateurs sur leur lieu de travail

Soutenir les entités du Groupe dans leurs projets en apportant l’expertise immobilière nécessaire

Promouvoir la culture « One ENGIE » au travers de la standardisation des espaces de travail, de l’utilisation de la technologie et des localisations, en lien avec les enjeux business

Continuer à professionnaliser la fonction Immobilière au travers de processus efficaces et en développant l’usage de la donnée.

🔧 Gestion des évolutions S4 HANA et Plateforme Intercos/Intracos


• Prise en charge des évolutions avec les Global Process Owners.
• Participation aux ateliers de besoins (Fit/Gap, conception détaillée).
• Suivi des phases de Design, validation des livrables avec les Global Process Owners.
• Pilotage et accompagnement lors des UATs avec les métiers.
• Suivi du déploiement en production et mise à jour des guides utilisateurs.
• Formation des utilisateurs sur les évolutions.

 

 

🤝 Assistance Partenaires S4 HANA et Plateforme Intercos/Intracos


• Support niveau II pour incidents techniques.
• Accompagnement des utilisateurs dans la mise en place de nouveaux processus.
• Assistance aux différents services d'ENGIE SA (RH, fiscalité, etc.).

 

 

🔄 Autres activités courantes


• Propriétaire du processus O2C pour les projets de création d'entités et refonte organisationnelle.
• Création et gestion des Master Data (comptabilité, tiers clients, TVA, etc.).
• Suivi des interfaces ADV et facturier du Business.

Votre profil :

🎓 Formation
• Double compétence informatique (SAP) et financière (comptabilité/contrôle de gestion).

💼 Expérience
• Plus de 7 ans d'expérience.
• Connaissance approfondie du processus O2C et de SAP HANA FICO.
• Expérience en gestion des flux Intercos/Intracos.

🔑 Compétences
• Connaissances fonctionnelles des processus de vente, contrôle de gestion et comptabilité.
• Curiosité et appétence pour SAP.
• Maitrise d'Excel, PowerPoint et Analyse for Office.
• Compétences rédactionnelles.

Within the Network & Cybersecurity (NCS) division, the Identity & Access department manages services and solutions to manage identities and accounts for the ENGIE Group.

The OKTA COE oversees the development and operations of OKTA platforms (B2E and B2B) for the group's and entities' IT departments. It also provides technical support to entities managing their own B2B or B2C platform.

 

JOB DESCRIPTION :

MAIN ACTIVITIES

The Service Delivery Manager provides functional and managerial authority over the operational teams made up of ENGIE employees and service providers. He/She reports to the Head of the Identity & Access department.

 

  • Accountable for all RUN activities of OKTA platforms under COE management.

  • Define & control RUN SLA (from GBS IT)

  • Define RUN budget & charging model, challenge & control costs

  • Monitor SLA with external partners

  • Ensure industrialization & automation, especially thanks to innovation (DevOps, Agile, AI, …)

  • Monitor users satisfaction & define associated action plan

  • Ensure compliance with ENGIE Rules (internal control, cybersecurity, DRP, Data privacy) in coordination with the Infrastructure & tech lead

  • Manage the contracts of service providers, in interaction with the Vendor Management Office

  • Drive special RUN projects (retrofits, upgrades, business reorganizations, …)

  • Secure transition to RUN for each roll out

  • Accountable for Release Management (schedule releases, environment usage, release lifecycle, …)

Your Key Responsibilities

 

- Define & Optimize Global Processes

  • Develop core model guidelines with the Global Process Owner (GPO) while ensuring compliance with legal and group regulations.
  • Shape the global service delivery strategy, ensuring alignment between local platforms and GBS.
  • Lead process innovation, driving automation and technology adoption (e.g., Nakisa Lease Administration).

 

- Drive Global Standardization & Efficiency

  • Oversee worldwide process rollouts, maintaining templates and optimizing workflows.
  • Lead KPI reporting, analyze performance, and drive process enhancements.
  • Ensure end-to-end coordination with other GPOs and cross-functional teams.

 

- Support Major Transformation & SAP Implementation Projects

Your Profile – What We’re Looking For

- Education & Expertise

  •  University degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
  •  Strong experience in Record to Report (R2R) and Fixed Asset Accounting.
  •  Solid expertise in SAP FI/CO/SAC and international SAP implementation projects.

IDENTITY & ACCESS DEPARTMENT

Within the Network & Cybersecurity (NCS) division, the Identity & Access department manages services and solutions to manage identities and accounts for the ENGIE Group.

The Digital Certificates team oversees the Public Key Infrastructure used by the group internally (AD PKI) and externally. It maintains the infrastructures in operational condition and manages the life cycle of the certificates issued to the group's entities.

JOB DESCRIPTION : 

MAIN ACTIVITIES

The Service Delivery Manager provides functional and managerial authority over the operational teams made up of ENGIE employees and service providers. He/She reports to the Head of the Identity & Access department.

 

  • Accountable for all RUN activities of Digital Certificates platforms under their management.
  • Define & control RUN SLA (from GBS IT)
  • Define RUN budget & charging model, challenge & control costs
  • Monitor SLA with external partners
  • Ensure industrialization & automation, especially thanks to innovation (DevOps, Agile, AI, …)
  • Monitor users satisfaction & define associated action plan
  • Ensure compliance with ENGIE Rules (internal control, cybersecurity, DRP, Data privacy) in coordination with the Infrastructure & tech lead
  • Manage the contracts of service providers, in interaction with the Vendor Management Office
  • Drive special RUN projects (retrofits, upgrades, business reorganizations, …)
  • Secure transition to RUN for each roll out
  • Accountable for Release Management (schedule releases, environment usage, release lifecycle, …)

Je komt terecht in een team binnen de familie van Netwerk- en Beveiligingsdiensten. De Netwerkverbinding (NET) servicelijn is gestructureerd rond drie servicegerichte teams (Service Pilots en Operations Managers), een Expertise Hub en een team voor Technische Projecten en Integratie.

 

JOUW VERANTWOORDELIJKHEDEN

 

  • Zorgen voor de integratie van nieuwe WAN/MAN-, LAN- en WiFi-oplossingen of de evolutie van bestaande oplossingen in de productieomgeving binnen het bereik van verbindingsnetwerken, en in overeenstemming met de afspraken met de klanten van deze NET-servicelijn.
  • Beheer van integratie- en productie-implementatieprojecten: zorgen voor de samenhang van oplossingen van ontwerp tot productie-implementatie, naleving van best practices en productie-implementatiecriteria garanderen, en zorgen voor de volledigheid van de documentatie.
  • Change management: deelnemen aan de operationele relatie met klanten, naleven van de processen voor wijzigingsbeheer en productie-implementatie, wijzigingen voorbereiden en beheren voor een succesvolle productie-implementatie, en de gegevensconsistentie in het asset management tool controleren.
  • Projectmanagement: naleving van de termijnen voor het verwerken van klantverzoeken en het opstellen van offertes.

 

JOUW PROFIEL

 

  • Master in computerwetenschappen of informatie technologie
  • Relevant ervaring in projectbeheer op het gebied van netwerken in een "Agile" werk omgeving
  • Uitstekend vermogen om in teamverband te werken en zeer goede communicatieve vaardigheden (mondeling en schriftelijk)
  • Analytische geest, en in staat zijn om samenvattingen te maken
  • Autonoom, dynamisch, resultaatgericht, nauwgezet en toegewijd
