YOUR PROFILE as a Field Technician Turbines

• You are mechanically skilled (A2/bachelor/graduate electromechanics) and have preferably a basic knowledge of electricity.
• Experience in maintenance of turbines, aircraft engines, derivative gas turbines or large rotating equipment is required.
• You are fluent in English and willing to obtain basic level (A2) in French or Dutch.

YOUR CHALLENGE as a Field Technician Turbines

As a Field Technician Turbines, you will actively participate in various maintenance projects, overhauls and interventions. An extra challenging aspect of the job is that no two days are the same.

• You are responsible for organizing, coordinating and performing mechanical maintenance work on industrial gas and steam turbines.
• At the start of a new construction site, you will be involved in the preparation and, together with the expert engineers from our team, determine the approach, planning and scope of the work to be performed.
• Depending on the project, you will either take on the role of site supervisor or the role of field technician (or both).
• In the role as site supervisor, you will coordinate, execute and be responsible for determining resources, ordering materials and following up on them correctly and on time.

The Acquisitions, Investments and Financial Advisory (AIFA) team at ENGIE Group is a dynamic unit involved in significant transactions and strategic initiatives. The Senior Financial Advisor in AIFA leads the valuation, risk analysis of new projects, and manages M&A and project financing transactions. This role also supervises Junior and Financial Advisors in the team.

The team works on a wide variety of projects and technologies, including energy efficiency, power generation, PPPs, networks, and more. These projects can be greenfield/brownfield, financed, or part of buy-side or sell-side M&As, negotiated deals/public tenders. Your key Accountabilities as Senior Financial Advisor AIFA 

Every day you will lead several transactions (3 to 5 totaling c.1 Bn€), contribute to decision making, supervise the work of several team members and manage interactions with internal project stakeholders and external counterparties.

• Lead the financial modeling and analysis supporting investment decisions for project development, acquisition and divestment opportunities in line with ENGIE guidelines

• Coordinate valuation, tax, accounting, reporting, financing matters across all aspects of the project

De werkomgeving

Ports and Waterways is één van de productlijnen van Tractebel, gespecialiseerd in havenengineering en waterweginfrastructuur, met projecten over de hele wereld. Jouw missie

• Je zal meewerken aan de gehele uitvoering van onze waterbouwkundige projecten.
• Je neemt de leiding over het ontwerp in een deel van een groot waterbouwkundig project
• Je neemt de rol op als project ingenieur van het project en coördineert en coacht onze junior ingenieurs en CAD-ontwerpers 
• Je dimensioneert de waterbouwkundige projecten volgens de huidige Belgische en Europese normen, wetgeving, praktijkcodes en interne richtlijnen
• Je bereidt ontwerpen voor (voorstudie, basis, aanbesteding, detail) voor maritieme structuren zoals haven- en waterbouwkundige studies: havenmeesterplanning, sluizen, kaaimuren, steigers, brugfunderingen, overstromingsgebieden, dijken, golfbrekers en het uitvoeren van analyses om de optimale installatiemethode van deze structuren te vinden; steeds met een open geest voor innovatieve en alternatieve oplossingen

Wat ga je doen 

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden als Technisch en administratief assistent - afdeling elektriciteit

De technisch en administratief assistent voor de dienst Laagspanning Elektriciteit ondersteunt de technische en administratieve werking van de dienst. Hij of zij helpt bij het beheer van technische documenten en controleert en voert onderhouds- en herstellingswerken uit aan elektrische laagspanningsinstallaties.

Administratieve ondersteuning :

- Verzoeken van interne klanten beheren (telefoongesprekken, e-mails en tickets in de interne beheertool).

- Archiveren van technische en administratieve documenten.

Steun voor de coördinatie van technische interventies om :

- Preventieve en correctieve onderhoudswerkzaamheden aan laagspanningsinstallaties plannen en controleren.

- Coördineren met technici en leveranciers om het werk uit te voeren.

- Het werkschema bijhouden en ervoor zorgen dat deadlines worden gehaald.

Voorraad- en toeleveringsbeheer :

- Voorraadniveaus van apparatuur en reserveonderdelen bewaken.

- Opstellen van inkoopaanvragen en bijhouden van bestellingen voor apparatuur.

-Leveringen van voorraden ontvangen en controleren.

Technische bijstand :

- Assisteren van technici bij het voorbereiden van werkzaamheden (technische documentatie, plannen, enz.).

- Technische ondersteuning op het eerste niveau bieden aan interne klanten op de elektrotechnische afdeling.

Opleiding en ervaring :

• Operationele technische opleiding in elektriciteit, elektrotechniek of gelijkwaardig.
• Ervaring in technische ondersteuning en ervaring in administratief management en/of facilitair management is een pluspunt.

- Praktische basiskennis van laagspanningselektriciteit (elektrische schema's lezen, elektrische kabels trekken, stopcontacten en IT-aansluitingen installeren, kabels lokaliseren, enz.)

- Bedrevenheid in kantoorautomatiseringstools (Outlook, Word, Excel, enz.).

- In staat zijn om meerdere taken tegelijk uit te voeren en prioriteiten te stellen bij noodsituaties.

- Organisatorische vaardigheden en grondigheid in het opvolgen van dossiers.

- Uitstekende mondelinge en schriftelijke communicatievaardigheden (Frans & Nederlands, Engels een plus).

- In staat zijn om in teamverband te werken en acties tussen verschillende belanghebbenden te coördineren.

- Autonomie, proactiviteit en verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel.

- Aanpassingsvermogen en initiatief.

- Strengheid en naleving van regels, met name gezondheids- en veiligheidsregels
