Buscamos incorporar un/a Técnico/a de mantenimiento eléctrico en planta de Ciclo Combinado situada en Cartagena.

 

Funciones principales

 

  • Desarrollo de estrategias de mantenimiento dentro del área eléctrica para alta, media y baja tensión, garantizando los estándares de seguridad, calidad y coste.
  • Ser responsable de la realización de las actividades de mantenimiento y las inspecciones periódicas en los sistemas eléctricos de la planta velando por el cumplimiento de las normas de seguridad, garantizando los periodos de entregas.
  • Organizar y hacer un seguimiento de las actividades realizadas por contratistas en el área eléctrica buscando el cumplimientos de los objetivos marcados previamente. 
  • Hacer propuestas encaminadas a la mejorar de la seguridad, los procesos, la economía y la disponibilidad de la planta.
  • Llevar a cabo el análisis de recambios para garantizar la disponibilidad.
  • Desarrollo, control y ejecución de proyectos enfocados a dar solución a la obsolescencia de elementos eléctricos en planta.
  • Dar cobertura a los correctivos de urgencia que sucedan en la planta para garantizar su disponibilidad en el área eléctrica.
  • Cubrir la posición del retén eléctrico en función del cuadrante establecido.
  • Completar otros trabajos asignados por su superior.             

                                                                   

Perfil profesional

 

  • Título de Ingeniería, FP o similar con 5 años de experiencia en sector industrial, ingeniería y/o mantenimiento.
  • Se valorará formación financiera o al menos un sólido entendimiento de los requisitos básicos financieros requeridos.
  • Formación en prevención de riesgos. 
  • Conocimientos en ingeniería y/o mantenimiento de plantas y sus procedimientos.
  • Tener sólidos conocimientos y experiencia demostrable en mantenimiento de sistemas eléctricos de AT, MT y BT: motores, transformadores de aceite y secos, celdas MT, cuadros eléctricos, centro de control de motores, protecciones, sistemas de c.c. estáticos, grupos electrógenos, etc
  • Valorable inglés medio, hablado y escrito.

Site Operations Manager

What You Can Expect

As the Operations Manager for two large 225 & 200 MW power plant situated in Anson, TX, you bear the responsibility for overseeing total employment, training, schedules, safety, and the day-to-day financial operations of the site. In your capacity as lead of safety, it is imperative to ensure that all permits and reports are current, valid, and in compliance with both federal and state regulatory agencies. You will be tasked with the management of vendors, subcontractors, maintenance, and consultants, coordinating efforts with third parties. Additionally, you will handle the troubleshooting of Balance of Plant (BOP) switching, Lock Out Tag Out (LOTO) functions, and communicate with landowners and local communities.

 

Your managerial role extends to leading a team comprising two technicians. Utilizing systems like Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA), you will monitor daily asset performance and regulatory compliance to meet standards set by organizations such as the National Electrical Renewables Council (NERC). Your responsibilities involve utilizing various computer-based systems, ensuring the timely update and maintenance of all documentation. Collaboration with cross-functional management may be necessary to provide reports on the status, progress, and development of various projects on-site.

 

  • May need to provide technical and management support for the operations of the wind farm site
  • Must be willing to attain substation technician certification within 12 months of hire
  • Carries out all responsibilities under environmental legislation to prevent environmental spills
  • Manages a safety program that ensuring the safe operation of the site regarding the public, employees, and equipment
  • Cooperates with internal and third parties regarding safety and regulatory compliance and responds to their recommendations in a timely manner

 

 

What You’ll Bring

  • High school diploma/ technical degree or equivalent education where you gain knowledge and or experience with leadership, management, communication, organizational, operational and prioritization skills

  • Must have five (5) years’ experience in a related industry where you have experience with industrial electrical equipment, power generations, thermal generations, line, and utility scale equipment
  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience in leadership or supervisory role of technical, operations or maintenance personnel
  • Working knowledge of wind power generating equipment and technologies and substations to identify, categorize and troubleshoot
  • Must be physically capable of entering and working in a confined space (crawl spaces, shafts, small enclosed areas) as well as work at various heights and in adverse conditions during operations, shutdowns, and in fire/emergency activities
  • Must be physically capable of wearing protective equipment (PPE) including but not limited to half and full-face respirators, fall protection equipment, hardhat, safety shoes, safety glasses
  • Knowledge of using equipment suitable for lifting up to 50 lbs, if necessary 

 

 

Additional Details

  • Must have the ability to travel domestically and internationally on limited occasions to support other sites
  • Must possess a valid U.S. driver’s license/clean driving record
  • Must be willing and able to comply with ENGIE’s policy with respect to COVID vaccination and testing

Compensation

Salary Range: $86,490 – $147,000 USD annually

 

This represents the average expected pay range for a qualified candidate.

Nous recherchons un(e) Technicien(ne) de maintenance multitechnique (H/F)

Poste basé à Paris 13

 

Au sein d'une équipe de 11 personnes, rattaché(e) à votre responsable d’équipe d’exploitation, vous assurez les missions de conduite, de maintenance et de dépannage des installations électriques et CVC sur un grand site tertiaire situé à Paris : CTA, chaudières, climatisations, armoires électriques, plomberie. Vous effectuez également des rondes techniques destinées à remonter les éventuels dysfonctionnements.

Vous intervenez auprès du client et des occupants du site pour assurer les missions de maintenance et de dépannage des installations et instaurez un relationnel de qualité.

 

Vous êtes organisé et autonome et assurez la traçabilité de vos interventions auprès des clients en rédigeant vos comptes-rendus sur les outils digitaux à votre disposition.

 

A l'aise avec les outils de GMAO  afin remplir vos gammes de maintenance et avec les outils digitaux (smartphone et tablette) vous assurez un reporting régulier auprès de votre manager.

 

Votre profil :

 

De formation BEP / BAC Pro Electromécanique, en Maintenance énergétique / Génie Climatique / Electrotechnique ou BTS Maintenance Industrielle/Energie.

Vous justifiez d'une expérience de 3 ans minimum sur des missions similaires,
Vous disposez des
habilitations électriques (BR, B2V, BC), et dans l’idéal d’une habilitation HT.

Vous tenez vos engagements et vos délais et aimez le travail bien fait,

Enfin, une bonne autonomie, le sens du travail en équipe et un bon relationnel client sont des atouts indispensables !

What You Can Expect

As our Water Treatment Technician, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining the University of Iowa's drinking water treatment plant and supporting the operations of the High-Quality Water Group. The Main Campus Water plant primarily treats surface water with supplemental well-water, while the High-Quality Water Group oversees various facilities including the Oakdale Water Plant, MacBride Nature Recreation Area Public Water System, and pools and spas across campus.

 

This position entails day shift work from Monday to Friday, with rotational on-call duties including nights, weekends, and holidays, requiring you to be on-site within one hour when called upon.

 

Each day brings new challenges, but our dedication to safety and service remains constant. Your day typically begins with a brief meeting to review priorities, discuss any plant updates, service requests, or staff observations, and plan the day's tasks efficiently and safely. Interacting with a diverse range of customers on campus, including students, faculty, and staff, is integral to this role. Professional and courteous communication to explain service and repair processes or address site safety concerns is part of daily interaction.

Your responsibilities encompass performing preventative maintenance and repairs on a variety of High-Quality Water equipment, including water softeners, reverse osmosis and deionization systems, stills, filtration systems, distillation systems, and ultraviolet disinfection systems. Additionally, you'll play a pivotal role in maintaining large plant equipment such as pumps, motors, valves, and compressors. Monitoring and maintaining chemical injection systems and piping systems, which may be composed of PVC, copper, steel, or other materials, is also a crucial aspect of your duties. Electrical troubleshooting skills are essential, involving tasks such as checking voltage to pumps, switches, and motors.  Other routine duties include flushing equipment and piping systems, replacing filters, and conducting equipment inspections. Documentation of completed preventative maintenance work, repairs, and other tasks using our computerized maintenance management system (Maximo) is essential.

 

One of the appealing aspects of this role is its dynamic nature, with work occurring across both the main and satellite campus, offering a varied and engaging work environment that is not confined to a single plant location.

 

 

What You’ll Bring

  • Possession of a High School Diploma/GED or equivalent is required
  • A minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience or a combination of training and experience totaling at least five years, demonstrating proficiency in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing repairs, as well as the safe and proper operation of water treatment equipment
  • Experience in calibrating water treatment equipment to ensure maximum performance
  • Proficiency in monitoring and tracking water quantity and quality to identify maintenance needs and establish optimal preventative maintenance schedules
  • Knowledge of instrumentation and software systems for process analysis, supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA), data processing, and report generation
  • Familiarity with safety protocols, including confined space entry, fall protection, forklift operation, lockout/tagout procedures, process safety and risk management, respirator usage, and chemical safety
  • Certification as a Water Treatment or Distribution Operator in the State of Iowa is required or a willingness to obtain certification

 

 

Additional Details

  • This role requires daily attendance at a worksite 
  • This is a field position requiring regular travel within the University of Iowa campus and satellite location to client site(s) and supply houses
  • Must possess a valid state issued driver’s license with a clean driving record. This role requires the use of company vehicles on and off campus
  • Must be willing and able to comply with ENGIE’s policy with respect to COVID vaccination and testing 
  • Must be willing and able to comply with all ENGIE ethics and safety policies 
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is exposed to weather conditions (transiting between buildings on campus)
  • The position consists of 90% work indoors and 10% work outdoors; outdoor work may expose the employee to weather conditions

  • Ability to adapt to changes in the work environment and the ability to acquire new skills as needed
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers and ENGIE leadership and staff; verbally, electronically and in writing, using Microsoft products and our CMMS to respond to service tickets,  document damages and repairs, complete service reports and make repair recommendations to customers and leadership
  • Ability to accurately read gages, charts, computer monitors, and operations manuals
  • Ability to hear warning alarms
  • Ability to operate forklifts, trucks, and other motor vehicles.
  • Ability to work safely in or with high noise levels, extreme heat, dust, high places, exhaust from purge pumps, chemicals and their fumes (sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, chlorine), fiber glass insulation, asbestos, welding hazards, cutting tools (power saws, grinders, drills, etc.), high pressure steam, hot condensate, high pressure distribution loop, and high speed rotating equipment

 

 

Compensation

Salary Range:  $30 – $43.51USD hourly

 

This represents the average expected pay range for a qualified candidate.

What You Can Expect

As the Regional Operations Director, US Renewable Generation you will provide management direction to ENGIE North America (ENGIE NA) renewable generation projects. In this role, you will be responsible for management and oversight of assets, including responsibility to ensure safety, superior operational performance, profitability, contract compliance, decision making and problem solving, regulatory compliance, legal interface, guidance and direction to Regional and Site Managers, and monitoring plant activities. You will actively promote a safety-minded working environment and safety programs consistent with the ENGIE NA Health and Safety Principle and ENGIE’s global governance initiatives. On a daily basis you will set objectives for the team in alignment with ENGIE NA strategic plan and maintains a record of their performance through regular evaluations and make recommendations for merit increases and incentive pay. Every day you will monitor the day-to-day operation, maintenance, fiscal, and administrative functions of each operating facility.

 

The Regional Operations Director will optimize plant technical performance through enhancements, upgrades and modifications to physical site equipment. You are expected to improve plant financial performance through modifications to contracts, reflecting changes in market design or operating philosophy as well as apply emerging trends to add value to existing and future ENGIE NA projects. You are responsible for the oversight and direction of plant compliance with company policies and procedures, governmental regulations, Power Purchase contract compliance, operations and maintenance agreements, annual operating plans, and good engineering practices at each facility.

 

  • Establish project objectives, policies, procedures, and performance standards within boundaries of company policy and procedures
  • Supporting the VP Field Operations in the hiring, termination, and pay schedules for ENGIE NA operating facilities
  • Recommend the hiring, termination, and pay schedules for Regional and Site Mangers positions for approval by the VP Field Operations and COO at ENGIE NA
  • Prepare and submit for review and approval annual and long term strategic plans, budgets and periodic reports for ENGIE NA managed facilities
  • Direct lender-required technical and budget review programs.
  • Identify and direct professional development of subordinates, including identifying needs and supporting plans
  • Comply with all ENGIE NA policies and procedures
  • Interface with commercial organization to enhance communications, outage decision making, dispatch decisions, metric utilization, and plant capability to maximize economic performance and/or optimize the sale of energy output from the facilities
  • Oversee the management of a portfolio of power generation facilities as an independent power producer operating in regulated, merchant, and PPA environments

 

 

What You’ll Bring

  • High school diploma/technical degree or equivalent education where you gain knowledge and or experience with leadership, management, communication, organizational, operational and prioritization skills
  • A minimum of ten (10) years’ experience with demonstrated leadership and management of staff
  • Working knowledge with Development, Operations, Maintenance, Dispatch and Optimization of Wind and Solar Assets
  • In-depth knowledge of battery storage, wind and solar power generating facilities, equipment and technologies
  • Proficiency with personal computer applications, in particular, operational and financial modeling and budgeting

As Senior Battery Business Developer you will be responsible for the development of large-scale battery storage systems in Germany for ENGIE FlexGen Europe with expected total investment costs of approx. 1.6 billion €, from the development phase to the investment decision and preparation of the implementation phase. Their focus will be on large-scale projects with investment costs of €1+ billion each.

  • Developing new business opportunities, both through organic growth and mergers & acquisitions (M&A)
  • Managing internal and external stakeholders to ensure that the projects reach the final investment decision
  • Building and managing a functional team for the battery energy storage system projects, based in both Germany and Belgium
  • Management of projects already under development, including project control (budget, planning, risk), design, procurement (with procurement support), grid connection and approvals

Your profile – what you should bring to the table:

 

  • Completed university degree in energy economics, engineering, natural sciences or a comparable course of study
  • Many years of professional experience, preferably in the power generation industry, with knowledge of BESS, the energy sector, the German legal framework, grid connection and/or the green H2 industry
  • Familiarity with the German power market, business plans, project management/business development, permitting, grid connection procedures and/or safety studies as well as experience in negotiating EPC contracts 
  • Knowledge of MS Office packages
  • Strong team and interpersonal skills, negotiation and communication skills as well as an independent and solution-oriented way of working
  • Fluency in German and English (C1 level), knowledge of Dutch or French is an advantage
