What You Can Expect 

As the Site Operations Manager for this 500 MW power plant situated near Rogers, TX, you bear the responsibility for overseeing total employment, training, schedules, safety, and the day-to-day financial operations of the site. In your capacity as lead of safety, it is imperative to ensure that all permits and reports are current, valid, and in compliance with both federal and state regulatory agencies. You will be tasked with the management of vendors, subcontractors, maintenance, and consultants, coordinating efforts with third parties. Additionally, you will handle the troubleshooting of Balance of Plant (BOP) switching, Lock Out Tag Out (LOTO) functions, and communicate with landowners and local communities.

 

Your managerial role extends to leading a team comprising four technicians and indirectly overseeing a Regional Administrator. Utilizing systems like Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA), you will monitor daily asset performance and regulatory compliance to meet standards set by organizations such as the National Electrical Renewables Council (NERC). Your responsibilities involve utilizing various computer-based systems, ensuring the timely update and maintenance of all documentation. Collaboration with cross-functional management may be necessary to provide reports on the status, progress, and development of various projects on-site.
 

  • Able to provide technical and management support for the design and operations of the solar/storage site.
  • Must be willing to attain substation technician certification within 12 months of hire date
  • Carries out all responsibilities under environmental legislation to prevent environmental spills
  • Manages a safety program that complies with all Federal and State requirements ensuring the safe operation of the site regarding the public, employees, and equipment
  • Cooperates with internal and third parties regarding safety and regulatory compliance and responds to their recommendations in a timely manner

 

 

What You’ll Bring  

  • High school diploma/ technical degree or equivalent education where you gain knowledge and or experience with leadership, management, communication, organizational, operational and prioritization skills
  • Must have five (5) years’ experience in a related industry where you have experience with industrial electrical equipment, power generations, thermal generations, line, and utility scale equipment
  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience in leadership or supervisory role of technical, operations or maintenance personnel
  • Working knowledge of wind power generating equipment and technologies and substations to identify, categorize and troubleshoot
  • Must be physically capable of entering and working in a confined space (crawl spaces, shafts, small enclosed areas) as well as work at various heights and in adverse conditions during operations, shutdowns, and in fire/emergency activities
  • Must be physically capable of wearing protective equipment (PPE) including but not limited to half and full-face respirators, fall protection equipment, hardhat, safety shoes, safety glasses
  • Knowledge of using equipment suitable for lifting up to 50 lbs, if necessary

  • Must have the ability to travel domestically and internationally on limited occasions to support other sites.

Compensation  
Salary Range: $86,490 – $147,660 USD annually 

 

This represents the average expected pay range for a qualified candidate.

What You Can Expect
As the on-site Wind Technician II, located in Seymour, TX, you will operate and maintain the site by optimizing wind generation availability and performance through established procedures with the highest regard for health, safety and environment compliance. Adaptability is crucial as tasks may vary depending on operational needs and requirements. Your primary responsibilities involve troubleshooting, repairing, reconnecting, and inspecting electrical equipment, including substations and overall site performance. At this site you will be working with high voltage energized equipment and must follow all safety procedures including Lock Out Tag Out (LOTO) grounding and other safety precautions. Collaborating with service providers and contractors, you will oversee daily work activities, produce various reports, operate site equipment, and coordinate with local utilities and Independent System Operators (ISOs) for switching and curtailments.

 

Ensuring compliance with ENGIE and regulatory agency standards, you'll conduct inspections and recurring checks on site equipment. You'll actively participate in behavior-based safety programs, enforce safety procedures, and conduct orientations and meetings to promote a safe working environment. Alongside routine inspections and serving as the main contact for landowners, you'll manage spare parts inventory, coordinate contractor work, and maintain cleanliness on-site. Gaining and maintaining GWO training is required, as well as participating in turbine climbing activities. You'll provide recommendations for operational and maintenance improvements, offer equipment operation training, and utilize Root Cause Failure Analysis techniques to address failures. You will work on computerized work order systems for purchase requisitions and receiving statuses.  From time to time you will be required to support other wind assets during planned outages and emergencies, potentially requiring overnight stays. Furthermore, you'll be part of an on-call rotation and must reside within 50 miles of the site to respond promptly to outages and emergencies.


What You’ll Bring

  • Minimum two (2) years diploma in a technical program or equivalent experience
  • Minimum two (2) years of experience and knowledge of Wind generation, Power Plant, or Substation Maintenance where you have working knowledge of industrial electrical or substation equipment including breaker, disconnects, transformers, contactors

As our Maintenance Manager, at The Ohio State University, you will be responsible for directing and managing the overall maintenance of the central utility plants (Steam, Chilled Water, Combined Heat & Power) on the campus. What You’ll Bring

  • Possess high school diploma or G.E.D
  • 5 years of supervisory experience
  • You possess steam or natural gas turbine experience
  • You have experience with Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) and Microsoft Office; managing the Maximo CMMS maintenance work order, equipment history and record keeping system
  • You will be responsible for maintaining compliance with regulatory bodies (PUCO, OEPA, OSHA)  
  • You will direct maintenance personnel in the maintenance, repair and upgrade of utility plants that produce steam, chilled water, heating hot water, compressed air, treated water, and electricity
  • You will develop and improve preventive and predictive maintenance programs
  • You will manage spare part inventories and record systems.
  • You know how to manage maintenance service contracts
  • You will provide analysis of equipment inspections and failures, developing repair and replacement plans on existing plant equipment
  • You have the ability to review plans and specifications for capital projects, ensure constructability and maintainability of new equipment installations, inspect construction/installation of utility system projects and new building utility infrastructure to ensure compliance with design standards
  • You know how to provide recommendations and input to department budget process and spending plans.  Prepare, review and control budget and spending for the mechanical maintenance team
  • You know how to provide input to capital plans for the utility plants; support system planning and recommend future steam, power generation, chilled water, natural gas and heating hot water improvements and repairs
  • You will be responsible for the development of direct and indirect reports including annual performance evaluations
  • You will perform other duties as assigned

ENGIE North America is hiring a Solar Technician for our Long Draw Solar Site located near Gail, TX.  
Your daily responsibilities begin with accessing tasks via SCADA, Maximo, or various SAP software systems and repairing, troubleshooting, and fulfilling technical repair work orders for solar panels. You will manage documentation, update parts inventory, and as well as submit on-site status reports, including daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports, and initiate work orders for equipment repairs. 

 

  • Coordination of high voltage switching activities with local utilities and independent system operators (ISO), which includes tasks like substation operations, equipment lockouts and grounding
  • Adhere to safety protocols such as conducting Site-Specific Orientations, Job Safety Analysis (JSA), and safety meetings
  • While you will primarily work independently on-site, there will always be a nearby technician for safety support; the site's team comprises of a site manager, a Balance of Plant technician, and the solar technician. You will also be a part of an on-call rotation for outages and emergencies; therefore, you must reside within 50 miles of the site.


What You’ll Bring

  • Minimum High School Diploma/GED and work experience totaling four (4) in Solar generation sites, Wind generation sites, Manufacturing or Mining operations, or Controls & Industrial Maintenance Or a two (2) year diploma in a technical program where you have learned AC/DC current, electrical theory, understand reading blue prints and schematics, industrial electrical equipment including breaker, disconnects, transformers, contactors 
  • Must have or be willing to obtain certification by AVO as substation technician within 12 months of hire date

As Project Manager, you are responsible for the overall management of wind energy construction project.

You plan, coordinate multidisciplinary teams involved in various aspects of the project and supervise all stages, from initial study to operational service of installations.

  • You are the primary point of contact and maintain relationship within the scope of work and resources required to successfully complete the project.
  • You oversee the supervision of total construction effort to ensure the project is constructed in accordance with the contract, design, budget, and schedule. This includes interfacing with municipalities, local partners, landowners, and contractors.
  • You are responsible for planning, coordination, and supervision of all onsite functions (scheduling, daily/weekly goal setting, engineering, material control, administrative staff in accounting and purchasing).
  • You provide technical assistance including the interpretation of drawings, recommending construction methods and equipment.

  • Master’s degree in engineering with an interest in various technical fields (construction, electricity, etc.)

  • Vei asigura dezvoltarea și coordonarea relației cu operatorul/operatorii de transport și distribuție energie electrică, dar și cu diferite autorități și furnizori de servicii tehnice.
  • Vei anticipa orice aspect sau situație care ar putea cauza întreruperea producției de energie electrică sau apariția unor condiții nesigure de exploatare a instalațiilor din cadrul ENGIE România.
  • Vei efectua vizite în parcurile de generare energie electrică inclusiv în parcurile eoliene, în cadrul instalațiilor tehnice, atât în interiorul turbinei până în nacela, cât și la vârful conului rotorului.
  • Vei pregăti/coordona împreună cu partenerii interni/externi automatizarea proceselor de colectare, interpretare și raportare date pentru gestiunea comercială a centralelor de producție energie electrică.

 

Experiență, calificări, cunoștințe și abilități:

  • Studii universitare finalizate în domeniul ingineriei electrice;
  • Minimum 4 ani experiență tehnică în domeniul producției de energie verde;
  • Autorizație electrician ANRE grad IIB;
  • Expertiză energii regenerabile în special tehnologie PV;
  • Experiență în operarea unităților de producție energie regenerabilă, în special energie fotovoltaică;
  • Experiență în inginerie electrică pe domenii diverse: celule electrice, protecții, instalații primare/secundare/auxiliare cu privire la sisteme electrice joasă/medie și înaltă tensiune;
  • Permis de conducere cat. B;
  • Abilități de coordonare și management al echipei;
  • Bune cunoștințe de lucru cu pachetul Office (Word, Excel, Power Point);
  • Cunoștințe metodologie management de proiect;
  • Cunoștințe legislative privind normele tehnice și exploatarea proiectelor energetice;
  • Cunoștințe limba engleză  - nivel avansat.

Ingeniero de Mantenimiento Civil – Yuncán

 Tus principales responsabilidades serán: 

  • Elaboración de TDRs, especificaciones técnicas y presupuestos para los servicios de mantenimiento y/o proyectos civiles de la central hidroeléctrica Yuncán
  • Elaborar planos de levantamientos topográficos y de diseños requeridos para los servicios de mantenimiento y otros que la jefatura solicite.
  • Revisión de las propuestas técnicas y económicas de los servicios de mantenimiento, así como el segumiento de mtto. civil de la CH Yuncán.
  • Elaboración de cronogramas, estimaciones de costos, Identificación y estimación de riesgos de los proyectos civiles.
  • Control y aseguramiento de la calidad de los entregables emitidos por los consultores de ingeniería y de los procesos constructivos en campo.
  • Mantener actualizados los registros de monitoreo de la instrumentación geotécnica y elaboración de reportes de infraestructura civil de la CH Yuncán.

¿Qué necesitamos de ti? 

·         Indispensables: 

  • Profesional titulado y colegiado en Ing. Civil.
  • Experiencia general de 8 años y experiencia de 4 años a más en supervisión de ingeniería, proyectos, construcción, geotecnia y/o gestión de calidad QC-QA.
  • Experiencia en sector energía, minería, petróleo, gas o afines.
  • Conocimientos en la elaboración de expedientes tecnicos, metrados, presupuestos y de ejecución de obras
  • Manejo de Ms Office nivel Avanzado Manejo de Ms Project, Autocad o Civil 3D a nivel intermedio o avanzado
  • Manejo de software de diseño Civil (Hidraulica, Geotecnia, Topografia, Calculo estructural, etc.)
  • Inglés Técnico y contar con estudios en Geotecnia (Estabilidad de Taludes), obras hidráulicas e Infraestructura Vial.

The Asset Management Senior Advisor is P&L owner for portfolios composed of Wind, Solar and Battery storages assets. Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Asset Management: Lead the team in negotiating and amending contracts (including Power Purchase (PPA), landowners (LTSA), Asset Management service agreements) to improve performance and mitigate risks. Oversee technical aspects and coordinate with operations teams. Develop prudent project budgets, ensure compliance with market rules, lead initiatives to improve performance and protect long-term value, and maintain strong relationships with ENGIE’s Global Energy Management and Supply entities
  • Leadership: Provide direction, promote an inclusive culture, build strong relationships, offer constructive feedback, and ensure prioritization for work-life balance
  • Organization: Deploy new processes, systems, and tools to enhance efficiency and value creation. Leverage internal expertise across departments to deliver high-quality results. Ensure transparency, collaboration, and effective communication across all departments (Operations, Finance, Legal, Trading, and Power Marketing)

 

 

 

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance, Engineering, Environmental, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field of study
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience in the energy industry, including plant operations and economics
  • Strong project management skills for cross-organizational coordination and business process improvement, with advanced analytical and Excel skills
  • Proved leadership in P&L and asset management, particularly in renewables, attention to detail and a proactive approach to value creation
  • Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to lead and collaborate within a team-based environment

Requisitos mínimos

  • Grado universitario en Ingeniería Industrial o Técnico Industrial o similar
  • Valorable: Cursos especializados de cálculo alta/media tensión, programas de planificación de obra como Microsoft Project o Primavera.
  • Experiencia de 7 años en el área y 6-8 años en el sector de renovables. Conocimiento y experiencia en manejo de normativa (RAT, RLAT, UNE-EN, IEC, etc..)
  • Conocimiento de las soluciones de diseño de mercado actuales.

What You Can Expect

As an Asset Management Analyst II, you will support our Asset Management team in overseeing a portfolio of renewable generation assets, including utility-scale wind, solar, and battery storage facilities. Asset Management includes the management of commercial strategies, control on asset performance, development, and coordination of asset optimization projects, tracking of profitability of the asset, contract administration, managing landowner relationships, and general overall operational purview of the fleet.

 

The Asset Management Analyst II will manage several assets, potentially across different ISOs and technologies. This role requires a proactive problem solver with good analytical and organizational skills, with a special focus on process improvement and efficiencies in Asset Management.

 

Every day in this role you will be responsible for:

 

  • Analyze and Optimize P&L: Understand main drivers (operational, commercial, market) of project P&L, propose and implement action plans for optimization, and develop gross margin assumptions for annual business plans
  • Performance Analysis and Reporting: Analyze operational and financial performance data from wind, solar, and battery storage assets, identify trends and optimization opportunities, and prepare regular reports on asset performance and financial metrics
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with Operations, Engineering, and other teams to track KPIs, ensure compliance with performance benchmarks, and support asset optimization through interaction with ENGIE Trading/Energy Management
  • Contract and Relationship Management: Manage contracts (Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs), Long Term Service Agreements (LTSAs), Asset Management Agreements (AMAs), Operations and Maintenance Agreements (OMAs), Landowner Agreements), handle negotiations, invoicing, and payments, and ensure assets operate within compliance requirements
  • Process Improvement and Cross-Functional Support: Focus on process improvement and efficiencies in Asset Management, support other Asset Managers, and collaborate with various teams (Operations, Finance, Legal, Trading, Origination) to align on asset performance and goals

 

 

 

What You’ll Bring
