Responsibilities:

  • Support and provide value engineering solution in terms of costs and energy saving.
  • Network, establish and build a broad base relationship with customers.
  • Propose suitable Energy Efficient systems to customers while aligning with consultant's design as well as complying with Singapore Greenmark certification.
  • Provide operating & life cycle cost (ROI) based on different manufactures' magnetic bearing chiller best efficiency part load.
  • Provide design calculation not limited to chiller plant efficiency, chilled water and condenser water pump head, cooling load for AHU, PCC and fac efficiency.
  • Assist in tender and bid queries.
  • Provide training and impart knowledge to internal employees and external partners
  • Support B2B project from specification-in to bidding and installation.
  • Support the sales engineering team for B2B projects with design, cooling load calculation & other technical activities including field support for installation inspection, technical seminar and troubleshooting trainings.
  • Provide information lead to sales team for the securing of projects.

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum Degree in Engineering or related discipline
  • At least 8 years of working experience in the Energy industry or related fields
  • Possess a Certified Green Mark Manager (GMM) or Singapore Certified Energy Manager (SCEM) accreditation will be an advantage
  • Experience in energy saving and management for chiller systems will be an advantage
  • Strong technical knowledge and experiences in all types of HVAC systems used in commercial and industrial buildings will be an advantage
  • Experience in compressors and heating system will be an advantage
  • Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to work and deliver results under pressure
  • Has a good safety mindset and displays good WSH behaviour.

What You Can Expect

As our Building Maintenance Worker, at Georgetown University you will be responsible for performing general central plant work in support of the operation of the Central Plant, which provides heating and cooling for university physical facilities. This Plant has been designated as a National Exemplary Plant. Every day you will maintain the entire plant appearance, to include among daily duties sweeping, mopping, stocking restrooms, removal of trash and debris from inside and outside power plant.  And you will report to the Maintenance Supervisor.

 

 

What You’ll Bring

  • You possess a HS Diploma or GED with two years’ experience performing general building maintenance work utilizing electrical, plumbing, carpentry/lock, basic HVAC maintenance skills
  • You have experience painting of entire plants and all machinery in accordance with OSHA rules
  • You can maintain inventory control and issuing parts and material to employees
  • You will receive and log material from vendors into the stockrooms
  • You can receive incoming deliveries
  • You will ensure adequate supply of paper products daily; and make sure all plant offices, bathrooms, floors are kept clean
  • You have experience in assisting in maintenance and operation of plant equipment; along with related trades in repairing steam, chill water, condensate, and domestic water lines

Additional Details

  • This role requires attendance at a worksite on a daily basis

Compensation

What You Can Expect

Job Purpose:

The Electrical Technician is responsible for ensuring that all Electrical, ELV, Generators and fire/life safety equipment within the data center is operating at peak efficiency.

This involves both planned preventative maintenance of equipment, daily corrective work, and emergency response to emergent issues. The Technician serves as an expert technical resource reporting and interacting with onsite Engineers and any third party vendors.

They are expected to be a single focal point for all facility operations within a given data center.

The Technician should be able to support the DC-operations for delivering 99.999% uptime.

This equipment includes, but is not limited to, stand-by diesel generators, switchgear, UPSs, PDUs, and building automation systems like BMS, DCIM.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for performing routine building maintenance tasks and Daily visual inspections on major data center equipment.
  • Daily checking healthiness of all facilities equipment’s (UPS, LV Panels, Switchgears, Busway systems, BMS, DCIM, Controllers, ELV Systems) and Keeping daily logs and records of all maintenance functions.
  • Repair and maintenance work on a wide range of electrical equipment.
  • Perform ongoing preventive maintenance and repair work on facility electrical, and ELV systems.
  • Maintain, operate all Electrical systems and associated equipment, electrical equipment, building management system.
  • Perform facility inspections and report on condition affecting operations
  • Troubleshooting and repairing malfunctioning equipment, appliances, and apparatus.
  • Create the Job cards in CAFM (FSI) Mobile App as per Site requirements and close the Job cards which Supervisor assigns.
  • Responding promptly and efficiently to emergencies calls.
  • Prepare and submit summary reports of conditions in buildings and recommend actions to be taken;
  • Review and understand equipment and methods of operation, Electrical systems, ELV system, fire/life safety, and other systems.
  • Should be able to comply with HSE norms and understand the PTW process.
  • Should be able to working in shifts (24X7).
  • Should be able to drive the operational requirements with minimum supervision and guidance.
  • Should understand the criticality of business uptime to serve the Data center facility operations.
  • Comply with all safety procedures and requirements.
  • Maintain essential stock of spare parts.
  • Support any afterhours building needs and activities as required
  • Attend training sessions and seminars.

Skills Required:

 

  • Good knowledge of power systems (UPS's, Control Panels, DB’s, Busway systems, Generators)

Every day, you will report to the Regional Operations Director of Distributed Energy Solutions focusing on the industrialization of activities inclusive of operational monitoring, refinement of key performance indicators (KPIs), and process improvement to operational activities to achieve given targets. The Director will have connection and involvement within all aspects of the engineering design and operational delivery process, as well as provide performance oversight on activities inclusive of forecasting, cash management, commercial development, and the expansion of the business into new geographies and/or market segments. Collaborating with the Sales team, you will evaluate and qualify opportunities and participate in customer presentations and interviews during the development phase, including Board and Council meetings as needed. As the primary customer contact during the development and implementation phases, you will ensure complete customer satisfaction with ENGIE’s services.

 

You will manage all technical aspects of project development, including scope development, savings analysis, and constructability of measures. Assigning tasks and responsibilities within the project team, you will document project progress. You will also create, edit, and review external deliverables, such as customer reports and contract documents, as well as internal documents like risk review packages and deal review documents.

 

Partnering with Legal and Finance, you will qualify vendors/subcontractors and negotiate all customer/vendor contracts and change orders. Coordinating with ENGIE’s construction manager and vendors/subcontractors, you will establish and monitor project schedules, making necessary adjustments and communicating changes with all stakeholders. You will manage installation budgets, approve revenue and expense invoices monthly, protect project cash flow by ensuring timely customer payments, and complete monthly forecasts. Ensuring all projects are properly set up and documented in Procore throughout the implementation and at project closeout will also be part of your responsibilities. You will coordinate with post-construction teams for savings guarantees and maintenance activities, ensuring a smooth transition at the end of construction.

 

You will primarily be working with public sector customers on infrastructure, renewable, and energy conservation projects. The bulk of your work will be with municipalities, K-12, and some higher education. Your ability to consistently deliver expected results will be a testament to your effectiveness as a leader in this role; setting metrics and objectives for your direct reports that align with company strategy and financial goals are essential.

 

 

What You’ll Bring

  • A minimum of bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, finance or related field; or a combination of related experience in the clean-tech industry inclusive of time pursing related education
  • A minimum of ten (10) years of experience in Project Management or similar experience
  • A strong understanding of energy analysis as well as engineering design in energy-related disciplines
  • Proficient in analyzing ECM costs and savings, and a thorough understanding of all ECM technologies being proposed
  • Experience in the low-carbon clean-tech industry, with preference for individuals whose roles have interfaced with solutions including but not limited to solar photovoltaic, battery energy storage systems (BESS), and energy efficiency activities
  • Extensive and proven knowledge of and experience in data construction management tools
  • Proven experience setting metrics and objectives for direct reports consistent with Regional and Company strategies and team financial objectives

Compensation

Salary Range: $146,300-$224,135  annually

What You Can Expect

As our Steam Fitter I, at The Ohio State University, you will maintain, repair, and install system components for steam, condensate, chilled water, natural gas, heating hot water and associated components such as valves, expansion joints, flex lines, flanges, steam traps, check valves. What You’ll Bring

  • You hold a High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • You have a minimum 2 years’ experience in piping system repairs
  • You can troubleshoot systems including but not limited to steam and condensate, chilled water, and natural gas meter settings
  • You are responsible for the installation and repairing of expansion joints, valves, gaskets, steam traps, pumps and other mechanical items found in utility distribution systems and plants
  • You will read drawings, complete layouts, cut/join and fit pipe tubing
  • You have experience maintaining condensate systems, installing, repairing, replacing, and modifying piping systems

What You Can Expect

As our Metering Technician, at Georgetown University, you will be responsible for the implementation and overall maintenance of the campus and central plant instrumentation metering instrumentation.
