Actualmente nos encontramos en búsqueda de un/a gestor/a de contratos de mantenimiento de instalaciones junior, cuya misión consistirá en el apoyo a la gestión del Service Project Manager a nivel técnico y económico de un importante contrato en Valencia.

Perfil requerido:

 

  • Ingeniería Técnica o Superior Industrial, Eléctrico,...
  • Experiencia de 1/2 años en puesto similar
  • Inglés nivel B2 o superior
  • Experiencia en instalaciones eléctricas/mecánicas
  • Capacidad para tomar decisiones técnicas

What You Can Expect

The Construction/Engineer Intern is a critical role responsible for supporting the development and installation of energy conservation measures and renewable energy at large-scale public sector customers. You will be working in a fast-paced, team-based environment, at the direction of the Project Manager as well as their supervisor. Responsibilities in this role include the design of Energy Conservation and Renewable Energy Measures, performing site audits, specifying equipment, and completing savings calculations to support projects in development and construction. Projects include a combination of energy efficiency measures and renewable generation installations, to help local cities and counties become more sustainable, save money, and improve services to their end-users and the expectation is that one to several projects are supported from early development through post-construction.

 

The intern will support ongoing projects in development or in construction which will include one ore more of the following:

  • Participate in technical design of energy-related customer improvements including such as solar PV, energy storage, microgrids, energy efficiency, and SCADA upgrades
  • Learn and apply knowledge of HVAC and Controls, including modeling software
  • Analyze utility data to verify existing customer loads, consider rate change options, and calculate energy and water cost savings
  • Perform renewable energy designs, including solar PV and energy storage system site surveys, and understand metering and measurement tools and data
  • Evaluate various types and locations of renewable energy systems
  • Perform energy conservation measure analysis including a comparison of technologies, savings calculations, scopes of work, and contractor bid costs for HVAC, controls, lighting, and water measures, using tools such as eQuest, Trane Trace, Energy Pro, and Excel spreadsheets, including bin simulations
  • Calculate potential solar generation quantities of various scenarios using PVSyst modeling, Helioscope and Energy Toolbase tools
  • Support the preparation of Energy Conservation and Renewable Energy Measures scopes and specifications for subcontractor Request for Proposals
  • Prepare utility and other incentive program applications, permit packages, and customer submittals
  • Assist the Project and Construction Managers on job walks, bid evaluations, contractor negotiations, and during construction meetings
  • Assist with obtaining third-party quotes and subcontractor bids for all scopes, answers third-party questions, and assists with analyzing bids with Project Manager
  • Accurately estimates measure costs to anticipate total project costs
  • Communicate with authority-having-jurisdiction officials to obtain construction permits. Prior projects’ experience with DSA and OSHPD is a plus.
  • Assist during the construction phase of the project by reviewing submittals, change orders, RFI’s, and making recommendations to the Project Manager. Prior experience with Procore Construction Management software is a plus
  • Going to job sites to support construction activities as needed and directed by the ENGIE Construction Manager
  • Carries out other duties as assigned

 

 

What You’ll Bring

  • Actively pursuing a 4-year degree at Howard University
  • Construction, Engineering or quantitative degrees strongly preferred
  • Must be in good academic standing at the start of the internship period
  • Internship duration is for Winter/Spring 2025 (January/February/March/April)

 

 

Additional Details

  • This is an in-office and in-field position.  Intern is expected to be on-site at the office or at a job site.
  • Must possess a valid U.S. driver’s license/clean driving record to travel to job sites
  • Must be willing and able to comply with all ENGIE ethics and safety policies;
  • This position consist of 60% of outdoor work, while performing the duties of this job, the employee is exposed to weather conditions

 

 

Compensation

Hourly Range:  $21.00 - $34.00 USD

 

This represents the average expected pay range for a qualified candidate.

What You Can Expect

The Project Developer you will support site origination and development of distributed solar and solar + storage projects for ENGIE’s Distributed Solar and Storage (DSS) business in the United States.   • Help maintain the pipeline date for projects under development in various stages
  • Prepare and Support the preparation and presentation for project/market reviews both at the DSS level

 

 

What You’ll Bring

  • A minimum of two (2) years’ experience working on multiple projects and managing multiple stakeholders

Additional Details

  • This role is eligible for our hybrid work policy

Compensation

Salary Range: $84,000 – $128,800 USD annually

Buscamos incorporar a un/a Oficial 1ª Mantenimiento Electromecánico para una Central de Biomasa en Palencia.

 

Misión:
Se encargará de realizar tareas de mantenimiento electromecánico (preventivo, correctivo y conductivo) en las instalaciones del cliente asignado, cumpliendo con las políticas de PRL, calidad y medio ambiente definidas por la compañía.

 

Funciones
· Ejecución del plan de mantenimiento preventivo de las instalaciones asignadas, en la especialidad de electricidad de baja y media tensión (instalaciones eléctricas y equipos relacionados - Calderas Biomasa, bombas de recirculación, automatismos- ). · Medir los parámetros y realizar las pruebas y verificaciones, tanto funcionales como reglamentarias de las instalaciones, para comprobar y ajustar su funcionamiento; Localizar y diagnosticar las disfunciones de los equipos y elementos de las instalaciones, utilizando los medios apropiados y aplicando procedimientos establecidos con la seguridad requerida.
· Realización de los trabajos de mantenimiento correctivos de aquellas instalaciones de las que sea responsable; Reparar, mantener y sustituir equipos y elementos en las instalaciones, en condiciones de calidad, seguridad y respeto al medio ambiente para asegurar o restablecer las condiciones de funcionamiento.
· Identificación de necesidades del cliente adicionales al contrato y reporting de las mismas para ser abordadas por parte de negocio.
· Identificación de medidas de mejora de la calidad del servicio, la seguridad y el medio ambiente.
· Gestiones administrativas propias del puesto: Realización de partes de horas de trabajo, registro de tareas y actividades realizadas, etc.

JOB PURPOSE

Manage the complete cycle of Sub-contracts, Float-out RFQ / RFP, negotiate effectively to obtain the best proposals for services in both aspects of Technical and Commercial terms for O&M PPMs. Legal contexts are to be finalized. Support Operations with SC agreements which are placed on time. Ensure the Procurement Policy procedures and Green procurement policy are practiced.  Obtain the best money value for services and material. Procurement activities as and required.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Adhere to company's QHSE procedures and cascade down in the supply chain where needed.
  • Adhere to company's code of conduct and ethics policy.
  • Manage the complete cycle of Sub-contract agreements, RFP/RFPs and Proposal evaluations work closely with Business development team, Finance and Site Managers
  • Ensure the development and monitoring of supplier and Sub-contractor base with Supplier Pre-qualification, registration and evaluations, supplier categorization.
  • Minimize the service providers by grouping and category management, long term fix prices.
  • Work with Procurement Manager on Category Management, spent analysis and establish FWAs.
  • Ensure to get highest value proposition through supply chain through effective negotiations and long-term contracts.
  • Coordinate with Legal Dept.  
  • Coordinate with ERP service provider as and when required and for system enhancements.
  • Monitor Purchase Requisitions and ensure a high Turn Around Time (TAT) over 95% in 3 days
  • Reduce Sub-contract agreement Turn Around Time (TAT)
  • Manage Fixed Asset PR and raise POs for Cap-ex ensuring company's Cap-ex procurement policy is followed as and when required
  • Effective price, payment terms and conditions negotiations for services and material  
  • Ensure all the documents and trackers are up to date 100% at any given time and DOA's are followed
  • Support the Internal (IMS) and External audit processes.
  • Monitor and track Special payment terms but aim to reduce the advanced payments. Ensure a security is in place for any advanced payments over AED 10,000.00. Target zero petty cash spend.
  • Carry out risk analysis and take every possible measure to mitigate the risk in supply chain.
  • Follow Green procurement procedures and support the company's zero carbon pledge
  • Work in close coordination with Finance dept.

 

SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • Good knowledge in standard procurement policies, procedures and best practices and contract management.
  • Good knowledge in ERP systems and work flow
  • Proficient computer skills (Microsoft Office)
  • Effective negotiation skills to achieve desired results
  • Generate reports as required , and data analysis
  • Maintain good inter-personal / inter-departmental relationships

QUALIFICATIONS:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for owning and coordinating the budget planning, analysis and review processes of each site;
  • Responsible for managing all purchases and procurement coordination to support all O&M requirements of each site.
  • Responsible for liaising with government regulatory bodies such as Suruhanjaya Tenaga, TNB, DOSH, etc to ensure compliance.
  • Plan and conduct periodic inspection, switching and maintenance for all electrical systems for high voltage and low voltage switch board, bus ducts, transformers, switchgear, etc.

 

Skills & Experience:

  • Highly proactive O&M professional with at least 5 years of hands-on experience managing clients and site teams
  • Strong academic achievement with at least a chargeman BO (11KV or 33KV) Certificate by Suruhanjaya Tenaga.
  • Strong technical knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, especially related to utilities such as thermal oil heating, chilled water, iced water, compressed air, etc
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills with the ability to work with all levels of stakeholders
  • Proven ability to learn new skills and adapt to dynamic and demanding situations
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia
