Facility Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities:

• Maintaining the efficiency of systems and technical devices such as: electrical, air conditioning, ventilation, heating, fire protection, water and sewage, gas, or others
• Detecting and repairing faults
• Inspections and maintenance of installations and devices according to guidelines
• Replacing consumable elements

Requirements:

• Experience or technical education in the aforementioned installations
• SEP G1 certification
• Ability to read technical documentation
• Ability to diagnose installation faults
• Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Communicative knowledge of Polish

Preferred:

• SEP G2, G3 certifications

We are currently looking for a:

Site Manager

Responsibilities:

• Maintaining the facility’s infrastructure in accordance with technical requirements and building law
• Supervising technical documentation and the building’s logbook
• Planning and controlling the budget
• Ensuring timely submission of offers, protocols, invoices, reports, and informing the client about activities
• Cooperating with subcontractors and external companies
• Managing a team of Technicians, including creating schedules and settlements
• Developing a schedule for technical installations inspections
• Preparing cost estimates for offers

Requirements:

• Minimum technical secondary education, optionally in the fields of: electrical engineering, automation, mechatronics, HVAC, or related
• At least one year of managerial experience related to the technical maintenance of a facility
• Knowledge and experience in electrical, HVAC, sanitary, heating, and fire protection installations
• SEP supervisory licenses above 1KV, and SEP G II
• Familiarity with the procedures for maintaining a Building Logbook
• Very good organization of own work and that of subordinate employees
• Good knowledge of Word, Excel, and email handling

Preferred:

• Group I, II, and III exploitation/supervision licenses

Zakres obowiązków:

• Wykonywanie zadań wynikających z rozporządzenia o służbie BHP
• Przeprowadzanie szkoleń z zakresu BHP
• Przeprowadzanie kontroli na prowadzonych projektach i czuwanie nad przestrzeganiem przepisów i zasad bezpieczeństwa i higieny pracy oraz podnoszenie poziomu bezpieczeństwa w organizacji
• Bieżące informowanie o stwierdzonych zagrożeniach zawodowych, wraz z wnioskami zmierzającymi do usuwania zagrożeń
• Prowadzenie rejestrów, kompletowanie i przechowywanie dokumentów
• Udział w ustalaniu okoliczności i przyczyn wypadków przy pracy oraz w opracowywaniu wniosków
• Udział w dokonywaniu oceny ryzyka zawodowego
• Obsługa systemów firmowych związanych z zarządzeniem BHP
• Implementowanie wymogów Grupy
• Uczestniczenie w pracach komisji bezpieczeństwa i higieny pracy
• Raportowanie danych wymaganych przez Grupę ENGIE do Głównego Specjalisty ds. BHP
• Współpraca z pracownikami na każdym szczeblu w Grupie ENGIE

Oczekiwania:

• Wykształcenie wyższe lub studia podyplomowe z zakresu BHP, preferowane kierunki: Bezpieczeństwo i Higiena Pracy, Inżynieria Bezpieczeństwa i Higieny Pracy, Ochrona Środowiska,
• Uprawnienia do pełnienia obowiązków służby BHP
• Język angielski - komunikatywny  - B1
• Prawo jazdy kat. B
• Znajomość Przepisów BHP i Prawa Pracy
• Znajomość Narzędzi MS Office

We are currently looking for a position: Key Account Manager (M/W)

Responsibilities:

• Preparing commercial offers, calculations, and valuations for technical property management services
• Participating in and leading negotiations in national tenders (office buildings, logistics facilities, others)
• Acquiring new national clients, including conducting negotiations
• Collecting and processing data for the Sales Department
• Collaborating with the Operations Department on prepared offers
• Presenting proposals during commercial presentations
• Project risk analysis

Requirements:

• Technical education (Environmental Engineering, Automation, Energy, Electrical Engineering, HVAC, or related fields)
• Experience and knowledge in building technical installations such as air conditioning, ventilation, heating, fire protection, and others
• Minimum 2 years in the sale of technical services in the field of technical infrastructure of buildings, or in the sale of services in the industrial sector
• Knowledge of the market for valuation of engineering works and services, as well as technical maintenance services for buildings
• Communicative English in speech and writing, minimum B2 level
• Knowledge of legal regulations related to technical maintenance
• Very good knowledge of the Office package, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to conduct interactive presentations
• Category B driving license
